Crack Prompt: Alya and Adrien were assigned to do a project and Adrien suggested that they work in his house.

It also leads to Alya snooping around and Adrien having to reel her in and then they discovered that Adrien’s father is Hawk Moth.

Adrien instantly gets into a spiral and Alya is there to reassure him during this. They came up with a plan to steal the brooch but also to mess with Gabriel for being a shitty father and villain.

Or in layman’s terms, Adrien goes through a teenage rebellion phase with Alya encouraging this while making sure to support Adrien and threatening to expose Gabriel being a terrible father thanks to Alya’s influence as the Ladyblogger and being best friends with the babysitter of Nadja’s daughter.

(Marinette is blissfully unaware of this because she’s too busy having her brain melt into mush at seeing Adrien in leather outfits and looking absolutely fine)

Bonus if it ends with Rena and Chat just telling off Gabriel after he reveals his plans with the wish and Rena giving Gabriel her absolute terrifying speech of how he should allow his son more freedom or else she will make his life a living hell.

(Let’s say, if he doesn’t comply. She’ll make him her big sister’s new punching bag)

Also, it would be funny if Alya figured out Adrien’s identity during this or Plagg simply said “Screw secret identities” when the duo found out who Hawk Moth is and exposed himself to comfort his holder

If I was to make an appearance for an akumatized Marinette...

I'd say black hair that flows to her back, her eyes are red, like hell fire, a pitch black mask, her clothing a mix of a soldier, a greek goddess and a knight with the colors of piercing blue and pitch black alongside bits of crimson bloody red.

On one hand, is a long, silver sword with a pitch black handle with her name on it. On her other hand, is her powers. Her powers that punish people and reward people who deserve it, make people suffer the wrong things they think are right. Basically, her powers work like heaven and h3ll.

She won't kill, but she'll make you suffer a sweet, sweet, karmic, painful downfall.

I also feel like she'll use her akumatization to get the butterfly and peacock miraculous.

I'm not the best at writing, so can anyone make something of this for me?

What would you think if an evilized villain(maybe a wishmaker-like villain or maybe even a villain that's unrelated to the butterfly miraculous) caused Chloe and Zoe to switch bodies somehow, and nobody fully understands what's going on, so Zoe(in Chloe's body) is taken by Audrey back to New York, despite Zoe desperately trying to explain things. But Chloe enters a fugue state(heavily due to trauma caused by the neglect of her parents) and genuinely thinks she's Zoe, and is even able to recall some of the things Zoe did due to being in Zoe's body. The class thinks "Zoe's" change in behavior is due to the psychological effects of method acting, since "Zoe" is playing Chloe in Astruc's new movie, but they gradually convince "Zoe" to let them help her relearn how to be "herself" again. Meanwhile, in New York, Zoe is trying to get back to Paris, but when she gets there, “Zoe” thinks she’s there to try to hurt people.

It sounds like a fic that needs to be written!

I’ve read my fair share of Chloe redemption fics, and this is a really cool concept. I hope you don’t want me to write it though; I specialize in crack/comedy, and this seems a little too… not necessarily serious, but it’s definitely not a joke. But if you want to write this, I say go for it!!

oh god so for those of u who didn’t know i recently came back to tumblr after not being here for like 3 years and i found some drafts from my miraculous ladybug days that i wanted to post because they’re kinda cute … if you’re here for me rambling about anime then pls ignore them lol but i thought i should share them as me from 3 years ago would have wanted so here is a fic idea i never executed that happened right after gang of secrets (2021)

i can’t stop thinking about this fic idea so im going to brain dump it here. 

- marinette and adrien are basically as they are right now (meaning right after gang of secrets) 

- as we know with that art scene from kagami, adrien isnt really sure who he is. he thinks his true self is cat noir, but we know its actually somewhere in between shy adrien and his boisterous superhero persona.

- marinette at this point is just trying to get over adrien, after her relationship with luka. alya tries to encourage her to pursue chat noir, but marinette says that she can’t because they are superheroes

- cue ms. bustier being Master Matchmaker (tm) and assigns a partner project to get to know one another better, where you get assigned to someone and you have to do a report on who they are and what they are like 

- of course, our two idiots in love are paired with each other, and they have to do good because they have been behind in assignments since shadowmoth started showing up and being as terrible as possible .

- marinette is super assured in who she is. she’s marinette, she loves design, pink, macaroons, and her parents, so her report is finished fairly quickly

- but when they sit down to do adrien’s report, he can barely name his favorite color, much less what he likes to do or what he wants to do when he is older. he ends up oversharing a bit, and marinette begins to see adriens life as he sees it: lost and lonely

- this completely shatters adrien’s pedestal in marinettes eyes - she realizes how wrong her paradigm of his life had been

- resolving to be the ultimate friend (because she totally doesnt have feelings for him, no way) , marinette works super hard on “Project Adrien” so they meet every week and just talk about who he is, what does he want to do in life and stuff like that, so that they can get a great grade on the project, of course. 

- and just like that she starts to actually fall in love with the boy who laughed in the rain that day, not the model boy she had created in her own head 

- in turn, adrien grows closer to marinette and sees the spitfire confident takes no bullshit marinette that she had always been to shy to be around him. yeah buddy she may not be just a friend..... 

- cue mounds of adrienette fluff as they both slowly fall in love with each other and realize that there is more to the other than what they see...

I thought of a what if that's kind of funny, kind of angsty: what if marinette/ladybug saw the akuma butterfly leave the agreste Manor in bubbler

Well that would DEFINITELY hit hard

-Marinette would probably be suspicious of the family, of course her fear of hawkmoth being Adrien.

-She decides to tell chat noir what she saw and this causes the cat to suspect 2 people, one was his father and the other was Nathalie.

-I imagine Ladybug telling Chat noir that she will investigate Adrien.

-Chat noir, while serious sees this as an opportunity, tells her that she should talk to Adrien, he might be very cooperative. He flirts and says she is quiet convincing.

-Ladybug who sees this also as an opportunity to clear adrien of guilt AND talk to her crush agrees with Chat noir.

-Thus sparking a psuedo date between Adrien and Ladybug, in the guise of an investigation.

Tbh, Alya bashing/salt is so boring and repetitive. I hate how a majority of it is just authors assassinating her character and turning her into some sort of toxic bully to Marinette which just pisses me off (even more if it also includes Chloe redemption. You know they just hate Alya in particular when they paint her in a bad light so they could paint Chloe in a better light)

People really forgot that after the expulsion incident, Alya wanted to help Marinette get reinstated and searched for evidence of any foul play to no success.

If anything, I would personally love a fic where Lila tries to target Marinette and paint her badly but Alya rebuts every singly claim and being the loyal and protective bff she is to Marinette in canon. Fun bonus would be Alya being an expert at poking holes in Lila’s stories and eventually the class finds out she’s a liar.

“Maman, what if I went to school this year?”

“Heh.” Adrien flicked a finger beneath his chin and strutted the length of his bathroom floor, glancing at himself in the mirror. He twirled a rose—a red one, one he’d grabbed from the vase downstairs—between his fingers and then presented it to the mirror with a flourish.

“Haruhi!” he declared, “the spring of my heart surges upon the sight of your fresh smile, my love. My heart beats at the command of your drum! Your face is the fierce longing of my soul, and I present to you now this token of my lavish, undying—”

A sharp knock clicked against the bedroom door and Adrien froze, his hand still passionately hovering over his heart.

“Adrien?” Nathalie’s voice called, and Adrien—true to character, if he did say so himself—startled so hard that he slipped and fell onto his butt on the tile.

“Yeah?” he called, hastily pulling himself up and trying to find a place to set down the rose.

Nathalie peeked her head through the bathroom door and took him in, his rumpled hair and the too-small blue blazer he’d saved in the back of his closet for occasions such as…this.

“You have a guest,” she said flatly, and Adrien could not for the life of him figure out whether she was making fun of him.

She left before he could decide, and then it was only a matter of seconds before his bathroom door was thrown all the way open and a blonde ponytail bobbed into view.

“Adrikins!” Chloé crashed into him, wrapping him up in a hug that nearly knocked him over again. “It’s been way too long. You’ve been neglecting me. Aw, did you get me a rose?” She plucked it from his hands and then scrunched up her nose. “Ew, is this real?”

“As real as the current that springs from the well of my heart,” Adrien invented, and Chloé frowned at him like he’d just spoken Greek. “Nevermind.”

She looked him up and down and scrunched her nose up even more. “What did you do to your hair?”

Adrien frowned at his reflection in the mirror and pushed his hair further over to the side.

“I was trying to make it look cool.” He’d been trying to make it look like Tamaki from Ouran High School Host Club.

“It looks like you just rolled out of bed.”

The best possible way for Hawkmoth to lose would be if he took Chat’s ring, and wrote off Adrien.

Adrien, who Hawkmoth pushed to take fencing lessons for years. Adrien, whose self worth is low enough that he’d prioritize the mission over his personal safety on a good day.

So Adrien doesn’t care that he doesn’t have a super suit to protect him, and he knows how to use a sword, so he lands the final blow against Hawkmoth, and it’s all Gabriel’s fault.

I want to see Gabriel fail because of how he failed Adrien as a father.

I know folks are loving the 'Gabriel had the ring, Adrien can talk to his father' angst, bitit I think they are sleeping on the other half of *really* sweet toxic angst.

He had the Ladybug too.

Marinette already propagated Gabriel's 'Big Lie' in the heat of the moment. She knows how to contact a previous holder *and* that he had the Ladybug. It starts innocently. She just wants to find something to prove the 'All the times I was a good father' line. She needs reassurance.

Gabriel however is a supremely manipulative asshole.

He's there with all the right words and reassurances. He has ready advice for Adrien at first, then other things. The show has already dropped parallels for them, only one is a grown asx man and the other a teen under crushing responsibility. Listening to advice...it makes it all so easy...

For sci-fi geeks a Dune reference: Alya(no not Cesaire) and the Baron Harkonen.

Gabriel manipulating things from beyond the grave. Marinette's savior complex dragging her under once again. Write your own ending but the path is covered with broken glass and regret.
