random question but do you have any of your own headcanons for Resetti?

I DO ACTUALLY

- canonically he mentions having kids and talks about “their mom” but doesn’t mention having a wife so that lead me to thinking he WAS married but they divorced a while ago but get along alright for the kids sake

- speaking of the kids i haven’t thought too much about them but I like to think he has two!! perhaps a son and daughter, or two sons ,, maybe twins, or maybe a small age gap between them idk

- he used to be a delinquent in school!! used to get into fist fights and skip class and hung around a bad crowd. he’s tried to atone for how much of a little troublemaker he was since then (stuff like fatherhood and getting his first job made him more grounded)

- he has high blood pressure, like, bordering on being close to having a heart attack any day now because of his temper and stress,,, 

- Don mentions in HHD that he likes landscaping and digging in the dirt, so he does stuff like gardening and building sheds and stuff as a hobby. hard labour helps him relax, and being tired after doing so much work helps him sleep better!

- He’s been out of the game for a while but he’s still got it ;-) to be honest though he hasn’t had that many partners over the years, his ex wife was his longest relationship to date and he’s been divorced from her longer than they were together by now

this is probably been asked before idk, i know you F/O 2005 Willy Wonka but what are your thoughts on the 1971 one? :0 (sorry if thats a dumb question i’m just curious)

x Gene Wilder is fucking beautiful! His Wonka was actually the first Wonka I was introduced to when I first heard of CaTCF

x 1971!Wonka is a lot more “lol fuck these kids” and that's honestly what makes that movie great. Maybe it’s just my interpretation but it was almost like he wanted the tour but when he found out who was coming he was like “lol.....fuck.....” 

x My fav scene from 1971 is the boat scene with Wonka singing like sign me the fuck up!

x I’m biased on saying the 2005 design of Wonka was better fashion-wise, but personality-wise 1971 takes the cake.

x Overall both Wonkas are great in their own way (Hell even musical Wonka is cool)  

x This is the face of the Wonka that will stab you and tell you “No one will believe you”
