you ever think about how the LOV in its current form technically only exists because of izuku, like tomura was super pissy about toga and dabi at first but then after talking to izuku during the mall encounter, he realised what he needed to do

shocking turn of events: izuku midoriya was the first LOV stan

I think about this ALL THE TIME. I'VE WRITTEN POSTS ON THIS.

LOV stans who hate Izuku make me scratch my head because he's literally the only reason they exist. Or really, Tomura's weird fixation on Izuku (that was there before Toga and Dabi and everyone else even strolled in) is the reason they exist. Normal villains don't approach their enemies at the mall, reveal their face so that they can give an accurate description to the police (whereas before they had no idea what his face looked like), and vent their feelings out to them. Force information out of them? Sure, why not. Pretty normal villain thing to do. Not in a mall, but still if he were threatening his life for info, that'd be more expected than him venting his damn feelings (about wondering why people don't pay attention to him--it's really a mystery why that would irritate him huh/j). Like, if not for Tomura feeling like he was familiar enough with green boy from watching him from afar to approach him and ask for advice, LOV wouldn't exist. Toga and Dabi would have fucked right off.

Thank you Izuku for the LOV. LOV stans should thank you more smh

Sometimes when I try to picture Tomura in the future, I find that I don't really have a concrete idea of what he'd look like. Cuz I LOVE long haired Tomura but I also love the idea of it being short again as to symbolize starting over

I've been to several anime/game shops in various states over the last few months trying to find Dabi (or even just LoV) merch in the wild. And it just, does not seem to exist, at all.

There's something depressingly fitting about the boy who so desperately wants to be seen and acknowledged, barely having any official merchandise. Despite the fact that he's now one of the major antagonists of this giant franchise. (I know I could buy merch online, but it's not the same, lol.)

Apologising in chapter 235

First of all I don't really know how 'in norm' that is, and how much of it is just Kotaro's way of being father

But that one thing about 'don't let him in until he apologises' finally connected in my head with a moment from chapter 236

And yeah I don't know if anyone already said it so I don't know if I repeat something known to everyone!

And before we get there it's a sad thing that official English translation decided to translate it differently for some reason both first and second one

And with how it's not so uncommon for chapters to not make sense because of it it's probably that again

In official version Kotaro says that Nao and Tenko's grandparents shouldn't apologise to Tenko for Kotaro, that doesn't make sense especially with how other fan translations didn't choose it

And if you take easiest way and just translate this from original Japanese vers he actually said that Tenko should apologise and only then come home

That makes Nao's worry seem less weird because if it was Tenko's will to go home when he pleases he wouldn't stay outside without any reason

But if it's forbidden until he apologises that makes a little bit more sense

So if we're done explaining why that scene is different actually

It's important that it is, because that directly connects to Tenko trying to speak even if his voice doesn't work

He had to apologise to his Father, otherwise he's not allowed to come home

And with how he stayed outside until dark he probably didn't do it before his Quirk activated

So yeah if that scene didn't feel as bad, with how Kotaro reacted to Tenko's words... he understood why Tenko said it

So the fact that Tenko tried to get help from Kotaro only after apologising makes sense

And fact that Tomura apologised for Kotaro's hand falling is probably not so different from that, so that little rule never really left

And with how hands of his family and his Father allowed him to do everything he wanted with them close

Because he allowed himself to use his Quirk only if they allowed it

AFO said that he controlled himself not even knowing it and that's why

So that moment of Tomura destroying his Father's hand is kinda more powerful knowing this

He didn't need his Father allow him to do anything anymore

Oh boy-

Second one is everyone favorite or most hated explody boy. Bakugou Katsuki, what funny is here it says childhood friend and rival unlike on Izuku page that more like just known since childhood. Which makes me imagine it from Katsuki’s point of view of the relationship.

I think this says a lot and something to keep in mind about these relationship boards at the least.

Also it says his personality is a Abusive Egotist. Well then- Remember Horikoshi the one that wrote all this while talking to another creator.

He seems shaken by the idea of Izuku trying to surpass him. Meanwhile Shoto is like they are the same.

Also I like how Ochaco does appreciate the fact didn’t go easy on her.

On other note I like the subtle fact he text and talks to his parents a lot.
