It is as the name has said, cus i do feel bad for it taking so long and I don't feel like micromanaging the word-limit on twitter lol
He knew there was something going on though, ever since Teacher Wei came to teach – everyone who called themselves a senior disciple or even an Elder seemed to be suddenly on their best behavior as if the emperor himself had just come down for a visit.
Lan Rushi for example, was well-known to be rather strict as an elder, almost as strict as Lan Qiren himself. Lan Jingyi had known her as Auntie, but often times he also knew her as the person who caught him the most often when breaking rules. She was not terrifying as some others were, or like how Lan Qiren could be, but she was someone who would not accept anything less than quiet acknowledgement and acceptance when she dolled out punishment. Lan Jingili had long gotten used to it by now, and it wasn’t as if the punishments were ever harsher than a headstand with some rules to write.
It was on a day like many others that Lan Jingyi had been taking a scolding from Auntie Rushi when Teacher Wei had strode onto the scene with an amiable smile on his face.
“Aiyoo Maiden Lan, let the young master be. Strong children should experience the world as they seek it, us elders are here to guide them, not tell them what to do.” Teacher Wei patted his back gently, slipping a wrapped candy into his hand while nodding back towards where Sizhui, Zizhen, and the Princess were waiting. “Go on, today is a day of rest, young master should have fun with his friends.”
Weakly, Lan Rushi protested “But-“
“It wasn’t so long ago where this old man caught Maiden Lan returning after a night out” Teacher Wei winked “let the children do as they wish, it is a rare day when there is no classes to worry over.”
“I-but-I- No- wait- Ah-“ she turned pink “a-as Teacher Wei says…”
“Mhmm” Teacher Wei turned back to the stunned teen, smiling before dragging his opposite hand out to deposit another hand-full of candy. “Young master should share this with his friends, they are quite tasty this one finds. Have fun, make sure to dress warmly, there is to be a windchill in the evening. This one has also heard that Master Hei of the Golden Rooster has a particularly delicious batch of chicken today.”
When Lan Jingyi nodded, thanking Teacher Wei automatically before stiffly walking over to expressions of varying degrees of disbelief and curiosity.
“What did he say?” Lan Sizhui asked, glancing between him and Teacher Wei – who merely smiled and waved before returning back to what seemed to be his resting posture and continued to talk with Auntie Rushi. The…older? Of the two of them beginning to grow more and more flustered the more Teacher Wei talked, about what they couldn’t really understand since Teacher Wei was only asking about someone named Maiden Gu.
“Forget about what he said,” Jin Ling hissed; tugging at Lan Sizhui’s elbow, although he seemed to be glancing nervously between them and Teacher Wei. “Let’s go before they change their minds.”

So there seem to be a misconception that many shen jiu fan are trying to witewash what happen with the fake manual by blaming it one ming fan. And I have to said that it depends on how far you read the novel.
If you only read the main novel then it very likely you come to the conclusion that it was ming fan doing
"He didn’t want to personally reveal the truth—that Shen Qingqiu had inspired Ming Fan to give Luo Binghe a fake cultivation manual—even though eventually the truth would be exposed."
"In truth, even during the early, misery-ridden part of the storyline, the protagonist’s overpowered nature had already started to emerge. The cultivation manual Ming Fan had given Luo Binghe was a fake."
This 2 phase more or less says that the culprit behind the fake manual case was mingfan. this all that was said during main storyingline of the story.
Then we come to the extra, and might I remind you that not everyone reads the extra. It kind of a optional thing. I myself only reads extra if I am really that invested in story. But extras are a optional thing as the main storyline is finished.
"Luo Binghe was using the incorrect cultivation manual that Shen Qingqiu had handed him ; he should have long since died bleeding from the seven apertures, his body rupturing down to his bones, skin, meridians, tendons, and flesh. But not only had this failed to come to pass, Luo Binghe’s cultivation was steadily improving."

I myself read the novel online so but I only read until the mains story finished before dropping it. So I was under the belief that the fake manual was ming fan doing. It wasn't until recently when I decided to check the fandom that they were such a thing like this

Worst Punishment for Binghe
The worst punishment for Binghe that SQQ could think of is not a thousand laps around the peak or copying scriptures from the library. No, the worst punishment for Binghe would be SQQ delegating his tasks to the other disciples or hall masters.
Binghe messes up somehow and SQQ decides that it means that Binghe has been handling too much and needs a break so he decides that Mingfan will be in charge of his schedule for the time being and Ning Yingying will be in charge of the younger disciples.
SQQ also requests that the peak attendants make his food from now on and clean up his study. SQQ sits back in satisfaction thinking that he just freed up a bunch of time for Binghe to focus on his conquest of little disciples sisters.
Instead, the moment Binghe finds out that SQQ handed off all his roles to other people, he is HEARTBROKEN. The look of torn desperation on Binghe's face surprises SQQ who thought he was doing a good job of helping his baby protagonist. Binghe bursts into tears instead.
Binghe: H-Has this stupid disciple done something so reprehensible to deserve such punishment, Shizun?
SQQ: *confused and flabbergasted* No? This master just thought that maybe Binghe was taking on too much work.
Binghe: *internal scream* LET ME COOK AND CLEAN FOR YOU.

First Impression: Love is Panacea
I have just finished the first 4 episodes of the drama on Youkou. It took me over an hour to get the app to take my money, so this better be worth it.
The drama is project for Literature and Art of the Sichuan province and co-produced by Youkou and CCPTV. Therefore, we can expect a lot of national propaganda in the show, especially since it’s not only a medical drama, but also about international medical aid and foreign aid. Lou Yunxi seems to really take his nickname as Sichuan ambassador seriously! ;-)
Cast and Characters (so far)
Zhang Rua Nan as Su Weian: A medical school dropout on a quest to enjoy her life, struggling to make ends meet overseas. She becomes a translator at the local Chinese Medical Aid hospital.
Luo Yunxi as Dr. Gu Yun Zheng: A passionate but cold doctor working in Chinese Medical relief/aid in North Africa. He is Su Weian former teacher. He is initially very skeptical of the FL intentions and abilities.
Wang Yiting as Jiang Muying: Su Weian’s best friend, that travels to see her after a long time.
Li Jiahao as Fang Mingfan (Nian Baiyu!) doctor and assistant and love interest of Jiang Muying. I expect them to be the 3rd couple of the show.
Shawn Wei as Dun Yuncheng: As the CEO of a pharmaceutical company. He had a one-sided crush on the FL and is the half brother of the ML. We haven’t seen them interact in the present yet, but there is a nice build up to an interesting dynamic.
Mild Spoiler
The first arc of the show takes place in a small city in North Africa. Foreign actors in Chinese Dramas are always … something, and this is no difference. The dubbing is also noticeable different compared to the rest. I do, however, like how the show approaches different languages and the language barrier. Dr. Gu only speaks Chinese and English and needs a French translator to communicate with patients and staff – this is where Su Weian comes in.
There is a lot of unintended comedy, because of the way they are depicting the foreign country. While some is just silly – for example the way they are throwing $ bills around as if it was Yuan, other times it relies too much on exoticism. So far, they haven’t crossed the line to straight out racist stereotyping, so that’s something. It does, at times, make a lot of the scenes feel over the top and cringe. However, no matter the country of origin, very rarely do productions get other languages and culture right. China in Western media is often just horrible, so I’m not going to hold it against them. The medical stuff is also mostly fine, it’s not accurate, but it’s not so wrong, that I’m getting angry. So the framing of the show is okay, I think it will get better once they are back in China.
Dr. Gu is a typical character played by Luo Yunxi: Serious, passionate, troubled and very in love with a woman. He excels in this role, as always. His English is also amazing! Su Weian is so far the more interesting character. She is everything I want from a FL: strong, independent, witty and smart. So far, we were only introduced to 3 side characters, that have not shown any depth yet. I’m just really happy to see Tantai Jin and Nian Baiyun reunite on screen – still being master and assistant. I do miss their costume so, because the styling in this show is… different.
The cast of the show is so far the best part. While the script relies on a lot of cliché tropes, it’s the dynamic between the actors, that make the show engaging. I’m rather pessimistic about the script so far, it might end somewhere between “Lie to Love” and “Broker”. However, the acting and the chemistry between the leads is significantly better!
One of my favorite things is, how self-aware the show is at times: Be it the supporting cast admitting being the side characters of the leads' life, the subverting of stereotypes of Chinese eating strange things like insects or the nurses watching costume dramas on the Youkou apps and taking dating advice from it. So I’m holding out hope that the overly cliché romantic tropes are an attempt to mislead the audience into thinking this is just a romantic show.
I’m going to talk about the ending of the show next. Please just stop reading here, if you don’t want to get spoiled!
Major Spoiler
On a personal note, I was misdiagnosed with a deadly disease earlier this year. While I’m incredibly lucky, that it turned out a misdiagnosis, for a couple of months I had to live with the belief that I was going to die early and in a lot of pain. So this show hits on a different level and that's why it’s important to me, that the novel ending stays the same. (Spoiler!!)
I’m a bit nervous about it, because not only did they cut out 6 full episodes, they also changed the name to “Healing Lover”. I don’t want the FL to be healed. There is no cure for her disease in real life, so there shouldn’t be one in the drama. Suffering from life altering disease is part of many people's life, that affect not only them, but also their family and friends. It would feel insulting, if they change it. I want to see a drama, in which the cast has to come to terms with the FL death. I want her husband and son to find a way to cope and live on. I want maximum angst. No rainbow at night.

Today's prompt is... Humiliation!
It could have been either bloodplay or pet play, and I really didn't want to do pet play. (maybe another day, but I am fighting wars inside me right now) Granted, thinking about it, since the ship is Luo Bingge and Shen Jiu, all three would have worked...
Let's not get overzealous here, though.
So I was thinking about Luo Bingge's discipleship. Nothing sexual (at least on Shen Jiu's part), but Luo Bingge starts noticing things about himself in relation to his Shizun.
It all started when he was drenched by the tea he had served, lukewarm enough not to hurt, but spilling down his face and the front of his robes. The way Shen Jiu glared down at him like he was the dirt under his shoe sent shivers down his spine.
He feels a strange anticipation whenever he gets scolded by Shen Jiu. His palms start sweating and his heart beats against his ribcage. He doesn't think it's fear. Otherwise, why would he want more?
He starts performing poorly in his assignments, leans closer to Ning Yingying when Mingfan is around, or he doesn't properly do the chores. Anything that he can do to cause some sort of confrontation or issue, he would do in order to gain Shen Jiu's ire.
His favorite punishment was when Shen Jiu would smack his hands with his fan. He loved the way Shen Jiu's face would flush his rage and exertion, the way his sleeves would slip just the tiniest bit as he raised his hand for a hit to reveal that delicate wrist, and the pleasant sting of that ornate fan that was warm from Shen Jiu's body heat.
He especially liked it when Shen Jiu commanded him - told him to kneel and beg for forgiveness.
His heart rate quickens, his muscles tense with excitement, and his breathing comes out in short pants. And down there, straining against the fabric of his robes, was his first step into adulthood.
Meng Mo was disturbed by Luo Bingge, sending an apology to Shen Jiu for what this unfilial disciple would be using his powers for. It was through this that Luo Bingge learned about his Shizun. More importantly, it was through the dreams that he realized that as much as he enjoyed being under that oppressive heel, he found more pleasure in having his Shizun on his knees.
Progressing forward past the Endless Abyss, Luo Binghe stole Shen Jiu away using the help of Shang Qinghua. No one knows where the Peak Lord disappeared, and it was quickly forgotten with the sudden rise of the new Demon Emperor. Of course, the cultivation world was reminded again when said Emperor announced his bride.
Shen Jiu finds himself in a gilded cage, stripped of his power and humiliated by his former disciple.
It sounds non-con and it might be(?). I'm wondering if, since Luo Bingge used the dreams, Shen Jiu would start feeling something back. Maybe he also discovered new things about himself.
I will manifest a happy ending for them somehow. Unhealthy and coerced as it may be...
For now, a jaunty adieu!

MXTX Headcanon: Router Reset Edition!
[Let's say they all live in one house together (modern), just one big chaotic crossover house, the Counsel of the Router will take their say in whether or not it needs to be reset].
Shi Qingxuan: Ugh! My phone isn't sending texts!
He Xuan: My laptop isn't loading this website.
The two of them walk to downstairs to the living room, where Mu Qing, Feng Xin, Shi Wudu, Jiang Cheng, Jiang Yanli, Liu Qingge, Liu Mingfan, and Sha Hualing are sitting on a big couch in front of a TV. The TV is stuck on a black loading screen and all of them are sighing or groaning in annoyance.
Shi Qingxuan: Can't connect to the internet?
Feng Xin: This is stupid! I think too many people are online at the same time!
Sha Hualing: A lot of us are down here watching a movie, I don't think there's really a lot of people using it at the same time.
Liu Qingge: Maybe he's right?
He Xuan: Whether or not he's right, that's 3 devices not connecting properly, everyone, check your phones.
Everybody checks their phones and they have low bars. Some try to open a new search tab or simply log into an online mobile game. Each and every single one fails to connect. They each respond with a disappointed look at each other, that confirms it, the router needs to be reset.
Liu Mingfan: Should we call the Counsel of the Router together?
Shi Qingxuan: Are all of them even home right now?
Shi Wudu: The ones that are home are the only ones that matter.
Jiang Cheng: Well, who's going to grab all of them?
Everyone says "not it" and the last 4 that were the slowest were chosen. Those three were Liu Qingge, Sha Hualing, Jiang Yanli, and Mu Qing. Each of them are tasked to find the couples and bring them into the living room. Liu Qingge found Luo Binghe and Shen Yuan. Sha Hualing found Shang Qinghua and Mobei-Jun. Jiang Yanli found Lan Wanji and Wei Wuxian. Mu Qing found Xie Lian and Hua Cheng. It took about 20 minutes but all of them were crowded in the wide living room with the other roommates that were already there. Some were in the kitchen grabbing a snack and others were simply just talking to each other.
Xie Lian: Is everyone down here?
He Xuan: Pei Ming is still in his room the last I checked, while Qi Rong is still out on vacation.
Mu Qing: We're all here, can we just have them vote on it already?
Xie Lian: Can someone at least tell Pei Ming that we're thinking about resetting the router?
Feng Xin: That can be said after you make a decision.
Hua Cheng: Gege is right, someone should go tell him that we're at least thinking about it.
Shi Wudu: Fine, I'll just go.
Shi Qingxuan: You're one for the team!
Shi Wudu walks to Pei Ming's room and knocks on his door. The door opens wide with Pei Ming almost peaking from behind the other side of the door. His room is hot, almost too hot. He has so many devices on at the moment, a console, computer, tv, and his phone on at the same time, and all of them are using online services.
Shi Wudu: ...
Pei Ming: ...
Shi Wudu: Yeah, I just came here to tell you that a vote is being made about resetting the router...?
Pei Ming: Oh, great! Thanks for telling me.
The door closes and Shi Wudu walks back to the living room awkwardly. He informs the Counsel that Pei Ming is warned and so the voting starts. The counsel huddle up, it takes a good 5 minutes for everyone to decide, but finally, they break up into a line.
Shang Qinghua: Out of the 8 of us, the ones that are in favor of resetting the router...
Luo Binghe, Shen Yuan, Hua Cheng, and Wei Wuxian raise their hands. That's 4 out of 8.
Shang Qinghua: Out of the 8 of us, the ones that are opposed to resetting the router...
Xie Lian, Mobei Jun, and Shang Qinghua.
Everyone looks are Lan Wangji.
Lan Wangji: I'm indifferent, I was simply taking a nap before this all started.
Shang Qinghua: It's decided, 4 over 3 -- since Lan Wangji didn't vote -- the router will be reset!
Everyone cheers. Finally Shi Qingxuan can send that text! He Xuan can load that website! Everyone who was originally in the living room can start their movie! Everyone else can go back to doing whatever the hell they were doing in the first place!
So, with the decision made, Hua Cheng does the honor of unplugging it and plugging it back in after 30 seconds. After that, everyone disperses to go back to their everyday lives.

I hope this counted as a headcanon, because it was in an entirely different format than usual. Anyways, that's what I think a crossover of MXTX characters would do when there is an internet connection crisis : CALL UPON THE COUNSEL!

Rewatching Over and Over
I’m not really sure why but the SVSSS donghua I just like to watch over and over. I usually never watch things over even if it’s a show I like. Even if I do, it’s usually after a few years and like not like 3 times a week like I’m doing with every episode.
A lot of people including myself have some issues with the 3D animation being uncanny valley sometimes, but also you can really tell which characters they spent money on for their character models. Like Shen Qingqiu and Luo Binghe and Liu Qingge are so detailed in comparison to everyone else. I’m a little iffy sometimes on Qingqiu’s underclothes sometimes because of how the fabric flows, but like it still has textile texture applied to it rather than flat color. His regular outfit too has texture on the armpads and *EMBROIDERY* on it. Binghe’s outfit as well also has texture and design on his outfit, but other minor characters like Ming Fan look like plastic entirely. They don’t really have skin texture on them, so even those 3 when you look at their hands they look a bit plastic on top of the fact that they’re trying to imitate a painting in some ways, but you can tell even despite that that more time was spent on their character models because of how their hair moves and the details of their eyebrows. I think more of the money went to Binghe though than Qingqiu because sometimes when they make Qingqiu’s face his eyes are like too far apart or weird shaped? I don’t know. It lasts for like a second, but when he has his eyes only slightly open they look strange?
Yue Qingyuan has some embroidery on his outfit, but it’s a little more plastic-y in detail. Mu Qingfan also as his outfit is too shiny? But like Mingfan’s outfit has almost no texture and his hair is a bit more stationary than like Binghe’s which has subtle air flow to indicate movement of like his whole body.
I think I just like Shen Qingqiu’s face. XD Adult Binghe isn’t too bad looking too, but he’s kind of a dick and Liu Qingge is definitely very pretty. I don’t really like Shen Yuan’s personality as much as I like Shen Jiu’s. Like for me, I would prefer Shen Jiu and Shen Yuan would be an entertaining friend who complains too much. If they were to meet and I were there to witness it, I would be off to the side laughing hysterically as Shen Yuan would probably embarrass Shen Jiu a lot. But also I’d be really sad for Shen Jiu if like he actually didn’t go anywhere and he was just like put aside in his own body’s consciousness and he was like in a mental box locked up and watching what Shen Yuan does. There’s a few things where surely he would die of mortification, but at least he’d be able to hear Qingyuan.
But like Liu Qingge is definitely more my actual type. Shen Jiu from what of him we’re able to know is also kind of my type too as they’re both kind of tsundere-ish. Qingge is probably more on the asexual side as he’s more serious and work-oriented, but Qingqiu is quite serious as well and misunderstood which triggers the small part of my brain that wants to “save” others even though that’s super unhealthy. Also even though he regularly went to the Warm Red Pavilion and like had some inappropriate designs on Ning Yingying, for some reason that doesn’t bother me because with his backstory I understand why and what his motivations are. Like a salve for his trauma, but also because he acts aloof to others other people with whom he could have more meaningful relationships stay away or think he’s an actual dick and proximity-wise there’s only Ning Yingying he’s able to interact with any level of kindness. WRP ladies are more in a transactional situation, so there’s no actual intimacy or closeness there. Just vapid physical transactions and temporary relief for a more deep seated problem. Practically speaking the only “appropriate relationship” for Shen Jiu would have been Qi Qingqi, but like she’s not that kind of person and is also quite serious as well and didn’t really get along with Shen Jiu either. She’s a woman with a strong personality and for strangers who don’t know Shen Jiu’s past, they would look at him like he’s a complete asshole and that’s likely what she thought of him. I would say she’s more likely to be friends with Qingge as they are very similar to each other.
Like in order for Shen Jiu to probably have gotten any kind of positive influence or like healing in his life, there would probably need to be a female character that for some reason or another just kept wanting to talk with him and get along with him. There’s no way in hell he’d open up with any man because of his trauma, and based on what info we know about the Cang Qiong Mountain sect there doesn’t seem to be a female cultivator like that in the sect. Like say Cang Qiong had a collab mission or something with another sect and it was Shen Jiu and some female cultivator that maybe was serious and devoted to the task with her own talents, but also not as cold as Qi Qingqi in that she’d be a bit more talkative or would try to get to know the person she’s working with to an extent and they could have an amicable working relationship and kind of through that develop a kind of trust and closeness that he doesn’t have with anyone else, but also isn’t *that* close. It’s a low bar to say closer than anyone because Shen Jiu is estranged from Yue Qingyuan and not at all close to anyone else other than his own disciples, but even then he doesn’t actually share anything with them. A character like that doesn’t exist in either book, but I kind of think that’s what he would have needed. Even after the mission it’s not like they would be best of friends, but a rather comfortable comrade in arms kind of thing and would exchange like polite greetings at every Immortal Alliance Conference or something, which is still more positive interaction than he actually has with literally anyone else. From there maybe after a few polite exchanges through years and years of only occasionally running into each other would he maybe open up to them about his past. But like, this kind of thing would be such a long process that if the original still treated his talented disciples like shit, he would have been long murdered by Binghe before anything developed with this character. I just can’t help trying to imagine a happier life for him because he just got shafted in so many ways.

Hit ch59 and both uncomf and find it hilarious that this happened. I mean by what means did he get that while stuck in a coffin?? Lmao like wtf. I think this would be funnier beyond surface level to me if it werent for the endgame. Again MB thats the point of it to be uncomf and poke fun at peeps who like this sorta jam but like lampshading while then proceeding to play the rest straight isnt gonna save it.
Imma still read it though, because things that poke fun at genres even when I'm not familar woth said genre always are my fave thing and I like the protag a lot. Sqq inner monologues are the best part a lot of the time. Only wish I got more of the other characters. Mainly the girls. I tjought at least ning ying ying would be wxplored more. Or Liu mingfan and hualing.
then again I kept with his majestys dragon mostly for the sake of the dragon cause lemme tell you i absolutely hated main character. He was such a dick. Sure he gets better but still a dick.

Unggahan BEM UNJ tersebut menjadi sorotan netizen di media sosial baik Twitter maupun Instagram.
Kemunculan tangkapan layar tersebut di Twitter pertama kali diunggah oleh akun @Nadyazura pada hari ini (10/02/2019).
Dalam cuitannya, Nadya mengaku kaget dengan tindakan yang diunggah oleh akun resmi BEM UNJ tersebut. Nadya bahkan menyebut hal ini sebagai 'penghapusan eksistensi perempuan dari sejarah.'
Komentar-komentar di cuitan Nadya pun banyak yang sependapat. Namun, tidak semua netizen setuju dengan ucapan @Nadyazura tersebut.
Ada juga netizen yang meminta Nadya untuk melihat fenomena ini dari sisi yang berbeda.
Bahkan ada juga netizen yang menyertakan tangkapan layar komentar Instagram dari seorang anggota BEMFT UNJ.
Di dalam tulisannya, @ferdhinar mengklaim bahwa tindakan mem-blur tersebut merupakan permintaan pengurus perempuan BEMFT UNJ sendiri.

Di kolom komentar tersebut, ada juga yang menambahkan informasi bahwa BEMFT UNJ telah melakukan blurring terhadap pengurus perempuannya setiap tahun.
Setelah ramai blur foto pengurus BEM UNJ ini, muncul lagi sorotan pada foto BEM UGM yang juga melakukan hal serupa bagi pengurus Perempuannya.
Seperti yang diunggah Sekretaris Jenderal Partai Solidaritas Indonesia (PSI), Antoni Raja di akun Twitetrnya.
Dalam caption foto unggahanya dia pun meminta pendapat teman-temannya untuk memberikan tanggapan soal foto perempuan yang menjadi pengurus di BEM UGM.
"Fiqh apa yang mengajarkan foto perempuan harus diblur Gus @na_dirs @sahaL_AS @Ayang_Utriza?," cuitnya.
Beberapa pengikut Antoni Raja pun memberikan tanggapan yang tidak dapat menerima foto pengurus perempuan diblur.
"Almamater saya... miris sekelas mahasiswa UGM bisa2nya skr begini...intelektualitas tidak lg dikedepankan," komentar Mingfan.
"Herannya tuh cewe2 yang harusnya "super pinter dan cerdas", krn bisa diterima di UGM, kok gak protest!! Mengiyakan saja direndahkan #miris dgn generasi skrg," Komentar Ciopi.
Beberapa komentar pun ada yang menyebutkan akan lucu jika perempuan yang menjadi rektor di Kampus tersebut, karena tentu akan diblur.
"Ini kalau Rektor nya perempuan bisa LUCU ini he he he," komentar Kang Aziz Tuban.
