residential, cleaned with Chris Hatch's lot compressor, built in UC. Some cc is included, and a couple maxis recolors by @aliksims that were very essential and they are only uploaded as bulk downloads so I included 4 of them that I used in a subfolder. Massive thank you to all the creators who made such amazing cc and recolors!

edit: forgot to mention you need numenor's no cutaway wall and prison wall from here, and you also need the bespoke build set master file! All the CC used in the video can be browsed on my pinterest board dedicated to the build.

Happy New Year! I'm super late on playing and posting, but here is a small community lot I built for Strangetown a few months ago. Requires all EPs | SPs, minimal CC*, all included except for a wall clock recolor by @chernosnegka.

Plum Grove. This is the second house for Cape Albacore collab. At the beginning I built it on first claimed lot, but it didn't fit it that well, so I had to change a few things and place of course.

This one has much warmer interiors than previous one. More vintage and cozy. It uses most expansion packs and few stuff packs, but ambitions, pets and supernatural the most I would say.

It's to download as package here, or as simpack on the exchange. It's on 50x50 sized lot, so it's bigger caliber. More pictures behind the cut.

At the front of the lot there's also decorative stand with goods from the farm, and welcoming sign. I doubt sims can sell goods on home lot, but it gives more welcoming character. It was supposed to be house for some traditional business, handmade, crafters, etc.

Here's a look inside of the Rose Vineyards & Winery owned by Franco and Francesca Farella. Part 1 is the business part of the Winery. Rose Vineyards & Winery produces the best wine in Tartosa and is open to the public for tours. The winery also offers a wedding venue for that special day. There are rooms for guests to stay the night, as well as a luxury bridal suite for the bride and groom.

Read this before installing:

If u have trouble placing this lot, use the neighborhood terrain cheat that catherintcjd shows how to use in the pics of this MTS post. If you use shaders like dreadpirate's no blue snow, remove them first or you might not be able to see the green square cursor that you use to adjust the terrain. This beach lot terrain was slightly adjusted to fit my map, so if it doesn't place easily in your hood you're gonna have to do this im sorry.

Beach terrain adjustments under the water revert when you share a lot, for this reason the floating garden underneath the glass floor is a bit jankier but you can move things around if you want. The koi fish are on omsp’s so you might want to use an omsp controller to make them visible if you want to move them around. In my version of the houseboat there is the green neon maxis disc lamp that i have underwater on a backwards omsp so it points up at the glass floor. I removed it in this version b/c since the terrain reverted, the light was trapped way under the terrain but still filling the house with a green glow, so i deleted it since it would be a bit tricky for others to remove without having to use CFE.

Snow comes through the hot tub roof onto the bed lmao just know that this happens. You can use simnopke’s time and weather controller to stop snow or stop snow accumulation. I’m not sure if this problem will stop if the hot tub is removed, haven’t tried it. Not sure if rain comes through, i assume it does butttt i haven't noticed. 😇

CC is included, there are two subfolders in the zip: one is maxis recolors and one is meshes or recolors that I either couldn't/forgot to place on the lot before packaging. ** You NEED to install Numenor's no cutaway wall if you do not already have it, otherwise walls will be missing.**

88 Road to Nowhere

88 Road to Nowhere, Strangetown, has everything a small town might need.

This is a more CC-heavy makeover than I usually go for. Everything is included except for one recolor from this set. One item highlighted in red in Clean Installer is a Store item, so don't fret, but do keep in mind that I rename files - check for possible duplicates in your Downloads folder carefully.

The lot was cleaned of all sims references.

i feel like a lot of the 'i hate kids' crowd would be more tolerant if they understood that due to a kid's limited experience of the world that 4 hour flight might just be the longest they've ever had to sit still for or that trapped finger might literally be the most pain they've ever felt in their short life or they might not have ever seen a person with pink hair ever so of course they want to touch it or nobody's told them yet that they can't run around the museum and they only just learned cheetahs are the fastest animals so of course they want to put that to the test. how were they supposed to know etc etc.

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again
