Y/N sits at her desk in her room staring down at the notebook in front of her. The speaker beside her plays a random playlist quietly as she tries to think. The words are on the tip of her tongue, but her mind can’t seem to make sense of them. Nothing sounds right or flows together. Pushing away from the desk with a sigh, Y/N throws herself down on her bed. Closing her eyes, she listens to the music that is playing, and she smiles softly to herself when she hears BTS. Y/N’s foot bounces to the beat of the song and she starts to hum along. Her mood shifts and does a complete one eighty. Reaching for her phone, Y/N puts BTS on shuffle as she sits back at the desk. Grabbing her pen, she takes a deep breath and starts to write.

Y/N’s first single Be Honest has put her on the map; her album has been out for a little over a month and it’s holding the number six spot. It wasn’t until recently when people found out that Summer Gravity, Y/N’s stage name is the same as SG who wrote Doja Cat’s lyrics for Starboi3’s song Dick. Once that was discovered everyone started to dig into Summer Gravity’s social media and it was pointed out that she was a fan of BTS…the world went crazy. There were speculations that the lyrics were really saying the BTS members’ names, but Y/N never confirmed or denied it. There have been countless interviews and each time Y/N is asked about her love of K Pop and how it started. Y/N lived in a diverse neighborhood growing up and one of her best friends was Korean, so she took an interest in the culture. 

“So, who is your favorite K Pop group right now?” 

Y/N smiles at the question, “I’m a proud Army…BTS.” 

“BTS? Do you know all the members' names?” 

“Oh, for sure! 'Kim Namjoon, Kim Seok-Jin, Min Yoongi, Jung Hoseok, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung, Jeon Jungkook.”

“Okay, now I have to ask. The lyrics you wrote for Starboi3’s song Dick…a lot of people are saying that you played around and used the BTS members’ names. Any truth to that?”

Y/N shrugged her shoulders as she laughed. “You know, people are going to hear what they want to hear. Who am I to tell them they are wrong or right?”

The interviewer nods his head at the answer, “I’ll accept that…for now. So, who is your bias?”

Y/N’s eyes widen at the sudden question, and she laughs. “I really like all of the members, but Jin’s voice gave me goosebumps when I first heard him sing.”

The interviewer looks surprised, “Really? Jin’s voice gave you goosebumps?” 

“Y-yes. I heard Wake Up a year after I graduated high school. My friend invited me to spend the year in South Korea with her extended family and that’s where I first heard of BTS.” 

Seokjin paused the Youtube video and leaned back in his chair. “Wha…wow.” He was surprised that such a great artist was a fan of BTS and even considered him to be her bias. Seokjin had listened to Dick since so many people tagged BTS in their posts to listen to it and it was a hard call. If Summer Gravity meant to play around with their names, she did a great job. Seokjin was stuck, his mind couldn’t fathom such a thing. He shook his head and stood up, he needed something to drink, something stronger than water. Leaving his room, Seokjin was in his own little world, lost in thought as he passed all the guys. Namjoon watched his friend confused and a little worried as Seokjin grabbed a few beers and went back to his room.

“What’s wrong with him?” Taehyung asked and everyone shrugged their shoulders.

Yoongi peeked his eyes open from his place on the couch and sighed as he looked at all the concerned faces. “He’s fine. Probably watching the interview of Y/N that you all pestered him into watching.”

Jimin frowned, “Do you think he’s upset?”

“Why would it upset him?” Jungkook fired back and Namjoon rolled his eyes.

“He calls himself worldwide handsome, but you know he has his insecurities,” Hoseok pointed out.

“He’s fine,” Yoongi huffed and went back to taking his nap.

Seokjin got it bad and there was nothing that his friends could do for him. Seokjin was crushing and he was crushing hard. His phone background changed to a photo of Y/N from the interview where she revealed that Seokjin has always and will always be her bias. He played her songs on shuffle and repeat all the time, Seokjin knew every lyric and he even learned some of Y/N’s choreography. The guys were happy for him, but they also felt bad because there was a very slim chance that they would ever be able to meet Y/N. 

They were miles and miles apart and they had no real reason to meet each other. That was until Y/N announced on her Instalive that she was having a mini world tour since so many people asked and South Korea was on the list. Seokjin got six front row tickets and Taehyung was able to stop him from buying them before it was too late.

“Hyung…why don’t you just message Y/N? We can’t be in the mix of her concert; we’ll be recognized, and everyone will flip shit.” Taehyung pointed out.

Seokjin pouted, but he knew what Taehyung said was true. Sitting on the couch with his phone in his hands Seokjin opened the BTS Twitter account and sent a direct message to Y/N. He was nervous, but it had to be done. Seokjin really wanted to see Y/N perform live one way or another.

Ya but only coz if i dont, there's no space in my room. I sleep on a mattress on the floor, & daytime i put my pillows aside & place the mattress up against the wall 😪

Yeah I'd love to do postgrad work in postcolonial literature / studies !! But too dumb, too broke ✊😔

Nothing comes to mind but when I graduated I was super despo and applied to a lot of random roles including copywriter & train traffic controller.

Yeah definitely, but probably not near enough for us to detect... the universe is inconceivably vast...

Nope my license is for automatic cars only.

12. Things people do that drive you crazy?  Accumulate an obscene amount of resources & wealth. Also, locally, i cant stand how much praise SG (& other comparable "highly developed highly educated overachieving" asian cities like HK & Seoul) gets for its high concentration of wealth bcos only a small proportion of the population benefits... for the majority of people in the middle or working class,, i dont see much improvement in our median quality of life despite *~national economic growth~*. Also we keep getting high results on international education assessments like PISA which sucks coz internationally people would try to emulate our edu system and domestically the edu ministry would believe theyre on the right track,, but the system is so cutthroat and punishing... to survive in school ur not allowed to have a life & i hate how normalized it is for 11yos here to have schedules packed with school & remedials & tuition & extra-curriculars... I hate how closely our military cooperates with & emulates Israel's... Also i hate how people like to jack off to our skyline & sleek new infrastructure but almost all of its built by underpaid migrant workers in bad living conditions.

I hate planes & boats 😩 Like enough to turn me off travelling 😭

Swimming

— Honestly has to be Frank Dean, little cult washed asshole (Victor S. is an ass too)

— Ohh tough one! I was going to say 2x05 because of Syd and Elena getting together but 2x08 "What Happened" takes the cake because of the flash backs and Elena's "you're the one missing out, not me" speech to Victor.

— Season 2, it introduces some fun characters and has fun points plus the baddies are funny and it deals with pregnant wynonna.

5. Who is your favorite couple in 3?

— Canon? Brainy and Nia. Overall? Supercorp.

6. Who is your favorite couple in 2?

— Peraltiago, but if not them I would have loved Amy and Rosa together.

7. What is your favorite episode in 1?

— Oh rough. Probably 2x13. I really love anything to do with Nico being a badass with the staff. Plus finding everything out and tying it together was long waited.

— Have to cheat, 2x10 and 3x03 (Nicole in hospital and aftermath of Dolls dying) I really like the emotion and the tone of the episodes, they are more focused on the connection between the characters instead of kicking bad guy ass, which is cool too.

— uhhhhh…. the one in season six where Jake and Rosa were working a case and were losing their minds and she kept getting wild hairdos from Jocelyn. And the sexual assault episode.

10. How long have you watched 1?

— Two years, got Hulu when season 1 came out.

— …… Katie McGrath...…. (I really like Merlin and Slasher S1 OKAY!?)

— Omg I love most of the cast, I'd say a fourway between Ariela/Lyrica/Ginny/Britt but I guess if I have to choose, Ariela takes the cake.

13. Which do you prefer, 1, 2, or 5?

— 2. I've touched on this but Brooklyn 99 is one of the only shows I watch that I genuinely can just enjoy, and they touch on a lot of important issues too and depict healthy friend/relationships.

14. Which show have you seen more episodes of, 1 or 3?

— 3. Runaways season 3 isn't even out yet and SG is going on season five. Then again I skipped a lot of season 2 and a few in 3 and 4. Sg still wins though I think.

15. If you could be anyone from 4, who would you be?

— Elena, I would love to be that much of an activist instead of doing what little I do.

16. Would a crossover between 3 and 4 work?

— no but I'd like to see Elena ship Supercorp and get Kara and Lena together by the end of the epidsode. Or at least get Lena out of the closet.

17. Pair two characters in 1 that would make an unlikely but strangely okay couple:

— I love that Gertchase isn't a typical pairing. But I guess (literally 5 mins later and I'm still thinking) Xavin and Gert? Tina and Catherine?

18. Overall, which story has the better storyline, 3 or 5?

— 5. WEarp has stayed pretty consistant where Sg goes with season to season, and lets not forget the whole "plot, what plot?" situation with SG season 2.

19. Which has the better theme music, 2 or 4?

— 2. NO! Badow bow da bow ba ba badow bow ba daow! -> *clapping and aggressively head banging* ONE DAYATATIME ... DUN! I guess, overall better opening sequence is B99, but better theme music I guess is ODAAT because it has actual lyrics. This hurt to answer.

Unterwegs auf dem Jakobsweg, war ihr heutiges Ziel die Gibswilerstube, wo ich die letzte Nacht verbracht hatte. Wie Walliser fernab der Heimat so sind, tauschten wir einige mehr und einige weniger religiöse Gedanken aus bevor wir wieder unseres Weges gingen....

Nachdem ich in der nagelneu renovierten Gibswilerstube herrlich geschlafen hatte, haute ich mir den Bauch beim Frühstück richtig voll... 🤷‍♂️ Schlisslich ging es die ersten 5 km flach nach Steg. Weiter ging es runter ins Tal und dem Bächlein entlang Richtung Fischingen. Im Kloster gönnte ich mir ein vor Ort gebrautes Amber Bier und gemäss der Weisung meiner Patentante TT einen "Schlorzifladen".

Kurz vor 12.00 machte ich mich auf, die letzten guten 10 km des Tages Richtung Münchwilen in Angriff zu nehmen. Hier hatte ich herrlich Zeit mit K von BT zu telefonieren. Schliesslich gehe ich ab SA 2 Wochen ins Tessin, zum Arbeiten. Bin gespannt, ob ich das noch kann... 🤪
