Despite how it can be mistaken as 'rude' or better yet; indecisive/no flavor in women, asking him wheter he is a chests or butts kinda guy, is irratatingly useless. Much to his petty and vagueing tendencies, when he does loves, its everything about the person he's with, even in platonic circles.

If Michihiko doesn't like you, he's not going to hold it back, in the same way that he does find you tolerable. He may be insufferable at times but he tries when the mood allows it.

Of course, just because he does not like you at first, does not mean you can't improve to make it that he atleast find your muse(s) tolerable enough to be around and talk to.

Summary On Canon Divergence.

The Matagot.

A generally malicious spirit in Fontainian folklore that takes the form of several animals but typically a black cat. The majority of Matagot are devious but some may come off as helpful and a bit more docile, as is the case with Lynette.

Matagot are known to bring wealth, should they be well-fed. In some instances, these creatures should not be kept for a lifelong but her loyalty to the House of the Hearth, overshadow this feeling.

Other names loosely describing them is magician cat or silver cat.

In Fontaine, Matagot are not exactly looked upon in a positive light because its evil disposition but some may be more understanding that not all of them are looking to make trouble.

Lynette and its folklore.

My interpretation of Lynette is detached from being cursed, rather she is born a Matagot, possessing its habit to repay kindness with a gold coin and their overall abilities, a most known one is Duplication. Oft, she would use it in magic shows, given she has during the water tank trick.

Her identity as a Matagot is kept under wraps because of how people sees them, so for her to say the slightest thing, means she genuinely appreciate you and know you won't go around opening that mouth.

In term of abilities, she is loosely based on the Matagot's skills from Fantastic Beasts and the real French Mythology. Semi-Immortality is excluded from her portrayal.

General Habit.

As stated prior, Lynette has the instinctual habit of handing out piece of Mora as payment and she learnt to just go along this part of her rather than force it back. As its well known, 'habits die hard or not at all' so its best to just accept it, not even her siblings and Father are exempt from that nor was Cesar.

That said, she doesn't easily do this with anyone, moreso with people she gets close with.

Other Tendency.

Lynette has a knack for using her duplication skill for a multitude of tasks, wheter for magic shows or in mundane settings.

She has a tendency to multiply herself when its chores time, especially surfaces she can't reach to clean. Although, it is also something she use in combat, should the going get tough.

Extra.

Let it be known that, yes, Lynette can very much turn into an actual Matagot beast, however, she never had any reason to do so but whoever get her to change, clearly they don't know who they are dealing with.

How she got to be a Matagot while her brother hasn't, likely comes from their parents. One of them was bound to be born this way.

Devotion. (General HC)

I have stated it often on the blog but i will reiterate in-depth.

Kolsa does not express devotion to the Yiga's goals!.

By that it means, she does not partake in overthrowing Hyrule's monarchial system, go after Link or members of the Royal Family. She wants nothing to do with anything that has connection with Ganon/Demon King, etc. This is something Kolsa has legitimately made clear on various occasions and if she has to repeat herself, she will.

While she does not oppose her family's purposes, despite not liking this often times, she still wants the best for everyone.

Her involvement, devotion is deeply rooted towards her found family instead, making sure everybody is doing well, being at their best, etc. Which while, yes she may befriend Link and co, she will not go after them or step around her family's toes to stop the Yiga pursuing this knight of Hyrule.

She may be a compassionate soul & generally shy but Kolsa is not naive neither easily swayed.

Now if it has to do with the Yiga, if they are to be threatened, if given the chance, no matter how reckless, Kolsa will not stand idly by. She will always stand up in the name of her family, not in that one cause they've always followed into, even when she was not around.

But while, she doesn't partake in their cause, her father certainly do. Regarding that fact, this Sheikah child was, at first, very against the idea but at the same time, she could not blame her dad for wanting to get stronger, have a sense of purpose. Still, her father tends to not always be interested in what the Yigas do, he's mostly in to better protect his daughter, his only treasure left since his wife's sacrifice in the Gerudo Highlands.

Given all that, its no wonder Kolsa has choosen to deal with internal affairs and turned to a more diplomatic path than that of brandishing a weapon against the Royal Family, even if well aware of the cruelties Sheikahs had to suffer from in the past, which has lead to Yiga Clan's existence.

It does not require a weapon to fight in the name of her family and thats all there is.

Concerning Kids (as in having)

Considering the nature of what, who he is, granting biological children to any S/O (wheter main verse or ruling verse), is not something he is capable of, no matter how much he do the thing with a partner.

Extensively, Michihiko would rather turn to adopting, give them a roof, a chance at life than just being dropped somewhere, counting each day till something happen, till someone picks them. (A more generalized headcanon can be found on the blog, explaining what he do for Sumerian kids post Sumeru AQs)

However, if any a partner(s), really wants a child that can be deemed 'biological', he'd have to make it from scratch, as in a puppet. Still, its not an option he'd immediately suggest, much less agree with.

if you want a kid with him, you're better off adopting.

Headcanons

Despite being referred to as Master Feng, she/her are to be used. Xuanwen Beasts are generally perceived as genderless and people in Yilong Wharf or other parts of Chenyu Vale, call her Master in place of Mistress.

It took a long time for the people to get adjusted to the presence of a beast like Fengmao and for her to let them know she has no ulterior motive towards humans.

She is still wild and free, with no real intention to permanently stay at the wharf. She does have a room at the inn, should she stay for a while.

Her ability to speak and understand humans, no one knows where it comes from, how a creature like Feng learned but given the history behind Xuanwen beasts, some speculate its been bestowed from the adeptus they once followed, protected.

However, personality wise, she is a bit of a wildcard, not so easy to have a read on. But like many great beasts, Fengmao is proud by default, with a little bit of an aloof demeanor. Though she acts like human interactions don't matter and want to keep things brief, she does not mind talking once & a while.

There are times, she doesn't feel bothered about helping the Transport Agency, regarding goods needing delivery and she can handle alot of heavy lifting much to her size.

She is somewhat taller than average and this prove helpful when heavier goods are concerned & how carrying stuffs does not hinder her, much less her running speed.

Many tourists or strangers in general, mistake her for some person from the name alone but this all change once realization settles in. She quite like the faces they make when facing her eventually.

Because Feng helps the Agency, she is familiar to them than they are to her.

When she isn't in Yilong Wharf or nearby other settlements, the most common place to see her, is Chizang Walls or Yaodie Valley's terrains.

Much to her connections to the human realm, she is not at odds with other Xuanwen Beasts.

Its fact that these mystical creatures are silent hunters, alike Suanni. They aren't one that easily make any sounds, not even the slightest breaking of a branch nor a sway. This tends to make them dangerous foes but formidable stealth masters, Fengmao is no exception. They don't get found out so easily unless they prefer being in plain sight as a group.

She has not chosen this name because it mattered little to herself, so people have after much debate and since then, that is her permanent identity.

Because of her overall speed, its fast enough that Feng can run on water but in reality, she is barely touching its surface and is using anemo energy in her steps to give that impression.

Fengmao is trusted greatly by the locals that they can leave their children to play with her, without worrying. Beside, the childs themselves likes hitching a ride on her. She has no qualm with their antics & make sure they stay safe.
