which wouldn't normally be an issue! like, needing to use the bathroom in the middle of a fight? Nope! minor cuts and bruises like papercuts, only actual enemies or fall damage counting? hell yeah that'd be great (theoretically no chronic pains if you got that?? hmmmm unsure)

see the issue comes when you realize, you as a player, don't have a "character" that's all your own

there's aether/lumine yeah.. but bc the game's real now, they're their own people, and you didn't wake up to find yourself as a blonde twin...

the closest you can describe your form as is .. like a seelie?

or like the way ghosts look in game?

but a lot more "starry"

like your specterlike, but you look like you got filled up with stars and the milky way, maybe a reference of you being from another universe/world? (aether/lumine/dainsleif/khaenriah star symbol reference secret thEORY-)

but yah.

you also got just, white eyes.

like, not iris, not pupil. like your pupil and iris got erased

you gotta admit, at least you look really aesthetic now.

(u also got a little cape and hood on at all times, and you cant take it off to see your starrified hair >:/ ,very Blue Diamond-esque, look up Steven Universe, Blue Diamond if you dont know who im talking about)

so needless to say, as soon as you sort of glitched your way into existence you were HYPE

i mean ur ACTUALLY IN TEYVAT WITH THE BOYSSSS

...then you realize your a spooky-no-character-to-pilot-around-thus-no-character-model-body-for-you thingy

and that you cant touch stuff!! >:(

like wth!!!

thats just downright unfair.

so, you figure if you got no body to be.... you gotta find a new "character" to pilot >:)

these kinda thoughts plague your first few days of irl genshin impact playing

a rishabold tiger? yep.

a sumpter beast? kinda slow and heavy feeling but yeah.

...you also try a ruin machine LOL

by far, the fungi and ruin machines are the best to possess, mostly because you can remain upright with those

(tho u did find some type of flying monkey that wasnt in game, but its like,, a real world and jungle now so that makes sense there'd be more complexity + stuff)

you do eventually think you should try and possess a person at this point... but ur kinda nervous 👉👈

its ur first time doin this okay nobody explained the basics to you youve been winging for a week now!

will your mind be replaced with theirs? it hasn't been so far with the creatures/bots

and as far as you can tell, they kinda just-

forget what happened or "wake up" after you possess them

(the tiger you were for a day looked confused as hell when it realized that there was a new pile of fruit next to it when it "woke up", it was your way of saying thank you to the animals of the jungle, u left them little piles of food you collected running around as them)

so THEORHETICALLY-

you should be good to go and possess a random poor eremite

... you figure you want to possess something human-like eventually even if you get a puppet body like wanderer/raiden so...

here goes nothing...

so it's been 2 weeks since you've been forcefully yanked into teyvat, and by the second week, you were trying to possess eremites

which! worked out!

mostly..!

you kinda convinced the entirety of two eremite camps that a certain part one of sumeru's forests is hella haunted bc ppl keep "blacking out" and doing things they don't remember doing, yknow... like possesssion LMAO

they kinda ran off to escape you but, hey!

experiment #2: people possession, success!!

now you were kinda convinced of this when you realized no matter the angle the animals and machines of sumeru didnt react to you getting super close to them (you dont have to touch something to posses it, just look at it really, but you wanted to test limits, so you walked up to sumpter beasts and fungi and ruin machines)

but no one can see you.

you don't have a "character" most of the time, you can float and glide around the ground like scaramouche lol

you cant touch stuff bc of this, you cant smell stuff (u saw the eremites campfires & couldnt smell the smoke until you were them)

you cant eat stuff w/o a body, so.. it makes sense that the eremites and passing merchants, cant see you when you float around, trying to reorient yourself after 2 weeks of experimenting

:( ur only a lil sad about it... but mostly not bc lol u got possession powers so trade off u guess

the first time you see a vision-bearer you literally scream

ur so lucky u cant be seen or heard

bc Collei would have def screamed back lol

needless to say u stalk the forest ranger- ALL DAY.

Collei goes on patrol around the woods? you go on a patrol.

collei goes to visit other forest rangers? you "visit" other forest rangers at base (lol u def possess a guy who was asleep on a bench nearby & wake up to go talk to Collei "in-person", poor guy was so worried he sleep walked/talked so hard he went to see Tighnari an hour later lmao)

welp, you decide this is your life now, follow Collei everywhere, talk one-sided to Collei until you can possess a forest ranger w/o it being suspicious (dont wanna turn the poor rangers into the terrified eremites from a week or two ago...)

then, after you get the courage and erase the paranoia that tighnari can just... somehow hear your ghostly bullshit-

u do the same to Tighnari (then Cyno when he visits! no u didnt squeal, so what, nobody can hear you- )

Tighnari begins to get suspicious about 3 weeks into this routine.

he's been starting to collect and start a file on all the rangers or nearby villagers that've started randomly "blacking out/sleep walking" in the evenings usually

(u possess as close to nighttime as u can so it seems like sleepwalking)

So when Cyno comes back from a mission gone wrong,

having nearly been decapitated by a rogue flying ruin machine, only to black out and come to standing calmly 10 feet further than he remembered being 1 minute ago...

Tighnari's suspicions are confirmed, and he launches into researching this phenomenon.

his first thought is something like the aranara, but that doesn't account for the effect this thing is having on people

after all, what little forest spirit is strong enough to-

-control humans??

Tighnari begins to get the sense he's in over his head after he finds himself pushed into going into Sumeru City in order to collect more library books or ask around if the blackouts have spread to the city people

he answer is negative, on both accounts.

and he spends about one half of the day walking around, and the other reading up all he can on mythical creatures or ailments

Tighnari gives up for the day, and as he makes his way back to Ghandarvaville, he almost gets ambushed by some particularly nasty muggers

...and then he wakes up 20 feet away, his denro vision thrumming with power, full of worry and fondness for himself??, (just like Cyno said he felt happen to him..)

...Tighnari decides he needs reinforcements.

Making this its own post instead of an ask.

I divide crossovers into categories or types, and here the most basic ones.

Intrusive:

A character from one setting ends up in another, completely unrelated setting. They do not share a universe, do not share a planet, nada. This is "falls through a portal" type of crossover. EXAMPLE: A Witch's Favor, where Wanda Maximoff and Maria Rambeau (Marvel) end up in the Star Wars universe due to an unexplained spell malfunction.

Shared Verse:

The settings could theoretically, in some manner, exist in the same universe without ever intersecting. EXAMPLE: I usually use Naruto for this example, e.g. the Hidden Continent exists in the Pacific but has had minimal influence/interaction with the rest of the setting up to this point because it's magically cut off from the rest of the planet. For Star Wars, this is usually pretty easy by just putting whatever the second canon is as just. A planet in Wild Space. They exist in the same universe! They just haven't found each other yet! A great example is the fic A Star to Steer By, by @norcumii and @dogmatix. A subset of this is fics where one is the distant past of the other, like Muse on This or Red-Eyed Black Widow.

Mixed Verse:

The setting is one that involves both canons influencing each other to a degree, or being in the same verse without being a fusion AU or shared-verse. The settings exist together, both having strong worldbuilding elements of the original, but are not fully themselves and show obvious elements of the other. EXAMPLE: Unfortunately my most recent example is an HP crossover so. Please keep in mind that this is from four years ago, before R*wling outed herself as a massive bigot: Professor Storm.

Fusion:

More or less 1:1 "this character from fandom A would be this character from fandom B" or otherwise "characters from fandom A reimagined in fandom B with none of the original setting." For a long time, HP was the biggest and most constant example, but uhhh that's clearly been falling out of favor like raw eggs. I've seen a lot of good ones for Hunger Games, though, and even wrote my own, but I know some other common ones are Steven Universe (which gem are they?), AtLA (which bender type are they?), or Pokemon (what trainer type are they). Also, arguably, generic AUs that don't take place in canon-verse, like modern or historical or zombie or Generic Cyberdystopia. EXAMPLE: After Me Comes the Flood.

Element Overlay:

A world-building element from Fandom B is applied to the setting and characters of Fandom A. Common examples are Daemon AUs or Sentinel/Guide AUs. I think a fun thing to point out is that, while they don't technically have a source fandom of origin since they were developed communally by fandom, soulmate AUs and omegaverse count as well.

There are other types, like infusing the plot of one narrative into the setting and characters of the other, which is a really fun kind of fusion (I always come back to thinking about Age of Marvels by justplainrii, which only ever got three chapters but still eats at my brain sometimes), buuuuut I'd say most crossovers are some variant of the above.

so ive been watching some steven universe clips recently and my brain came up with this concept that i have no idea how any of this would work.

my thoughts for this under the cut :) (theres quite a bit)

So i was really not sure whether Dark or Chosen would be Blue or Yellow and honestly have no idea which one would suit them better (my knowledge of steven universe is pretty surface-level) so anyone who knows more please let me know who suits who better.

I also have no idea what they would be called. The Hollowheads? The Great Cursor Authority?

Just in case it isn't clear: White Diamond - victim

Blue Diamond - The Chosen One/ The Dark Lord

Yellow Diamond - The Dark Lord/ The Chosen One

Pink Diamond - The Second Coming

Roze Quartz/Steven - Orange

I think that the colour gang would fill the roles of Amethyst, Garnet and Pearl (BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHO SUITS WHO PLEASE HELP ME OUT), and possibly Purple is Lapis or Peridot???? No idea how MT fits in with this or who would be Bismuth or Peridot or Connie.

The reason I thought of this was because of that one scene where Steven hugs his Gem Self (again, I have a surface-level understanding) and i thought of Orange and his Awakened Self.

Yeah, so basically I have no idea how anything would work in an AU like this so if people more knowledgable than me could figure some things out that would be cool.

(I'm not actually planning to make an AU out of this i just thought the idea was neat :))

I'm not sure if you know much about Steven Universe but...Diamond au?

Alma is basically white diamond (The supreme Diamond basically), or should I say, Magenta diamond?

Pepa is obviously yellow diamond, Julieta is blue diamond, and Bruno is green diamond.

The grandkids are kind of...young diamonds? (I know in the show it's canon that Diamonds and crystal gems don't age but I'm switching things around for fun.)

So, young Diamonds are typically minded from underground places and it's extremely rare to find one and even rarer to find six.

(So, in the ground they're technically like babies in stone. There's no certain way of knowing when a Diamond will be born so you kinda just have to...wait.)

Isabela was born first, then Dolores. 2000 years later, Luisa was born. 4000 years later, came Camilo and then Mirabel. 10,000 years later, came Antonio.

Like in your Giant siren au, the diamond madrigal adults & teens are huge with Antonio being the smallest. But he's just as tall as the average adult.

Roles -

Magenta (Alma) is the leader and in charge of establishing Gemkind's identity. Yellow, Green, and Blue, holding second-tier status, oversee Home world's military and culture respectively. The grandkids are charge of throwing celebrations for the achievements of the other Diamonds.

In this au the adults aren't addressed as mama/Tia/Tio/Abuela they are just addressed as their colors. Same for the grandchildren-

Isabela = Violet

Dolores = Red

Luisa = Purple

Camilo = Gold

Mirabel = Teal

Antonio = Bronze, cider, Mikado, or apricot (I'm not sure which one to choose from.)

The husbands in this Au are pearls. And yes, they still love their big wives.

Pedro = Sandstone (color) pearl

Agustin = Oxford blue pearl

Felix = Honey Pearl

Are the grand-diamonds spoiled? Yes, they were cute as diamond-lings so how could the older diamonds not spoil them? Are the grand-diamonds still sweet? Also, yes.

That's all I've got for now.

I think the way the “children" are determined by like?? Which couple digs up the lil Diamond. Dunno 🤓

The sheer volume of antisemitism ALONE found in y’all’s “critiques” of Steven Universe is unavoidable. It is genuinely insane once you look through all of it. I remember how you defended Adam Sandler’s movies on the basis that much of the hate for them was overblown due to antisemitism, and it freaks me out how you just so obviously don’t give a shit about any of that when it comes to a Jewish creator (who’s a bisexual woman this time) that you personally hate. The extreme hypocrisy here is just unbelievable, it truly fucking is. You can have criticisms of SU NOT deeply rooted in antisemitic caricatures, ‘jokes’, and bigotry. But that’s definitely not the case when it comes to you, Mikaila, or Lily for that matter. I’m just focusing on your own obvious bigotry influencing your hatred of SU because it’s you I’m sending this ask to.

For fuck’s sake you’ve basically banned yourself from ever watching ANYTHING made by LGBTQ+ creators in general, like Nimona as well. Which DEFINITELY would play a major role in somebody hating Steven Universe. Bigotry influencing media tastes in one of the most blindingly obvious things that can happen to ANYBODY, and you’re the biggest moron around if you think it can’t happen to you. (If the fact that very obvious bigotries have influenced your relentless hatred against MOST diverse art made by marginalized creators didn’t make that fucking obvious enough to you yet)

Ok, ok, hear me out. This is so dumb ,but I was going through my playlist this morning and, I'm just saying, Drift Away from the Steven Universe movie would be absolutely perfect in the context of mutually bitter radiostatic.

So like Vox sings the first verse, Alastor's got the second, then Vox cuts back in on the line "Finally something, finally news, about how the story ends..."

And then they both combine together on the line "and all of her (his) brand new friends."

(friends for Alastor obviously referring to the hotel, Charlie, and the guests/staff and friends for Vox referring to the Vees)

And then basically,

Alastor: Isn't that lovely?

Vox: Isn't that cruel?

Both: And aren't I fool to have,

Alastor: Happily listened (this could refer to him deciding to help Vox out in the beginning and start up their original partnership only to have him pursue pointless upgrades and connections later on)

Vox: Happy to stay (could refer to him trying his best to get Alastor's approval and be seen as an equal, only to end up being forgotten and waiting on Alastor during his seven year disappearance)

Both: Happily watching her(him) drift away

Waaah sorry I know it could of course also just be sung by Vox and alot of it is just my headcanons ,but ngl I think I just love the idea of them both being angry and bitter at the other for whatever went down between them, the only difference being Alastor is just better at hiding it. Like it's just so fascinating to me.

So I watched Fiona And Cake and I'm hooked...

First episode:

I love how it started with all the colors and how it felt! The voice acting was spot on and it felt surreal with the pastel theme.

"I don't wanna go to work......" Relatable... Especially since my school will start soon...

The way Cake is acting really true actually! Minus the ice... Also when cats ears and nose are cold that means they are healthy! If their hot then that means the cat is sick.

I honestly did not know Fionna's job was a thing....

When I saw Marshall Lee I screamed. I live for his DESIGN! And his personality.

Love Fern's hair. That's all I have to say.

Man Fionna's Boss is short I thought they were a kid.

Love Fionna's reaction from getting fired...And how she technically flipped of her now old boss.

PRINCE GUMBALL or should I say Gary...

Gary's so adorable! I would love to try the cookies he made! They look delicious and sweet and the latté there!

When Marshall started singing I was just amazed by the voice acting again! Like such voice is amazing for him!

Second Episode:

I missed Simon so much!

I don't like how he's basically a human attraction to the citizens. I just don't feel comfortable with that cause of anxiety and I don't like getting asked questions in general.

I personally think that kid should've just left Simon alone and not talk about his past to HIS ENTIRE FAMILY!

I do think what's interesting about the trauma of Simon is that he's so traumatized from his past as the "Ice King" to the point he can't look at ice without freaking out. It's like soldiers who have been in wars and are so traumatized by loud sounds to the point they just at times attack.

I like Finn's new design! It matches well with now personality.

And I like how TV (One of Jake's kids) is with him.

So wait Jake's DEAD!?

Blindfolded into a forest... What could go wrong?

I really love the forest layout cause of colorful and bright it is! It blends in with the vibe it's going for.

I was at first like "Woah there's blood!" When Jake killed the fish but then it made sense cause Adventure Time came out year's ago and they now they're audience has grown since then so it makes sense.

I would love to hear more stories from before Simon was the Ice King.

"SUCK ON THESE NUTS!" YES!!

More things that I noticed about Simon when he was fighting the bear thing is that he's not a fighter, he's not violent, he's just trying to fit in the best he can but even he can't cause of how people keep reminding him about his past as the Ice King.

I know what Finn did was irresponsible cause he just blindfolded Simon and led him into a forest but let me explain. He's lost Jake. And when Jake dies he was probably and most likely devastated since he lost the only person he was mostly close to a that was like a brother to him. That's his way of coping with stuff! But he doesn't know alot about Simon so he tried to do the one thing that helped HIM! He tried.

I was so HAPPY to see Marceline and Bubblegum again!

I find it very funny that Bubblegum's skin sticks to the tattoo gun.

Love Marceline's new hair cut as well.

I just Simon to be happy with his wife! Is that to much to ask!?😭

Also I think I catched a Steven universe reference when Cake came out Simon's hair.

This episode was heavy and full of emotion to unpack and I think I like that!

I love the series so far and hope more of it soon!

Doctor Who, but Chronologically: 47

Fortunately there is no time jump, so we return to World Enough and Time's final part, The Doctor Falls. This is good for answers, because sometimes two-parters jump around - we're still waiting to find out how Matt Smith got out of that cube and whether River blew up. But not this time! Here we are on a Cyberman infested ship again.

Also, here is something I genuinely enjoy about Steven Moffat's writing: he does very good and fun and engaging pre-credit cliffhanger resolutions to his two-parters, and this one is no exception. We are treated to an idyllic farm house with adorable innocent children and salt-of-the-earth rustic folk in a green countryside a few floors up in the ship, with Cybermen crucified as scarecrows all around them; a child feels an earthquake, and suddenly a space shuttle bursts up through the floor and crashes. And out of the wreckage walks Cyber-Bill, carrying the Doctor in her arms.

VERY FUN (the Doctor gets Cyber-shot like eight times in this episode, he does need carrying)

Anyway, this is a fairly straightforward episode plot-wise. After Missy and Master attack the Doctor, he changes the parameters the Cybermen are following to identify humans - now they will target 1 or 2 hearts, so suddenly the Gallifreyans are also at risk (I will admit this is one of those "Seems clever but is actually dumb as hell" twists that Moffat is so good at. "I only had time to make one small change!" says the Doctor. "I added a 2! Now they will also chase people with two hearts!" Okay but that is not how coding works. Either you change the number 1 to a 2 - in which case they would now EXCLUSIVELY track Gallifreyans and leave humans alone, problem solved - or you added an operator like AND or OR or what have you, in which case you used up extra precious seconds to deliberately ensure that these Cybermen would still track humans.)

(And actually, they don't track the blue man. And the Doctor takes pains in this episode to point out that the Cybermen still have easily fooled monkey brains. So like. At any point, everyone could have painted themselves blue and been fine. Hmm.)

ANYWAY

The change means Missy and the Master escape upwards with the Doctor, Nardole and Cyber-Bill, so we exchange Cardiff University and Bute Street the grime of the Cyber conversion level for the pastoral wilds of Abergavenny floor 507, a solar farm that therefore has a holographic sky and simulated weather. And then it's basically a village under siege story - the Cybermen are coming, and are upgrading as they go, a process that is happening in what appears to be days to our hero but is in fact years at the bottom of the ship. This also means they can't all go up in the lifts to escape more than a few floors now - the Cybermen will upgrade to stop them too fast.

(Except. There's about 50 things wrong with that as a concept. I can think of one previously noted plot point that proves that wrong and about five possible workarounds right off the top of my head - as I say, "seems clever but is actually dumb as hell." But this is an era finale and so the focus is not on the plot - a mere skeleton to prop up the actual star of the show - but the story. What matters here is the characters, and what they think and feel and say, and what choices they make.)

Ultimately, it turns out that Missy genuinely does want to change, and become a good person. This is genuinely poignant, because the Master therefore kills her to stop her. I'm not wild about that as a twist, actually - long franchises with recurring villains never like to allow true growth, but I think "villain trying to atone" is actually a super valuable narrative, and I always feel sad for characters who aren't allowed to do it. But I will admit that it's played relatively nicely, as a tragedy.

Fortunately, it's juxtaposed with one of the best monologues any character in anything has ever given; namely, Peter Motherfucking Capaldi turning his Acting skills up to over 9000 to explain why we should choose to do the right thing. It's beautiful and moving and timeless and true and I love it, wholeheartedly and unironically. I mean it's also bullshit from this particular Doctor, given that we have in the past watched Clara have to force him to even try to save people if they don't do what he likes (Christ she deserved a better Doctor T_T), but regardless, it's a fantastic speech delivered by one of the greatest actors of his generation.

So what does happen?

Well! Bill is Cyber-Bill now, and the process is written off as permanent. She retains her memories through force of will, but will slowly succumb. "I can feel the programming," she sobs at one point, and fuck me Pearl Mackie is also a phenomenal actor. "It's like a hurricane in my head, and I'm hanging on, but I can only hang on for so long."

This episode literally started with the Doctor altering the programming of the Cybermen.

"Alas," he tells her. "There's nothing I can do to fix this."

Well then.

The Doctor and Bill ultimately decide to stay and fight Cybermen off while Nardole is given the task of leading the humans up five floors to the next solar farm in the lifts; the Doctor then blows up the floor they're on with the Cybermen on it, and go out in a blaze of glory. This is... certainly a choice, isn't it? Every story with Nardole so far has shown him to be the plucky comic relief, and I include in that THIS EXACT STORY WHERE MISSY CALLED HIM COMIC RELIEF TO HIS FACE. We even got more Weird Nrdole Stuff this episode - apparently he's some sort of reformed con-man and a computer whizz. And yet!!! And yet he gets the Proper Companion Ending!!! This is such a tonally strange choice. The Doctor even convinces him to do it by telling him he's stronger than the Doctor, a claim for which we have seen zero evidence, and is actually the sort of thing that gets said to Proper Companions after they have been through two series' worth of character development. By rights, this should surely have been Bill's job? Lead the survivors in a post-apocalyptic world?

Instead, Bill dies as a Cyberman, and then suddenly, from our perspective, THINGS GET REAL WEIRD, because an unnamed water faerie with a star in her eye who apparently once cried on Bill turns up and goes "You're like me now," and they magic the Doctor back into the TARDIS that two minutes ago he said he couldn't reach, abandon Nardole in a Cyber-infested ship, and then fuck off to explore the cosmos together and have hot lesbian sex, I assume.

What the fuck.

And then to round off, the Doctor wakes up, cries that he doesn't want to regenerate, and staggers out of the TARDIS into snow and also the arms of David Bradley's First Doctor. Which brings us nicely to that story we've already seen! We've seen Capaldi's regeneration. That was a good one.

So! Let's update the board.

The lion man’s planet was also lost but he was a bit of a knob about it if I’m honest. The Thijarian planet was destroyed by some sort of impact). Is this the Flux?

Amy is maybe dead (she’s not)

The Doctor has been cubed (he’s out, but how?)

River is possibly blown up (Nope: she is definitely not blown up)

The TARDIS has blown up (It’s fine now. Except it’s sort of melting now because it’s corrupted, but it’s fine again. NOPE, back to not working.)

(And Nardole was “reassembled???” Nardole had glass nipples and invisible hair?? He used to be blue, and could apparently go back to it??? NEW INFO: he's some sort of helplessly criminal con-artist??? WHAT THE FUCK IS HE)

To set something straight, I've been making theories about this guy the second I heard his backstory (big spoilers ahead!)

At first, hearing about how Capsaicin Cookie was born from a lava lake, instantly gave me the idea that his birth was the result of an experiment gone wrong. And when "Legend Of The Red Dragon" came out within an update later, my gears only turned even more, later theorizing that Capsaicin Cookie was likely the result of the first attempt in making the puppet dragon

I would go on to soon drop due to not having enough information to properly cover it, but thanks to the beast yeast, like a phoenix, theories were born from the ashes anew! But not just theories my friends, a full blown prediction!

Now this was said a few times already, but I'll say here for good measure: Capsaicin Cookie is, in some way, connected to the beasts in some, more specifically, Burning Spice Cookie

I mean, c'mon! The evidence is right in front us!

They have similar character designs

They have similar color schemes

Both have something to do with spice

They're in the same frickin pose

And the fact that Capsaicin used to rely so much on him "holding back," and Burning Spice being notorious for destruction is just too perfect

Ok with all the information out of the way, I've narrowed it down to three regarding Capsaicin's creatio. It's either:

A. Capsaicin was the original "empty" vessel for Burning Spice, but something happened, causing in his birth

B. Burning Spice could be a great ancestor of Capsaicin, which would explain why his was locked away in the first place, maybe whoever locked him up knew of the beasts and saw him as a threat

C. Burning Spice could be a part of Capsaicin in some way(TLDR: pulling a Steven Universe)

At the point l, you might be wondering, "Sure, these are possible theories, but what about the prediction?" Well friends, may I direct you to our second key player, Golden Cheese Cookie. Now, knowing that everyone in her kingdom is basically in a coma, and seeing her friends forming armies for the war, it's pretty logical that she'll have to find other cookies to volunteer to fight in the war, but has every reason not to. Mostly due to what last time, the main reason is that she gets attached way too fast, way too easily. Fortunately, other ancients are very understanding of this, but do try to convince GC into doing the right thing, and eventually through one way or another, she ends recruiting Capsaicin for the war

Their relationship is very slow burn, with GC showing Capsaicin nothing but tough love as to not get attached to him(think Toph from ATLA) but ends not working for her, and slowly and surely, the two get close, like mother and son. . . At some point in the story, it isn't long for a certain someone to find out about their relationship

Now tell me, what sounds more metal. . ?

Learning about your past, and being forced to kill your mother figure due to her "stealing what's ours!"

Or Getting closure after loosing so much, just be forced to harm your adopted son after finding out his origins

If you had the opportunity to have some voice actors casted for your iterations of Lois, Clark, Jimmy, Connor, Lex, Livewire, Rudy, and Brainiac (Basically the superman characters you've remixed so far) who would be perfect casting for each?

OOH YES here's some fancasts for my remix:

David Corenswet as Clark Kent! This is a really hard pick for me, I'm attached to Tim Daly's STAS voice for him but if I had to pick someone younger I guess this David Corenswet guy from the upcoming film looks pretty good? At least from clips I've seen of him he's got a good voice.

Brianne Tju as Lois Liando! She's a Chinese Indonesian actress and while she's young I think she's got the range. I'd love to see her twist on Dana Delaney's STAS performance because Delaney's got a fantastic hardened sassy woman voice. Tju's voice sounds great in this interview.

Haley Tju as Lucy Lane! Brianne has a sister which is PERFECT for Lois' sister Lucy! I heard Hayley's voice in Arlo the Alligator Boy as the tiger cat character and I think she sounds neat.

Michael J Woodard as Jimmy Olsen! Similarly as Haley I heard Woodard's voice on Arlo the Alligator Boy, he's the lead there as Arlo. His voice is high energy and fun! Plus he can SING which is great because I imagine Jimmy as a jack of all trades artist and shenanigans coupled with musical numbers would be perfection.

Dave Fennoy as Lex Luthor! This is locked and loaded for me. It frustrates me that no one has seen the vision here. This is the second coming of STAS Lex but BETTER. Just!! Listen to him as Bluebeard from the Wolf Among Us. This is phenomenal, the perfect voice already exists.

Toks Olagundoye as Lena Luthor! She's voiced Martha Wayne in Batman Unburied, and Cat Grant in Reign of Supermen among many roles. She'd bring the elegance Lena would need. I love her accent,,,

Donald Glover as Conner Kent/Luthor! Granted I would love a teen that can bring what he brought to Marshall Lee on Adventure Time but that performance is the Conner energy I want.

Gr33dyjay/Jhas Ean Prescott Corbitt as Rudy Jones/Parasite! While I love the Brion James' STAS voice for Parasite, I have become attached to Gr33dyjay's take on my version of Parasite. If you can bring a performance that can make me laugh like that, you're golden. If he brought just a bit of New York accent into it, even better.

ProZD/Sungwon Cho and Ellen McLain as Brainiac! I want these two to talk interchangeably and in synchronization for Brainiac. Cho serving Brau1589 realness and McLain bringing the GlaDOS good stuff. Heaven would open its gates if we ever heard a Brainiac voice like this, I believe that.

Nicole Sullivan as Livewire! This one is so, so difficult because the original Lori Petty voice for Livewire is essentially perfection. I think future takes need to find a distinct and youtuber bombastic charismatic voice for making a potentially unlikeable character fun to watch. Sullivan famously voices Shego on Kim Possible, and I think her voice has the uniqueness and sass that could revitalize Livewire. She just needs to do a version of the accent and energy.

AJ Michalka as Kara Zor El! I know Michalka's voice as Stevonnie on Steven Universe and Catra from She-Ra. I like her performance in both, it stands out and the lil rasp in her voice adds something. That gives Kara that kind of jaded world weary but still young voice. I know I haven't drawn Supergirl yet, but I've got plans.

My version of Loonatics Unleashed

This is just my interpretation of this universe of "Loonatics Unleashed", don't take it as a summary of the series or as absolute truth to interpret your version. NO! It's just MY view and you have every right to disagree. Furthermore, there will be low-level words (even though I censor some) and there may be sensitive topics for certain people. Besides, this refers to the universe of Loonatics Unleashed, so for those who don't care, you can skip this blog, but for those who are a fan or if this interests you, you can continue reading.

So... I was researching hashtags for animated series that I like in general, whether it's the ones I've already mentioned like Steven Universe and The Owl House, or series that a lot of people don't know about, which is the case with the series "Loonatics Unleashed", which (giving a really bad summary-) is one of several Looney Tunes reinventions, but here it's about them in a superhero version. Yeah... The 2000s had that- Jokes aside, I really think it's a good series and I like it, even though the series has its flaws and I recognize that. And, interestingly, @drakepad-luv-2000 made a blog talking about her version of Loonatics Unleashed, with her Headcanons and ideas. So I'm making this blog copying his idea - Just kidding... I asked if I could do it with the same theme and she gave me permission. I'm not that dishonest. So, having given that introduction... Let's move on to my version of Loonatics Unleashed! AH- And if you want to share your opinion, leave it in the comments, but if you want to make a blog with the same theme, give credit to me and @drakepad-luv-2000, ok? Excellent! ^^

I'm going to end up dividing this blog into topics, the first will just be to reformulate the backstory and the second part will talk more about the characters themselves. I won't be able to talk about all the topics, in fact, these three are JUST to start talking about Loonatics Unleashed, there are also the conflicts and evolutions of the characters, their relationships, the villains themselves and even my OCs from this universe (you They thought I wouldn't put my character in, right? Obviously I would...-w-). So, if you feel like it, I can do a part two. But let's get down to business.

Series Plot (Reinvented)

Speaking of the series' plot, Drakepad, when talking about Headcanons, said that she wanted to change the plot a little to the year 2017 because it was more relatable for us, because the series, even though it takes place in the future, for some reason had the technologies of the years 2000 which are currently old... And, honestly, I agree with her point... But I still wanted to get this more futuristic theme for the series, as that's what gives the series a certain charm. So I'm going to mix some ideas... The series will take place in a year that is not exactly specified, but it will be both close to the years 2017 to 2024 (which is the current year that the blog is being published) and also having elements of Cyberpunk with Advanced Technology from science fiction films, also taking some things from hero stories.

The meteor part... It will be discarded because, honestly... How the HELL did the meteor only affect Acmetropolis, but not the whole world?! If it's something like the dinosaur meteor, there would be people with powers ALL OVER THE WORLD. Ok, I think I'm demanding too much logic for a children's series, but still... They could have elaborated more. Back... So, if the meteor was discarded... What caused the characters' powers? And here I get the idea of a classic Anime... Akira!

If you don't know the plot of the exquisite film, it's basically a Japan (or just Tokyo, I don't remember-) in the Cyberpunk future caused after a nuclear explosion (or not, that's a story spoiler-) that made the city become a technological place, however, underneath all the neon and wealth, the poor part of the city ends up suffering a lot from marginality and crime, mainly affecting the young people of this generation who do not respect their elders and do not know the history, they were just born in a country already destroyed. And, in the middle of the story, children with paranormal powers are revealed... I know the story is crazy, but the film is good... It's just a bit violent in many ways-

Returning to the story of Loonatics... I adapted the story of the series a little with some content that she herself showed, like the fact that there are aliens and such... And taking some conspiracies from real life, because it might help... (or not, you know- ). It's also good to get a little of Zadavia's story and her brother's story itself, it's still similar to the original. The main difference is the context of everything... In the beginning, the brothers actually worked together to achieve union with certain planets with the High Council, however they both took care of different things. Zadavia was the more diplomatic person, while Optimatus was the one who took care of the military troops and this made them have different views, but to a certain extent they got along well. However, the day came that the High Council found out about the Milky Way and, consequently, about the planet Earth, so Optimatus and some soldiers went to the planet to try to keep a close eye on the place. But, well... Being human is a complicated being, and if he is already bad with his own species, who will say with Aliens? It didn't happen otherwise, Optimatus and his soldiers were captured and taken to Area 51, where they were tortured and many died in experiments, which is why Optimatus' burns and scars appeared here. He managed to escape, however... He was completely changed and, when he returned, he wanted to annihilate planet Earth and the entire human race for the savagery he went through.

Even hearing the experiences he went through, the High Council denied the proposal for mass annihilation, largely due to Zadavia, who believed that not all humans were bad. Then follows the same idea of Optimatus having kidnapped (in this case, REALLY KILLED) the rest of the council and only being left with Zadavia, who took refuge on Earth because she was one of the few races physically similar to his own, while Optimatus, also trying annihilating the human race, caused an explosion in one of the cities, which was where he was captured, which killed many people, others were left with irreversible damage to their DNA and there were also places still affected by radiation. There were survivors who, in the future, would end up developing mutations in the future that would give them powers, who are our protagonists and also some villains in the series.

In the future, the city managed to rebuild itself, becoming the Acmetropolis that we see today, which on the one hand, became a city full of technology and neon, but on the other, in the poorest and dirtiest regions, it became a place full of crime and both adults and young people traumatized by the "atomic" explosion. The media, at the time, said that it was an explosion caused by an enemy country, but in fact, it was one of Optimatus' attempts to take revenge on humans. While Zadavia? She tried to start life again on Earth, however her alien appearance made her hide her real appearance with a hologram device, making her pass as a mere normal human, both to really start over and to hide from her brother. But, of course... One time or another... He would come back... And until then, she would have to prepare herself too.

And that's kind of the plot of this version, at least, the story of the reason for the technologies and the powers of the protagonists and villains. I don't know if it's too crazy or if it's a bit "cliché", but either way... I feel like I managed to create a good initial plot, in a way, but now, having already mentioned them... Let's talk about the characters.

Main Characters (Reinvented)

I'm going to say right away in this topic that, basically, I'm going to take some ideas from Drakepad, but just as inspiration. Like the fact that Ace and Lexi are brothers here (because considering they are descendants of Bugs Bunny and Lola Bunny, it's really weird for them to ship...), but I want to make it clear that I'm not going to change the gender of the characters. There are also things like the characters being adults in this version and having already gained their powers before the explosion, but certain events were triggers for them to awaken them. I only change gender or sexuality when it really suits and makes sense, but I honestly like to maintain a certain Canon of the series, and in this case it will be the gender of the protagonists (sexuality is another story...7w7). And another thing... Among the protagonists, there will be NO ships, but there may be some implicit insinuations of a certain relationship between the characters, however very subtle. So let's start with Ace and Lexi...

• Ace and Lexi Bunny

The two are twin brothers who were born in Acmetropolis and, when they were little, they were one of several people who survived the explosion event with their parents by pure luck, however, their mother ended up passing away after medical complications caused by the event, which made Lexi become the "woman" of the family, having to take care of the house, while Ace started working with his father and younger brothers to earn a living. Ace and Lexi, prematurely, ended up having to mature very early to be able to help their family members, with the boy being more affected, even more so with his father also being distant from him, making Ace learn to fight to defend his brothers and having to leave many of the dreams and goals aside sometimes, but I always had a fascination for these heroes from old films. Lexi, in turn, learned several household chores, but still managed to discover her passion for music and dance, dreaming of being a songwriter or singer, to try to bring hope to everyone. As adults, while Lexi managed to enter a more musical career, as a music teacher, Ace also tried to follow his dream of being an actor, but he was unable to pursue the career, as they always judged him as someone incapable, making him give up on that altogether. and starting to work as a handyman. Their powers awakened together, on a day at work, Lexi was going to pick up her brother from one of his jobs, when she was approached by some bad-intentioned boys, with Ace trying to defend her, but both being incapacitated. However, when they were going to harm both of them, that was a trigger for their powers to awaken, which scared the guys and made them run away, calling them monsters and freaks. An event that would mark them forever... And that, in the future, would make them approached by Zadavia and make them meet the rest of the team.

• Danger Duck

The duck is one of several orphans left over from the Acmetropolis explosion, having been trapped in the rubble of their home for many days, scared. When he was found, he was sent to an orphanage along with several other children, where he met his best friend and "brother" Pinkster, who was the only person he could really call a friend, as they were both excluded by the other children. for being "animals" among thousands of human children. Until the day came when the last couple arrived at the orphanage, where Duck used the two-sided coin to be adopted by the couple, a fact that he would regret for the rest of his life... After being adopted, his new parents They gave him all the love they could, but Duck still didn't feel like he belonged to that family, after all they were human and he was a duck. This made him very insecure, but he always tried to hide it in some way. As an adult, he left home and tried to find a job so he could support himself and be able to do well in some way, whether it was being rich or having some form of power, but he was always put down and ridiculed. The trigger that made him awaken his powers was in another one of the many horrible jobs he had, in which he was stressed to such a level that he wanted to disappear from there, which made him teleport to another place, which scared everyone and they made they run away. And, just like the Bunny brothers, he found Zadavia and joined the team.

• Slam Tasmanian

There is not much information about his family, but it is known that he was born in Australia into a huge family. In Slam's case, he just went to Acmetropolis to have a better life, but he was affected by the post-explosion radiation that still resided in certain places. He worked as an underground fighter to earn money, which is where his powers awakened and he used them to his advantage. And when they asked about it, the organizers said "Ah, it's a special effect". He was discovered and found by Loonatics and Zadavia, who offered him to join the team.

• Tech E. Coyote

Again, he is another person affected by the explosion, but in Tech's case, the problems would have started a little earlier. He had been diagnosed with autism since he was little, which made him have some problems communicating with people and had restricted interests, which made him suffer a lot of bullying. However, it was with his parents that he developed a passion for technology, building several things with them. When he went to college, he met Mallory, who became her friend (and possible crush...?), but when he found out about her plan, he soon stopped her and reported it to the teachers, leaving him alone again. His powers were slowly awakening, starting with his molecular regeneration, where some injuries and burns were suddenly healed, until he was able to manipulate metal, which was very useful later in his work. He was found by Zadavia and the others who, as he deduced, also gained their powers from the explosion, joining the team as well.

• Rev Runner

Finally, we come to my favorite. Rev has always been a hyperactive child who didn't pay attention to things, mainly because he has ADHD, however his father didn't want to believe that, just saying that "He's just an overly agitated Roadrunner" or "He's just throwing a tantrum" . Rev then continued with this mental condition, without knowing he had it, always pressured by his family to continue their business, especially after the explosion, where they were trying to get back on their feet. Soon Rev gained a younger sister, "Riley", however the little one didn't like acting like a girl and wore much more of Rev's old clothes, with the older brother always calling her by the pronouns "He/His". Soon, "Riley" came out as a trans man and became "Rip", but his father never accepted this and always said that "his daughter" was contradicting him, making the situation at home even worse. When Rev turned 18, he immediately wanted to take his brother with him, but again was stopped by his parents, unfortunately having to go alone. This small event made him, little by little, unlock the powers that, like Tech, were gradually unlocked, and which he used in his work as a delivery man. He was soon found by Loonatics and Zadavia, also joining the team.

Conclusion

And that's it, folks! There are still A LOT of things I still want to cover in my version of Loonatics, but the blog is already getting huge... So I'll leave it for a probable part two. Thank you for reading this blog! BYEEEEE!!!

not to bring PLOT into a mostly character-focused au, but with extra strawhat crew aus i'm always curious where the author would have kuma send the new guy(s) post-sabaody. basically, where would you send your au buggy to learn & grow over the time skip? is he learning new skills somewhere, or landing on the red force (or wherever luffy & rayleigh ended up) and learning about his past?

And no, no, no, don't worry, I LOVE plot! And I was actually recently thinking about the whole Kuma situation. Because he sent each one either to a friend/somewhere to make connections with the revolution, or to help them train/help with personal growth.

At first I thought maybe I should make up an island that would fit this version of him. Something that would maybe make him conquer his fear of being trapped and claustrophobia, or maybe something to better help him use his powers.

Maybe something like an island where everything is small and all the inhabitants live in dark holes in the walls (picture something like the kindergarten from Steven Universe). And Buggy is freaking out because he can't live in the whole in the wall, he just can't! Not again! Not to mention the food, there's so little food for the small people there, what would he eat - as someone probably two times their size?

He just wasn't ready to go back to not having anything. So he starts helping them grow their farms and defend themselves from wild beasts and in return they help him reach inner peace and face his trauma. Maybe he'd even have a Sanji moment where he finds out that the people can teach him fighting skills he didn't know they had?

idk...

But I also started looking into places or different arcs and two specific ones actually seem pretty fitting. (can you tell I've actually given this quite a bit of thought hahaha ':))

The first place I thought of was Impel down. It would also cross with the canon timeline and events. Think about it: he'll get over his fear of imprisonment, make connections with the revolutionaries living in the walls. It would be just like in canon for the exception that Buggy is willingly helping Luffy and he's been in there for a shorter time.

Not to mention that on the ship when they tell everyone that he used to sail with Roger, he would be finding out something new about himself. Maybe even remember something.

(And here I go pushing my shuggy agenda again) And that way Shanks's return would be have more weight as well. It would impact both of them so much because 1. Shanks not only lost Ace but now he finally found Buggy and 2. Buggy went through so much trauma and then some greasy redhead claims to know him??? And what's more, he doesn't have this spike of anxiety upon meeting him?? (but maybe I'll make a separate post about that specifically)

Although I don't know if after that I'd want him to go back to Amazon Lily with Luffy and meet Rayleigh (because again: revealing past and all that fun stuff), or if i want him to be taken in by Shanks and his crew instead of Law (and he'd still have the reveal of the past but differently that with Silver...)(idk just food for thought)

Anyway though,

The second place I thought of is a bit of a stretch. I thought of Arabasta. It's a bit of a stretch because, why would he be there?

Well they're alleys of the straw hats and had recently gotten out from under Crocodile. Also if I'm not mistaken the revolution army had it's foot in there as well right? Also I'd absolutely love seeing Vivi and Buggy interactions. I feel like she could teach him a lot in just general. Also he'd love the sun so much.

I'm also thinking maybe he could train and learn quite a bit history there. But I hadn't had that much time to think about this option to be honest...

OK WOO!!!! JEREMEJEVITE DESIGN BREAKDOWN! KINDA!

This may end up being A long post, so it Will be tagged as such for filtering :) ONWARDS!!!!

Starting this off with her Initial concept sketches! I was trying to figure out what her face should Look like, and I think the left image Was closer to what I wanted, both in how her Hair looks and how her face Looks (even if it's A bit simple)

The singular head horn stuck Around throughout the Entire design! You'll see some attempt passes at Giving her more spikes to fit with Cleos original design, as featured above the sketches :) (the gems were All decided right when I made the document, so Any relation to other fusions is Just a coincidence!)

You can see it in The left sketch, but Originally I tried to Give Jeremejevite Pearls' almost crescent hair swoop, which Stuck around for a good while :) This is the Only other time Jeremejevite will have Long hair too, which goes to Show how little attachment I had to it..

Originally she was Going to be in a sort of Suit, as seen somewhat in the right sketch. This idea instantly fell through, but The pattern on the collar accidentally makes A resurgence in her Final design!

Her technical first finished design! This is where I ironed out a lot of ideas you'll See later on, like gem placements, rough colour scheme, limbs, and Her split-dyed hair!

...As noted to the right of her, this Design was WAYYYY too Cleo-heavy, I was basically just Turning her MC skin into A gem! I hastily tried to Make up for that with Scotts' coat-thing and Pearls' sleeves, which..... Somehow made Jeremejevite look MORE like Cleo..???

This is the last time you'll Ever see her with long hair, or With two eyes on Her faces left half, among some other things (Like the Shirt from Cleos' MC skin)

Right after this I made a test sketch before Asking for help from my mutuals/followers.

RIGHT HERE was when I decided she would have Short hair (That... Ended up getting Shorter the more I drew her..?)

The fur collar goes Kind of hard, I won't lie, but I am still very happy with What I ended up with. Around here I was still trying to mix Pearl, Scott, and Cleos' designs, which had... varying Success rates.

AND HERE IS THE DESIGN MY FRIEND @biggitybugs MADE! You all should follow it btw, he helped me A ton with figuring out this design, and also its art is amazing <3

You can see a few things that made it Into the final design! Namely the top, the hair and skin Colour, and the Boots! This was also when I realised I used too much red/pink in The original design (Though I don't believe I remedied that in The final design..)

A sketch of her second design! (Third, if we're Counting bugs design) I started straying away from Mixing the three gems designs and instead I started making her seem Like her own character.

Some things ended up in the Final design, and you can See I swapped the Side that was "dyed", which is Also carried over to the last Design :)

I ended up turning to Pinterest and Looking up "Alt Fashion" which, barely Helped me, but it Kicked off the Jacket and the weird undershirt gloves! I also looked up "Steven Universe OCs" to see some Other design conventions, but I just ended up scrolling and Looking at the cool Designs..

I did a designing Stream a few days ago where I tried to get more outside Input, and Kayden (@spottedside) ended Up saying she should have chains And a cropped jacket + crop top. Which. Oh My God. I forgot those Weird cropped cut jackets existed and it Changed. Basically everything.

There's not much to Note in these sketches, aside from the small right one being the Most similar to the final design. You can even see the neck Chains!

Aaaand the final design! I still believe I overdid the red and maroon, but I think this design is ACTUALLY the better of the 3 (4?). I could still stand to Edit this design, but I am currently happy with where I am. However, I implore anyone who wants to To edit this design with their own tweaks! Just, yk, credit me Somewhere for the initial design :)

And no, the chains and cuffs Don't mean anything, they're just dope. (Do you see what I meant about the First sketches collar design Making a reappearance?)

of course!! All under the cut and stuff, all of this is just bits and pieces of stuff because there’s not a super clear like outline of events and stuff but here’s some basic thoughts and ideas and stuff lol. Uh warning its very long, very rambley and kind of just jumps from one thought to another sorry 😭

Okay so basically this isn’t a very nice au to Steven sadly (I do it out of love for the character 💗💗), when I first got back into Steven universe I kept rewatching the diamond days episodes and I really enjoyed them. So basically this au is called diamond years, where Steven ends up staying for a very long time (about I wanna say year and a half) on home world pretending to be pink diamond so that he can change the diamonds ways.

This takes a while though, he’s failed again and again at trying to talk to white, so end he focuses on trying to change blue and yellow’s minds first, on not hurting defenceless planets and trying to stand up to white (they never take him up on standing up to white until about the last year). At first he is completely put off and ignored just like in the show but the longer he stays there the more they begin to listen to him. But despite how well Steven is doing at changing homeworld from the inside, it’s been taking a toll on him.

He finds himself questioning his identity more than ever before, and it really stresses him out. He also feels bad for bringing the gems into this plan with him, he feels like he’s forced them back into their homeworld lives and it makes him feel horribly guilty a lot of the time. In my head it’s like all of this fighting in the rebellion just to end back up here serving diamonds and it sort of starts to make Steven feel like a disgusting person. Like pearl doesn’t belong to him and amethyst shouldn’t have to wear limb inhancers but like whenever he like debates it with blue or yellow they chastise him.

I think eventually he’s permitted to go visit beach city, as a gift for his good behaviour since he came back and it makes him so happy that he finally gets to be Steven again, but whenever he’s there the moments are sort of bittersweet because he knows that if he messes up at all on homeworld, he might lose getting to see his friends on earth. So he throws himself even more into the pink diamond role.

When the first year finally passes and he’s made a significant amount of progress (not enough in his mind) he’s never Steven in public. Only when no one else but his family is around does he consider himself actually Steven, yellow got on him about his pearl calling him Steven still after a year of being on home world officially. They offer to help like recondition her but he refuse’s absolutely. So now pearl calls him pink in public, which sets it in stone in his mind that oh right now I’m not Steven.

When Steven turns 16, is when he not only updates his pink diamond outfit to something newer and slightly different, but his eyes look like pinks and it doesn’t go away even after he stops living on homeworld. Pearl is the first one to notice it and tell him and he’s horrified. The next days when some of the other gems starts to see his eyes, he can tell they’re a little shocked, a little uncomfortable. None of them bring it up besides amethyst who’s like woah cool eyes Steven cause she’s trying to be jokey. It doesn’t work but he laughs.

All this time he’s seen white maybe a dozen times and she’s barely even talked to him. He’s making changes, blue and yellow are more merciful but it’s still not enough. So around the end of the second year blue and yellow finally actually help him go confront white, and he has relief all of this all of this horrible pain and issues and pink diamond stuff wasn’t for nothing and so when they go confront her it starts the yk white diamond confrontation in the show except she’s like oh starlight you’ve been doing so good, why did you have to mess it up now. And this is the first time in so long that he’s protested about being pink, he’s Steven and he gets punished for it with white pulling his gem out to prove that pinks still there and that he isn’t.

It plays out mostly the same as the actual show except what happened in like the third episode of the diamond days arc, happened 2 years after the first episode of the diamond days arc lol.

And so now after that huge fight stuff he’s free, he’s Steven. But he still has the lingering feelings of being pink for so long. When he steps into his house for the first time he doesn’t even know what to do really. He hasn’t seen some of his favourite foods besides the things Connie sneaks in for him, he hasn’t watched tv in so long. he hasn’t seen almost all of his friends on earth. They all celebrate him coming back, he’s fixed everything but why does he still feel so just empty, like he’s living someone else’s life. It’s horrible, that’s how he felt when he first had to act like pink and now he feels like that for his own life.

His friends tell him he doesn’t have to act so formal around them when they’re out in public. People don’t greet him by saluting their diamond. And he doesn’t miss it at all, he’s happy that he’s finally home but it takes so long for him to get used to being himself again.

Anyways sorry for like dumping a pile of random thoughts on you lol, I hope you find it good. I don’t know how good the ideas are at all, it just started from my fascination with characters pretending to be someone and then the lines blurring between them and the person they’re impersonating
