hey, do you have any suggestions for how to organize my tags (i run a fandom blog with hp and other fandoms and icant seem to come up with a system that satisfies my organizational needs) thanks!
hi!!! here’s the way i would/do go about it
1) tag every fandom, whether it be a book or a movie or a tv show. give each its own tag. id suggest using abbreviations/acronyms because it makes it sooooo much easier. it’s really your choice if you want to umbrella or not. like, for the percy jackson books, i tag both the original series and the new series (the heroes of olympus) #pjo, but some people tag #pjo and #hoo separately
2) get specific only for the things you blog about a LOT. for example, i blog a lot about harry potter, and therefore all the characters have their own tag, places have tags, houses have tags, friendships have tags, etc. personally, i don’t tag the individual book (like i don’t tag cos, hbp, etc) but that’s just because i can’t be bothered to care. so for books like six of crows, i just #soc, i don’t tag any of the individual characters because i don’t reblog posts about it that often. there are also fandoms i tag only some of the characters for, like percy jackson. i have my general #pjo tag, an #annabethchase tag, and a #percyjackson tag. if the post isn’t specifically about percy or annabeth, it just gets tagged generic #pjo
3) tag relationships!!!! i would def do this. like, otps/ships like #jily #kanej #percabeth etc. even though, for six of crows (which kanej is from) i don’t tag individual characters, i do tag my ship from the book because the ship makes up a vast majority of the things i reblog about six of crows and also i just love the ship
4) i would suggest having a tag for photography, one for word edits, one for music, one for videos, etc just so you can be a little more organized with it
5) for some things i would have really broad, general tag. for example, i have a #disney tag that i use for all disney movies because i don’t blog a ton about disney. if a movie does show up that i blog a lot about (for me, it’s mulan), only then do i actually give it its own tag
6) TAG YOUR OWN POSTS!!!! this is so important please tag your edits/text posts #mine or something like trust me it’ll save you so much time and effort when you want to look back through things. i’ve taken it a step further and tag like #myhp #mypjo depending on fandom so i can keep them apart but you do you
7) tag celebs. some people who don’t often blog about celebs will just have a #celeb tag but i actually tag them each individually so like #tswift #emma watson #zendaya etc
8) if ur super into the aesthetic, you can tag colors in pretty aesthetic posts like #blue #yellow or whatever
9) tag ur favorite posts!!! like #fav or #fave or #favorite so you can always go back and look at them
thats all i can think of off the top of my head!!! really it doesn’t matter at all how you tag things like tag for ur own purposes. the only reason i tag is so that i can go back and look through things, and so i decide what’s important enough for me to look for it specifically and that’s how i decide what to tag :-)

Solangelo 49
This is the shortest fic I have ever written, because I don't write solangelo. Anyway, I hope you like it.
“Well this is awkward…” Will said.
“You’re saying no?” Nico said, looking defeated.
“Oh, gods no,” Will said quickly, “my answer is yes.”
“Then why is this awkward?” Nico asked, looking relieved.
“I was just about to ask you to marry me.”

My PJO story
I was in 8th grade and I knew of the movie but never the books and as I spoke with my friend Gabriella who had almost all the books she told me I had to read it and the next day she gave me the first book the moment it touched my hands I knew this was going to be a wild ride and as I kept reading and reading I finished the book that I never really put down I knew I was in and going to go with it till the end I might not have been there from the beginning but these Characters taught me so many things Annabeth Chase showed me that being wise doesn't make you any less strong, Grover Underwood showed me that its okay to be afraid but to always confront what scares you, Thalia Grace showed me that sacrifice is sacred, Luke Castellan showed me that if you make mistakes their is always a chance to fix them, Nico Di Angelo showed me that being alone can be sad but as long as you remember those closest to you you will always feel them near and that sometimes your never really alone, Clarisse showed me that sometimes your the black sheep in the family and that's okay because that makes you special, Hazel Levesque showed me that the past is in the past and that the present and the future from here on out is what matters, Frank Zhang taught me that no matter who you are or where your from their is always going to be something incredibly unique as long as we believe in ourselves, Piper McLean taught me that beauty always comes from within and that love always prevails, Jason Grace taught me that confronting the past is an important part of moving forward, Rachel dare showed that being normal is okay and that no matter what you make your own destiny, Reyna Avila Ramirez who is PUERTO RICAN ( like me whoo) that where you come from doesn't matter so long as you keep those sweet memories within you and you make your own home no matter what challenges.... and now the one lesson that really makes me sad to know that this story is soon coming to an end Percy Jackson showed me that Friends and Family are most important...
These Characters changed my life... and I will Always ALWAYS keep them close to my heart.. no matter how it ends because they have been my best friend whenever I thought I was alone so for those who will in the future read Percy Jackson and the lightning thief... treat those character with love and compassion...because they will be there for you whenever you feel alone
