an addendum to the adhd thing; i specifically go to lengths to make it so i don’t forget things i want to do, ie putting something immediately back where it can hopefully be returned to someone (i put it in the car so i can return it next time i see person) or putting something where it’s in close reach for a time sensitive task (put vitamins in lunch sack so i can take vitamins with lunch as you’re supposed to)
