Made Cinderella’s castle recently
I bought an apple pie rooibos from my local tea seller and it’s sooooo good! Man their tea is the best
Sigh 😔 so I’m disabled mentally and physically and I really struggle with it. When it comes to other people who are disabled I’m completely understanding but with me? Not at all. I think it’s because I’ll have good periods where my conditions are way more manageable and my brain goes look see! You’re fine! Then I’ll enter a bad period and I’m upset that I’m struggling and can’t do the things I was doing when I was better. I don’t know how to go about being nicer to myself. Like On an intellectual level I understand I’m disabled but on an emotional level I don’t.
Having a lavender day 🥰
I emailed a hospice care center to volunteer. It makes me nervous but it’s a good cause. I’m also going to check out my local food bank.
The intention I’m going to set for the super new moon on the 16th is to be more compassionate. I’m a compassionate person but I’m not at the level I’d like to be. I want to be compassionate towards everyone not just people I like. Time to learn from the dharma!
Newest member of my plant crew! A Japanese juniper!
My crystal collection 🙏👏👏👏
Took a sage, ginger, chamomile bath. Just the energies I needed ☺️
My bestie is giving me her crystal collection which is NOT small. She’s the best and I am abundant 🙏🥰
I just read a quote by Dennis wholey. “Happy people plan actions, they don’t plan results.” This is really moving for me. Focusing on what I can control is important and I can’t control an outcome.
I’m waiting for Samhain / winters nights to connect the Dísir (ancestor woman turned spirit guardians) but I’m so excited! I got a special candle to work with spirit. It was the last one in my local witch shop. I want to hear from them so bad!
Ritual cleansing spell currently in progress.
Cleansing water made with river water, lemon peels, bay leaves, rosemary, and cinnamon. Steeped in copper and the lid kept off so the steam can fill the kitchen.
Stones I’m working with today. Green calcite which is like my therapy stone. It helps you kick bad habits and strengthen good ones. It has a comforting energy and is healing. And rose quartz for the self love energy.
This weekend I’m doing a bit of a spiritual retreat. I’m been battle perfectionism my whole life and it’s been really bad recently. Even if I accomplish 90% of my goals if it isn’t 100% I panic. So lots mediation, praying, and journaling is in order. I want to go for long walks as well. I’m planning on working with rose quartz for self love, Amethyst to calm down and chamomile for its soothing properties. Maybe some mugwort tea will come into play as well who knows.

Daily spell book for the good witch by patti wigington.
This book is good if you want to do a spell but don’t have an idea of what to do. Every page has a new spell on it and they don’t require too much supplies. They are very simple spells which is good in a pinch. I honestly don’t use this book much though. It kinda collects dust on my bookshelf. So that says something. I could go either way with this book honestly.

The hearth witch compendium by Anna Franklin.
This book was kinda a miss for me. I was hoping for more cooking recipes. It has some but mostly recipes for cleaning and the body. And wine which I’m not going to do anythime soon. If you want to make your own skincare and cleaning supplies (which I do but not that bad) this book is for you. I’m also gulten intolerant so I couldn’t do a lot of the recipes. Overall I was kinda disappointed with this book. I wanted more hearth traditions but nope.

The shaman by piers vitersky
Omg this book is so good. If you are interested in shamanism this is the best book on it. It is an anthropologist book but it’s so informative. And it doesn’t dismiss the practice so don’t worry about that. Learn every little detail about shamanism and the diffrent practice from around the world. The book only has shamans that are still practicing today so no ancient culture information. Check out this book and read about the worlds very first religion.
