headcanon time !! (they're all more romantic to me personally but you can interpret them however)

-Fuyuhiko and Hajime spend a lot of time together sitting in silence, not because they don't like each other and wanna avoid talking, but having the other's presence is usually enough. Sometimes they'll cuddle up, sometimes they'll sit on opposide sides of the room, it doesn't matter, they just enjoy being there together yk

-Kazuichi and Gundham getting to know each other consists of a lot of glaring. Kazuichi glares trying to figure out what Gundham is trying to say or do, and Gundham glares because he just spaces out in Kazuichi's direction. They both get a bit nervous about it and the confrontation is painfully awkward, but eventually they work it out.

-Mikan rarely gets enough sleep for her own good, so sometimes Chiaki brings her over to have sleepovers to subtly try and help her sleep without pushing her to it and stressing her out more.

-This one is more explicitly romantic, but Nekomaru radiates "I love my wife" every second of the day, he doesn't shut up about Akane and he brags about her to everyone he knows for hours at a time just because he can.

-I don't have a specific ship in mind because Sonia gets mad bitches and I'm a firm believer that she can be shipped with any woman and it's perfect and amazing, but every now and then she'll just say something sexual and out of pocket knowng it'll throw off whoever she's with and then just act like nothing happened

-Mondo and Taka both wake up pretty early in the morning, at least later in life, so they like to make little rituals of getting out of bed together, or sometimes surprising each other with breakfast to be sweet

-Shuichi fidgets a lot, and sometimes that results in him playing with his hair. It took a while for her to let him, but eventually Maki started offering to let him braid her hair when they watch movies or hang out so he has something to do with his hands

Hi! Great suggestion with yami kawaii Mikan! It really suits her :) I decided to make Chiaki pastel goth (cuz I’m weak ok)

I’ll draw Sonia a little bit later, still have not decided between these two styles :/

any wlw chiaki ship is so good like im so serious about this chiaki has this amazing ability to be shipped with any dr girl and make a 10/10 ship

even shipping chiaki with junko makes a banger ship i mean enonami has that enemies to lovers toxic yuri charm to it you cant ignore

then you have more fluffy ships like chiaki and ibuki where ibukis ramblings can be background noise while chiaki plays her video games

or chiaki and mikan where chiaki can help show mikan what a healthy relationship looks like (normally i dont like mikan that much but an au where she can heal with chiaki is so near and dear to me)

you have the classic soniaki which even if i dont personally go crazy for it you cannot deny it is definitely adorable

You know, I think there's great potential in a Chiaki/Mikan/Junko poly ship. I just imagine a looney tunes-eque slapstick where Junko and Chiaki keep trying to kill each other and Mikan patches them up afterwards. It could start with Chiaki trying to save Mikan from Junko only to get suckered into their toxic relationship herself. As I said to someone else on the relationship: "Mikan is just happy to be with two girls who love her genuinely (if only they'd stop trying to kill each other! Oh well, it's at least nice to be able to take care of them after the fact... have her two precious people dependent on her...).... meanwhile Junko is both disgusted with Mikan being so clearly in love with the both of them (she hates happiness & how dare Mikan look to Chiaki for hope?), digusted that Chiaki is still so goddamn hopeful & she keeps escaping her murder attempts, and ESTATIC about that disgust because it causes her despair... get Chiaki out of this relationship, she doesn't want to be here." Like, there's so much potential there!!! They are a little toxic yuri trio, two thirds of them are trying to kill each other and Mikan is SO happy to be tending to their wounds... even too happy, I'd say....
