This is part 1 of my new series called Love, Me where we will learn how to develop self love .To develop self love , we must establish a relationship with ourself. In this post , I want to talk about how we should be our own biggest fan / best friend & realize that we are complete on our own.
There will be times in your life when no one will support you, not even your best friend , parents , siblings , teachers . It will feel as if the whole world is against you. But one person will be always there for you , no matter what. They will support you in depths of despair. That person is YOU. YOU WILL BE ALWAYS BE THERE FOR YOU !! YOU WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU !! THE PERSON WHO WILL MANIFEST EVERYTHING FOR YOU & GIVE YOU YOUR DREAM LIFE & EVERYTHING YOU HAVE EVER WANTED IS NO ONE BUT YOU !!!! 💗🥿
It's very important to realize that we are always going to be there for us , so it's necessary to love ourselves & feel good about ourselves. We need to appreciate our own effort , we need to be our biggest support & friend. Sometimes there are situations where others are supporting us but we are our own worst enemy. As long as you continue to feel bad about yourself, you will be trapped in a negative spiral.
We need to support ourselves , we need to be always there for us . The problem isn't that others think that we are less , the problem is that we also think that we are less. For example , Elle woods was looked down upon by everyone, they thought that she was just another dumb blond but she proved them wrong. She had unwavering self love & self belief . She always maintained her positivity & didn't allow others negativity to affect herself. When you support yourself, it won't matter if others don't support you. If you know you are doing something right meaning something which will benefit you in future , then you should have faith in yourself. Having faith in yourself is supporting yourself.
You will always be there for you so you must invest in yourself- your education , self care , career etc. The sooner you understand this , the better.
We are complete on our own. We don't need someone to become whole whether it's a friendship or a relationship . If you realize that you are complete on your own , you will stop being desperate. Learn to enjoy your own company . Instead of craving compliments from others , compliment yourself. Look in the mirror & speak your affirmations.
