There’s something so depressing about the thought that if sun and Monty were together, infected moon just… wouldn’t say anything about it.

Someone so bold that holds no punches, and yet he still remains quiet.

He may not care about suns feelings he still cares about Monty. He knows that even if sun was gone Monty wouldn’t like him. That exploding about it will just lead to him losing the only person who can stand him. If he lost infected Monty he’d have no one; the others can’t stand spending actual time with him, and he’s basically been pushed out of ever interacting with anyone at the daycare. He wouldn’t want to lose the only person who still can stand him.

He’d know that, and hate it so much, but just accept it because having Monty in his life as a friend is better then not having him at all
