Regina Never Abused Henry She was only slightly strict

"Don't fight it honey or you will get a splinter" Regina to Henry while she is restraining him with vines when he is rightfully terrified of her.

"So I am a prisoner here because you love me that's not fair" Henry to Regina after she forces him to be a sacrficial lamb so she won't murder an entire town.

"The way you treated me wasn't an accident. You made it so no one believed me. You made me feel like I was crazy" Henry to Regina

She also reveals her plans to murder his other family members, harm people and then she proceeds to wipe his memory of all her evil doings as a way to manipulate him into loving her and so that he can see her as the perfect mother. She wants to have her cake and eat it too.

But you know Regina apologist will shout from the roof tops she was only a little strict and not an abusive gaslighter who tried to isolate her son.
