Pickles' would be a top rope moonsault.
Nathan is a simple man. He is big, and he uses that to his advantage. There's a lot of flashy things he COULD do but he prefers to end it with a chokeslam.
Skwisgaar--lowkey wanna make him do dickflips but I think he'd take himself more seriously than that. He would probably go for a submission move like the ankle lock to end it.
Murderface specializes in killer submission holds. He'd likely do something like Iron Sheik's camel clutch, all while shit talking his opponent the entire time.
Toki is still getting a feel for what he's doing but being already very athletic, I can see him doing something like this.

YES YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN
The Snakes 'n Barrels stable is what brought Pickles to fame in his early years. The group became pretty popular overseas and eventually landed themselves a contract with CMW. The founding members were Pickles, Snazz Bullets, Sammy Candynose, and Tony Thunder.
However, the boys let the fame get to their heads. Substance abuse wasn't uncommon in the wrestling world--they were tantamount to rock stars, after all (lol)--and eventually it caught up with them in the ring. The stable broke up and the members were either suspended and fined. Under the condition that they got sober, they could keep their contracts. Currently their contracts all seem to be in limbo.
Today, Pickles is at Mordhaus to train and working on sobriety. (It's....a journey.) He tag teams with Nathan in indie shows under a new gimmick.

Long before starting the Mordhaus wrestling school, and before Charles became known for his valet/manager role in CMW, there was Chuck Offden.
Sometimes the best gimmicks are exaggerations of yourself, other times, it’s good to be the complete opposite. Chuck was a douchey frat boy-like gimmick that wasn’t really Charles’ idea to begin with, but it made him popular as a heel on the indie circuits. (Catchphrase: “Chuck off!” Yes, he hates it. He hates it so much. He will no sells the boys when they try to tease him for it, though.)
After a fatal botch, he retired the character and almost stopped wrestling entirely, until he met Magnus, who finally got him back into the love of the sport. Charles acted as Magnus’ manager/valet in CMW for years until the pair broke up and Charles was eventually released.

When Pickles first ran away to Minnesota to pursue wrestling, Seth was out partying and stealing cars and getting into trouble. He saw how successful his brother was in Snakes n Barrels and is now always trying to figure out schemes so he can cash in on that success.
He's technically enrolled in the academy but almost never comes. He's dating Amber, who is also a student (but is always on her phone.)

So Dr. Rockzo doesn't change all that much for the wrestling AU! Rockzo is a wrestling vet who's still chasing his heyday in the 80s. And like 80s musicians, 80s wrestlers also had a lot of KA-KA-KA-KOKAINE problems, which ultimately ruined his career. Nowadays he makes appearances at indie shows around the country and does seminars for trainees.
Kayfabe never really died with Rockzo. There's rarely a moment when he's not in-character, which gets him into a lot of trouble considering he's an incredibly successful heel. Meaning, he is very good at getting everybody to hate him. But he plays face sometimes at shows. Especially now that he's older and...pathetic.
Charles fucking hates him, but Rockzo does actually have a lot of valuable knowledge and experience to offer, so he visits and helps train sometimes.
He's Toki's favorite wrestler.

SORRY THIS TOOK SO LONG TO ANSWER
Magnus was one of the first students at the academy, along with the Dethklok boys. It's never too late to start something, y'know. Like Pickles, he already had some experience. And he fucking hated it when any of the younger guys would try to help if he was doing something incorrectly that could lead to someone getting hurt.
And eventually it did. Magnus refused to accept that it was his fault or that he'd done anything wrong, and it ended with a fight breaking out between him and Nathan. Magnus was kicked from the academy and banned from various local promotions, and left with permanent damage in his left eye from the fight. Sometime in the night he destroyed what he could at the academy, leaving a message vowing for his revenge.
He disappeared into obscurity for a few years, only to resurface signed by CMW. He goes under the moniker of The Hammer and is in a tag team with the Masked Assassin. Nobody wants to fucking wrestle them because they're both known for legitimately injuring people, but CMW doesn't do shit about it. It's practically part of their gimmick now.
Magnus still harbors resentment towards the Mordhaus kids. When the Dethklok stable gets signed to CMW they are in fuckin trouble.
As for Melmord, whomst I am too lazy to draw rn, he runs an opposing wrestling academy in the same area. He tries to steal the Mordhaus students when Charles' coaching seems to be going too hard on them and they get lazy, but ultimately they realize that just fucking around in the ring and not working out like they need to is more detrimental to them than actual training.

this is messy af because I’m like actually a little drunk and being lazy about it but I rly wanna talk about MMA in the wrasslin’ AU
Back in the 80s-90s there used to be a renown, internationally known lucha tag team known as the Masked Assassins. Two real-life brothers, their gimmick was that they were an unstoppable team of assassins who go after title holders. They were dominating, at the top of the world, until the fateful booking with one Chuck Offdensen. A young up-and-coming wrestler, but unfortunately cocky and still lacking experience.
Everything was going as planned. The Masked Assassins were going to put over Chuck and his partner after getting some heat, but towards the end of the match there was a botch. One of the brothers landed awkwardly on his neck from Chuck’s piledriver and broke his neck instantly. No one realized he was dead until after he was pinned.
The, now singular, Masked Assassin retired for several years after that. It was an accident and no criminal charges were filed, but after that Charles resigned to manager and valet-type roles exclusively. But that didn’t earn him forgiveness for what he did.
Recently the Assassin has returned, signed to CMW, and is making a name for himself once again. With his new tag team partner, The Hammer, he has his eyes on Mordhaus Academy’s trainees.
Hit him where it hurts.

William is that guy who will pull out the chair and use it on someone but then get mad and walk to the announcers table to "complain" (shout about it) when the other person takes it and hits him with it.
ashdfbb oh he is absolutely that kind of heel.
Hits a guy when the ref is distracted, then hands the chair to the guy and falls on the ground acting hurt so the ref disqualifies the other dude.
MF: "Would you believe thish? He's cheating! He's a cheater!"

Oh absolutely.
Might get a little meta but Nathan's would be FaceFisted.
Murderface's is My Name is Murder and probably comes out with a different slasher weapon each time (he definitely gets carried away with a chainsaw.)
Pickles' would probably be Kill You but is trying to find something else to fit his new gimmick since he's trying to steer away from the glam rock look.
Skwisgaar would be Crush My Battle Opponent's Balls
Toki doesn't have one yet because he is only just joining the school. He wants something "really cools ands totallys bad asses that will melts everyones faces" though.

So I'm kind of leaning towards the wrestling au being right in the beginning of their careers, like still in the academy and just starting to get in the indie circuit.
This is all being informed by my own experience in a wrestling academy & the indie circuit. Tumblr isn't letting me put this under a read more so imma only focus on the core 5 rn, but feel free to shoot me asks of other characters to see what their role would be!
Welcome to Mordhaus, School of Professional Wrestling. Some of the hopefuls here partake in death matches. Graduates often sign with the Crystal Mountain Wrestling promotion if they're lucky.
Some members include Nathan Explosion, a natural who often acts as leader and coach to some of the newer students. If only his promos didn't suck he might have a chance at graduation. He just needs to find his voice. He tends towards heel but is a capable babyface.
Pickles is one of the oldest students and technical graduate. He's a high flier and leans into being a heel, if he could just pick a gimmick. He started very punk rock and later gained notoriety in midwest indie wrestling with a flamboyant glam rock gimmick. He's the most experienced and tries to help people find their wrestling identity even though he has trouble figuring out his own.
Skwisgaar flew in from Sweden to train with the best, bc frankly professional wrestling isn't a thing where he's from. He has natural talent and is already working the indie circuit. His gimmick is very a very flashy, sexyman full of himself type heel, and boy is he good at getting heat. They say the best gimmicks are just bigger versions of yourself, and Skwisgaar embodies this. He often needs to be reminded that he's not above working ring crew and shaking hands.
William Murderface traveled all the way to Mordhaus from Alabama to pursue his dream of being the most hardcore death match wrestler. But first he needs to learn how to wrestle. He's never afraid to try something dangerous (which gets him hurt, a lot) and is always eager to bother the more experienced wrestlers and "kick their asses". (They let him go over because it's the right thing to do.) He's a bit of a know-it-all and has encyclopedic knowledge on professionals in the big leagues, indie circuits, moves, and general wrestling history. If only he actually worked out and applied himself he might be pretty good. Even when he tries to be a babyface he gets heat, which pisses him off.
Toki Wartooth is the newest recruit, and technically is too young to be here, but due to certain circumstances he was allowed to join. A runaway from Norway, he has the athleticism but lacks training, so he came to Mordhaus. His dream is to be signed to Crystal Mountain Wrestling and be on TV. His promos are awkward and he doesn't quite know who he is yet, but he's getting there.
I have more ideas for the other characters but here's a start!
