I’m submitting my Barriss/Ahsoka focused series. If you prefer recommending specific stories rather than a series, this is the first and by far longest entry: https://archiveofourown.org/works/6688336/chapters/15297046

I have to say that I don’t even mind watching WAR OF Y.
It’s very angst-ridden, very soap-opera-ish.
I’m only posting this because I’ve seen many people hating on it!
Is it the BEST series I’ve ever seen? No. But, neither is it the worst.
I have to give the makers credit—they put A LOT into this series. And it has more episodes in one season than any other BL series, as far as I’m aware!
(I have to admit, I started watching after I read someone’s criticism that it had too much soft-core porn in almost every episode. I guess we all have our different levels on what qualifies as “soft-core porn.”[KinnPorsche])
My interest was piqued when I read that, but it certainly is NOT porn-y! The show depicts bl actors filming shows, so the kissing & “soft-core porn” described, in one person’s, critical, opinion, is all part of the different shows the characters are filming. Other than that, there are not too many sexual situations between the actors, when they are, supposedly, NOT acting for the camera. (So, I got all excited for nothing much!) But I’m still watching “because it’s there.” And it’s not terrible. Oh, and the house they stay in to compete in the “War of Y,” a fake reality series to create the next pair of “shipped” idols, in the last story, is Kinn’s family compound—fun!

My Brain Is Different: Stories of ADHD and Other Developmental Disorders
4/5 stars
When I first learned about this manga, I was doubtful about whether or not it would be informative or accurate about what it is to experience one of these disorders. I was actually happily surprised that it included a series of different stories about their experiences. Those who have raised children with these disorders are included. I liked how they included other illnesses they had that came along with their disorders, including anxiety and depression. Not everyone got their diagnosis immediately or was affected immediately by their disorder. There was still a range. similar to medication. Some relied on counseling, and others depended on medication. This would definitely be a great starting point if you want to learn more about how these disorders affect different people. This is also a great manga to get validation if you suspect you may have one of these disorders but are too scared that you may not actually have it.

Fuck it, i’m no novel writer, I can’t commit to one story for that long
I’m gonna take all my half-bake vague fantasy ideas, prompts and the use of tarot card symbolism into the ultimate book of short stories
I’mma gonna make a mini series featuring the Hendrix siblings and i’m finally gonna use those dialogue lines

Danny has too much on his plate to care about anything past paperwork and schoolwork, so he shoves the weird shit onto Tucker and Sam.
And Tucker and Sam, upon realizing that Danny can be summoned at any time, decide to fuck around.
Now, if anyone wants to summon the High King of the Infinite Realms, they have to say the entire chant in UwU.
But if they're doing it on a Thursday, it has to be in OwO.
BUT if they're doing it on the fifteeth of any month it has to be in pig latin.
If the Fifteen falls on a Thursday, pig latin in esperanto.
If the fifteenth falls on a Wednesday, then it has to be in interpretive dance.
The offerings are the following;
Monday; Pot Roast
Tuesday; case of soda
Wednesday; $30,000
Thursday; Pizza coupons
Friday; cheese
Saturday; cars
Sunday; the most up to date hand built computer
if any of these days is the fifteenth, the offering must be one of the ones mentioned above and also some cool bones.
All offerings must be performed in the ceremonial garb of dressing up as a being from another wor-cosplay. it's fucking cosplay.
As far as Sam and Tucker are concerned, job done. It's so weirdly specific and offputting that no one will summon Danny.
Danny, on the other hand, manages to get summoned by some weird blond guy speaking in OwO, dressed as a catgirl from some anime, in a circle made of pizza coupons.
The cosplayers look just as shocked to see him.
Meanwhile, Bruce is getting frantic calls from Tim that GothCon (some Anime Convention held in Gotham every year) is currently playing host to some sort of interdimensional being.

DONATE THROUGH PAYPAL
DONATE THROUGH VENMO
Safebow, led by raindovemodel over on instagram, is a grassroots team currently doing their best to evacuate almost 200 Palestinian individuals from Gaza.
To do this, they had to raise over $300,000 in a very short amount of time. Amazingly, they not only raised that amount, but surpassed it to the point that they'll now be able to buy prosthetics for the hospitals they work with.
However, Gofundme has thrown a spanner into the work by going completely silent and holding up over half of their funds.
They are on a time crunch as they desperately try to recoup their money before the border closes. Please donate to their Paypal, Venmo or Zelle. Their window of success is genuinely a matter of days.

At the end of Iskall's ep he's become fixated on fishing, sees a salmon floating on the water, and then gets a mending book
... and idk why bc that is So Much Less ominous or pointed than half the stuff that's happened, but for some reason that's what made me sure the fishing religion/big salmon stuff is becoming a capital-T Thing. Lore. Plot. Whatever you wanna call it. There's Stories Afoot.
(I don't know how the snail fits into it yet. I'm sure that will become evident in due time)
