@kaytaygay asked for tokoyami and dark shadow with Kuroiro Shihai headcanons so here you go! I loved doing this because he isn’t someone I have given much thought to before and it was great.

Kuroiro is someone who is familiar with the darkness like tokoyami. He’s the scheming hero, coming up with clever tricks and using sneak attacks to get the upper hand on his enemies. I think eventually they would get along but at first there is a lot of tension between them.

While I don’t think tokoyami would see kuroiro as a rival necessarily because they aren’t that close, he is someone that toko is curious about. There is no backstory for these chunibyos with no explanation for their reasoning to become hero’s so it leaves a lot of leeway on their character. Kuroiro is similar to monama and shinso without being outright antagonistic, he’s still willing to play dirty to win. While I think tokoyami has a high moral standing when it comes to treating people with respect, he won’t hesitate to lie for his own benefits (he is interning under hawks, who is a spy). Kuroiro’s quirk is best suited for support while dark shadow has the brute strength, speed, and flexibility to be one of the most powerful forces in mha (as said by afo himself). It would just be odd for them to be rivals when they are on completely different power levels and focusing on different career paths. Tokoyami admires kuroiro’s dark and scheming ways but is mildly worried about it being used against him, over time spent together trust can be formed and they could have a very strong friendship…in theory.

Dark shadow does not like kuroiro. I have mentioned before that shadow is intimidated by people who hold their weaknesses like light, and in this case the ability to control dark shadow’s body. That loss of autonomy was scary and to make it worse kuroiro used them to HURT fumikage, not cool. Dark Shadow is the equivalent of a hissing cat when near kuroiro, they do NOT want him near them. Still shadow is not completely heartless, if kuroiro puts in special effort to gain their trust they will give it. This would mean promising to never possess their body outside of battle even as a “prank” (which should of been obvious but shadow has trust issues) AND actively doing thing for shadow like spending quality time, doing favors, or giving them gifts. I still don’t think he would be allowed to give them pets tho, simply due to the accidental body merging that could result.

Kuroiro was briefly shown to be a bit jealous of Tokoyami talking to kinoko so there is a bit of tension from his side in that regard. A quick explanation of this has toko quelling his fears and even getting him to talk about how he’s feeling. Tokoyami encourages him to spend more time with her and eventually confess. Honestly tokoyami is just so full of wisdom beyond his years, so many people go to him for advice it’s unreal. This interaction obviously draws them closer and they become real friends.

Once they are friends they share about their interests like all the goth materials they have collected and dark media. Random hc but I think while Fumikage would lean more towards gothic poetry, kuroiro would lean towards art. His quirk is Black, which is a pigment of sorts and I think he would be a painter as a hobby. He would also be able to merge with the dark parts of his paintings so that’s cool. Also he has taxidermy animals (don’t show koda). They go to hot topic for fun hangouts.

As a bonus here is what the MHA Ultra Analysis says about them. While this doesn’t give much insight to Tokoyami’s behavior and feelings towards the other it is interesting to see Kuroiro’s thoughts. I think he sees tokoyami as a familiar soul who can understand him but also holds some jealous and wants to prove himself by challenging him. From a narrative standpoint it is also saying kuroiro’s character is solely made to be a foil to Fumikage, almost his entire character file is talking more about toko than himself. A narrative foil is a character that contrasts from another to highlight their traits. He pushes tokoyami to use his new move Black Fallen Angel and shows Tokoyami’s resourcefulness and resolve to win.

Do you have any 'Character 1 and Character 2 are cousins' hcs? My personal favs are Mt Lady and Bakugou being cousins cause those two would be a hilarious duo I think, and Monama and Toga cause a mid battle 'Hey Cuz remember that time you mixed milk and Gatorade into one and then chugged it!' 'SHUT THE FUCK UP.' is an interaction I can 100% see them having

i don't really make headcanons and if things like that happen for me it's just cause i think it has potential fic. anyway monoma and toga being cousins sure sounds fun. i do actually have a semi abandoned wip in my google docs where izuku and tomura are cousins. i don't like pinning myself down to one interpretation of a dynamic though and there's not really any reason to have them be cousins in any other wip so that's the extent of it.

there's also the collab wip between @aobawilliams and i which is a time loop crack fic (and we haven't touched it in forever). basically izuku and tomura are stuck in a time loop together that resets every time tomura kills someone and in some of the loops he pretends to be izuku's older brother just cause. not the same thing at all but i just think it's funny.

you know what would be really silly and funny? au where toshinori is related to the bakugous but katsuki has no idea his uncle toshinori is all might while his parents just never thought to tell him cause they thought it was obvious. izuku and inko get invited to a family dinner cause mitsuki and inko are friends and izuku's like *flails around* ALL MIGHT???!!! while toshinori's like *flails around* MIDORIYA SHOUNEN???!!!

i also think aizawa and izuku being related in some way is really funny. i think there was an ask that made me type up an idea where it's dad for one and aizawa and izuku are very distant brothers and aizawa is like so pissed at his little brother cause he thinks his quirk came in to be like his dad's and that he's taking advantage of all might to steal his quirk for classes and hero work, and of course all might would take pity on his 'i'm just a little guy ): give me a quirk' routine.

this is fun actually. uhhh one more one more who will i pick??? ummm...ochako being related to the shimuras?? this one is for aoba specifically. i think there's potential in a ochako and tomura being cousins fic. it'd be funny

MHA Headcanons

Note: these are just my theories about the lives and minds of a handful of characters based on how I perceive them (and also me projecting, so pardon). Mentions of neurodivergence, mental illness, chronic pain

Shoto Todoroki is on the Autism Spectrum with high  masking tendencies. People who aren’t immediately taken back my his looks tend to notice that he’s a bit odd without registering the fact that he’s  autistic. While in the classroom/school or on the field, he finds it  easier to meet peoples social expectations of him. Outside of those  environments, Shoto is less likely to put effort into masking behaviors  associated with his autism; especially around friends.

Izuku Midorya experiences chronic pain and flare ups from the intense and persistent trauma and injuries. He tends to conceal his symptoms and gets a little huffy when people ask him if he’s okay or feel the need to tell him that he doesn’t look too great. All-Might feels immense guilt this, and fears that he hasn’t been the best influence when it comes to self care as he too has pushed his body beyond its limitations trying to fill the shoes of his predecessors and cultivate a sense of national security. He tries to compensate by doting over Midoriya. He eases Izuku into regular physical therapy, he scrolls the internet to find recipes to make him special meals to reduce inflammation, he makes him drink medicinal teas and take vitamins and supplements to ease his pain and reduce the frequency of his flares; but there is no cure all, and sometimes, Izuku still finds himself in pain most find incomprehensible. These days are hard, but All-Might will never allow him to suffer alone or in silence so long as he is there.

Bakugo has NPD and is aware of it, but not necessarily     accepting of it. He is aware that the way he treats people is unacceptable. He even feels bad about  his behavior; but his primary struggle is in identifying the connections between triggers, thought patterns, and behaviors that lead to his  breakdowns, outbursts, and general abuse of others. Kirishima is keener  than he let’s Bakugo know. He’s learned a handful of tricks to grounding  Katsuki and getting him to reflect on the way he acts and the things he  says. Everyone relies on Kirishma when it comes to keeping reigns on Bakugo. Between Kirishima’s patience and gentle nature, and Katsuki having  frequent therapy sessions, he’s able to begin addressing his problems and start making progress towards controlling his NPD; and then the League gets him, and All-Might is forced into retirement from the damage he sustained in rescuing him. Katsuki’s guilt and self-loathing begins slowly suffocating  him, and when Monama vocalizes his worst fears, he starts drowning in it.

Okay so for this headcanon there can be a bit of a variation on the class' reaction and such depending on whether you swear in English or in Japanese

If You Swear In English:

Let's be honest: no one even knew you swore at first. English and Japanese are two different languages after all. President Mic isn't exactly teaching swears in English class either...

Every time you switch to English for a cuss the whole class just kinda tilts their head and goes "huh?"

Or, y'know, some might ignore you altogether if you aren't talking to them

The class' only real indicator that what you're saying is crude is if the situation is a more violent one (like if you're in a fight or angry)

A select few might actually catch what you say though. Namely Bakugou, his squad, Yaoyorozu and maybe Todoroki.

Let’s face it, Momo and Todo probably know a fair amount of English (private lessons or smth) and Baku and his squad know because learning swears is the first thing everybody does when learning another language

Out of the above, let's just say some may cover their mouth in horror while others smirk.

For any progress on this language barrier to be made it'll take poor, innocent Midoriya Izuku - with all the courage he could muster - to ask what those words you say so often mean.

And the shocked look on almost everyone's faces was priceless. You couldn't help but laugh and wish you had a camera to commemorate the moment their ignorance was shattered.

"But... but you say (insert English swear) so often!?"

"...Yes?"

The class will shutter if anyone is on the receiving end of your swearing. Or if you cuss all of a sudden, seemingly unprompted. There's something about the mix of a hard accent and not knowing exactly what is being said that can be rather intimidating...

"wHAt aRe yOU sAyINg!!??" < the class 81.63% percent of the time

If You Swear in Japanese:

If you calmly say a swear the moment you walk through the door on the first day I want you to count how many people choked on air. Do it - I bet half the class did. You can also bet Iida is on your case in an instant...

"(Y/N) can you please watch your language it is very inappropriate and unbefitting of a hero in training!!"

The nonchalant-ness at which you spout swears is enough to make heads spin. The class probably saw you as a second Bakugou in the beginning before getting to know you.

More likely than you think there have been times where one of the other teens had to vouch for you, saying that despite your crude language you're actually not a bad person and that they should get to know you before leaping to conclusions.

General:

It takes little to no time for everyone to settle into this norm. What did you expect - they all have to listen to Bakugou already - what's one more ill language classmate going to do?

Speaking of the blond: he def has a soft spot for the sole reason that you have such a potty mouth. Like hell he'd say it out loud, nor will he acknowledge it whatsoever. He just likes the fact that there's another person that has a bit of a rougher side to 'em.

Regardless of what language you swear in your accent still shines through, so the class is going to ask where you're from (more on that in a moment)

No one lets something as trivial as vocabulary stop them from befriending the transfer student. At the end of the day they all know you're a kind soul at heart. You are training to be a hero after all.

Everyone grows so used to your swearing they've gotten to the point of just calming asking what happened without looking up pls let make sense...:

"*swears*"

"*continues to scroll through their phone* You ok?"

"Yeah, just dropped my pen..."

If anyone (*cough Monama cough*) was to say something unpleasant about how you speak (accent or amount of swearing) the class will defend you in a heartbeat - guaranteed

-- A couple of extra things not related to the swearing aspect of the request:

The class definitely asks about your home town and country. How different is it from Japan? What kinds of foods are there? Are there things you have there that aren't in Japan?

Like I've mentioned there's a chance that the others won't know what you say (whether that's because of your accent or English vocabulary) so they may ask you to repeat yourself a time or two. Don't take anything personally though! They mean no harm! Just be a little patient with them at the start and soon they'll be able to catch what you say just fine :)

Still, they're all really fascinated by the contrast between Geordie and Japanese accents and how you're able to pronounce words in Japanese really well while originally having such a strong accent

The more adventurous students might ask if you could teach them slang or sayings from your homeland should they ever hear you say any yourself and grow curious (I read that there are certain phrases and such that northlanders say)

The class would no doubt surprise you by 'talking Geordie' (?), using both what you teach them, what they pick up and what they learn through personal research.

Can you do headcanons for CG Shinso and Littles Monoma and Denki

🧸 : what an interesting group! 💕 I was excited to get around to this one! Sorry this post is so long, I got carried away and had wayyy too much fun with this. But still, hope you like these!

🍬 CG! HITOSHI SHINSO

( with regressors! Denki & Monoma )

• Shinso is probably not the most “conventional” caregiver, to put things simply: he does things his own way. He doesn’t really have a “big brother” or “parent” energy. He’s just Shinso doing what is best. He goes with the flow, and usually talks to his littles like a friend rather then his own kid. He likes being on a more equal level with them, while still making sure to be the older figure.

• He’s not exactly harsh, just cautious, but he’s really soft about handling things! He’ll say a firm “No.” before crouching down or picking up his little, his voice softening quickly. “You could get hurt, you don’t wanna get an owie.” He makes sure to explain to them always so they understand.

• He always has candy in his pockets, he uses them as rewards, for cheering up, and sometimes just because he feels like spoiling some kiddos a bit. He’s a magnet, he’s got candy so he’s everyone’s favorite caregiver.

• He also adores his littles’ stuffies, always making sure to include them. “Don’t you think your favorite stuffie wants to play video games with us too?” He finds the plushies very cute.

• At first, he was worried his unique smile would put regressors off. But he discovered he’s actually very good at making silly faces! He was quite pleased to know he’s got knack for making peekaboo even more entertaining!

• Shinso discovered his love for caregiving when talking with Deku, who is real involved in this little agere group among his friends. He explained age regression to him, and Shinso thought it might help with his insecurities. He tried regressing, and also hung out with Deku as he took care of a small Denki. He ended up helping Deku with him, and found out he really liked taking care of littles! Although Shinso is still discovering if he’s a flip or not!

• Caring does help him with his insecurities and helps him feel less like a bad guy in general. if these regressors like him so much, and he’s actually good at caregiving - he can’t be all bad, can he?

• Monama is also kinda new to agere, he regresses mostly from nostalgia a lot. He only realized when it was regression when he was hanging with Denki, who was explaining his experience with it. He asked Shinso directly to be his caregiver, and he happily agreed. Since they are both kinda new, they discovered and learned about their roles together.

• Monama surrounds himself in things from his childhood when regressed, and regresses to about 5. If he was chaotic when he was big, oh boy, watch him with his toddler crimes. He will scream just for fun and laugh manically while pouring water on the floor. He lives for making trouble!

• Shinso’s main little is Monama, while Denki he mostly just babysits. He can only deal with so much excitement, taking care of them both could be a lot sometimes.

• First off, this little trio never fails to be lively. With Denki’s never ending energy and Monama’s yearn for trouble, it can be a mess. Shinso’s calm approach to caregiving definitely helps mellow it all out.

• If Denki wasn’t alright a very energetic kiddo, tot Monoma only adds to the chaotic mess. Denki will decide to ram cars into each other and Monama decides to throw them against the wall instead. Denki is instantly like “oh I didn’t think of that, that looks fun!!”

• Shinso doesn’t mind any nickname he’s given, especially since Monoma decides to call him a different one each time. At one point, he called him “Spiky Dino.” Shinso hates to admit that ones his favorite.

• Denki took a liking to calling him “So-So.” No idea where it came or how it came to be, but Denki thinks it’s really funny.

• Shinso prefers the energy of the two since they’re fun to play with, but does enjoy cuddling. Denki gets tired out easily and once that happens, likes to watch movies - although Monoma never runs out. So he fights for attention. this will include screaming and hanging on Shinso’s leg. Eventually he finds comfort there and cuddles his leg while Denki is on his lap. Then they all watch a movie.

• Shinso bought a family of bears he saw at thr story, and he couldn’t resist buying them. each one represents him and his littles. Denki and Monoma loves them, but Mono absolutely ADORES his. He has it near always, and won’t let anyone touch it expect Shinso.

• Monama likes hanging out with Denki, but loves the one-on-one with Shinso. He lives for attention, and feels like a prince once he gets all of it. And that, is in fact, his nickname. He gets all giggly when Shinso calls him “his little prince.”

• Shinso has had very intrusive thoughts about using his quirk on his littles while they’re regressed. They’ve bugged him a lot, and ended up venting about it to his friends to get it off his chest. Denki isn’t the best with more depressing emotions/situations and nether is Monoma. But both did take the time to stop and help, reassuring him they knew he’d never do that to them. Monoma wasn’t too great with the talking part, but did offer many good hugs.

Shinso can’t express how much he appreciates these two making him feel like a good guy and making him happy <3

hEllo headcanon time. Say Monama has an encounter at some point with Dabi and manages to borrow his quirk but then because Dabi has no resistance to his own quirk and therefore Monoma doesn’t either after borrowing his quirk, he just gets burnt a little after using it and is just like “what the fuck” and then realizes that Dabi’s burns are because of himself and because he keeps using his quirk over and over again despite the harm it does to his body.

My OchaCow headcanons

BACKSTORY AND BACKGROUND:

Cow Ochaku: is a wild thang who is a strong heifer as well as adventurous. She was born and raised in an abusive habitat only ment to breed strong bulls for fighting rings. She's been through some shit, and learned to not take some shit because of it.

Cow Ochaku: this gal was raised and taught that she would breed with bulls when she was old enough to mate, she would be forced to submit to bulls for as long as she could and as long as they would need. She remembered being forced to "watch and learn" of what would be happening when she be came old enough to do the same thing. And them, doing things to her in order for her to get the "hands on process".

Cow Ochaku: by the age of 15 she had thankfully managed to escape thanks to her parents and the instructions they left her. Though sadly she was too weak and had no time to save any others. On her own she ran as far as she could, hiding in the city in always with a black hoodie and sweat pants she stolen from a box.

Cow Ochaku: thankfully enough she was found by a kind human who was kind enough to offer her home and shelter. Seeing as she was starving and cold and fucking exhausted, she took the humans offer, still suspicious of this person not sure weather to trust them or not.

Cow Ochaku: this was of course six years ago, and she had come to love her home with trees and forest surrounding the place. There was two male hybrids that lived beside her, their names are Monama, who's a bull and Kouda who'san ox. Monama, while a bit rude at first and Kouda who was pretty shy and skittish around her. Came to be protective of her over the years, now their all pretty close and good friends.

Cow Ochaku: after a long time of healing and bonding, she came to open up with her human farmers and two male friends. She even worked out and lifted logs and other such heavy things, which in turn gained her muscle. She also became quite the fan of martial arts due to the movies they'd watch together, learning new techniques along with the old farmer and their grandkid that was the same age as she.

Cow Ochaku: she had also come in contact with the internet. . .you can see where this is going. As she grew into a strong young lady, she came to also be comfortable with sex. . . That is to say with bottom boys. She absolutely loved her Monama and Kouda who she helped out with their ruts and explored new things (kinks) and the such together.

Cow Ochaku: threw a family doctor, who is a friend of the farmer had come to the conclusion that she may be infertile, and there was only a low chance of her having her own calf. This to her and the others was heartbreaking news, but nonetheless she still clung to hope that she would have her own calf one day. She was just relieved that the others didn't think less of her like the heifers back at the bad place would have done.

HOW SHE IS WHEN SHE GETS TO THE NEW FARM + WITH THE BULLS , HEIFERS , STAFF AND EVEN CALFS!?:

Cow Ochaku: was excited yet nervous to go on a trip to the new farm she, the bull and ox will be staying at for a year for her farmer friend that's going to be there for a study work trip.

Cow Ochaku: on one hand, she could finally make that bull harem she wanted. But on the other hand there would be thousands of new faces and in an environment thats a little similar to the bad place. In a sense that's there's quite alot of her kind there. But with the reasurement of the old farmer, the two boys and her calmed a bit.

Cow Ochaku: once on the farm and out of the moving vehicle. Ocha(Ochako), Mono(Monama) and Ko(Kouda) all went to explore once everything was signed in and registered. Only for Mono and Ocha to get whistled at and cat called by the bulls. Mono wasn't exactly the standard looking bull with him being smaller and more feminine looking with smaller horns, he was mistaken for a heifer quite alot. So them both being cat called was not a surprise.

Cow Ochaku: Kouda on the other hand, was being ogled at by the heifers that was curious about the newcomers. Kouda is pretty big, after all he is an ox, he's actually almost the same height as Kirishima, and poor baby was sticking very close behind his heifer and bull friend, not really liking the attention.

Cow Ochaku: meanwhile Ocha paid no mind to the ogling and cat calls, she was looking at the bulls that came to look at her and her friend. Debating and thinking of who she would start her "Bull Harem" plan on first.

Cow Ochaku: along they're walk they bump into a charming cowboy named Midoriya Izuku and a handsome bull named Kirishima, both kind and cute and sexy in they're own rights. . . Ocha came to terms with the idea of adding the cowboy to her bull harem plan, and let her mind run a little thinking of ways to ruin him for only a moment as to not be rude.

Cow Ochaku: after that meeting she came to see at one point, cute Little CALFS!!! OH MY GOODNESS! Ocha decided that this farm was fucking amazing. After all, it came with plenty of bulls and cute farmers for her Bull Harem plan. The staff were pretty great and there are even cute little Calfs here to watch and play with if she's aloud.

SOME EXTRA DETAILS ON COW OCHAKO:

Cow Ochaku: is a lover and fighter, this as I said came for her difficult past and trauma as well as her new beginning on her home land where she met her boys and humans. So she can be pretty intense, as well as straight forward.

Sometimes she scares the bulls with her strength and stamina, alot of them can't keep up with her during her exploration in the hay. The ones who can keep up with her are kiri and Bakugou, but even they sometimes fall victim to her brutal pace which earns her some heavy respect in their books.

Cow Ochaku: she absolutely adores sparring. At first the bulls wouldn't train with her because, "she's a heifer, she'll just get hurt" which seriously pissed her off. That is until a Bull who was messing with one of the heifers took things too far for her liking got take down by her just grabbing his horn with one hand and slamming the big bull down with just sweeping his leg out from under him and Basically making him face plant down onto the ground.

She Basically forced oversized "calf" to apologize to the heifer, and better not do that shit again. Bakugou who Basically went from not impressed and only intrigued to Having mad respect for her and now wants this woman in his harem, though he ain't the only one.

Cow Ochaku: poor baby still at times has nightmares about the bad place and will sneak into the living quarters of either of her boys or into her human friends room, or just brings all three of them to her own living quarters to cuddle and sleep together. If anything this is something her and Bakugou bond over, since he was a rescue bull from a pretty harsh place and she ran away from a bad place.

PS, I just wrote a couple headcanon/bullet points since I felt that that would be better than a scenario -- I guess since this is a bit more of a general idea/prompt. I was writing a scenario to go along with this, but I figured what was below would be enough (but honestly I’m a little hesitant to leave it where it is... but that might be also because it’s shorter than my usually works :( ).

Payback Through Photoshop

The class is on fire, everything is burning to the ground. It’s like the OOOH meme (you know that one)

I’m exaggerating just a little actually but it’s still a relatively good way to describe the chaos that ensues when they all see the masterpiece you’ve created. And not only that, it’s go big or go home, so you decided to post it around in the school halls too >:)

Mina, Sero, Kaminari, Jirou and Kirishima, among a few others, are all laughing their heads off (or trying to hold in their giggles if a teacher is present)

Midoriya’s soul is leaving his body because can’t you get in trouble for doing this?????

Bakugou’s either scowling because of the noise or adorning an almost proud like smirk on his face, thinking something along the lines about how Monama finally got what was coming to him

Iida, should he figure out that it was you that created such a thing, is gnawing your ear off with a lecture about how it was wrong and not something a hero does (something which you probably tuned out)

Unless this is a normal thing that happens with you then Iida might not go through the trouble, understanding that it’s pointless to try and teach you a lesson if you just keep doing these kinds of things

Yaoyorozu, Tsu and maybe Uraraka might also gently tell you what you did wasn’t exactly right, but if you insist that all is good and it’s just a joke or that there’s no real harm to it then they’ll sigh and drop it

Praise - a few classmates will probably compliment you on your photoshop skills, adding on that it was a fitting punishment for the 1-B blond. Some might just deliver a high five, a thumbs up or a simple smile/nod your way (this coming from the more reserved classmates like Todo or Tokoyami).

Kaminari saves a copy of it and either hides it away in his room for memories or posts it on his dorm wall - again, for memories of this glorious day

Aizawa doesn’t really care per se. He knows that Monama can be a little snot sometimes so he’ll just half-heartedly mumble out to not do it again before carrying on with his day

Sometimes, throughout the year, the edit can be found around the dorm building and it always arouses a chuckle for most people

It becomes a tale that will be brought up every so often among your friends, drifting with time into a story that the entire class can relive on in the future and tell others about once they graduate 👍
