i love migraines because they take forever to go away. even though the main symptoms like headache and nausea and dizziness mostly go away a few hours after taking my medications, they’re hovering in the background for the next few days waiting for me to do something that maybe could trigger another migraine >:(

#triggers could include: bright lights. flashing lights. wearing glasses. not wearing glasses. not drinking enough water. heat. loud noises. #salt. too much caffeine. not enough caffeine. too much sugar. not enough sugar. alcohol. #evercise. keeping my head in the same position too long. laying with my spine not perfectly aligned. thinking abt migraines. strong smells. #and probably more! my body legitimately just takes anything as a reason to give me a migraine. it’s so much fun. #my symptoms are fairly mild though as far as migraines go. i know a girl who gets them for weeks at a time and she frequently goes blind #because of them.... i’ll take what i can get :/ #it still sucks but i don’t have it too bad. i just have to be careful. bc it is so so easy for me to get one. #anyways..... i am in that annoying ‘anything could trigger another migraine’ stage.... i’m tired.
