this was the universe making today up to me because work was bad today and i cried in front of everyone 😭 I've just been pushing myself too hard/out of my comfort zone a lot training in framing these two weeks. Unfortunately my coworker trying to rp a difficult framing customer so i could design an order was what broke the dam (i still feel terrible because he felt so bad)💀

they're requiring managers to learn basics now, but framing always terrified me and i avoided it before they required it. BUT i am learning more than the basics, as scary as it is, out of SPITE and because I want to negotiate more pay. The company is fucked silly and doesn't want to pay me more for being bilingual either. My old coworkers tell me to not utilize that skill if they won't compensate me but I can't find it in me to do that. Like customers shouldn't have to suffer because of a poor company decision, it's not fair. Especially when i see the relief on their faces knowing I can speak spanish, and having seen my own parents struggles when I was younger.

That took a complete 180 I'm so sorry 😭 i hope i don't work sunday because i really wanna ramble about mc's mortality and stuff, THE IDEAS ARE RATTLING IN MY BRAIN

OKAY that Thirteen SSR is honestly giving me so much life, I can't even BEGIN to describe. She looks absolutely STUNNING. I mean, I didn't think anybody could upstage Asmo, but yo... Thirteen is giving him a run for his money~

Ah, now see, all companies are fucked. Due to being in the workforce for many years, I know this to be true. My advice? If they won't pay you for being bilingual, find a new job that will. I obviously don't know your entire situation, but my experience is that most companies will never pay you more for things you're already doing. If you find another job, you can give them your two weeks notice and let them give you a counteroffer where they pay you what you're worth. You might not even need to leave, but if they don't give you what you want, you still have another job.

Of course you understand your own situation best. In the end, you have to make the right decision for yourself. I hope things work out! I believe in you!

Just wanna throw-down some appreciation and update on some stuff still plan on tackling this year. Achieved a decent-chunk of chapters already with my goal this year to be like 60, think I'm almost at 20 this early-in. More than I expected. Thanks for all the energy and power, from low to high. Still got probably 800-1000 chapters I need to realistically create, I get why One-Piece how it is. Once you get real passion for your art, there's an overabundance of stories to further write. xD I most certainly will be around chipping at pieces. In my case, I've always continued for the company that's been on this crazy voyage with me, for always welcoming or being there after long-breaks to RP partners who's integrated or pre-established stuff with me to join in. To my Best Friend/Roomie for always shooting inspiring ideas, always been able to easily click from being nerds who made so many D&D and Tabletop sessions we went to make our own whole world-building and tabletop game. Was pretty dope, but now I'm taking all that same, rich-passion and throwing it to world-build here. I got all the people to credit, I started from here on the community with too that matured and nurtured my character who allowed a very vanilla starting character, to morph into something that I could eventually give deep respect to continue. There's ton's of people and fellows who came from Tumblr as well, that were either forced to give up, or brought down by anon's, all those who suddenly disappeared, couldn't because time-commitments, or became distant, I've kept ingrained in me and I stay ever vigilantly passion in their stead. I overflow like a flowing fountain and multiply for all their sake to continue onward, and the lurkers, all the people who came to me saying they got inspired to join this fandom, all that you've made a impact, difference on me, and make no mistake about it, you matter. I carry your spirit, energy all with everything I endeavor. It's meant a life-changing amount to me have a place to just unleash myself. No better way to say it but -- I LIVE for this shit. So even no matter how infested this site becomes, or when the p*rnbots take over and I have to somehow try to convince them to start up a brothel and least take up RP, I'll still wage on. I may and most definitely die alone at the end. Cause I'm dedicated and determined to do this stuff regardless, whenever I'm around. xD I eventually will take the XIVWrite again too, but I want to do that after a lot of progression or absolutely, my last-rodeo, or its. I've got to establish a lot of Captain's Crewmates, NPCS, I'm even doing slow-burn and building up other antagonists, I got relics, cultures, isle world building, continue thinking of just a mountain of arcs. I really want to get to my sport-arc. After these next two-chapters or so, I'm going to start timeline jumping all over the place. When I'm energized. Rogue/druid multiclassing anon here, I'm in a really odd kind of campaign world where we have some incredibly powerful and cursed magic items. Mine gives me the power create essentially a simulacrum of myself with half of my hit points and all of my abilities (my party member's items are also insane), so my idea here is that I hang around in melee and it stays at range. I'm slightly better in melee, but not by much. My character is more rogue than druid, with dex 20 and wis 16, and what I'm considering is a 2-3 level dip into druid.

It's also an RP heavy campaign, so my idea for druid is that I can turn into something and sneak around in places that I shouldn't be.

My issue with moon druid is that I don't plan on going higher than 3rd level in druid, and since we're playing to high levels (ideally level 15), I'm not sure it'll stay relevant? But I'm not sure, I've never played a druid before.

I'm going to look at spores though! I'm concerned that my save DC won't be high enough for my abilities to matter though.

Stars just gives me a lot of options in and out of combat, but I'm really indecisive lol.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my ask, I completely missed the spores druid and I'm definitely going to run the numbers for that!

with this sort of level split why not consider going circle of the land and taking those druid levels for combat support and spell utility out of combat? there are a lot of great first and second druid spells that you could use to support your party and with circle of the land you make the most out of your spell slots!

i also think you could do something cool with the flavor of circle of dreams or twilight (which is ua but also its cool)

Oh my heavens, I'm flattered. And I'm sorry it took me forever to respond! I was out of town and seeing family so I tried not to be on Tumblr that much. This ask blog thing we've got going for characters. I only use this for rp. And I used to rp before on another site but it...wasn't that great? People took it way too seriously. Like, they were more worried about a word count than the story and characters and having fun. And personally I find word counts to be the least important in rp (I do understand wanting to have long paragraphs in some rps but I would never get mad at someone for having 230 words instead of 250). So I stopped because that sucked. But if I can send an ask to you or another blog like yours, I get a little taste of rp in a way that doesn't suck. And I've had WAY more fun than I thought I would and it's become way more of a thing for me. It started out as just anon asks since I don't use my main blog, I only use a side blog. I went and made a whole new account for this because I was having fun.

Family. Had a family get together this week so I've been having fun with them. They're family I haven't seen in forever too (they live on the East Coast and I live in a Western state) so it's great. And I've been seeing family a lot more lately since I'm going to live out of the country temporarily and I have a few cousins doing similar things, so we've been seeing each other more often to make up for the time we won't see each other. But I just love my family. My relationships aren't perfect by any means. But I know they won't abandon me because of something big or small.

So, I'll be living in Brazil temporarily, and I know no Portuguese. So I've been using Duolingo to learn some basics. And I took five years of Spanish between middle and high school, but that was pre-covid and I've lost a lot of it since then. But it's almost like I'm relearning Spanish as I'm learning Portuguese. Because in some ways Portuguese feels like Spanish that is written completely differently and has a very different accent. So far with the most basic of the basics, I can understand Portuguese if spoken and I can kind of speak it (still trying to get the handle of Portuguese pronunciation instead of Spanish pronunciation), but reading and writing is so much harder because there's different characters and everything is spelled way different (yo vs. eu). But then there's words that look like they might be exactly the same (como and bebo) but so far Duolingo has only shown me the one conjugation so I don't know what's going on with anything else or what the infinitive is. But it's actually so much fun. I'm relearning one language while learning another. And I have a knack for languages in general and enjoying learning languages, so this is really fun for me.

Writing. Writing fanfiction is just so fun and therapeutic and makes my brain go insane with happiness. All of my fics are linked on my other account, and to be honest I don't know if they'd appeal to any of the people I've interacted with here (you wouldn't guess that I don't have any Doctor Strange fics, would you? Stephen is a big deal in one of my Loki fics though, and I'm planning out some fics for Stephen and variants, but from this blog you'd think Stephen is my favorite when he actually isn't! He is in my top 4 though! Loki, Bucky, Coulson, Stephen, order can vary. Now that I got that tangent out of the way...).

Food. I love food. And I love cooking. I don't normally talk religiously (yes, I am Christian, a minority in Christianity too, I was harassed on a side blog on my other account by someone saying that Christians can't be queer and they called me terrible things so I don't feel comfortable talking about it that often any more), but the fact that we have both the ability to taste and so many ingredients that can be cooked and combined in delicious ways, at least to me, is very strong evidence that God loves us. Currently in a big nutella thing. Also, since I'm going to Brazil, people having been giving me Guaraná Soda, this Brazilian pop that tastes amazing, and I may have been looking up where I can buy it in the States by my house. Sushi is also extremely delicious. And I could go on and on but I'll stop now to save you all time.

hi frens. hey, look, i don't usually do this... but I've just received a notably nasty ask (NNA) from someone who seemed deeply upset with me, perhaps felt ignored, and i'd like to address that. i rarely receive ooc, anon asks, and rarely do i receive mercenary comments in the form of ooc, anon asks.

i think i am fairly... open??? honest??? about the way i rp. my guidelines are clear, i respect other muns' rules, i ask for +verses and +contexts in nigh any rp meme i reblog, my dms are open to anyone, i track my activity, which has been invariably low for most of my tumblr rp days, meaning i am clearly not spending all too much time with any one writing buddy. i don't play favorites. although i have preferences, i don't favor canon characters over OCs, or canon-divergent characters over canon characters, romances over friendships, star wars characters over non-star wars characters, the gays over the straights (jk kind of), etc. exclusives? never heard of them.

usually, i respond to memes in the order in which they're received and give priority to new muns, muns i don't often write with, or muns i don't do ~deep writing~ with. rarely rarely rarely do i start with whatever interests me most, even if that is 'the point' of answering memes, because for me, that's not what memes are about.

i'm just getting back to this blog after a few months away, after more than three extremely... long??? challenging??? moons. i have 20 more memes in my inbox that i really want to answer, and ~5 drafts that are going to require some thought. i take my time. says so in the pinned post, so please...

just be cool. just believe that i genuinely want to write this character with you, because i do. because even when it's 'just rp,' 'just for fun,' i still care. :'"^)

i agree with the large muse count anon! i remember when that was the norm when everyone was 14 etc. and replies were a giant gif and a sentence. everyone could play 5000 muses. most of us are adults now, and replies vary in length. when i've tried to join rps with no muse limit, i rarely see someone with 12 muses actually developing those 12 characters - most of them get 1 reply every blue moon. which makes sense! we are adults with lives, jobs, and roleplaying doesn't move like we were teens. but that just leads to fc and role hogging. i also felt in those rps like it was hard to break in, when you join and the count is so high - there's 5000 starters everyday, people have too many muses for consistent replies back, and inevitably muses get lost in the shuffle. i do know huge rps work for some people and that's totally fair! but i think personally, a rp with a muse limit and smaller count in total works better for me.

yep, all of this, anon ^^^ rps with no muse limits for muns scare me because that's exactly what i've seen. for me, i'm comfortable with a 4-5 max character limit per player which i think is just right for those who can manage the max and those who wish to find a happy medium. everyone's obviously got their own limits and that's okay!! gosh though, i remember those olden days where i could write 20 or 50 muses on an indie blog with short replies and big ass gifs and insta-reply back to threads on mobile in between college classes (sometimes even in class). now i've got a full time job and my own place and there are days where i open up my laptop and just stare at the screen because i'm ready for bed at 6pm 😂

about eun's system.

i'm eun, and i have a dissociative disorder, which means my consciousness is divided into separate parts; these parts are called alters. different alters are “in control” (conscious) at different times. the most widely known dissociative disorder is did (dissociative identity disorder), formerly known as mpd (multiple personality disorder). other dissociative disorders include: osdd, ddnos, etc. while system sizes vary greatly, my system is small, consisting of just a few regularly fronting alters. complex early childhood trauma prevented my brain from properly developing into one state of consciousness. due to my extreme environment, it was safer for me to be able to compartmentalize things easily and have different states of awareness to face different situations. i have been properly evaluated and diagnosed by my therapist and psychiatrist who are now “treating” me. “treatment” for dissociative disorders looks different for every system; some are aiming to fully re-integrate (merge) their parts, however this is not the type of treatment i’m receiving. i am doing mainly trauma and system maintenance work. in addition to did, my system is also diagnosed with autism, adhd, and we're recovered from a restrictive eating disorder.

A next gen oc x oc rp. This roleplay will be based on the anime/manga Akagami no Shirayuki-hime. 20-25 year have passed, and Clarines is preparing itself for the next King.

King Izana's wife passed away, and now its up to the son of prince Zen & Shirayuki to inherit the seat as king.

But then he meets this ordinary girl who happen to be into herbs like his mother did, and becomes the next royal herbalist apprentice.

As if history repeats itself.

And it does, for so far. I really wanna recreate the fluffy and cuteness from the anime/manga. But in their own way.

A typical 'dont they remind you of us, when we just met?'

The difference with the anime/manga is, that this boy actually is the next in line for the throne, instead of being the second prince. Obviously Zen and Shirayuki will be his parents. And i kinda wanna add a slightly supernatural theme as the boy has been cursed since birth, and turns into some kind of demon during full moon. But nobody knows this, instead of his family and those he trust. (The demon thing will make sense after i show you his faceclaim xD(but we can leave it out if you want)

Obviously, one of the tasks of the new herbalist girl, is to find a cure for him.

This roleplay will be a MxF, Oc x Oc, but some canon characters from the original series will definitely return!

Think about Zen, Shirayuki, Obi, Ryu, Mitsuhide, Izana etc.

This rp might involve nsfw, but lets build it up please!

I really wanna add the fluff, the cuteness and the slowburns from the original series.

Ive been rping for +10 years and im looking for someone who has at least a few years rp experience. Who can come up with fun ideas and is able to make cliche into a fun and fluffy cliche!

HD/Aychdi is queer and uses any pronouns! Though primarily she's referred to with He/They. She likes Other pronouns as well but won't take kindly to It/Thing addresses.

The rest of this is me talking about HD ! Just some basic shit,not super focused on his background persay but on what he can do.

HD Is essentially the god of the overworld realm. Though that of course can be tweaked and changed so he's more of a minor god! They are the patron of sleep/dreams,and have a tendency to prefer night time. She cares deeply for passive mobs and wildlife. Mushrooms,Flowers,Mooshrooms/Cows,and cats are among some of Aychdis favorites. He enjoys playing minor pranks and messing with mortals,but he's very hands off. The most he's known for amongst mortals is helping to grow Crops during the spring when the days are longer and she has less work to do at night . Alot of her basis for powers come from this video

For more background info HD was close friends/companions/partners with the guardian of the end and the guardian of the nether [DreamXD and Sapnaps counter part god,EX(e) respectfully]. I figured since in Canon dreamxd is associated with the End,and Sapnap is associated with the Nether/fire it made sense Lmao. You can ask about EX as well! I don't plan on doing much for him though unless there's feedback! Anyways uhmm yeah that's it send asks if u want!
