remember! This is just my opinion ^^ plz request things btw guys!!

It’s honestly 50/50 whether he’s gonna be on tommy level chaos or philza level chill that day

He sometimes is small but is also sometimes big and a caregiver! he loves his stuffed animals and is always very hesitant to share. the caretakers are still working on teaching him that.

he’s the most spoiled of the littles but he’s still very polite.

he loves listening to music while small, he especially loves it when techno plays him music himself.

his favorite small activity is playing his baby piano and painting, well, painting the walls. And when he’s big he gets to paint over it with the wall paint.

He also watches a lot of animal documentaries, but his favorite are puppies and cats, household animals and such.

He’s very pouty even if it’s a chill day. Of course he’s always polite no matter what but he can get super pouty, like even more than most littles. he’ll whine about the way his socks feel and how the trim is weird, and how his nails are yucky, or how he needs to potty. ((although it’s always good to tell your caregiver if you need to. So that’s one good Wilbur point LOL))

he prefers the park over the forest unlike his brothers. The forest smell gives him a headache sometimes, and he just generally prefers not to get messy.

his favorite thing like ever is when his drawings are put up on the fridge. He loves drawing and doodling, he draws his stuffies, caregivers, little siblings and friends, visitors, celebrities, favorite characters, and anything else his silly mind can think up.

he keeps a little journal to keep track of his regressions. It’s also a fun thing to doodle and do math work in ((poor baby is not very good at math when small))

When he’s in baby space he will SOB if he’s not being held. Baby space is super scary for him.

sometimes the caregivers will take the smalls into public but Wilbur REFUSES to go with them even if he doesn’t have a paci or any signs of being small. ((Me too will, me too))

George Cinnabar Rambling

a basic summary of his character from me in discord:

Summary: George spends 99% of his time at Dreams side, as both a companion and a calming aid. As Dream has never had good control over his emotions (Primarily angry outburst that are not befitting of a diamond.) George rarely is seen not at Dreams side, and when he IS, he manages to spook every single other gem (on accident/not on purpose) due to his gangly size and form, and Due to being very quite in both movement and voice, never calling out to greet other gems when alone.

Post wars, when Diamond Dream gets put in the prison (Spoilers for the au LOL.) and George has actual unopposed alone time, where he's not just waiting for Dream to return, poor guy doesn't know what to do with himself! George spent all the thousands of years of his existence attending Dream, only focusing on Dreams wants and needs and simply not thinking of himself that he is just clueless on what do to with himself. Sapnap guides him through some of self realization and wants, but Sapnap also pushes the point of "I cant tell you what you want to do or need, George" George eventually finds himself primarily enjoying a comfortable spot in the woods where he can lay for days and just watch the sky. Somewhere far from where they'd been building, alone and undisturbed, except from the occasional beast that would wander up to George to sniff him or inspect him, then George would watch the beast until it wandered off. Sometimes beasts that became familiar and comfortable with his presence would rest beside him in the sun, curled up against his side. The fungus his spores grow is edible to beasts, and it has grown around his resting spot. It doesn't cause the same intoxication effect as it has on the gems, but does cause a calming effect. Meaning animals that eat a few of these fungus are far more confident and calm around George, and when they curl up in his comfortable spot he's made beside him, they rarely react to him touching (petting) them besides the initial gentle startle and glance from his touch.

Georges Powers Description: He fungal boy. He can create spores for shrooms, that he can either grow intentionally once they've landed, allow to grow naturally, or when they are inhaled by other gems, cause an intoxicated effect that usually causes a calmness about them. George is immune to this effect of his spores.

George Physical Description: George is very tall and lean, and i think is currently going to be the tallest gem on the colony. He's not terrible at physical combat, but doesn't have much training and often is to sit out with Fundy when Dreams court combat trains. George is a big gangly, arms and legs very long, smaller torso. When he walks with Dream, he keeps his hands clasped together on his chest chest just below his diamond shaped collar. When alone, he walks with them at his side, he looks like (Endermen) the similarly lengthy black scaled beasts that roam this planet in dim light. Also i think im removing his nose from his design. i am retconning his nose if you see old art with him having a nose, no you dont.

George's job Description: George was specifically created by pink diamond to be given to Dream very early on in Gem society. George is the third oldest gem on the colony, with Dream as the oldest and Techno being a close second. He is meant Comfort and Calm Dream, either with words or his Spores. Also to entertain and counsel Dream, mostly in a way of having Dream voice his thoughts to George and work himself into his own decisions. Doodles of George below the cut

Even if Val isn't regressed he still reprimands Vox for regressing even though he pretended to be accepting at first and even tried it for himself

Alrighty here is the finished art of my Trollsona (I only finished adding shade and highlights to the hair lol)

I'm going to repeat somewhat of what I mentioned in the repost but add a little bit more background to her as well and maybe some head cannons

Now yes, as I said before she is a techno troll tho she also loves other genres like electro-swing, pop, rap, jazz etc. Her name is Lyra since I thought naming her after me (Blue) wouldn't make much sense considering the majority of her design is pink and greenish-blue with only about 30% of it actually being blue. Though I will still use Blue as a nickname.

The arms and fins were inspired by lava lamps sort of but the colors would never bounce around like how an actual lava lamp would. Instead if they were ever animated the particles would kind of just move around and make little glittery effects mostly near the cyan parts like water in the sea.

Her father is a big inspiration to her music tastes since he would usually play old school songs from the 90s, 80s, and early 2000s for her. He used to be a DJ with Trollex's father and they were good buddies that would still be in contact with each other. He usually goes by the name DJ Liege but I haven't decided what his actual name would be yet.

I have a hc that there would be 7-14 DJs when it came to the main set they would put on for all of the kingdom so the DJs can regularly switch out with each other (this excludes any extra parties or clubs so ofc there's a lot more than 14 DJs in the whole kingdom). Or backups can step in if one DJ isn't able to make it for the night. This is also how they can put on sets for multiple days at a time when it comes to special events like a marathon.

Eventually her father would retire his position so he could settle and help care for a young Lyra at the time (about 8 or 9 years old at the time). He has also met Trollex as a teen (prob while Trollex was 14-16) on occasion before he retired when Trollex's father was showing him the ropes and he had been starting to do his own sets.

Well that's kind of all I have for now but I may make a glowing art version of Lyra plus some silly doodles. If you have any questions about Lyra and her dad or just curiosity about the background then please ask! I'd love to hear it!

So thank you thank you for all the questions on Jornos and here you are! (Sorry I took so long to answer lol) @brick-a-doodle-do i can see a lot of awkward conversations between tommy and emduo + wil. like a lot of sarcastic comments towards tommy that have a secret meaning to tommy! lots of tensing up at the softest of questions

for the thing with tommy knowing things he shouldn't, how about a scene with tommy accidentally humming a tune he'd heard wilbur play before? maybe even accidentally murmuring the lyrics while wilbur only plays the melody! :0000 *yoinks this idea for later* Oh I likes this a lot >:3

do you have any design ideas for tommy's borrower home? is it very innovative with crazy cool designs, or something more basic that he'd thrown together with whatever he could find? I have many ideas for his home but nothing specifically made or set yet. Been thinking about that a lil bit atm lol. While I don't have any designs for Tommy's room, I have made a floor plan of the Crafts house to make sure I'm being coherent to the story and scenes so have that!

how does tommy react to the internet? does he find a means to conquer it after seeing how intimidating it is, or does he immediately fall victim to social media? maybe he finds some good ole schlatt videos and bonds over them with wilbur! Oh he's infatuated with it. He loved to try and watch Tv of Beans in the past but actually gaining access to the internet blew his mind! Learning so many new things and not understanding how some stuff was possible was insane for him! And Canon! Def bonds with Wilbur over the old vids!

does wilbur absolutely drag him into the world of music? i can see wilbur making a mini-him with his new younger brother! 100%. To Wilbur, Tommy is free blank slate brother. Time to educate the child in the world of music and properly!! (as well as everything else lol)

in a lot of fics, techno has swords n knives pinned up on his walls or leaning against his walls, do you follow through with that here? lalalala *yoinks another idea* :3

that also leads me to the question does tommy, as a borrower, find this threatening or interesting? and similarly, when he's a human, does he struggle with hiding his interest/fear of them depending on his borrower-selves reaction? Boi is both terrified and drawn to the blades. There's one sword displayed on top of the book shelf that Tommy often likes to marvel at. It's part of why Tommy tried to go for the craft knife that Techno left out on the table when he first moved in because he wanted to wield a sword like that too.

i bet tommy might have a strong reaction to flavorful things, especially something spicey, sour, or even really sweet, since borrower's grow up mainly on grain with the occasional addition of fruit or dessert. does this spark interest between emduo + wilbur or do they just bond with him and call him a child over it? I think I mentioned in a previous ask that Tommy just goes into sugar rush overload when he gets access to sugar so in a similar way, he'd have an extreme reaction to spicy, sour or bitter things too. If given any of those things tho, I'm pretty sure once comfy with the rest of sbi, would scream: ARE YOU TRYING TO POISON ME?!?!?

tommy using his skills as a human! i can see him offering to fix the craft's ripped clothing with his sewing skills orrr maybe they go hiking or smth and tommy's climbing instincts kick in and he just fucking climbs a tree like it's nothing lol Yesssssssssssss. That was one of the only things he could do at the colony and not get into trouble for it. Often he'd hide out and fix clothing for others so he loves to get his hands on stuff to mend for sbi. When they notice this, they actually get him proper sewing equipment and nice fabric for Tommy to experiment with and he goes wild with new clothes and bags. He adores it!

on the note of instincts, how are tommy's instincts? i always see borrowers listening to their instincts more than humans but still not always listening to them. does he got like really good reflexes that earn him the nickname spiderinnit? (to which he is extremely confused cause huh? maybe that leads to a movie marathon :0) Brick. How? How are you having all the amazing ideas?? *yoinks this too* He is spiderinnit damn it and they watch every spider man movie. So Tommy's instincts are a bit nuts atm. Normally his first thought when in danger is to run and get back to the walls or somewhere safe, but when he shifts he is so out of it, he kinda just shuts down because he can't just run back to the walls. Later on when he kinda works out the sizeshifting abilities, it takes a lot of will power to not let himself just run from everything and hide. But he will often react a lot to footsteps of people coming or animals because he still semi associates it with danger.

birthdays! i don't know about you or this au, but i like the idea of borrower's not really celebrating birthdays, and even if they do not every single one. so what's tommy's reaction to possibly having a party thrown for him? Sometimes Individual bdays are celebrated within small family's when borrowers see fit, say they turn 1 or 13 but yeah most of the time bdays aren't really celebrated. The celebrations are more of a celebration of surviving to an important point in life, not making it another year older in age. (that makes no sense becky. Good job :'D) Colonies will usual celebrate a borrowers coming of age for all the borrowers going on their first successful borrowing trips (of course Tommy isn't allowed at those though)

^^ on a similar note, does tommy know his own birthday? and if he doesn't, how the hell do the craft's react to that ?? He does not. He was abandoned by the colony and they kind of just guessed he was like 2ish when found so they make his bday just sometime in April because that was the time he was found. Tommy doesn't even really think about not having a specific day till he's asked and the Crafts are just so shocked that this kid has probably never had a party in his life and literally throw him a party within the next few days. Tommy is just so touched that he decides the date is April 9th because that was the date. (Even if it was actually *enter different month here*)

I have no idea what else you said about the ask but at least I had the questions so thank you for sending them in and your continued interest in the story! Jornos chapter 2 is almost done and then just needs to be proof read so keep your eyes peeled :3

my favorite thing on earth is platonic dreamnap they're just so *clenches fist*

it was like a year ago but I read a post about quackity selling sapnap an "enderdragon" and quackity dropping a fucked up dream off at his door and then bouncing. The thing had stopped there but my brain hadn't

was it one of those where quackity knew it was wrong? one where he expected sapnap to agree with him? did he see dream as so subhuman that he didn't think twice about it? did he hear sapnap rant about how much he hated dream and assume that he would enjoy owning Dream and getting to do to him the same things Quackity had enjoyed?

and, if he didn't, if quackity knew that delivering dream like that would cause sapnap distress, to ruin anything he may have had left with his once-fiance, did he do it out of spite? had he had dream the whole time, broken and under his thumb, until his fight with sapnap escalated? and he begun to associate dream with sapnap, and dropped him off in a way to 1) get dream off his hands and 2) get back at sapnap?

How would sapnap react? Would it be anger? would he chase quackity? would he bring dream inside and try to help, only learning more and more howbad a shape dream was in? Would quackity lie and say dream had chosen this, or it was sam's idea? Would sapnap buy it? would there be some part of him that was happy?

Vauge Hollow Knight au in that Dream is a lumifly. Nothing else is really specified lol

Trigger warning for dehumanization and objectification, as well as a sprinkle of neglect. This is my first writing I'm posting directly on tumblr so please be kind >.<

George loved his desk light.

It was just an object, one Quackity had given him for his birthday, but it was so perfect that he loved it.

It was a little glass jar, not ornately carved. For all he could tell, Quackity may have made it out of an old jelly jar. The top was covered in a thin metal lid that had two latches on either side. Holes were poked through, allowing the small lumifly hybrid to breathe. One in the center was larger than the others, allowing George to drop food flakes every few days to keep the hybrid alive. For a while it had begged, asking for food more often, but Quackity had warned him that this one was particularly gluttonous, and that if he fed it more than every other day that it would become sick. So, for the sake of the lumify, he ignored the small cries. They stopped eventually, anyways. 

Turning the lantern off and on was pretty simple, considering its power was near limitless. Lumiflies created their light through flight. George’s hybrid, however, would often just curl up in the bottom of the jar, sleeping or shaking. Quackity had found a solution, however. On the outside of the jar there was a small chain. On one end it was connected to a small collar around the lumify’s neck. The other had something akin to a clamp, one big enough it wouldn’t fall through the hole in the lid and get stuck. On the side of the jar a small peg had been attached. Whenever George wanted to turn the lantern on, all he would have to do is tug the chain and attach it to the peg. The chain was short enough that, once attached, the lumifly would not be able to touch the ground without choking itself. This meant that as long as the clamp was attached, the lumifly would have to fly and therefore create light. 

The chain doubled as a way to keep the lumifly contained. If George decided to change the glass, all he would need to do is affix a peg to the side and keep ahold of the little chain to place the lumifly in its new home. Sapnap had given him an ornate bottle a few days ago, one that had originally stored alcohol. George had started preparing it, just waiting for the glue to set. He’d tried to clean it out as best he could, but he figured the scent would probably last a long time. He asked Quackity, and the man said that it would be fine, that lumiflies were resistant to any fumes in the air. 

He sat at his desk, smiling as he read his book. Beside him, the lumifly fluttered, pretty and graceful in the center of the jar. Sometimes, George could swear the other was watching along, but that was silly. Lumiflies bred for captivity never learned how to read, only wild ones. And Quackity wouldn’t be the type to steal a lumifly from its home. 

George hummed, turning the page. 

Maybe he should find a couple picture books at the library. The lumifly would probably enjoy looking at the pictures. 

George loved his desk light.

I'm Cyr, I recently rejoined tumblr for the sole purpose of enjoying/sharing gay SU shi since i've started rewatching it a few days ago :>

I go by any pronouns though I do prefer they/them, I'm 19 (uni comp sci student zz), I am pretty sure i have ADHD lol, and I am a big yuri/shoujo-ai enthusiast >:^) must watch all yuri... RAHH

I also draw! I'll post doodles here and there under the tag #myart, and as aforementioned it'll mostly be SU since that's what I'm currently into c:

My favorite pairings in the show are PearlRose and Lapidot so far (they have been since I first watched SU over 9 years ago HELP), whereas my favorite gems are Pearl and Lapis Lazuli. Best diamond is Yellow Diamond, she's shitty I know but gawt damn is she GORGEOUS and poWERFUL, although a close second is Blue Diamond for her design more-so than her character. As for the humans, Connie and Sadie are great! I hate Lars tho he's a dickhead fuck that MF >:T Once I finish the show I'll try to figure out a favorite episode, too (unlikely, I am very indecisive HHH). The farthest I've reached was season 4 a few years ago, before the last seasons and movie came out.

SU aside, two other pieces of fabulous media I really like atm are Sasameki Koto (that's where my pfp, cover(?), and the images above are from hehe) and Touhou Project (infinite shipping possibilities and amazing OST yes yes. Currently I really like kagumokou and maripatchy).

Outside of fandom stuff, I really like music. I can listen to just about any kind of music, though my favorite genres fall under EDM (mostly speedcore, breakcore, j-core, hyperpop, jungle, house, industrial, and other variations of techno. Anything that's loud basically :P) Other than EDM I like some indie rock, classical instrumentals, and trying to get into k-pop :>

I really need to buckle down and get a part-time contract role for next year. Summer's basically over and I got almost nowhere with my portfolio. This past week would've been the perfect opportunity to knock that shit out because everyone was on vacation but it was like I got hit with a dose of inattention and apathy. I need to stop dragging this shit out because it's only going to get worse the longer I put it off.

I finally started drawing in my sketchbook again! They're really just basic doodles with no meaning or rhyme to them but I loved it. There wasn't this usual pressure I put on myself to have to 'improve' or create something 'worthwhile'. I think maybe the next step is to make it a daily 15-20 minute doodling session every day and see what comes out of it. I've had this sketchbook for over two years and I really should finish it up this year!

I've been really inspired by VSCO lately! It's made me fall in love with everything around me -- seeking out those little moments during my walks to mundane tasks, like buying groceries or dropping off my mail. I never feel bad about myself, even if I scroll VSCO for a long time. Contrary to Instagram...

Instagram feels like the LinkedIn of social media to me lol. People add each other to up their follower count, even if they've never each other or only met once. Everyone strives for posting their best selves, the highlight reels. Even stories or anything that's behind the scenes is still curated to some extent. I see a sea of strangers online all the time but don't feel any closer to them, even if we've been following each other for years. But I've found that in larger cities, people really take your social worth into account, even if it's unspoken. It makes me wonder, maybe it wouldn't hurt if I did a bit of upkeep now and then. But even that feels performative because I wouldn't have bothered if it wasn't for moving.

Indie pop has been the shit, it's gotten me out of this music rut I've been in for so long. Weirdly enough, I'm going to a techno show tonight, haha. I'm not too excited about it but I had promised to go with a friend two months ago and now that the moment is here, I wish for nothing more than for it to get canceled LOL.

I want to start a blog. (Talk about the resurgence of the early 00's). But I have no idea what it'd be about, what I would write about. When it comes to pictures, I know what I want to post (just not on IG LOL). But I never what to write. Choosing a niche makes me feel a little cornered as well. I thought maybe doing short vlogs, like 'A day in the life of...' would give me more freedom. But I still find myself drawn to the good, ol' fashioned medium of words and photos. I guess this Tumblr is a bit like that for me but I want something I could actually put a link out in public. Nobody needs to connect these messy thoughts to me LOL

I never thought I'd get closure after almost 1.5 years but it looks like it's happening.

Sometimes I can't believe I'm this far away from my family. With friends, it doesn't feel THAT big of a deal since we'll text, call, and facetime. My family isn't big on those and honestly, they don't say much in person either. But being there in the same room, even if only two words are exchanged, are worth a lot more than our group chats.

I bought my second luxury perfume this summer. Instead of saving it for special occasions, I've been wearing it every day and it makes me so happy. One, I know personally I get tired of scents very easily so I should probably get as much out of it now as I can haha. Two, it's still gonna take me a long ass time to get through the bottle. I don't think I'll find another summery scent that I love as much as this one anytime soon (I hope! I def don't need to be buying another perfume anytime soon lmao)

I noticed I have more energy to do things when I feel like there's the presence of someone else in the room. Lmao that makes it sound like I'm talking about a ghost. But nah, I just meant cozy vlogs where someone is talking while I do the chores. Facetiming Jeff while he and I are doing our own separate chores and sometimes will converge to talk about something random before going off again. Doing work alone in a cafe. I need to incorporate more moments like that into my life. I love wfh, the freedom it's granted me, and not having to do the bullshit sitting in office even if I have nothing to do all day long. But when it's just me all day long, it gets a little too much. I love myself more than I have in prior years but still lol, being alone with just me all the time is tiring.

more SB: Sister RElocation doodling (help i'm character designing again lol)

at first it was just Bonnet and Monty, but once i realized that the Bons were twinning, i had to add Bon-Bon too. i...cannot draw rabbits ^^; or lizards...yet i keep doing it *shrugs*

the Bons are assistance bots at their Plaza, kinda like the Daycare attendant; they do puppet theater, are smaller than the other animatronics, and are nearly inseparable. that's why the choice to split them up was a bit weird when everyone got relocated; most bots don't get along with model copies, but like said, the Bons were built as twins so they do. it was probably just the desire to split the Funtimes evenly, and Freddy was going to a Plex with the Merry Melodies, while Baby and Ballora could go anywhere. again, ironing out ideas, but that does lead to Bonnet getting a character arc about being lonely because she's missing her twin, and the Mega Plex gang don't really take to her super easily due to their issues with loosing their Bonnie (also Funtime Freddy might be their "dad" so yeah that'll add more fun to her and Glamrock Freddy's subplot ^^; )

had to figure out how to draw Monty because hello, he's a main reason i made this AU to begin with; need gator boy to court the techno-fox lol. (he might not be big enough here, in scale to the Bons...)

still figuring out how to draw them all though, so designs are subject to evolve the deeper we go into this...
