Lena Horne, when asked how she stays so young, pointed to the humidifiers in the room and replied “I live in moisture and I surround myself with young people.” - so right now I am searching the internet for humidifiers for every room and looking forward to hanging more with the brilliant, gorgeous (and young) @mstiffanybender 😁👸🏾💁🏽‍♀️💖💖 (at Condé Nast)

Blue Ivy HUSHED Beyoncé & JAY-Z's Clapping At The Grammys — And The Internet Cannot Handle It!
I look younger now than when I was in my early 20s
It takes a lot to earn applause from Blue Ivy Carter.
The six-year-old sat the front-row at the 2018 Grammys on Sunday, and became the night's biggest winner after seemingly telling her parents Beyoncé and JAY-Z to stop with the damn clapping.
Video: Grammy Awards 2018: All The Performance Highlights!
The viral moment came during Camila Cabello's moving speech in which she referenced the immigrants and dreamers of DACA. Bey and Jay applauded the pint-sized singer with the rest of the audience.
But Blue, never fully impressed, put up her hand and slowly signaled her parents to calm the heck down:
Ha! A true LEGEND!
Twitter users were confused and in awe over the gesture. Some joked the music princess was reminding her parents that royalty doesn't clap, while others assumed Blue just had enough of the social causes CBS crammed into the 3-hour broadcast.
Of course, there's also the chance that Blue has a more conservative outlook on the DACA situation -- or perhaps something even more controversial: she's team Fifth Harmony!?
See what people had to say about the *historic* moment (below)!

Well, we can understand why she was testy. Blue's a busy girl, after all:
So you didn't win anything, nor did you perform. Why am I here? I have spin class in the morning. #GRAMMYs pic.twitter.com/WW7Dv9nicM — Blue Ivy (@Bluezblackbook) January 29, 2018

The Working Girl: Tiffany Bender, Conde Nast
Beginning her career as a Talent Booker at Sway In The Morning, Ms. Tiffany Bender is the definition of a Working Girl. Tiffany is currently a Senior Producer at Condé Nast Entertainment while also serving as Creative Director, Writer & Executive Producer of "Ask Auntie".
Find out what it means to be a Working Girl like Tiffany.
WHAT DOES BEING A WORKING GIRL MEAN TO YOU?
Being a Working Girl means pushing forward across your career, personal life, and most importantly in your community. We do not get to the spaces and heights of our career without love and support from somewhere – so it is important that we reciprocate and reach back.
WHAT IS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE YOU'VE FACED IN YOUR CAREER?
I believe the biggest challenge in my career is where I am now. I am so happy and have worked so hard to create my dream career. Now that I am so close, it can be hard to move with the same tenacity. It’s no secret that it is hard to chase your dreams, but it is even harder to maintain, reassess, and find the motivation to reach for higher dreams.
WHAT KEEPS YOU GOING? WHAT IS THE BEST PART OF YOUR JOB?
The best part of my day is the end of the day, when I can sit back with my team in awe of what we’ve accomplished. They work so hard, working across a multitude of brands, sometimes three and four shoots in one day. It's my moment to vent, laugh, and thank them for their belief in my leadership.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE OTHERS PURSING YOUR CAREER?
Keep your head down and do the work. Social media can be a great tool; however it can give us comparison syndrome and highlight insecurities, leaving us to think we’re supposed to be further than we are. It is important to just keep your head down and do the work. But doing the work isn’t about just showing up, it’s about staying abreast of industry news and learning the spaces in which you can give yourself a competitive edge.
“Don’t take anything personal. Not even a compliment.”
- Don Miguel Ruiz’s Four Agreements
WHAT IS YOUR WORKING GIRL MUST HAVE?
!function(doc,s,id){ var e, p, cb; if(!doc.getElementById(id)) { e = doc.createElement(s); e.id = id; cb = new Date().getTime().toString(); p = '//shopsensewidget.shopstyle.com/widget-script.js?cb=1502987855269?cb=' + cb; e.src = p; doc.body.appendChild(e); } if(typeof window.ss_shopsense === 'object'){ if(doc.readyState === 'complete'){ window.ss_shopsense.init(); } } }(document, 'script', 'shopsensewidget-script');
My portable charger! On any given day I am managing upwards of five projects and as a live video producer, unfortunately everything needs an answer immediately. A dead device is not an excuse.
Tiffany's Working Girl Playlist
2017 CAREER GOAL?
2017 was the first year I decided to not to have a resolution. I have always been overly ambitious and it has hindered me from living in the present. I am enjoying where my career is now and look forward to the work I will do in the very near future.
Keep Up With Tif !
