Dance of the fairies!

Okay, so throwing myself back into my miraculous circus au, imagining that in this dance or performance, they tell the story of a fairy queen who must leave her kingdom in search or retrieval of something and on her way she meets a woodland nymph or something and they fall in love.

(Imagine this to Wind by Akeboshi (from Naruto). It’s what inspired these drawing and the movements.

And so in this shot, Marinette and Adrian are dancing together, telling the story Through dance. :)))))))

I forget how much I love drawing I don’t think I’ve shared any of my recent months drawings!

Some more stuff for the miraculous circus au!!

Master Fu was originally a magician who was extremely popular due to his illusion tricks

He could make the audience believe one thing over the other with such ease

And then after his mentor another great magician died due to a mysterious trick being performed wrong he became the ringmaster instead

The Miracle Circus mixes extreme stunts with magic

Not all of the troupe members have magic they may have a certain ability like shapeshifting or super strength

Tikki and Plagg have a bit of a friendly rivalry, and sometimes it causes a slips between some of the performers who end up choosing sides to perform with

Like Duusu and Pollen tend to work with Plagg whilst Nooro and Wayzz work with Tikki

It gives them a chance to switch up the performance every now and again, they will get the audience to choose by cheering for their fave

For a few of the kids who appear later

Juleka and Sabrina are shapeshifters

Juleka takes the form of a bat whilst Sabrina takes her form as a beagle

Rose is a siren

Mylene has the ability to control and grow anything nature like

Ivan has super strength

Lila could possibly be a shapeshifter or just lies about her ability

Alix has super speed and another small power

Alya is a pyrotechnic she has no magic same as nino he just has the skill of balancing a lot of stuff on his body

Chloe also has no magic her body is just intensely flexible

And I’m not sure on some of the others yet or maybe some of them just don’t have magic

The Graham De Vanily family are kinda linked to the circus idk why yet

Emilie was part of the troupe at some point and had an extremely strong type of magic in her (that’s all I’m telling you for now)

Amelie was more of a backstage gal but has powers of her own (again being super vague for storyline reasons)

Félix got a bit of his mother’s unlucky magic

Nathalie is extremely good with her self defence skills and her magic gives her an advantage as it amplifies her strength

She’s also now a member of the circus

Gabe. Gabe’s magic is wack. That’s all I’m gonna say again.

Adrien got a mix of his parents magic hence why Plagg was so attracted to him at first

Also Gorilla is a shapeshifter

Marinette is what some would call a lucky charm but also an unlucky charm

Her magic of creation really does let her creativity run wild

Which much like Adrien is why Tikki took her under her wing

Sabine’s magic is again to do with creation and art

Tom doesn’t have magic! But his pastries are beautiful!!!

In honor of the new year I’ll be posting the last art pieces I did of last year plus an art summary for the year.

First the art summary of 2023 because I felt like just giving an overview of what all I’ve made plus what I will be adding to this post. The first two are of my persona, her main art and her as a Fairy Pokémon Gym Leader (which was made for a discord server I’m in). March is of my Welcome Home oc that I haven’t made much art of, but I do have a piece I’m still working on since I’m not as hyperfixated on WH but still enjoy seeing art of it. April is of an AU version of my Marvel oc Molly (I know what I said in the og post with that art, but I’m considering it an AU version of Molly to just add to the different version I have of her). May is art of my TWEWY oc Kotone after she becomes a reaper. June is art of my FNaF oc Kelly in her new daycare uniform. July is art I made for my SU art blog, which is art of an AU I’m occasionally working on because I have too many ideas to ever commit to one thing lol. August is a redesign of my RC9GN oc Clarissa. September is art I made for a friend. October is art of my TADC oc Odette, who I’ve never posted on tumblr because I keep forget to lol. November is actually the outlier of everything on here because I technically started it years ago, but only finished it November 2023, so we’re just going to accept it into the bunch. December is art of an old oc that used to belong to a friend of mine, but she’s given him up to me since she doesn’t do art anymore and I couldn’t just separate him from his girlfriend (my oc Lucy). Plus he’s apart of the first ever oc universe I ever created (with my friend).

Now onto my latest unposted art!

First we have is Annalei! She is a character I made based on my friend. Originally it was a trio thing, but now it’s just a duo (because of drama I won’t get into on here since it’s the new year and we don’t need that drama again). Anyways, she is an angel who acts as the guardian angel of my character (who I haven’t drawn yet) Nikki. The two actually live together as roommates with Annalei trying to help guide Nikki down a path of good. I made this piece for my friend for Christmas because I thought she’d like it (she loved it). I don’t have a lot developed for this universe because of reasons, but I’ll eventually get around to developing it more.

Next we have Odette. She is my The Amazing Digital Circus oc I made after falling in love with the pilot of tadc. She is based off a ballerina music box I have that belonged to my mom, plus my childhood love of ballet, and ball jointed dolls (since tadc gives off a whole toy-box vibe). She named herself Odette because it was the one thing she could remember from the real world. Ironically, she is living her worst fear because she feared being forgotten by loved ones and everyone she ever cared about. She hates that she can’t remember anything about herself and tries her best to find a way out, but doesn’t think too hard on escaping since she doesn’t want to abstract. She actually tends to stay hidden from the others, Caine doesn’t actually know she’s there, but is aware of her room. The others know of her room, but Jax was the only one to ever meet her until Pomni arrived. The other few things she does remember is how to dance, draw and sing (mostly through muscle memory). Odette has a weird friendship with Jax, but she doesn’t mind. Especially since she has social anxiety and making new friends is really difficult for her (even more so now that she has no idea who she is). This helps her with becoming friends with Pomni since they’re both filled with anxiety and the desire to leave. Though Odette does her best to help Pomni out whenever she can, hoping that one of them could leave at the least. When she does first meet Pomni it was by accident on Pomni’s part. Odette had been dancing around in a place far enough away from the others, but close enough to still be able to see whatever adventure Caine has them all doing. The music playing drowned out any sound of someone approaching that Odette didn’t notice Pomni until the song ended and Pomni clapped at the performance, which caused Odette to freeze up and panic. Especially when she saw that it wasn’t Jax that found her. Luckily for the two of them this led to a friendship (one where Odette would do her best to protect Pomni from Jax’s pranks).

Next is of my Miraculous oc Dani. Maskerade (a play on mask and masquerade) is of akumatized Dani. The only reason for her getting akumatized is stress from her mother and everyone expecting her to be someone she’s not. Despite being a miraculous holder she would struggle with being akumatized because she knows that she’s just stressed out and there are ways to fix what she’s dealing with, but as a teenager trying to get her mother to just listen and understand her is difficult. Sometimes turning into a villain helps with getting the point across. Vespbee is Dani if she was the holder of the bee miraculous. I honestly went a little overboard with her hair, but I love it so much. Not much to say on it because it’s just a literal what if situation. Dark Swan is if Swanette got akumatized. It’s less likely to happen compared to Maskerade, but still possible because even as Swanette Dani has her doubts as a hero. Especially when she hears all the comments on how she’ll never be better than Ladybug and Cat Noir, not that she really cares but it hurts to be compared to other heroes. She’d be pretty dangerous because she’d be able to break away from Hawkmoth’s control and be an independent villain of her own control, which wouldn’t seem that bad but with her unlimited use of her abilities is not good. Especially because her miraculous ability is using her feathers to normally just brings out the best of person (like a trait or ability/talent), but an akumatized version of that brings out the worst in people and can bring out an animalistic/monstrous version of the person (practically turning them into a monstrous creature). Since she doesn’t have any goal other than proving that “yeah I’ll never be like Ladybug and Cat Noir”, which makes it even more difficult for Ladybug and Cat Noir to stop her. (She’s basically an eviler version of Hawkmoth)

Next we have is an AU idea I had for my DC oc Grace Kyle/Wayne (aka Catgirl).

This AU idea started out as “What if Catgirl died trying to become a vigilante like Batman to get closer to him in hopes of being able to tell him that they’re related?”, then turned into Grace swapping places with Jason and being the one to die instead. I plan of drawing what she looks like after being brought back to life as Crimson Cat (a name she gave herself) that has been trained under Talia al Ghul since Grace didn’t have any proper training to be a vigilante in the first place. Now alive she works on tracking down who killed her and getting revenge. It’s still a wip of an idea, but I think it’d be fun because of messing around with the personalities of characters. Plus angst for both Bruce and Selina.

Next we have the designs for my TMNT universe turtles. It’s a mix of 2012!turtles and rise!turtles, but with different turtles. Idk what else to say about them since I’m still working on that whole universe.

I’m adding this purely because I really love this design. This is Ozul Nightingale, otherwise known as the Boogeyman or Shadow Man, in his shadow/monster form. He’s the villain of my universe called Different Paths. He has the abilities to cause people to experience nightmares, slowly corrupting people into beings called shadow monsters, and brining out the true darkness in people. He was sealed away by The Council to save others from his powers. When he was sealed away he was put into an eternal sleep that could be broken by the blood of a pure-blooded shadow witch (a witch who is descended from Ozul that can perform shadow magic). To keep watch over him and prevent anyone from waking him a powerful witch, his wife, was placed as his guard, but over time she slowly became corrupted and became known as the Shadow Witch (who is the baddie for the most part of Different Paths). I haven’t drawn his human form yet, but I plan on doing it eventually. (Along with redesigning the main characters)

Next we have Barry and Aria. They’re just fun characters I made that are children of tumblr sexymen/women (Dr. Drakken and Shego). No, they are not related, but they do act like cousins to each other and we’re raised together by Drakken and Shego.

Lastly is my love Digger. He is being reworked because I’m basing him off of memory, but making him more my own. He is a ghoul demon creature that works in a graveyard. He’s a pretty chill guy and dating my oc Lucy (who is the long lost vampire princess). His family is a royal demon family that has constantly been at war with the royal vampire family because of things that happened in the past. However, Digger honestly doesn’t care about all of that and enjoys spending time working in the graveyard. He especially doesn’t react negatively like other demons (that aren’t in his immediate family) would expect him to react when finding out that his girlfriend is the long lost vampire princess (especially since it’s a big change for Lucy, who group up believing she was a weird witch girl that just was better with certain dark magic compared than other witches). He loves his girlfriend so much that her being from the “rival” family (it’s more the vampires that hate the demons) just means that they’ll be together forever. (Also he lets her paint his nails because it’s the only reminder of her that he’s willing to get dirty while he’s working). I do eventually plan of the two getting married, but that’s a future me thing to deal with.

That concludes all the art from 2023!!!! I hopefully will get around to posting more art on here than I normally do. I hope you look forward to it! Anyways, I hope you all have a wonderful year! Remember stay creative!

My Recommended Fic List

So, I got this ask awhile ago, and since I have been re-reading a bunch of my old favorite fics as a way to cheer up after work I figured why not. This list will be long... and varied but mostly its older fics cuz idk there my favs. Now lets go:

Fashion Upgrade - By @soap-lady : Straight up one of my favorite fics ever, its fun, its creative, it never fails to make me laugh when I need something warm and wholesome after a bad day. Also go check out the rest of her stuff there's so much good okay like shes just a writing queen. Shes on AO3 I don't want to spoil you on her other stuff just GO experience it for yourself.

Ode To Decoy pt 1 / 2 / 3 - By @a-marlene-s : Ive always liked this short sweet little fic about Lila getting caught. Its Lila + class salt though so avoid if that's not your flavor.

EVERYTHING - By @unmaskedagain : They have salt, they have sugar, they have funny, they have crossovers. Like honestly they are a just a great writer with so much variety so go check out the masterlist I linked and I guarantee there will be something there you like.

@ravennm84 Is a writer on the saltier side but they have a wonderful selection of weird wacky tales from the salty but oh so well written Damning Evidence that sees Lila get caught in the best way to the 3 part Horror inspired Serafina other great fics from them include Marinettes Family Court Circus pt 1 / 2 and Of Moldy Bread and Cockroaches / Be Kind to Servers honestly its worth giving there blog a look.

@mochinek0 Is another writer with several beloved fics. They write a lot of Maribat and we love them for it. Ones to check out would be Blind Date / Bruce vs Gabriel just go check out there tag list of daminette for more.

Accidental Crime Boss Marinette - By @lady-literature : This is a wonderful idea and a wonderful little fic and I just... I just like it okay. Sadly I haven't read a lot of there other stuff... But I might after finishing this list considering how much I enjoy this one.

@nobodyfamousposts I love a LOT of there fics. They are one of the best when it comes to striking that sweet spot of calling out the show for some of its garbage while not getting so salty that you cant have fun lighthearted goodness. I have been looking for a masterlist of there work but cant find one so just go stalk there tags. I do recommend there Chloe's Lament Series 1 / 2 exploring how certain 'wishes' would backfire. Guardian Assistant Kevin is also a good one Miracle Queen Aftermath pt 1 / 2 / The 8 parter Burn the Witch series / The Wisdom Teeth Reveal / Kagami Vs The Wall of Faces / Resigning With Grace & Spite / I tried to give a lot of links cuz they have a lot of stuff

Kill Them With Kindness - By @luki-fanfic : Well written, good salt without going overboard. Just good vibes. I havent stalked there other stuff but if its anything like this fic its probably excellent quality.

Stephen Vladislav pt 1 / 2 - By @stormiclown : Adrien centered salt on the idea of finally giving Adrien his own proper rival. I like the idea of Adrien having a rival because its usually Marinette and this was just the right length to get those creative ideas flowing. Also just well written what more can you ask for.

Power Trip - By @storygirl000 : This was the first fic that made me go... Wait would it be more fun if Lila was actually competent? And that set me on the path to writing my own fics where Lila is more villainous and more capable. Its short, well written. Good.

Your Wish is My Command - By DemiGoddess28 on AO3 : A great 11 chapter fic looking into Lila's life if she were to win and get a miraculous wish. Its got sugary goodness for our protagonists and the class and salt for our dearest friend Lila.

LadyBugOut AU - By Miraculous-Content on AO3 : A 50 chapter fic made up of snippets and ideas. I found it really inspiring in many ways. I also love how it redeems Marinettes classmates showing how and why they were tricked but holding them accountable anyway its just... Good.

Juleka vs The Forces of the Universe - By goldenlaurelleaves on AO3 : For those of us not yet ready to accept the death of luka/mari we have this wonderful fic showing Juleka being the biggest wingman as she helps these idiots find there way together.

ChaoticNeutral on AO3 has there own Chloe's Lament fic as well as a Gabriel's Lament fic for people who need sweet salty of those two characters.

BroadwayCutie16 was Inspired by the person above and DemiGoddesses your wish is my command fic to write Lila's Lament fic going over Lilas failed wish. Honestly I always love these fics because there just so interesting and the way wishes can be taken and twisted is always a fascinating idea to me.

#WayneAngel - By Tired-Writing-Teach on AO3 : For us Maribat lovers. Its fun and lighthearted with some good gags and some light fluff.

Damian in Paris - By Lilliesandliveries on AO3 : A sweet Maribat series showing what would happen if Damian ran away from home and found himself in Paris and getting therapy.

How a Demon Commissions an Angel - By AlixAnonymous : Damian blackmails Marinette into letting him be her client so he can get his bros the best gifts, they end up becoming penpal buddies.

Mythomania - By LadyEnna_50 on AO3 : Proof that I dont hate Adrien or Mari/Adrien. In this fic Adrien's spine gets titanium plating and he sees just how bad Lila is hurting Marinette and does something about it.

The Contingency - By AbyssalGuardian on AO3 : SALT. Also Tim/Mari but even still I love the way this was written, the style, and some of the ideas just ugh love it. Its not for those who dont like salt so just avoid at your own discretion. Its about a chaotic Marinette done with her life running away to Gotham where she meets her true black cat, and gets her life back on track.

The String That Binds Us - By FaithAndATypeWriter on AO3 : Okay so is there any Mari/Bat fan who hasnt already heard of this one? Who cares its good, its cute, I love it. May the author be blessed with snacks.

The Great IKEA Game - By @batsandbugs : Okay again... I think every Mari/Bat fan has probably heard of this one already because its just that good and that popular. But who cares I am recommending it anyway. Don't read if your allergic to fun I guess.

Summary of the story: princess, now Queen Y/N (Y/M/N) Y/L/N was forced into marrying King Jake “Hangman” Seresin. Leaving her own kingdom, Eldoria, behind, she left to live and rule Jake kingdom, Misthaven. The time for an age-old tradition in Y/N kingdom came. Miraculously the Queen convinces Jake to invite her old village to come celebrate the tradition with them. This is the story on how the ruthless King learns how to love his Queen.

Princess - now Queen - y/n (y/m/n) y/l/n, never saw her life going down this road. It's not like she didn't picture herself walking down the aisle to her future partner. No, she's had dreams about this magical day since she was a little princess. Sharing imaginary stories about the most important day of her life with her lady-in-waiting Natasha Trace. She knew exactly what she wanted during her wedding day. She knew what dress she wanted to wear, which colors and flowers would decorate the church, the ballroom, even the town. She knew what music should be played and what food should be served to not only other royals but the whole village. She knew what she wanted, and this was not it.

King Jacob “Hangman” Seresin of Misthaven wasn't exactly her dream partner. She wanted to get married to a partner she met herself. Someone she got the chance to meet on her own, spend time with and actually fall in love with, naturally. Not in this arranged marriage circus. She knew her father meant the best when he passed away. She knew protection was needed for their kingdom, but why? Why did her father chose King Jake, the most ruthless king to ever exist. People described him as the baddest of the bad kings. And she went through all this at the age of 19.

Y/n stood in front of King Jake. On her left side stood the priest, slowly reading from the Bible. Y/n’s hands were laying softly in Jakes hands. Her eyes drew towards Jakes face. She decided to take in his appearance while he was watching the priest talk. He didn’t seem happy to be there either. The young king shifts his gaze back to his future wife. Y/n’s eyes left his face and met his chest. He was wearing his royal suit, the Misthavens coat of arms visible on his right peck.

Her eyes traveled to her shoes and her long wedding dress. The wedding dress was beautiful, a gift from her future kingdom. But the dress was not her style, she felt like she was wearing someone else's style. This wasn’t the wedding dress she dreamed of when she was knee-high. Her eyes wondered to a decoration piece in the church. The colors were dull, or at least duller than she hoped the decorations would look like on this day.

Her eyes caught a moving foot next to the decoration she was looking at. The foot belonged to Bradley “Rooster” Bradshaw, the Royal Huntsman of the kingdom. He was the third and last man standing next to the king. Y/n had never talked to Bradley before. Come to think of it, she never talked to any of the Kings acquaintances, apart from Javy “Coyote” Machado, the kings champion. He was the one welcoming her into the kingdom.

Next to Bradley stood Robert “Bob” Floyd, the Royal Advisor. Looking over the four men, Y/N already liked Bob the most. He looked the nicest. He even looked like he didn’t belong there, like he belonged to a whole different kingdom, not Misthaven. Y/n’s eyes met Bobs. He could see the fear in her eyes and gave the princess an assuring smile. For whatever reason that made Y/n less nervous.

Het eyes moved over to Javy, he was looking at the priest as well. The words of the priest faded in her ears but her eyes caught the movement of Javies arms, moving to hold the pillow with both rings in front of her and Jake. It was time, time to give each other the rings.

While she was repeating the words of the priest and looking into Jakes green eyes, she felt her veil move. Natasha must of fixed her veil to make it presentable. Y/n cried tears of joy when she found out not only Natasha but also Mickey and Rueben could come with her to Misthaven and leave Eldoria. It gave her a little hope that she won’t feel alone in a new place like this.

Mickey “Fanboy” García was standing next to Natasha, following by Rueben “Payback” Fitch. The sight was odd, seeing two men stand in a place where bridesmaids should stand. But the whole place looked odd. At the doors of the church stood Pete “Maverick” Mitchell, together with three other guards. Their swords reflected in the light, ready to attack when needed.

Looking over the crowd in the church, wasn’t pleasing either. The crowd wore dull colors as well and their faces represented more like they were attending a funeral instead of a wedding. Y/n felt a pinch in her hand, her eyes met Jakes again and the words of the priest came back in her ears: “You may kiss the bride”.

Y/n was seated next to Jake in the carriage. Her hands layed nervously in her lap. She looked outside. The streets were filled with families, throwing rice at the newly-wedded couple. Around the carriage was Bradley and Pete with 4 other knights. The only sound Y/n could hear was the rice hitting the roof and sides of the carriage. There was no music, barely any laughter. The supposedly most joyful day of the woman’s life, wasn’t the most joyful day of her life.

A throat cleared next to her. She shifts her focus to her newly-minted husband. “Maids will show you your new room when we will arrive at the castle. You can ask them anything and they will bring it to or do it for you. There will be a celebrating dinner at 7:30 pm for your companions and mine” king Jake spoke with his deep voice. He wasn’t looking at her, but staring outside. “I will be away with Rooster until then, you can explore the castle, but I expect you to be ready when time will come.”

Y/n swallows, then asks in a small voice, “What about the villagers? When will the feast start for them?” Jake let out a chuckle, he turned his head towards her. “If the villagers want a feast to celebrate, they should organize one themself. I have more important tasks to accomplish then organize a feast on the costs of the castle.”

Y/n frowned, the kingdom of Misthaven didn’t get to celebrate their new queen? In her homeland, any big or small event was cause for a town-wide celebration. Holidays, weddings, arrivals of newborns, the castle and village wouldn't miss a moment to enjoy life. Whenever a new king or queen joined the royal line, they would organize a marvelous feast for the villagers, with live music, a huge buffet and dancing until the sun rises the next day. This wasn’t the wedding Y/n wanted, nor the life she'd imagined.

I’m bringing back my Miraculous Circus AU, because I have been dancing more myself and moving to music and I’ve started imagining movements to music and it’s making me WANT TO DRAW!

I just need to think more about lore rather than just drawing pretty movements (plus tbf this last year I’ve been a full time teacher and then a full time 1-1 working with special needs to I am busy busy)

Little idea I had watching Jack’s carnival of carnage from Halloween horror nights

Miraculous circus au

Master Fu and the Kwami’s form the Miracle Circus (get it miracle box miracle circus)

One day both Marinette and Adrien stumble upon the circus themselves and end up meeting, causing a chain of events that might change the fates of those around them

They end up becoming part of miracle circus

Adrien works with Plagg on beast taming and Marinette ends up working with Tikki as a trapeze artist.

Turns out several lost children keep turning up at this circus since a dark force is rising in the world of magic and mystery

There’s Alya the pyrotechnic and Nino the musician who’s has a nack for also being able to balance things on himself

Or take Chloe extremely flexible and can fit in tight spots like small boxes

One night Adrien realises his father and aunt along with his cousin félix are in the audience, probably hearing something about him being there and wanting to find him again

But they put on a show, and then the dark force attacks leaving Duusu and several of the other performers injured and restless

So together Adrien and Marinette along with the rest of the troupe and his father/aunt have to figure out how to stop it and why it’s happening

With a little magic and luck on there side it should hopefully work

And Adrien may just learn the secrets of his family, Marinette may finally get the confidence to take a leap of faith.

Master Fu may just find his successors

Oh boy is it time for another AU already?

So my idea for this one is that after being scooped, Michael possesses Ennard (specifically Funtime Foxy inside of Ennard) instead of his own corpse. He lies dormant for a while but when he starts to wake up and the other animatronics realize that he wasn’t William; the horror of this revelation causes Elizabeth to take control from Baby and she flees from Ennard in shame at what she did. Michael/Foxy takes over Elizabeth/Baby’s role as Ennard’s leader but he’s not as overbearing as she was and so Ballora and Freddy don’t kick him out like they kick out Elizabeth in canon. They make their way to the old Afton house and take Michael’s old Foxy mask instead of using Funtime Freddy’s faceplate.

Evan didn’t die in the Bite, but he has been in a coma for several years. All the Afton’s are gone now that Michael’s vanished so Henry’s been made his guardian. Eventually Evan miraculously wakes up and, alongside Henry, tries to investigate Fazbear’s to figure out what happened to his family. Evan (by now physically in his late teens/early 20s, the same age as Mike when he went into Circus Baby’s) offers to be the one taking the night guard positions since Henry would be too recognizable and Henry eventually agrees, after a lot of convincing. They eventually (though with a far reduced timespan compared to canon) come across Fazbear Frights where they discover Springtrap, who’s very surprised and curious to see Evan alive and awake. By this point they’ve figured out what William did though and try to burn it down etc etc.

PizzaSim comes around, though this time Henry plans for at least Evan to escape the fire, if not also himself. Evan brings in Scraptrap, Lefty, Scrap Baby, and Molten Foxy. Molten Foxy is unresponsive for the first several nights but eventually makes its way to the office like all the others, though unlike the others it doesn’t seem to be aggressive. The thing sneaks behind Evan while he is momentarily distracted, and he doesn’t notice until his brother’s voice comes through the glitched voice box, nervously calling out his name.

Alcoholic Pomni AU - Idea Drabble

// AN: I thought it would be funny if Pomni lost it and decided to turn to alcohol. Idk- my brain is wack. I wanted to write for the longest time but I couldn’t bring myself to come up with any fun ideas. Then TADC came out and I decided to write a quick thing about that. This was the first thing I thought of. I’m sorry Pomni lovers _:(´ཀ`」 ∠):

Pomni wasn’t keen on the idea of being trapped in the digital circus with now way out.

What’s really the kicker is that everyone has seemingly given up on finding an exit. Not Pomni though. No. She’s determined to find one!

Unfortunately, dead end after dead end, it starts to dawn on Pomni that maybe she’s on a wild goose chase. Maybe the others were right. Maybe there was no exit.

Pomni sighed. Annoyed at the idea that Jax might be on the winning side of the argument, she busied herself with simply walking along as many walls as possible. Maybe, just maybe, she missed something.

Pomni stoped at a small table. A glass bottle of wine sat atop it, sitting just in the center. Pomni looked around to see if Cain was pulling something again. Or if maybe it was a trigger for another “adventure” of sorts. Didn’t Cain say this show, or world, or whatever was supposed to be “PG?”

Have some

Pomni heard the little voice in her head say. Wait… voice? Maybe she really was losing it. She stood for a moment and thought about it. Maybe a bit of booze would help take the edge off.

Pomni tentatively took the bottle from the table, half expecting some sort of alarm to go off. When it didn’t, she breathed a sigh of relief. A siren is just the type of thing Cain would pull.

…

Pomni had been missing for a while, and Ragitha was starting to worry.

“Guys shouldn’t we find Pomni?” She suggested to the group.

“She’s probably looking for that exit again” Zooble scoffed.

“Or she obstructed” Everyone took a second to glare at Jax, who in return simply shrugged with a bored look on his face.

“OHHHHH GUYYYSHHHHH~”

A slurred voice that sounded like Pomni traveled through the room.

The group turned to look in that direction. Pomni wobbled into the main room with a big grin on her face and what looked to be an almost empty bottle of wine in her hand.

“You won’t berive dis, hehe…. The wine here? AMAZING! I didn’t evren have ta’ drink the whole fing to get drunk!” Pomni smiled in a drunk daze.

Now Ragitha was even more concerned. Where did Pomni find alcohol? There had never been any before!

“Well she’s wasted… I’m out” before Jax could walk away Kinger who had been uncharacteristically quiet and Gangle who had been shut out of the conversation start freaking out and talking really fast.

“HOWCOULDTHISHAPPENNOTTOSWEETPOMNIOHHOWFARWEVEFALLEN-“

And

“IFPOMNIFOUNDALCOHOLDOESTHATMEANWEREALLDOOMEDTOFALLVICTIMTOSOMEKINDOFDRUGJUSTTOCONTINUELIVINGINTHISWASTELANDOFA-WAHHHHH“

“Would ya shut up! She’ll sober up eventually, jeez” Jax felt a headache coming on.

Little did they know Pomni would rarely ever be sober again.

Sure it started innocent enough. Just a little temptation to ease the boredom. Unfortunately for everyone, Pomni didn’t stop at just on temptation. Also unfortunately neither did the digital circus.

Somehow, someway, Pomni would always find alcohol. It got to the point where Ragitha implemented the “Pomni Buddy System” where a someone had to be with Pomni at all times. Still miraculously, Pomni always managed to slip away. Or maybe the group was just not very good at their job.

Cain hadn’t been seen in days, either which made this mess even worse. On top of that drunk Pomni had a knack for getting on both Zooble’s and Ajax’s nerves pretty quick. While Jax played it cool it was obvious he was sick of it. Zooble on the other hand made it clear she was very unhappy.

The breaking point came when during one of drunk Pomni’s episodes,

“******* GUYS! THIS NEEDS TO END” A disheveled looking Jax yelled at everyone. He has been on Pomni duty, his least favorite thing, and he had reached his limit.

“I can’t keep doing this- She’s SO ANNOYING!” Jax cupped his head in his hands.

Pomni, when drunk, had the tendency to ramble about nothings and make random noises that just drove Jax (and Zooble) insane. Kinger and Gangle resigned to make the noises with her to keep their sanity, which only made it worse for everyone else. While Ragitha tried to stay strong and help Pomni through her addiction, even she had to admit this was not going well.

As the group sat in dread, Pomni’s incessant noises in the background, Cain, oh Cain, came in to a very strange scene.

“Uhm… What?” He looked around confused.

To everyone’s surprise it was Ragitha who jumped up and grabbed Cain by the tongue and said with death in her eyes,

“MAKE. IT. STOP”

Cain looked around nervously and confused. Then it clicked. He easily slipped out of Ragitha grip and adjusted his tie.

“Ohhhhh! That’s what that did! I was working on some new code and I came across a dormant command and thought I’d see what it did!”

Everyone stared in disbelief. All of this, ALL OF THIS, was because Cain got a little curious and decided to push a button!

“U n b e l i v e a b l e” Jax looked like he was on the verge of tears.

“Well lemme fix this real quick” Cain snapped a few times and Pomni poofed back to normal.

“WHERES THE- huh? Oh… I’m not craving it anymore…” Pomni looked around and everyone, and sensing she wasn’t in the best of standing said “sorry?”

“Well that settles that! Now for an adventure!!!”

Gotham's New Stray

Gotham Menagerie Menace AU: 1 | 2

-Lila swore off the ‘sausage tails’ hairstyle but by god she’s breaking that vow if only so she could use them to strangle Marinette.

-The past month has been an absolute shitshow circus. Somehow, LB managed to defeat Hawkmoth who turned out to be Gabriel (jfc, just when she thought the asshat couldn’t sink lower) but *gasp* CN has betrayed her! Worse, Adrien is gone!

-So far, no one, not even LB herself, specified what ‘gone’ meant. Was he missing? Was he dead?? Nobody knows and it’s killing them.

-Poor Marinette is naturally heartbroken & worried sick and oh, it’s so romantic how she’s holding onto hope. Just look at the shrine she made for Adrien!

-(Lila will bet her entire Venetian Mask collection that she isn’t the only one who wants to burn the embodiment of a stalker’s delusions & entitlement to the ground.)

-Chloe was throwing money at PIs but with the Hawkmoth revelation, Andre wanted nothing to do with Gabriel, much less his son.

-Felix doesn’t believe he’s dead. Call it stubbornness, call it desperation, call it faith: Adrien was tenacious long before he got the miraculous with an animal said to have 9 lives.

-More importantly, Adrien would Cataclysm himself before betraying Paris (yes, he & the others know bcz secret IDs are bloody overrated).

-Lila, Chloe, Zoe, Nino, Nath, Marc, Felix & Luka are determined to get to the bottom of this but where do they start?

-Their first lead comes in the form of Nathalie.

-Nathalie, who tells them the instructions she gave Adrien; who also shows them the peacock & butterfly miraculous.

-When Adrien Cataclysmed his sperm donor (damn it, all of them would’ve paid to see that), Nooroo barely hid inside his miraculous in time to avoid damage. Luckily, his dormant state made it easier for Nathalie to snatch him & Duusu before LB could.

-Although very suspicious, they begrudgingly accept her help. An adult would make a better scapegoat cover anyway.

-While the others prepare to leave, Felix reaches out to his Gotham pen pal.

F: I’m coming to Gotham. D: And others say my humor is lackluster. F: I’m not kidding. D: And I’m not laughing. D: You’re also not the type to do something without reason. F: Damn right I’m not. I need your help.

-Before leaving, Nathalie tells them one last thing: she’ll hold onto the peacock (she’ll be damned if she lets another kid suffer for her mistakes), but someone has to wield the butterfly. It’s not combat-orientated but being able to empower someone in a place like Gotham? A boon they can’t waste.

Nathalie: Which one of you will accept this responsibility? Chloe: .....just to clarify, Hawkbitch was wearing that like, 24/7? Nathalie: Yes. Chloe: I love Adrien but ew, no, not it. Others: Not it! Nathaniel: Not- damn it! Lila: Twas fate.

-They could’ve sworn they saw Nathalie smile.

Meanwhile in Gotham.......

-Adrien was adapting.

-He’s found a decent building to stay in (Gotham was full of abandoned buildings), got a job at a hole-in-the-wall café & even better, the city was a fresh start for his alter ego!

-Rather than mope around, he’s more determined than ever to continue being a hero. His dad being a villain means he has more to atone for & Gotham may be a slaughterhouse but she never dictated who could play savior.

-He’s established a routine. Whenever he doesn’t have to work at the café/ run errands, he’s prowling around as Stray. He wanders around, helping wherever & whenever needed; saving a stray cat from cruel assholes with nothing better to do, stopping a mugger, befriending other kids who have it rough, he goes where there's trouble which happens to be everywhere.

-(Lots of crime means lots of work that requires lots of focus! Lots of focus means lots of time & less to be spent lingering on many repressed issues/traumas waiting to bite his ass.)

-He becomes a bit of an urban legend. Slowly but surely, he’s welcomed into the community. It’s imperfect & dirty but the slot he’s carving for himself fits him so much better than Paris’s ever did.

-Back home (...? Dare he call it that?), he’s trying his best to take care of all the kwamis. Each were unique & there was never a moment’s peace but Adrien loved them. These tiny gods gave him companionship & guidance despite what his father’s done to one of their kin.

-They try to teach him everything Fu didn’t & he’s lenient with them. His territory has more paraphernalia for their interests than his. When Adrien’s gone, they use fractions of their powers to chase away any would-be-robbers, giving Adrien’s building the ‘haunted’ status.

-Whenever someone he saves offers compensation, Stray usually asks for some food to feed himself & the kwamis.

-(They probably don’t mind giving food bcz there’s the saying abt feeding strays. But hey, him hanging around means extra protection. It’s a fair price to pay.)

-One night, while feeding a bunch of strays, he gets a visitor.

-Catwoman (he's totally not fanboying, he is.)

-Stray is surprised & a bit scared bcz shit, what if he’s done something wrong? Was he trespassing? Was he unintentionally mistreating the strays?!?!

-Catwoman was simply curious. She heard rumors of a ‘Stray’ lingering around the Narrows. She half-expected the mini menace to be some hotshot punk in over his head but-

-She knows.

-She knows how to spot the signs of abuse with a certainty as familiar as it is painful. She’s seen them all: abused animals, abused women, abused children, abused partners.

-The kit covered it with puns, cockiness & charisma but he wasn’t fooling her.

-It wasn’t just the matching theme. They clicked & before he knew it, they were sitting together on rooftops every night to feed & pamper the strays. Some nights, they sat in companionable silence; others they gossiped & bantered each other into a friendly spar.

-Maybe it was the loneliness & lack of human companionship but Stray found himself looking forward to their nightly hang outs.

-Selina knew it wasn’t her place to take him in like Batman would've; but she tried to teach him some tips before the city’s cruelty could. The first time he appears with a cut on his cheek & a split lip, she doesn’t hesitate to treat his wounds.

-Stray wouldn’t call her a maternal figure (she's neither Emilie nor Nathalie), but he comes to view her as a reliable cool older sister/aunt figure. She was nothing like LB. They were parallel lines: heading in the same direction but never intersecting.

-He’s glad that he’s made a friend.

-But some nights, when he thinks the kwamis are asleep, all of them can hear him cry for the friends & lover he never got to bid goodbye to.
