This is a Good Omens Mini Bang themed entirely around Fairy Tales! Writing your own or adapting a favorite! All versions of all Fairy Tales are welcome! Mythology is also welcome to be adapted if so desired as long as it stays on theme! Minimum Word Count: 3000 words Timeline will be: January 13th - Voting/Interest Check Opens (You may join the discord after interest check completion though) February 13th - Officially Sign-Ups open March 13th - Sign-ups Close May 30th - Summary Submissions Open (50% work due) June 13th - Summary Submissions Close June 15th - Claims Start July 31st - Group Check-in September 13th - Posting Starts August 13th - Final Check by mods for anyone needing to bail so as to assign pinch hitters. Both art and fic should be nearing completion or completed and looked at by a beta. September 13th Posting to AO3 with links to ART (Hosted at the artist's website of choice.) Do you like making fanfics and fanart but think you're wips are too silly/no good enough?

Well, this is the theme for this mini bang!

This is my first time running an event like this so don't worry if you're not sure how these events go because we'll all be learning together.

The subjects of the fics can come in all shapes and sizes, you want to write an absolutely unhinged fic about Destiel in the Cars universe? go for it. You want to make NSFW art of Dean and Cas in the Family Guy style? Okay. There's no need for perfection, in fact, imperfection is encouraged. After all the show itself isn't perfect so why should all the fan-content be?

This event will go by quicker than some bangs both to not take time away from other people's events, and also to makes sure you all don't have time to overthink what you are creating.

DeanCas Wild West Fest (DWWF) is a bang-style event where authors and artists will be paired up to create works inspired by all things Western — from homesteading and rodeos to outlaws and train robberies.

Authors will be expected to write a 5,000+ word DeanCas/Destiel fan-fiction that falls into the Western genre. Artists will then create one work of original artwork and one banner inspired by the fic they are paired with.
