24: Would you ever get any song lyrics tattooed? If so which ones?
Ooh, that's a tough one!
Honestly, I can't think of any lyric meaningful enough for me to put it on my body because the lyric itself is important to me, but if I had to pick one that's like, closest to my current credo, it would simply be
is there any musical inspiration you feel has touched BACKLASH or your work in general?
OH DEFINITELY, music has always had a huge influence on my work! Whether it's lyrics that inspire me with scene ideas, themes or conflicts, imagining AMVs with my characters for big fights or moments I have planned, or just listening to music to help me chase the particular vibe I'm trying to get across in a piece I'm working on - music's usually involved in my work, haha.
BACKLASH has the widest collection of music I associate with it (since I've been working on it in one form or another since 2012) but some key songs/artists have to be:
EVERYTHING EVERYTHING (Obviously, as they're my favorite band their music is very influential to me, but especially their albums Get To Heaven, A Fever Dream and Reanimator)
K.Flay (Too many tracks to name but So Fast, So Maybe is a big BACKLASH AMV song for me, haha.)
Muse (A Forever Fav Band, their albums Absolution and Black Holes And Revelations were formative to early BACKLASH.)
Melodysheep's Symphony of Science tracks, but particularly Monsters of the Cosmos :3
Electric Light Orchestra's "Prologue/Twilight" "Yours Truly/2095" were also very formative for BACKLASH's uh... whole shit, lol. This AMV for Metropolis set to these tracks touched me deep in my little baby brain.
Murder Club's big influence is Rabbit Junk, specifically their albums Like The Flesh Does The Knife (Remix Album) and Singles from the Lost Years 2011-2013.
I'll be here all day if I keep going I have a TON of music and all of it influences me in some way or another!! It's why I like making playlists for all my characters & stories, lol.
Super-duper late on this tag by @sleepyfacetoughguy (sorry, D!) to share a list of ten songs. 💕

Gah! 🙈 I always feel so exposed sharing my music list. 😆 Tagging @stillbeatingheart on this one 'cause we always do these music lists, but I think she may've done it already. 🙃
Pls help! Once upon a time you made a birthday video for thezombiedogz (or maybe reversed or smth like that?). It was an epic illustrated celebration featuring the 2 of you, Alias, Dan...it opened with a saxophone solo and the song was so good I put it on my mp3. But that mp3 is long dead and I can't remember what the song was called?! I've been literally searching for it for years with no success. Pls can you tell me? ((P.s. is the video still viewable anywhere? It was rad as hell <3))
I believe the song you're referring to is On & On and On by FAKE TYPE.!
The video was a happy birthday collaboration for thezombiedogz put together by a bunch of friends (not just me), and I believe the video is private now because it's a special little gift just for her! So, I won't be sharing a link to it, but I am flattered you remember it! <3
