I tried so many new things this year. The anniversary of my planned su!c!de comes closer and closer. I really don’t know how to cope with that. I guess that’s what i am good at. Trying new things. Not at doing these things themselves. But it seems to be my strength to find new perspectives for me. Honestly that is probably because it’s either that or death for me any time my life falls apart. Put it back together. That sounds disgustingly positive and yes, i am very tired of being forced to do so because I can’t..finish anything? Finish is the wrong word. you don’t finish a job such as being a waitress or a medical assistant. It’s rather a pushing through maybe? Till it’s a routine, a life, your life. That’s what i can’t do. A lot of people tell me that it’s okay to take time at finding the right thing. I’m just not sure if there is a such thing or if i have the ability to feel that it’s the right thing in my current ongoing state of mental health.

I can’t believe that there are people in this city at this time of the year without depression. Like clear symptoms of clinical depression. How long is the sadness staying till they call it depression again?

How can anyone feel like this and go “oh hell yeah, amma keep going :D”.? tf bro really.

I am in a situation where some doctors may still say that i have “one depressive episode” and not one that comes back all the time. Can you believe i am still on medication?? It’s not even possible for me to imagine what it would be like without them. Once again the question of “is it bad enough?” is coming to my own mind. Fair enough, that’s unusual. But if i stock up the meds i think i’m on full dose. i’ll try to push that back till a little bit further in winter but i am not sure at what risk i am putting myself by doing so.

Well, I have multiple appointments with doctors in the upcoming time to figure exactly that out.
