Commancé pas à lire si tu n’as pas envie 🤷‍♀️

Aujaurd’hui ce post pour dire que je viens de faire un petit tout sur tumblr et tous les comptes sois disant sportif ces de gens qui sont dans une salle de sport et posé devant un mirroire on montrant leurs ventre et leurs trop gros muscle moi ça me motive pas et j’aime pas trop je vais jamais à la salle de sport trop grande presion avec tous les gens qui te regarde horrible pour moi celle qui est timide mais il n’y a pas que la salle les gens on peut trés bien trouver des vidéos sur youtube et faire des exercices à la maison au calme et c’est mieux pour les ados moi je fais ça et je suis trés contente mais je cours aussi mais ça faut vraiement être motiver pour vouloir sortir de la maison c’est pour ça moi j’ai un calandrie ou je mes que dimanche je cours à 14h00 et point barre je ne reflechis pas si j’ai envie de courir je m’habille et je sors et voilà moi ça m’aide d’avoir tous plannifier à l’avance.
