1. Darya Saltykova was a Russian noblewoman accused of torturing and murdering at least 100 of her serfs. Most of the serfs she murdered were children and young girls. Complaints about Saltykova were ignored by officials for a very long time until relatives of her victims were able to bring an official petiton before Catherine the Great who sentenced her to be chained to a public platform for one hour wearing a sign stating 'This Woman tortured and Murdered', Saltykova was later imprisoned in the basement of a convent for the remainder of her life.

2. Alice Kyteler, a well known Serial Killer in Ireland during the 14th century, murdered 4 men and escaped to England where she was never heard from again.

3. Mary Ann Cotton, Britain's first serial killer, was suspected of the murders of 14 people, including her stepson, in her older life twenty one people close to her died. Her motive was gain, as she would marry, kill and collect the insurance money, then repeat it again. She was hanged in Durham prison on March 24, 1873.

4. Countess Elizabeth Báthory de Ecsed was a Hungarian noblewoman and reputed serial killer of hundreds of young women in the 16th and 17th centuries. Stories of her sadism and brutality quickly became part of national folklore, her infamy earning her the nickname “The Blood Countess” or “Countess Dracula”.

5. Giulia Tofana was an Italian professional purveyor of poisons, and the inventor of the deadly poison Aqua Tofana, which is named after her.

6. Locusta was a notorious maker of poisons in the 1st-century Roman Empire, active in the final two reigns of the Julio-Claudian dynasty. She supposedly took part in the assassinations of Claudius and Britannicus.

Aegon looked up from the makeshift poker table to see his beautiful girl, Helaena, walking right towards him. Her gown for the evening flowing elegantly behind her with each step she took. He slightly envied all of the people that got to see her in such a gown at the gala their family was holding.

Aegon grinned up at her and made a gesture to the other people at the table, “But these lovely gents would miss me so much.”

“No we wouldn’t.” Aemond, his lovely younger brother, supplied as he looked through his cards.

Helaena rested her hands on Aegon’s shoulders and leaned down to kiss his cheek, “Mum wants you to meet someone and she’s going into a frenzy since none of you are out there.”

Aegon looked around the table that held two of his own brothers, some of his own cousins, and few other people that they were in school with. It was bad form to hide back here. But when Daeron had suggested a game of poker, no one could seem to pass it up.

Aegon looked up at Helaena, “Does she truly need me, or do you need me out there with you, love?” He asked quietly with a smirk.

Helaena pinched his nose playfully, “A bit of both.” She said in an equally hushed tone.

“That’s all I needed to hear. Well boys, my time here is done, it seems two special ladies are in need of my presence.”

And with that, Aegon and Helaena walked hand and hand out of the room. They stumbled slightly as Aegon hugged Helaena from the back. And into the gala, the one full of greedy drunks, they went.

Daemon, an unpopular painter with endless bad rumors, asked his niece Rhaenyra to be his model and she agreed to spite her father for marrying one of her best friends.

She thinks he will be better businessman or lawyer but Daemon seems to like attention and shoking more. He spends days and nights in his studio and fuels gossip by humilating their family name, as her father says.
