I was tired, but I wanted to wait for him. I tried, almost unsuccessfully, to keep my eyes open.

I sighed and walked to the kitchen.

'Keigo, where are you?' I thought and turned on the coffee machine.

While the coffee was brewing, I let my gaze wander outside. The streets were dark, only the lanterns brought a little light.

For a second I thought I saw a shadow. A tall person sneaking around in front of the house.

Startled, I looked again more closely, but this time I saw nothing.

"I should probably go to sleep," I mumbled.

But then my eyes fell on a picture of Keigo and me. It showed us at the beginning of our relationship. That was three years ago. back then he wasn't the pro hero number 2. Back then he often had free time and never worked late into the night. But I knew what I had gotten myself into. Keigo had told me about his goal early on and it was honorable, there was no doubt about it, so I did my best to support him.

I sighed and looked back at the coffee machine, it was finished.

I grabbed the mug and it quickly warmed my hands and I was a little more awake immediately.

I cautiously padded back into the living room.

,, So so..."

I backed away, startled, the mug fell to the floor and the warm liquid spread all over the carpet.

"So this is Hawks' little girlfriend", the stranger said.

I looked at him anxiously. He was tall and wore a long black coat, his hair was tousled and shaggy. but what really caught my attention were his scars.

Dark scars ran under his eyes and across his chin, down his neck and down his arms. They were more makeshift attached to the healthy skin.

"Yeah, the scars scare a lot of people off," he grinned, walking towards me. I quickly backed away.

"Don't worry, I won't hurt you... for now," he assured me, raising his hands.

,, Who are you? What do you want from me? " I yelled, looking him straight in the eyes.

"Not so scared, huh?" he replied.

,, What do you want!?",I repeated, louder this time.

"Pretty aggressive for a little girl, aren't you?" He took another step towards me.

I took a step back, "I'm not a little girl!"

,, Oh yeah? ", he grinned stepped forward. Again I stepped back, but this time I felt the wall against my back. There was no escape.

"Tell me what you want or get out! "I answered, but he remained calm and came closer and closer to me. when his face was only millimeters from mine, he finally stopped.

"My name is Dabi," he whispered menacingly, "and I'm here to make sure Hawks keeps the deal and well, it's always good to look around for leverage."

I swallowed hard. what kind of deal was he talking about? Keigo always told me everything, so why didn't I know who this Dabi was talking about? Let alone who he was.

I gasped when he suddenly leaned forward.

"You're the perfect bargaining subject, kid," he whispered in my ear. It sent chills down my spine.

,, What are you up to? " I asked as calmly as possible.

"I'm going to leave Hawks a little warning. just in case he decides to betray me."

He slowly raised his hand. Suddenly blue flames erupted. They flickered dangerously around his fingers.

He slowly approached me. startled, I tried to dodge, but he held me in place with his other hand.

,, Please!? ", I whispered, "don't do that"

"Sorry little one, your pretty face has to be sacrificed"

the flames were only a few inches from my face when suddenly someone grabbed Daby's hand and stopped him.

I looked up relieved:,, Keigo! "

"Hawks, what a coincidence," Dabi smiled, but the surprise was written all over his face.

Keigo looked at him, an unpleased expression on his face. He quickly pulled Dabi away from me and pushed him back.

I quickly ran to Keigo. He grabbed my hand and pushed me protectively behind him.

,, What do you want here, Dabi!?", he asked aloud. I had never seen him so angry, it was quite out of character for him.

dabi shrugged his shoulders:,, Just making sure you don't get any stupid ideas. You didn't really think I would trust you, did you?"

"No, not at all," Keigo replied.

I cautiously peeked out from behind his shoulder.

"Well then, now you know what happens when you do something stupid", Dabi pointed towards me with a grin.

I felt Keigo's wings gently wrap around me.

He looked angrily at Daby: "If you come near her again, our deal is over and I will hand you over to the police! "

"Nice", Daby raised his hands and backed away slowly, "Just remember that you are vulnerable. You have weaknesses ... I don't"

With that he disappeared. I looked after him confused.

"Keigo..." I mumbled, but was suddenly interrupted when Keigo pulled me into a hug. I felt his wings wrap around me protectively.

,, Are you all right? did he do anything to you?" he whispered worriedly.

"I'm fine Keigo. Thank you," I replied, "but who was this Dabi? What did he mean by deal?"

Keigo sighed. He carefully grabbed my hands.

"I'm not really supposed to tell anyone about this," he explained, "but I trust you. You must have recognized him. He's is with the league of villians and we have a secret deal. We give each other inside info. It's a Order of the Government with utmost importance."

"Keigo," I mumbled, gently cupping his cheek with my hand, "why didn't you tell me?"

"I wanted to protect you," he blurted out.

Sighing, Keigo looked down, "It was a mistake. I'm sorry, I should have told you about him"

I smiled at him gently. I carefully lifted his chin:,, It's okay. You don't have to apologize for anything. I knew what I was getting myself into. I love you Keigo and I will always support you"

Relief spread over Keigo's face:,, Thank you Y/N. I don't know what I would do without you I love you too"

Smiling, I stood on my tiptoes and gently pressed my lips to his. I felt Keigo pull me further towards him. His wings wrapped around us. We slowly stumbled back to the sofa.

"I love you... Hawks," I smiled.

"I know, Baby Bird. I love you too "

Hey so I know I don't have a lot of followers after having to re-create all my blogs after breaking my phone & forgetting all my logins but if your a MHA fan & specifically a KiriBaku shipper I could really use your guys help finding a particular fic.

I can't remember the name of the fic or the author but I remember the plot pretty well.

In this fic while quirks do exist there are no heros or villans & instead quirks are used for professional fighting (think boxing or martial arts tournaments).

Bakugou is one of these famous Quirk fighters but he's unmated aggression (yes this is an A/B/O fic don't judge me) has finally been deemed a serious enough issue by a higher up at Allmight's angency leading Bakugou to be blackmailed into taking time off under threat of being exposed as an omega (by pretending that he got injured) which would end he's career (as Omega's aren't really "supposed" to take part in Quirk fighting).

While on probation he's also been told to try out a special online therapy that turns out to be an anonymous scent match up service (bassically he sends the company a......let's call it a biological "sample" 😅, the company analyses it, send him a selection of scents to choose from then after he tells them which ones he likes he can request certain items from that donor to use for he's own purposes but the donors can also ask the same from him, both parties are free to decline such requests though).

At the same time as this is going on Bakugou has also been crushing on Kirishima (who in this AU is a former high school quirk fighter who had to give it up due to a serious injury) who now works at he's fravriote restaurant.

Bakugou & Kirishima are unable to smell what eachother are due to government enforced scent blockers.

Kirishima ends up telling Bakugou about how he used to struggle a lot with he's unmated aggression when he was younger until Fatgum pushed him to sign up to do the same scent therapy that Bakugou's agency are secretly pushing him to do & because Kirishima says it really helped him calm down Bakugou descides to give it a try & he ends up finding he's perfect scent match via one of the anonymous alphas on the website.

Meanwhile the Bakugou & Kirishima's friendship starts becoming strained due to Bakugou's growing conflicting feelings for he's favourite red head & the new mystery alpha in he's life, on top of the threat to he's career if he can't prove to he's superiors that he can keep he's biology under control.

Edit - The fic is called Primal Agression Therapy by Sagegallows, if any of you are interested. I definitely recommend it.
