Hello and welcome to this new post! Because many people thought it would be a nice idea to have an affirmation series on my page I thought it would be a good thing to try out. In this post I'll give a few motivation affirmations, I hope you guys like them and find them useful!

taking care of yourself while being depressed is one of the hardest things to do. here are some tips to make yourself feel better when you are going through those horrible days
take a shower (i know it is very hard but trust me its so worth the struggle. getting in the shower can be difficult but just imagine the satisfaction afterwards)
eat something (it doesnt have to be a whole meal, it can just be a snack)
stay hydrated (i recommend getting one of those big bottles of water, it really does motivate you)
have a social media detox (please dont spend all of your free time on tik tok. try to draw something, journal or read. even if it is just for 15 minutes. you’ll feel better afterwards, i promise.)
AND PLEASE REMEMBER- YOU CAN DO IT!!!

you put so much pressure on yourself to have a good time, that you end up not having a good time.
it is okay to communicate that you are sad, or mad, or upset, or hurt by someones actions or words.
you are not inherently a bad person. you make mistakes.
other people make mistakes too, because they are human. and no human is perfect.
it is okay to not have a good time with someone. it does not mean they hate you. it does not mean you are not meant to be friends/lovers and it does not mean that you or them are “bad people”. sometimes things are just not fun and that is completely fine whether it feels so in the moment or not. recognize and communicate that.

We are more prone to focus on the negative and it usually takes three positive things to cancel out one negative thing. Writing down a list with things you are grateful for can be effective to see the grand scheme of things and not only see the negative. So, instead of thinking about what went wrong, try to think about the things that went right!
That's why writing a gratitude list can also help with manifesting.
It raises your vibrations and that helps making your manifestations a reality.
