Misto generally doesn't sing his own song, because the character is focused on dancing, so Rum Tum Tugger just rolls out and does a whole bit about how cool and great Misto is. And this is after Misto cuts into Tugger's song to call him a terrible bore. They're considered canon in many productions and this point.
