Are you guys fans of Interactive Fiction in general? Like The Wayhaven Chronicles? If so, do you have any favorite ones?

Boy do I ever

So you know Wayhaven, which is of course the biggest IF there is. A couple of our team members are big fans, can we can’t recommend it enough.

Aside from Wayhaven though, a personal favorite of mine that’s long, an ongoing series, and has multiple great LIs (and multiple poly routes) is The Soul Stone Wars found on Hosted Games and run by intimidatingpuffinstudios. Good for fantasy fans and fellow villain romancers.

I also love The Golden Rose which just came out (it’s 1 million words long so a ridiculous amount of content there) and is part of an ongoing series, it’s on Hosted Games and is run by anathemafiction. Good for fans of secret societies, adventurers and thieves, and mythology.

Then there’s A Pirate’s Pleasure on Heart’s Choice by lisafoxromance. As I’m sure you’ve guessed, it’s a pirate adventure/romance.

Finally for the completed games there is a werewolf story called Blood Moon by barbwritesstuff. The demo listed on her blog is complete and you can play through the entire story start to finish for free.

I also really like Mind Blind by mindblindbard. It’s a superhero story more or less, and it’s currently completed and undergoing final revisions.

For unfinished games I’m a personal fan of The Conspiracy in Emerson for that high school murder vibe, which is run by emersonfreepress.

As well as Sherlock Holmes: An Affair of the Heart run by doriana-gray-games, in which you play as an entirely customizable version of Sherlock Holmes.

Also, if you’re ever looking for anything related to IF’s, I suggest checking interact-if, which is essentially an IF database here on tumblr. It includes IF’s found on multiple different platforms, as well as VNs.

Heads Up

For the rest of this week and next week, I'll be out of town to celebrate Thanksgiving with extended family. Not to mention schoolwork is hitting me a little harder than usual.

I'll be able to bring my tablet so I CAN answer asks, but I may or may not get to them in quick succession. Either that or quality may degrade just a tiny bit.

Hello dear Mods! I have a hankering for a particular kind of fic but I’m not sure it exists. There’s a comic by artist ato-dato where Crowley and Aziraphale are the human (& hopelessly pining) gays, and Maggie and Nina are the angel-demon duo. I absolutely LOVED the concept and was hoping to be able to really immerse myself in that AU! If you know of any fics that match that description, I’d love to know! Take care lovelies!
