Well... I'm in Japan rn, and my hotel room? It has a window looking into the shower/tub, right next to the bed even. I remember my room on my last trip was also like this too, so it's not a one off thing limited to this hotel

The shower area is on the left side, the headboard of the bed is on the right. The curtains are down coz I'm rooming with my sis

I truly, sincerely hate having to travel abroad with my mother

Like.... right now we're fixing our documents so we can apply for Japanese visas, and my mom wants me to basically do everything for her application- right up to filling the goddamn forms because she apparently doesn't know how to do so properly?? For fuck's sake, it's not rocket science!

And worse of all, once it involves any sort of online/computer forms and planning/research she just shoves all the work onto me- and only me, even though my sister can just as easily do it and she has all the free time to do it, unlike me who only has the weekends free!

Honestly travelling with her is so tiresome because all she wants to do is shop for clothes 😫 We can't bring her anywhere that we would appreciate because she'd just whine about being bored/tired or not liking the food we eat or not seeing things she'd like [to buy]

Why am I doing all the work here if she isn't gonna like what I plan out anyway

Re Hikaru's actor, he's from the same agency as Takeru Satoh before he left and made his own with a bunch of other guys some time ago, like just before Revice started iirc. Idk but it feels like they're trying to make a new golden boy or something? It's just weird that they're pushing this guy on instead of, idk, someone who is a Main Rider like Satoh was. Or a even like a main charac, like Keisuke Watanabe (also same agency).

But yeah, toku fandom can be pretty harsh. I heard people were bashing on Hanta Kinoshita (Revice head writer) on Japanese twitter.
