* MUSTACHE GIRL EX ATK 180 DEF 280 * Guess she did have a breaking point, after all. * ...There must be a way to get through to her.
Time’s End is an AHIT/Undertale crossover AU of sorts, taking place in the aftermath of a timeline where you lose the final boss fight against Mustache Girl. You can find the write-up here! In addition, you can find the write-ups for the Neutral Endings and TimeWarp Route Requirements on Google Drive! The logo for Time's End was designed by @bittybattybunny. She's an incredible artist, be sure to check out their work here on Tumblr and over on Twitter!! Like holy FUCK, I can not stress enough how awesome they are to work with. They're amazing!!
Motifs:
Mustache Girl EX
Main Theme/Title Screen
Reflections Past
Judge, Jury and Executioner
You can also listen to this track in high quality on the AU’s SoundCloud here! The rest of the description is underneath the Read More.
Mustache Girl takes on a hybrid Asgore and Asriel role. Already feeling trapped and conflicted, her emotions are finally pushed over the edge when an incredibly large group of people -- though it feels more like the entire world with how suffocating the crowd is -- barge into her throne room and hurl insults her way, telling her to "get lost!" among other things …and (almost) all in the name of Bow Kid, mirroring what happened years ago to a disturbing degree. Finally overwhelmed by all her painful thoughts and emotions bubbling back to the surface, she snaps and violently shatters a Time Piece in a fit of rage. And thus history is made to repeat itself once more. But this time, something's different.
BABY'S FIRST HOPES AND DREAMS REPLACEMENT FOR THE WIN :D Also Happy belated New Year to all my peeps here on Tumblr lmao But ye, this is actually happening! Aside from using similar instruments (and a somewhat loose idea for the very beginning of my track,) this is very deliberately unfaithful to the typical H&D structure. Knew right away that I wanted to use Mustache Girl EX as the base for this track, and that sticking too rigidly to the structure of any other H&D would do a disservice to the feel I wanted to go for: that same kick-you-in-the-dick level of power from Mu EX, but with a LOT more of a melancholy vibe underlying all that fury. Plus, bit of a fun fact: adjustments have been made since obviously, but the first "complete" mixing draft of this track was finished on New Year's Eve 2023! (This kind of constant revising is why the His Theme track is still not done on my part btw lmaooooo.) Also… I'll fully admit something here. For the first time on a track I've done, the drumbeat's backbone is comprised of loops I got when I bought Mixcraft 10 (especially with some of the things they were offering during the first week of its launch,) and the only supplemental VST I used was Abbey Road 80's Drummer for the left panned hi-hats. I know that EDM-type stuff similar to the actual Mu EX track is completely out of my wheelhouse, and I didn't want to royally screw up the drum pattern with this different metal-ish take on it, seeing as those are something I have a TON of trouble with. All things considered, drumline came out ok! And ye on the whole, I'm incredibly happy with this track, and it's easily the most ambitious arrangement I've done to date (and the most difficult too in some aspects.) Hope you all enjoy! :)

Twenty Questions for Fic Writers!
tagged by @extraordinarilyextreme 🕺🏻
1. How many works do you have on AO3? 86… wow! 61 of them are from the past 3 years (2020-2023) and then the other 25 span from (2011-2019) (would not recommend)
2. What's your total AO3 word count? 827,446!
3. What fandoms do you write for? Right now I’m writing mainly for Oz and 成化十四年 (if you count a very slooooow moving WIP). Other fandoms: X-Men comics, Hamlet, Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead, HxH, Need for Speed, Avengers, 狂飙, TWD, and Nikita (lol). I have also written for a couple fandoms that I left behind in my ffnet days/orphaned works for on ao3.
4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos?
We Who Have The Souls (part 3 of a series) - HxH - Hisoka/Illumi Zoldyck (681 kudos)
The Horror Not To Be Surveyed (part 1 of a series) - HxH - Hisoka/Illumi Zoldyck (660 kudos)
Amethyst Remembrance (part 2 of a series) - HxH - Illumi Zoldyck & Killua Zoldyck (483 kudos)
Suppositions - The Walking Dead - Daryl Dixon/Glenn (444 kudos)
Ash is Purest White - 成化十四年 - Ding Rong/Wang Zhi (179 kudos)
5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not? Once I actually started participating in fandom, I realised that this was something people strive to do, so I try to respond more now as well. Previously I did not respond to comments because I didn’t like how Ao3 counts author comments in the number of comments/reviews a fic had. I used to want to know exactly how many other people commented on my fic, probably because I got so few comments lol, and then it was just a habit not to reply. I try harder to reply now because I also like it when authors reply to my comments :)
6. What is a fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? LOL major character death fic, When Tomorrow Comes, EASILY. I legit cried while cooking when I was making dinner during the time that I was writing this. The masochism was real but the sadism was realer (making the group chat reap what they sowed lol)
7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? Hm! I have a couple that are rather fluffy but I would say the harder the rain, honey, the sweeter the sun (yeah yeah... hozier lyric title. sue me). They get married~
8. Do you get hate on fics? I tend to write small ships and rarepairs, so I think that’s sort of impossible tbh. I did get flamed a couple of times on ffnet back in those days, but... the joke was on the ppl flaming me, probably. You were expecting greatness from a 12 year old.
9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind? I write really cringe explicit scenes (not on purpose... that’s just how they turn out imo) but I've nver written pwp or anything.
10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written? We shan’t speak of it and you’ll never find it, either.
11. Have you ever had a fic stolen? Not that I know of… again, I don’t really write stuff that gets on anyone’s radar, I don’t think.
12. Have you ever had a fic translated? Yes! I have had 5 fics translated into Russian and one translated into Chinese! <3
13. Have you ever co-written a fic before? The crossover that shall not be named.
14. What's your all-time favorite ship? I know my url is literally rongzhi but believe me when I say I don't have one lol
15. What's a wip you want to finish, but doubt you ever will? (puts head in my hands) I don’t want to way I won’t finish things but I have multiple rongzhi wips still on the back burner (I’m committed to finishing at least ONE of them for sure)… Ugh, but of the fics I've already started posting, I doubt I’ll ever finish The Nineteenth Year of Chenghua or after the autumn breeze. Sadly, I was a little too ambitious about starting both multi-chapter fics. I’m more broken up about the former though, because it is EXACTLY my cup of tea… as a reader! Lol. I don't know... Maybe... I have bits and pieces written but 🙄
16. What are your writing strengths? I wanna say uhhhh dialogue?? According to trusted sources (much screaming and cursing), I have also been known to write some pretty devastating angst!
17. What are your writing weaknesses? Description for sure… Plot… sometimes, if there is one… Probably not the best…
18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic? I'll write other languages into the dialogue of a fic if it's in character/appropriate. I don't see any issue in that—only issue is for ME... if I don't speak the language, I have to research how to make it not sound too machine translated, because I know how silly that will come across to native/fluent speakers if they read it. Even for my cfandom fics, there are some words like honorifics that I just romanise because I don't like to translate them to whatever the eng subs say.
19. First fandom you wrote for? I wrote Harry Potter fanfic in third grade before I knew what fanfic was, I guess. And then I wrote Harry Potter x Twilight fanfic in middle school once I did ... No, I do not come from noble beginnings... No, the HPxTwi crossovers are not the one that shall not be named. I also wrote a lot of X-men (comics) fanfic before I knew what fic was!
20. Favorite fic you've written? HMMM… Kind of partial to Bolt From The Blue (Is it bc Susu has gassed me up about it so much? Who can say?) (jk, I am very proud of that one and I did enjoy write it a lot!). More recently, I really like writing In the Blink of an Eye, just because it was in 2nd person which I haven’t written since my Homestuck days (you’ll never find those fics either). It was just fun to write!

First Look: The Ferrari Purosangue
After years of anticipation by the international automotive fraternity, Ferrari has unveiled the Purosangue, the first ever four-door, four-seater car in the Prancing Horse’s 75-year history.
Since the marque’s earliest years, 2+2 cars (i.e. with two front and two smaller back seats) have played a significant role in its strategy. Many Ferraris have made combining benchmark performance with first class comfort one of the pillars of their success. Now, in the culmination of 75 years of leading-edge research, Ferrari has created a car that is unique on the world stage: not only do performance, driving pleasure and comfort coexist in perfect harmony, but it is also a peerless encapsulation of the Prancing Horse’s iconic DNA. This is the reason why the name Purosangue, Italian for ‘thoroughbred’, was chosen.
To enable the company to achieve the ambitious goals set for this project and create a car worthy of a place in its range, a completely different layout and innovative proportions compared to modern GT archetypes (so-called crossovers and SUVs) were adopted. The average modern GT’s engine is mounted forwards in the car, almost straddling the front axle with the gearbox coupled directly to it; this results in less than optimal weight distribution that delivers driving dynamics and driving pleasure well short of the standards of excellence to which Prancing Horse clients and enthusiasts have become accustomed.
The Purosangue, on the other hand, has a mid-front-mounted engine with the gearbox at the rear to create a sporty transaxle layout. The Power Transfer Unit (PTU) is coupled in front of the engine to provide a unique 4×4 transmission. This delivers exactly the 49:51% weight distribution that Maranello’s engineers deem optimal for a mid-front-engined sports car.
The Purosangue stands head and shoulders above the rest of the market thanks to its performance and comfort. It is the only car with these proportions to sport a mid-front-mounted, naturally-aspirated V12. Maranello’s most iconic engine debuts in this brand new configuration to ensure the car unleashes more power than any other in the segment (725 cv) whilst guaranteeing the most enthralling Ferrari engine soundtrack. Furthermore, it can deliver 80% torque even at low revs for unique driving pleasure at all times.
The Purosangue’s aero development focused on making the bodywork, underbody and rear diffuser as efficient as possible. New solutions include synergy between the front bumper and wheel arch trim which generates an air curtain that aerodynamically seals the front wheels, preventing turbulent transverse air flows being generated.
Ferrari has also given the Purosangue the very latest iterations of the vehicle dynamic control systems introduced on its most powerful and exclusive sports cars, including independent four-wheel steering and ABS ‘evo’ with the 6-way Chassis Dynamic Sensor (6w-CDS). Making its world debut is the new Ferrari active suspension system. This very effectively controls body roll in corners as well as the tyre contact patch over high-frequency bumps to deliver the same performance and handling response as in one of the marque’s sports cars.
The all-new chassis has a carbon-fibre roof as standard to keep weight down and lower the centre of gravity. Redesigning the bodyshell from scratch also meant the designers could incorporate rear-hinged back doors (welcome doors) to make ingress and egress easier while keeping the car as compact as possible. The cabin has four generous heated electric seats that will comfortably accommodate four adults. The boot is the largest ever seen on a Ferrari and the rear seats fold to increase the luggage space. Naturally enough, the Purosangue has a more commanding driving position than other Ferraris, but the configuration is the same as on every other Ferrari. As a result, the driving position is still intimate and close to the floor to provide greater connection to the car’s dynamic capabilities.
The Purosangue offers class-leading performance figures (from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.3 s and from 0 to 200 in 10.6 s); the driving position and the heady, naturally-aspirated V12 soundtrack deliver an entirely new yet also entirely Ferrari driving experience. The fact that a vast array of comfort-focused content is provided as standard, such as the Burmester© audio system, and that the many optional extras including the brand-new Alcantara® upholstery, derived from certified recycled polyester, make the Purosangue the most complete four-door, four-seater in the segment.

Fanfic Crossover Prompt?
I noticed there are way too few Clexa and Supercorp Crossover Fics...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Just hear me out, k?
Supergirl /DCTV has established parallel worlds and plenty (accidental) ways to end up in an alternative world. Time travel is also very much established (kinda sorta in both shows)
The 100 canonically even has aliens (but this would be better!)
Each ship has a "blue-eyed blonde that came from the sky (from a more scientifically advanced world)" and an "ambitious and revolutionary green('ish)-eyed brunette in a powerful position"
...with the blondes being artistically inclined and the brunettes educated strategists
Lena and Lexa may have a secret hand-shake over the whole "love is weakness" mantra (or just cooly blank-faced share a nod of mutual understanding)
Kara's cousin is named Clark and Lena's brother is named Lex (Clexa: "Oh, are they close?" - SC: "...well, they are constantly at each other's throats?")
Nia would be very confusing - especially if she's still alive, bc seeing her may give Lena a mini heart-attack
Jackson may also look vaguely familiar to Kara...
(Charlotte would prolly already be "gone"...)
There is fun to be had with the character dynamics, Lexa and Kara being the heart-eyes ones, Clarke and Lena (whilst just as infatuated) try to play things cool
Lena would have a field day with the night blood (actually, she'd need a fix to survive in the radioactive world of The 100, unless she has a magical solution at hand)
Kara could single-handedly fix the 2nd Praimfaya situation (with some guidance by Lena)
Raven and Lena prolly would hit it off rather well
by the power of fanfic even the age difference between the characters can be either reduced or ignored
or Lena and Kara become sort of mentors / advisors to Heda and Wanheda
Lexa having a sparring session with "Olympics level fencer" Lena
Kara and Clarke ooh'ing and aaah'ing at Earth's nature together
Kara getting roped into beer-pong and owning it even without using her powers, not for her skills but bc she can't get drunk
Clexa may even help a canonically supposedly "best friends" Supercorp to "see the light" (Clexa: "Uhm, guys? That is not really what best friends are for...")
Play with Lena struggling in the forest or prove herself to be actually pretty apt in her survival skills
Lena coming into Polis being all like "I can fix this up. Someone give me some paper. Kara, time to flex those muscles of yours."
Kara "accidentally" sneezing too hard and freeze-breath scaring the daylights out of Titus before baldie can screw things up
Katie Lena in a more medieval leathery get-up!!!!
Kara on a horsey!! (or floating next to the group riding, cooing at the animals)
Both Kara and Lena having experience with "adults" and their schemes and politics messing things up, spot signs early and help Clexa take care of Pike et others...
Eventually (after saving their world) Lena finding the energy signatures below polis of the portal-thingy, figuring the puzzle out in 3.7 seconds and rewiring it to send them back home...
...and so. much. more!
But, really, it can go anyway you'd like:
Fun and light, or more serious and angsty; a whole fix-it for The 100 or set anywhen you want, pre-Kara's identity reveal (s3'ish?) or post-finale (witch!Lena ?); innocent or smut; SC just being the "little helpers" or ultimate heroes; lovey-dovey or tension-filled Clexa; powering down Kara somehow or just letting her be her super-charged self; a short adventure or a novel-sized tale...

Please, dear authors, feel inspired! ö.ö

Aaand we'll call that good. Now to see if I get any nibbles...
(I know the game says tag a person for each WIP but I don't think I've got that many writing acquaintances on here, so instead I've got one person per fandom grouping)

Interview With a Writer
Tumblr media
Artwork by @lonnson 💜
Continuing with my series is @lonnson, who does not only create amazing pieces but can write as well. 💜 I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to allow me to gush over your story and answering my questions!
As always, you can look over the masterlist to see the other amazing authors I have spoken with. This series is just a BTS of some of the talented minds on Tumblr and ao3. 💜
Tumblr media
Story: Winterwood on ao3
Paring: Aemond Targaryen x OFC
Rating/Warning: SA mentioned, graphic depictions of violence, major character death.
So, when did you start writing? I've liked coming up with stories since I was a kid but I never really wrote them down (I was more of an artist than a writer). I think my first "real" fanfiction was a crossover between Downton Abbey and a popular German detective audiobook series (very niche, I know 😅).
It was my first attempt at writing fanfiction and I have no idea if it was any good but at the end of the day it helped me get started on writing (hopefully) better stuff so it wasn't a waste of time.
What inspired this story? I really got into the gothic horror genre and dark fairytale retellings last year and read a lot of books with that vibe.
The main bit of inspiration definitely came from "The Wolf and the Woodsman" by Ava Reid, which is about a girl and a one-eyed prince. When I watched House of the Dragon later that year, I immediately thought of that novel again.
I also took some inspiration from fantasy movies I love, like Stardust or The Chronicles of Narnia.
I wanted to do creepy creatures to pop-up in my story, like the bat creatures that were inspired by the cliff ghasts from His Dark Materials. And I also love reading books about bloodthirsty faeries so I thought they fit the vibe (of Winterwood) as well.
I also love the book "Vaesen" by Johan Egerkrans about spirits and monsters from Scandinavian folklore!
Can you explain your interpretation of Aemond? What drives him in Winterwood? What made him the way he is? I wanted to keep him relatively close to canon, because I do enjoy a good morally-grey character with villain tendencies. But obviously I also wanted to explore some stuff with him that's just my personal interpretation of Aemond.
In my story, Rhaenyra is Queen, Aegon has been executed and Aemond has been exiled to be a Night's Watch man. He's still ambitious and proud, but he's also been disillusioned by life. He can be testy and cranky but he's also feeling very lonely. He's done bad things during the war and they still haunt him.
I also really wanted him to be somewhere on the asexual spectrum because I'm always drawn to characters who could potentially be ace in how they're portrayed in canon.
My take on Aemond is that he's never really experienced a lot of affection in his life and therefore craves but also fears it. He's interested in swordplay, studies and dragons but he's not a womanizer. And I really wanted to keep his "bad" traits. He's judgmental, testy and very, very guarded. He opens up to others at the speed of a glacier.
What inspired your character creation Lya/Skaðe? Her character kind of developed naturally as I wrote the first chapter. I didn't want her to be "Aemond's love interest", I wanted her to be the second main character of the story.
She's as complicated as him and they're not so different from each other, which is why they don't get along at all in the beginning. They're lone wolfs, capable fighters and don't trust easily. Lya follows her own agenda and keeps some secrets that are potentially dangerous... Her name is spelled very similar to "liar" which may be a hint to her not being entirely trustworthy.
You already hinted at it, but you prefer to draw or to write? Drawing, definitely. I've drawn since I was a kid and it's still my main creative outlet. I think about fictional scenarios about 85% of the day (😅), but only very few of them are coherent enough to actually write them down. I'd LOVE to write a book though, that's the dream. Do you have a personal favorite story you'd like to share? If you happen to be a fan of The Suicide Squad, I loved anchorage by mentallyillmermaid on ao3 (I'm one of the ten people who are really into the Polka-Dot Man x Ratcatcher ship haha)

Once upon a time, in a charming little village nestled amidst rolling hills, lived a mischievous and curious ferret. Unlike other ferrets who were content with their daily adventures, he possessed an insatiable desire for exploration and communication.
He had a unique hobby: writing letters. With his tiny paws and nimble fingers, he would carefully craft heartfelt messages on delicate parchment, expressing his thoughts, dreams, and musings. However, there was a dilemma - the village's post office was simply too close for his taste. He yearned for his letters to embark on grand adventures, just like he did.
One sunny morning, as the ferret strolled along the outskirts of the village, he spotted a magnificent pegasus gracefully gliding through the sky. The sight filled him with inspiration. With a mischievous twinkle in his eyes, he hatched a plan.
Approaching the pegasus, the ferret introduced himself and shared his ambitious idea. He explained that he longed to send his letters to a faraway post office, to places he had never seen. He asked her if she would be willing to take on the role of a postal courier and deliver his letters to distant lands.
Intrigued by his enthusiasm and enchanted by his whimsical idea, the pegasus agreed without hesitation. She recognized the beauty of spreading messages of love, friendship, and dreams across the world. With a gentle nod and a flutter of her wings, she accepted her new role as the ferret's loyal messenger.
And so the ferret immediately wrote a letter to the Alchemist and gave it to the pegasus who took it with grace.
Curious, she asked what is written and he replied: "a follow up from the Ace Attorney ask where maybe they had the Professor Layton crossover.
(I really enjoy writing these intros tbh)"
The pegasus landed in front of the alchemist’s atelier, being careful not to land on the small flower garden that was organized into small patches, each with a small wooden sign posts that seemed to be about each flower’s name and the meaning of their names. On the other side of the little atelier was a well that seemed to be close to overflowing right now that the pegasus was afraid just walking near it would shake the ground so slightly but it would be enough for the water to pour out of the well.
The pegasus walked towards the door of the atelier and neighed. When the door did not open, she cautiously walked around to check the window. The atelier’s lights were on and there seemed to be two cauldrons currently on the fire. Some kind of glowing and flaming ball that looked like a small sun was on the table, kept still by some sort of apparatus that the pegasus have never seen before. A few notes seemed to be lying on the floor in a hurry and there was a box filled with both mundane and strange items on the floor right next to one of the cauldrons.
The pegasus walked around the atelier to check for any clues to where the Alchemist was but she was willing to wait if the alchemist was currently out. She did promise to deliver the message and she intended to give it to the Alchemist personally.
Once she returned to the front of the atelier, she turned around to try and look for a place to rest while waiting for the Alchemist, only to find that a disheveled and dirty-looking Alchemist walking back to the atelier from the direction of the forest that the pegasus had seen to be the stomping grounds of many monsters.
“Are you alright?” The pegasus asked worriedly and looked at the Alchemist’s clothes. They must have been clean at one point but, right now, they were caked with…
“It’s not mud.” The Alchemist corrected the pegasus’ thoughts. They sighed and tried but failed to take out whatever was stuck on their hair as they explained, “it’s clay.”
“Clay?”
“Yeah…” The Alchemist sighed once more and opened their gathering bag where a lone small axe that seemed to have seen better days and more of the substance dirtying them was stored, “There was a slight incident with the cauldron I was using and this clay got away. Had to chase it around the forest.”
The pegasus looked at the Alchemist with a worrying expression and the Alchemist said calmly, “The cauldron malfunctioned. I’m planning to rebuild it, maybe change some of its traits or something.”
The Alchemist waved their hand as they said, “Anyway, enough about my monthly required physical exercise. Can I help you with anything?”
“Oh yes.” The pegasus showed the small bag they had and explained, “I have a request from a dear friend of mine.”
“Oh. Well, the small cauldrons should still be working…” The alchemist placed their basket down and walked towards the flank of the pegasus where the bag was. They slowly opened the bag and took out the only content in it.
The alchemist took a step back from the pegasus and opened the letter, reading it quickly and nodding to themselves.
“Oh… well…” The alchemist smiled as they mumbled to themselves, “This will be chaotic.”
(I'm enjoying these intros too)
.
Here’s the Ace Attorney AU idea with a long-suffering Shaun and a harem for Desmond
So… we have two options:
(1) We go for the crossover route where the Ace Attorney AU idea is crossed over with another series or franchise.
(2) We keep this contained into AC characters.
Regardless, the main idea remains the same:
Shaun and Desmond (Desmond’s harem being part of this chaos is optional) are transported into a medieval-looking town where there’s a witchhunt going on and Shaun defends the supposed ‘witch’.
The second party also meets up with Shaun and Desmond and they are more on the side of trying to look for what the hell is really happening and then checks up with Shaun and Desmond every now and then to give them more background about the town or to tell them about what they found out in general.
Whichever scenario we decide to run, our ‘Storyteller’ would be a mysterious glowing figure only known as the Reader.
And the defendant?
No matter what route we choose, it will always be a young woman named ‘Layla Hassan’.
Now…
For the Professor Layton side:
(1) Pure Crossover Chaos
Of course, we can go for the usual two main crossovers for a Desmond-centric (even if the POV of this idea will and forever be Shaun for Shaun’s maximum suffering) ideas: Infamous and/or Prototype. In this scenario, either we go for Alex and Delsin (who ends up becoming part of Desmond’s harem, ofc, sorry-not-sorry Shaun) or we keep it contain to one of the two series which will give us: Alex + Dana (or Ragland who would give us a doctor-focused investigative information and a “I am too human for this shit” setup) or Delsin + (Eugene for maximum shenanigans, Fetch to both tease and keep Delsin focused or Reggie so we can add some angst of this being a postgame!Delsin and a pregame!Reggie)
We go for a complete Ubisoft only crossover event which means: watch_dog (Aiden + T-Bone if you wanna keep it contained to the first game although Jacks could be the Luke to Aiden’s Layton instead), Prince of Persia (Sands of Time!Prince + Farah/Kaileena or Nolan North’s Prince + Elika or even the movie Prince (Dastan) + Tamina) or… Splinter Cell with Sam and maybe Sarah?
Go beyond and pick any other franchise you wanna add to this crossover. Hell, it could be the original Phoenix Wright or even Professor Layton. Make a reference to me having an AC/COD crossover by making this another CODMW crossover with Soap and Ghost. Give it a multiverse spin and go for Miles/Gwen or Hobbie/Pavitr (Miguel crashing in later on to spoil the fun and get back the missing Spideys optional). The sky’s the limit at this point.
Of course, the inhabitants of this town could be completely different versions of the characters of both AC and whichever other series/franchise you want to use as crossover (for example, if we’re going for Alex + Delsin combo, they’ll see a version of Dana and Reggie in town who don’t know who they are and are living different lives but still acting like the person Alex or Delsin knew).
Oooorrr we can make this a three-way (four way if we’re going for the Alex + Delsin combo) crossover and make the entire town another completely different series/franchise like say… BBC Merlin or Witcher… Hell, we can even go for broke and make our Labyrinthia fucking Yharnam from Bloodborne, really hammer in the nightmare fuel for poor, poor Shaun. Also, we don’t have to keep it as purely medieval (although the witchhunt would thematical work best with that kind of setup) and go for Cyberpunk’s Night City or London in watch_dog Legions if we’re making this an Ubisoft Only crossover.
If you really, really want to give Shaun a headache… Rabbids. The entire town and all of its inhabitants are aaaalllll Rabbids. They’re dressed up as any crossover you want BUT they’re all fucking Rabbids.
(2) Keep It Contained to the AC ‘Verse
Okay, so this one I think would be interesting.
There’s no Desmond Miles or Shaun Hastings BUT every other person in the medieval looking town/castle/labyrinth?
They’re all AC characters and… it’s heavily implied that this entire thing may or may not be an Animus simulation.
To be more specific, Layla Hassan, the defendant, has no idea where she is because the last thing she remembers is that her body died to save the world and she should be in the Gray with the Reader looking for ways to save the world from the catastrophes that just keep on coming.
She recognized everyone but they’re definitely not who she thinks they are.
And, we’re going to twist this a bit to make the Layton part be a trio instead of only a duo: Bayek, Kassandra and Eivor and:
Bayek’s last memories is the ending of the Hidden One DLC
Kassandra’s last memories is dying after giving Layla the staff
Eivor’s last memories is living in Vinland after leaving Ravensthorpe
So, Layla is sure that this might be some sort of screwed up Animus simulation.
Shaun is offended.
Desmond is distracted because…
The prosecutors for Layla’s witchhunts?
Of course they’re Altaïr, Ezio, and Ratonhnhaké:ton.
Dun dun dun.
Side bar:
There will come a time when Shaun would just go:
“I can’t believe I’m saying this, Desmond, but we need some time. Distract the prosecutors.”
Layla frowns at him as she asked, “How is he supposed to distract them?”
Shaun ignores Layla as he said, “Flirt with them. Have sex with them, I don’t care. Just distract them.”
“What.”
“Not sure about the sex part but, yeah, okay, I’ll flirt with them.”
.
Smashcut to Desmond now being in trial for witchcraft and his main ‘sin’ is that he had bewitched the three main prosecutors with love potions or plain old witchcraft.
“Oh my god, Desmond! Will there never be a year when you don’t become a suspect?!”
“Hey, at least it’s not murder this time. This is progress, Shaun.”

☔Is there a fic concept you have that you'd like to just explain and share because you're not sure you'll ever write it? If so, what is it?
Back when I was younger, I was even more ambitious than I am now when it comes to big projects. I would come up with these epic, sprawling universes with what would have to have been 40 chapter concepts, at least -- easily 150k fics, and, because I was young and earnest and didn't know what I was in for, I'd commit to them.
And one of them was a fic that was a sort of crossover between Dracula and its Icelandic translation, Makt Myrkanna. Now, Makt is an oddball -- you'll notice that while I said it's a translation...there's a crossover. The reason is that. Well. It seems that whoever was in charge of translating it...took some liberties. A LOT of liberties. A lot of major plotpoints were radically reworked -- Jonathan's time at the castle was RADICALLY different, with a single vampire lady with an epic backstory who talks to him several times instead of the three iconic "Brides" that we know now, a cult of....extremely unfortunate Victorian stereotypes of "less evolved" or "primitive" humanoids who conduct human sacrifice in Dracula's basement, Lucy is not actually killed (because the author of the Icelandic translation, who was working off the Swedish translation...seemingly forgot?), Van Helsing goes to jail, Jonathan's killed. (The cowboy lives.) It's BATSHIT.
And I wanted to write this epic, epic fic around the concept of the Countess, that vampire lady, and Lucy tearing shit up. You know, I wanted to show the Countess stepping in as a sort of makeshift sire/mentor figure and lover for Lucy, who is making the transition from becoming a society girl to a vampire, throwing off her preconceptions about society and morality, seeing them go across Europe (there was actually a brief reference to Polidori's The Vampyre) when they were in Greece, seeing them adapt to the end of the 19th century. Their central conflict would have come from the Countess, who had an abusive husband (in canon! Who might or might not be Dracula himself, the evidence is conflicting) who basically...locked her in her room with her lover until he committed suicide (it's implied she banged him to death, what an icon), not really wanting to admit that she loves Lucy, and Lucy trying to content herself with that. There would also have been a B line running across it of the Crew of Light as they tried to continue hunting them, with a grief-stricken, widowed Mina (because remember: Dracula killed Jonathan in the final encounter) eventually facing down both of them but being unable to finish them off, with the second to last chapter being a note from the Countess (whose name is revealed in the epilogue to be "Dolingen", from "Dracula's Guest") basically telling her that she wasn't a dumb shit like Dracula, she wasn't going to try to invade England, she's sparing her for Lucy's sake, and to leave her alone in turn.
There was a LOT of good stuff with this fic, honestly, there was a lot of potential. Honestly, I think that the initial sex scene between Lucy and the Countess (taking place near a corpse, because, as we know, I Cannot Write A Normal And Non-Unsettling Sex Scene) is still one of the best sex scenes I've written -- I was a 19 year old undergrad, taking classes on Monsters in Fiction, Serial Killers on Page and Screen, Crime in Fiction, Dangerous Journeys in Fiction (which gave me the chance to reread Dracula!) going batshit insane and horny in a way that I was never able to quite replicate as I got older and more self conscious, writing about two hot vampire ladies having sex. I was in heaven. Or Hell. And I did do a lot of research for it, down to checking which operas were performing at the Graz Opernhaus in 1908 just to make sure that, when they were staying there, the selection would be accurate. I read a lot of 19th century vampire lit from the time -- Polidori's The Vampyre, I reread Carmilla, Das Grabmal auf dem Père Lachaise by Karl Hans Strobl (....given the name and that he lived into the 1940s...don't look at some of the other things he wrote), Paul Feval's The Vampire Countess, Eric Stenbock's "The True Story of a Vampire", I really, fully immersed myself in the world of 19th century vampire lore.
And I made good progress on it! 10,000 words! It wasn't like I wrote two pages and was done with it. But the problem was, honestly, as time went on...It felt like it was dragging on too much, like I was dragging the slowburn, which felt artificial for the Countess' character in Makt Myrkanna. She DOES have a tragic backstory, but she is also someone who is clearly here for a good time. Too much angst, too much heaviness between the two of them. It was too...human, you know? In fact, the entire section after the initial meeting/Lucy coming into her own under the Countess' mentorship felt artificial and dragged out, there to fit a certain idea I had coming in rather than anything natural. And the beginning wasn't the part that I had written out. So...I think that there's something redeemable in there, I think it might be able to rise from its vampiric slumber one day, with sections of it modernized to my writing style now, but it's going to be some time, probably. Which is a pity because I do love the two of them together, they are probably one of my favorite F/F relationships that I've written even if I didn't feel like I did the dynamic justice.

Spn/Win Crossover Week: Prompt List
day one: thirty(ish) years later (dec 7th)
for this prompt, let’s say all goes well for carlos, latika, and ada. three decades pass and they all live well into spn canon. where do you think they ended up? how did they mourn mary, and do they have any relationship with sam and dean? how did they react to various canon crises, like the apocalypse, godstiel, or the fall of the angels? did they reunite with mary in season 12? tackle any of these questions or answer some of your own!
day two: groovy immortals (dec 8th)
spn featured tons of characters who have lived for centuries and would have been around in the 1970’s. billie, rowena, crowley, dagon, ruby, meg, cain, lily sunder, any of the angels… that’s just to name a few. pick one (or more, if you want to be ambitious), imagine how they might have been in the 70’s, and have them cross paths with mary, carlos, latika, and/or the rest. what happens?
day three: mortal contemporaries (dec 9th)
not every familiar spn character who was around in the 70’s had to be immortal to get there. imagine how a younger bobby, rufus, ellen, missouri, linda tran, tasha banes, or whoever else might get along with the characters in spnwin. even constance welch (the woman in white from pilot) would have been alive, since she only died in the 80’s. or imagine mary and the others rescuing a baby from a monster and that baby turns out to be jimmy novak. be as creative or dramatic as you want!
day four: back to the future (dec 10th)
now imagine one or more characters from spn (to whom the previous two prompts would not already apply) has been thrown into the past by some supernatural means, landing them in the early 70’s. naturally they bump into one or more characters from spnwin. what happens then?
day five: unoriginal cast (dec 11th)
pick an episode of spn with a concept or gimmick that interests you. think episodes like mystery spot, changing channels, or regarding dean. now imagine a version of that episode with the characters in the winchesters instead. how do they handle the situation? do they end up solving the problem or saving the day differently? alternatively, pick something that happens in spnwin to put sam and dean through.
day six: endverse (dec 12th)
remember the prompt for day one? now take those older versions of carlos, latika, and ada and imagine them in the dystopian reality from 5x04. what are they like now? how do they handle living in a post-apocalyptic world? incorporate endverse cas and dean if you want. (if you’re not interested in endverse, you can skip this day or make up an au of your own, as long as it crosses over between spn and spnwin in some way.)
day seven: encore (dec 13th)
these prompts ask big questions that might be too much to cover in one fic or drawing. so for day seven, pick a concept or idea from one of the past days that you didn’t get to include or elaborate on and go for it! (if you don’t feel compelled to revisit any of the previous prompts or are just fresh out of ideas, consider this a free space to just write or draw whatever you want!)

20 Questions for Fic Writers
Thank you so much for the tag @zealouswerewolfcollector ! 💛💚
1. How many works do you have on ao3? 16, as of today! I tend to compile my ficlets (<2k) and drabbles into one place.
2. What's your total ao3 word count? 95483. So close to 100k! Soon.
3. What fandoms do you write for? Silmarillion, LoTR, and one other fandom that I shall not name here (it's visible on my ao3 though lol).
4. What are your top five fics by kudos? I'll list the Tolkien ones:
Promise of Happiness : A kidnap fam fic! They tend to be popular in our fandom, don't they?
Words They Said : Collection of my dialogue-centric ficlets.
To Learn Thy Song : My beloved Aragorn/Lothiriel post-war WIP!
Where do we go? : The first fic I wrote for this fandom. It's a Feanorion bonding short piece.
They Named it Love : Unrequited Russingon with aroace Mae!
5. Do you respond to comments? Usually yes. I try to. But I've missed some due to irl constraints... they haunt me though.
6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? Oh this is a difficult question. Maybe Kinslayer in Truth? Yeah, Maedhros dies in that one 😶
7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? Oh easily, Promise of Happiness! It's there in the name. And Loveless too! It's a good warm one with father-son bonding and aroace Fingon.
8. Do you get hate on fics? Nope. The only kind of silent readers writers are happy about are the outraged ones.
9. Do you write smut? Ah I really cannot imagine myself ever writing that. Smut and I are acquaintances and no more. I mean, as a reader I search it up once in a blue moon, but on a regular day, you cannot tempt me into even reading it, much less writing it. It's a skip for me.
10. Do you write crossovers? Again nope. I'm not a fan of crossovers either. I've read some brilliant ones, but I don't see the appeal myself... One canon universe is already too big for me to handle.
11. Have you ever had a fic stolen? I don't write that good for that to happen lmao. (But I once had my poetry stolen. It was a bot copying the site I posted on. I was so mad I got DMCA to hide the links from showing up in searches at least.)
12. Have you ever had a fic translated? Yes! In the other fandom I write for, someone translated my fic into Vietnamese. Very happy for that.
13. Have you ever co-written a fic before? No... my writing habits don't allow a collaboration, it's too sporadic. But I beta read once or twice! It was nice.
14. What's your all time favourite ship? Me/my metaphorical pen. It's an on and off again, tragic ship with misunderstandings and periods of abandonment. It feels like unrequited love at times, but I hope it's not and that they can live hea 🥺. Jokes aside, as a reader, sure, there are many across various fandoms, but as a writer, I do not.
15. What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will? This is a sinister question 😭 wdym I doubt I'll finish. I have every hope to finish it someday! The fic is To Learn Thy Song btw. My most ambitious project to date.
16. What are your writing strengths? Oh, one-liners easily. They're different from dialogues to me as they can also be set into narration. I get these singular lines in my mind and I centre whole fics around them. They're strengths as they drive my writing instead of hampering it. That said, I also believe characters and their inter-personal dynamics are a pillar I build my fics on.
17. What are your writing weaknesses? Besides writing itself 😅? Plot. I don't think I've ever written a fic with solid plot. I'm also quite slow with setting up and switching scenes. Mostly, descriptions and fillers are difficult for me.
18. Thoughts on writing dialogues in another language in a fic. I would rather use italics and bolded letters to convey different languages. Most readers, myself included, do not bother reading all those foreign letters, they just look for the translation instead at the bottom. One or two words, though, can enhance the reading experience instead of detracting from it.
19. First fandom you wrote for? Supernatural! Funnily enough, that fic is my most popular one. Though given the size of that fandom, it's not as surprising, but given the quality of my writing then? Very very shocking honestly!
20. Favourite fic you've written? Right now, Loveless. 💔
I truly don't know who has done this already so if you see this and haven't answered these already, I dare you to @ me and just do it! 😝

Dreamkeeper and The Final Reaper's Game of Nanami Chiaki for your project ask game? 🥺👉👈
THANK YOUUUU
(ask me about one of my wips and i'll tell you about it)
Dreamkeeper is probably one of the least developed on the list but i still like the concept so i've hung onto it for a while
The very very basic gist is that there is a magic princess of another realm whose job is to be the Dreamkeeper, taking care of the wishes of others from other worlds until they can be granted. She's guarded by a knight who is very devoted to her and it's very gay. But then there's some kind of tragedy, and the princess is killed, and her knight is somehow locked into an ageless immortality, so the knight has to go on a journey through various lifetimes to find the princess every time she reincarnates and try to protect her until she can become the Dreamkeeper again, while still fighting off the same villains who killed the princess in the first place.
I still have the oooooldddd chibimaker designs i made of them ;w;
Tumblr media Tumblr media
left is the princess, Sarai, in one of her reincarnated forms as a more modern girl. left is Min-Su, her knight. i'd probably do some tweaks to the designs nowadays, esp. since chibimaker didn't have options for natural hair.
The Final Reaper's Game of Nanami Chiaki is a weird Danganronpa / The World Ends With You crossover I was fiddling with about a year ago. The basic gist is that there are four simultaneous stories at different time frames with four different protagonists, all of which come together to slowly piece together the narrative:
In story one, Chiaki is the protagonist. It's directly after the real life Chiaki dies in the DGR3 Despair Arc, and she wakes up in the Reaper's game with no memories of her time at Hope's Peak. She makes a pact with an OC to get through the game and figure out what's going on while seeing the aftermath of the Tragedy play out in the Realground.
In story two, the protagonist is Komaeda. It starts right after he kills himself in DGR2, and he too wakes up in the Reaper's Game. In this game, surprisingly, he runs into Chiaki as well, and they form a pact to take on the game.
In story three, the protagonist is Makoto. This part takes place directly after the events of the DGR3 Future Arc, right after they have all escaped the death game in the future foundation. Makoto is taken aside by Komaeda who gives him a cup of water that turns out to be poisoned, killing Makoto, and he wakes up in the Reaper's Game - once again met by Chiaki, who forms a pact with him.
And in story four, the protagonist is Hajime, starting right after he witnesses Komaeda killing Makoto and stopping Komaeda from also drinking poison. While trying to figure out while Komaeda did this, he meets a very strange young man by the name of Joshua who encourages him to start poking into some strange happenings around the ruins of the city around Hope's Peak academy.
all four stories are supposed to intertwine to solve the mystery of why Chiaki seems to show up in all of them, and why the Reaper's Game is being played so many times/what it has to do with the Tragedy.
it was more ambitious than i could handle at the time, but I'd like to take another crack at it sometime.
thank you again for asking, i hope it was interesting :)

SHAKIRA AND CARDI B - PUNTERÍA
youtube
Shakira makes comments about Barbie, we make comments about Shakira... Greta Gerwig and Margot Robbie you have 24 hours to release a statement about us to complete the circle...
[5.62]
Harlan Talib Ockey: “Puntería” is a no-thoughts-head-empty ode to sex. Without context, it’s fun, but it’s hard to forget that it just doesn’t have anything like the righteous fury of “Bzrp Music Sessions” or the caustic groove of “Te Felicito.” Cardi puts in an MVP performance, breezily singing a third of the song herself, and it’s ultimately their chemistry that makes this worth it. [5]
Claire Biddles: This only really livens up when Shakira and Cardi sound like they're in the same room -- I'd love to hear a song where they're riffing off each other the whole way through. [5]
Leah Isobel: Something about this brings out my cynicism. None of it is bad, and some of it is quite good -- Shakira singing about her G-spot, for instance. I like the trancey "Realiti" synth in the chorus, too. But mostly when I hear this I hear an attempt to recreate "Kiss Me More," and I'm a little Kiss Me Bored. [5]
Dave Moore: It didn't seem like rocket science to just give Shakira more of the sound she perfected on her Bzrp Music Session (check), then make a mini-album out of it (check) and tack on all the great stuff she put out in the last year or so to fill out the runtime (check). But I would not have guessed the secret weapon on this particular song would be Cardi B taking to the proceedings so naturally that you start to lose track of who's singing when they start passing melody lines back and forth in the second half. So now I also want Cardi B to make a Shakira album. [8]
Will Adams: Neither disappointing nor surprising that Shaki would follow up an international smash with a redux that sands off its predecessor's edges for the palatable lite-disco of "Say So" or "Lottery" or "Kiss Me More" or (or or or or). The real crime is for a duo of performers as vibrant and charismatic as Shakira and Cardi to sound this boring. [4]
Isabel Cole: Two stars known for more dramatic modes turn up the sweetness for a frothy little bauble, like the aural equivalent of girls' night. No one sounds like they're working very hard, in a good way; they're having fun, and so am I! [7]
Jacob Sujin Kuppermann: "Say So"ification comes for even our most charismatic pop stars -- lite retro production, indistinctly horny sentiments, a vague malaise creeping up even as the beat loops jauntily. It's not bad per se -- I will hear this at parties for the next six months and bop my head along without a second of regret tied directly to the song -- but I can't help but feel like there ought to be something more; I'd rather have an ambitious failure of a crossover track (remember the Shakira-Rihanna Ska Explosion?) than a distinctly unmemorable set of pleasantries. [6]
TA Inskeep: A mildly sexy empty-calories jam that I can't remember I heard five minutes later. [6]
Nortey Dowuona: David Stewart, who is possibly a millionaire from producing a BTS song you don't know (unless you are hardcore ARMY or a person who listens to a radio station) has now created another song for Shakira you won't remember after this year (unless you are a hardcore Cardi B fan or a person who listens to a radio station). Will this one make him a billionaire? Find out on: BIG, MEGA, FORGETTABLE, RADIO SMASHER. Hosted by Cardi B. [4]
Ian Mathers: Cardi B singing in Spanish is surprisingly close to Shakira here, when she just takes a chorus near the end if I hadn't been watching the video I might not have noticed the switch until she mentions her own name. Which is not a criticism! I wish I could fit in on a Shakira song, especially a decent one like this, so neatly.  [7]
Alfred Soto: I hear voices like theirs at checkout lines and on FaceTime chats: two distinctly Hispanic lilts crashing against each other like sea spray against rock. Listening to each other is besides the point. "Puntería" reminds me of those exchanges. Pure idiomatic expression for expression's sake, it puts an arm around the listener then ignores her. [6]
Kayla Beardslee: Apparently scientists still have not found a cure to the "Say So" substitutes epidemic since I last did this bit two months ago. Everyone, our time on this planet as a species is finite: it's up to us to band together and figure out how to de-chintz the pop girl singles before it's too late. “Puntería” is an extremely average addition to the "Say So" imitators’ shelf, but having Shakira on a track will always be worth an extra point. At least I learned a new Spanish word! [6]
Katherine St. Asaph: EDITOR'S NOTE: Due to an oversight in the selection process, we have covered "Not My Fault" twice. We regret the error. [4]

([Yet Another] 'Questions for Fic Writers') Multiples of 9!
9. Have you ever collaborated with someone else on a fic?
I was in The Old Guard Reverse Bang 2022, and you can see the original post here.
I've never collaborated on a mutual writing project however, but maybe the current spate of Napoleonic roleplaying blogs qualifies. I didn't expect to hit angst with Murat so soon, but he'll be back to his glittery self soon at some point.
18. Are there any fics or authors that have been particularly influential or inspiring to you?
There's a number of authors who've influenced my fics, including Octavia Butler, Robert J. Sawyer, Marko Kloos, and John Scalzi. But the biggest influence by far is James S.A. Corey.
JSAC is actually two people -- Daniel Abraham and Ty Franck. Everything about The Expanse (books and show) has been a huge inspiration in my fics. It's the incredibly detailed world building, it's the story pacing and structure, how to create memorable characters that leave an impression even if it's only for one scene. It's the brutal cold opens and even more vicious cliffhangers.
Andy Weir is another huge influence. He makes hard science easily accessible to audiences who might not be so knowledgeable. However, the way he influences my work the most is his humor. That scene in The Martian with pirate ninjas? Fucking genius.
Humor, when sprinkled in at the right moments, keeps the audience's attention and keeps them engaged and immersed. Yeah, Weir could have used "kilowatt hours per sol" but that's a mouthful and, as a reader, doesn't that make your eyes just glaze over? So, instead of "kilowatt hours per sol" he named the unit "pirate ninjas."
This is why in "Once All There Was" I was inspired to let Ney name the Russian forest "Those Fucking Trees" and let him keep calling it that. It's a moment of gallows humor in a desperate situation, but also doesn't grind the audience down in the horrible situation Third Corps is in.
27. What two (or more) fandoms would you like to see a crossover for? Would you ever write it?
I have this slightly insane fusion/crossover I want to do but it may be too ambitious for me to tackle.
It's a period-accurate War of the Worlds, but instead of Edwardian England, it's in contemporaneous La Belle Epoque France instead, specifically in Paris.
Henri de Toulouse Lautrec, Sarah Bernhardt, and Oscar Wilde go set out to save the world from the Martians. There's also a lot of absinthe and cigar smoking in-between dodging Martian tripods. Yeah.
Thanks for the ask!

20 Questions for Fic Writers!
Thanks for the tag, @loneamaryllis
1. How many works do you have on AO3?
12!
2. What’s your total AO3 word count?
874,060 - When did that get so much??? I've only picked writing back up in January!
3. What fandoms do you write for?
Currently mainly Harry Potter and I have one Rings of Power fanfic on hiatus (for now). I used to write for all sorts of fandoms though! Pirates of the Caribbean, The Hobbit, Percy Jackson, Marvel, Vampire Diaries, Naruto - to name a few.
4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos?
"Your tears are of no relevance to me", my dark Snape/reader fic
2. Cigarette smoke, Profanities and Stolen Kisses, Snape/reader smut
3. A Servant of Death, my Snape/OC longfic, my baby, my beloved
4. Carrying Atlas, Deeply traumatised, sarcastic Snape/broken Harrie ddlg/pet play fic with much hurt and even more comfort
5. Stood-up, my three-part Snape/former student!reader oneshot/mini-fic
5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
I try to reply to each one! I love to hear what people think and interact with readers!!
6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?
I don't actually have that many fics finished 😅
I love long fics, I love reading them and I love writing them so most of my works are still ongoing (and seem to be staying ongoing for a while to come 😅)
I'd say Petrichor. It's a Voldemort-wins AU so things are bound to look hopeless and dark.
7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
Severus and his Sunshine!!!! A very fluffy, hopful ending 🥰
8. Do you get hate on fics?
After initially posting A Servant of Death II quite a few readers were angry the story would not be moving into a direction they wanted. Haven't gotten any since.
9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?
Yes 😃
I write Dom/sub mostly! Proper D/s (apart from my dark!fics) with safewords and boundaries and aftercare! I love including kink-wear and collars and other fun toys! All sorts of kinks, lighter and a few darker, more taboo kinks. Lots of bondage!!
Also dub-con and dark smut and I'm venturing into poly and threesome territory lately.
Basically anything I find interesting or worth exploring!
10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written?
No. I had a rather ambitious crossover idea when I was a teen about a group of people chosen by the gods I had created to protect the universes of the world with every book/show/movie in existance being a universe that had been locked away by some evil supernatural beings. Each of the four people in the group could travel between the universes and had to fix the timelines if things went wrong. Basically all the misery happening in the stories was the supernatural beings messing with the universes. I wrote the first part that played in The Hobbit and started the second part that would take place in Naruto but I never continued the project.
11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?
Not that I know of but I do know that after I published my first HP fic on Wattpad back when I was...uff idk 13?? suddenly everybody in the german marauders fandom was writing Voldemort's daughter fics. I thought that was interesting since I wrote mine because I couldn't find any Voldemort's child fics in german (my english was shit at the time, I'm sure otherwise I would have found plenty to read! 😂)
12. Have you ever had a fic translated?
Nope! But someone once made a podfic of my Adventcalender one-shot collection (with my permission). I don't think it's still online though. (god I hope not, those were terrible 😬)
13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?
No and I don't think I ever will. My mind is a strange and cluttered space and teamwork has never been a strong suit. I've been asked though, but that was more of a 'I have x-idea, will you write it for me?' then an actual inquiry.
14. What’s your all time favourite ship?
Ummmmm....OCs. Everybody/OC. I love OC's. I love reading them, creating them, I love that I can have a person whose weaknesses and strength and personality fit my fav characters perfectly, especially since my fav characters tend to be unsocial loners with terrible trauma.
Apart from that I'm not much of a shipper...Snarriet probaly (thanks to @loneamaryllis - you know what you did 😑, jokes aside I've been thoroughly enjoying this ship and the community is so sweet!)
15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?
I sure hope I'll finish them all! Strawberries and Sin is being neglected right now 😅 but I love the characters and I'm certainly not planing on abandoning the story!
16. What are your writing strengths?
I like to think I'm good at worldbuilding, I certainly enjoy expanding existing universes with my own ideas! Whether it's by adding an entire Vampire monarchy including an origin story of how vampires came to exist or World Duelling Championships for my heir of a rich pureblood family to power herself out at.
17. What are your writing weaknesses?
I never know if I describe things enough, surroundings, emotions, etc. I think I tend to fixate on what a character is doing with their hands 😂
Also I can get lost in developing the relationship between two characters and forget to advance the plot just to then focus on the plot and neglect the characters 😅 still trying to find a balance there.
18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?
Been there, done that! I think it can be fun.
19. First fandom you wrote for?
Written? Naruto! I was nine I think and I had no idea that fanfiction even exists or that other people were writing them! I just wrote down a truly terrible story on an old notepad I had.
The first fandom I created stories for in my mind was Harry Potter at around nine!
20. Favourite fic you’ve written?
A fic that is currently not on the internet anymore that I want to rework and publish once I've worked through some WIPs. It's about Snape and his best friend from an opressed people who both ended up joining Voldemort for good intentions and end up in his bed (two Death Eaters eagerly serving their new master 😏) but quickly realise he is not what he promised to be.
From my published fics it's a draw between A Servant of Death and 'Your tears are of no relevance to me'!
Tagging anyone who wants to do it 🫶🏻💖
