"aceptamos el amor que creemos merecer"

En una pareja nadie es víctima de nadie, siempre somos cómplices como aquella frase que dice "aceptamos el amor que creemos merecer"

En la mayoría de los casos es casi una regla que todos se sienten víctimas de las carencias y de los defectos del otro. Y los terapeutas suelen confrontar con dos preguntas:

¿por qué estás casado con esa persona y por qué sigues con alguien que defines como neurótico y limitado?

Abrochaos los cinturones, que aquí viene la respuesta: es para la que te alcanzó y porque tienes lo que crees que mereces. Si te hubiera alcanzado para más, estarías con alguien valioso, pero, ¿Quién te correspondió?

¿Recuerdas la canción que dice: “que la chancla que yo tiro no la vuelvo a lenvantar”. Imagínate casarte con la versión emocional de una chancla. ¿Quién se va a animar a levantarla, un zapato fino y distinguido? Obvio no. ¿Entonces quién? Claro, pues otra chancla.

Las chanclas siempre vienen en pares. Cómo se vería una persona calzando en un pie una chancla y en otro un zapato espectacular. Un poco ridícula, ¿no? Pues lo mismo ocurre con la pareja: resulta impensable ver a un/a cavernícola/histérica/misógino/interesada con una persona sana que se respeta a sí misma.

Quienes no tienen capacidad de autocrítica para reconocer sus propias carencias, se sienten víctimas de los defectos del otro, en quien proyectan su propia “chancludez”.

En lugar de utilizar su energía para mejorar, despotrican contra los defectos de la chancla que ven reflejada en el espejo de enfrente y que no es sino su propia imagen. Si la chancla insiste en que merece caminar al lado de una exquisita zapatilla de cristal, se va a llevar una gran desilusión porque su bajo perfil solo le alcanzará para otra chancla.

Esto me recuerda un cuento titulado “La perfección”.

"Nasrudin conversaba con un amigo. -Entonces, ¿nunca pensaste en casarte? -Sí pensé-respondió Nasrudin. -En mi juventud resolví buscar a la mujer perfecta. Crucé el desierto, llegué a Damasco y conocí a una mujer muy espiritual y linda, pero ella no sabía nada de las cosas de este mundo. Continué viajando y fui a Isfahán. Ahí encontré una mujer que conocía el reino de la materia y el del espíritu, pero no era bonita. Entonces resolví ir hasta El Cairo, donde cené en la casa de una moza bonita, religiosa y conocedora de la realidad material. -¿Y por qué no te casaste con ella? -¡Ah, compañero mío!, ¡lamentablemente ella también quería un hombre perfecto! La mujer perfecta es una “princesa”, mientras que el hombre perfecto es un “príncipe”. Nasrudin carecía de capacidad de autocrítica y se creía uno de ellos hasta que apareció una verdadera princesa en su vida que lo enfrentó con la dolorosa realidad: no le alcanzaba para una mujer perfecta porque él no era un hombre perfecto".

EN LUGAR DE IR POR LA VIDA BUSCANDO A LA PERSONA IDEAL, TENEMOS QUE TRABAJAR EN SER LA PERSONA IDEAL: O SEA, EN NUESTRA AUTOESTIMA.

Sin autocrítica no aprendemos nada de la experiencia. Según nosotros, nos separamos porque la pareja no supo hacernos felices. ¿Y luego qué? Decimos que terminamos la relación por culpa de las cucarachas del otro y nos llevamos las nuestras en lugar de preguntarnos qué tuvimos que ver en el fracaso.

En la pareja se forman los valores, la salud emocional y la infraestructura psicológica de los niños. Es el espacio en donde se establece si tendrán una autoestima enorme o raquítica, si crecerán resentidos, desconfiados, inseguros, con envidia, escépticos, temerosos, egoístas (y por lo tanto, con la predisposición a tener poca o nula capacidad de autocrítica) o si tendrán una estructura psicológica llena de seguridad, bondad, generosidad, con un sentido altruista y solidario, una conciencia orientada hacia el bienestar colectivo, una perspectiva humanista y una vocación espiritual.

Si la pareja es una zona de desastre afectiva, no puede generar la integridad emocional de las nuevas generaciones. ¿Te imaginas la maravillosa herencia, la espléndida formación que reciben los hijos que tienen el privilegio de presenciar cómo sus padres resuelven sus diferencias sin ponerse a la defensiva, sin culparse el uno al otro, sin descalificarse mutuamente; que son capaces de reconocer y aceptar -sin que eso los altere- la falla que les corresponde?

Hay que construir una cultura de capacidad autocrítica, para que a todos nos alcance para la pareja que queremos.

A ti para que te alcanzó?...

All US-British interests are “legitimate targets”, Houthis claim after US and UK airstrikes

The Houthis have declared as legitimate targets all US and British ships that are involved in “aggression against Yemen”, representatives of the Houthi military movement said.

They confirmed that the Yemeni Navy had carried out an attack on the US container ship Gibraltar Eagle and would continue operations to prevent Israeli ships from entering the Red and Arabian Seas.

Houthi attacks on ships in the area since November have affected companies and alarmed major powers, escalating Israel’s more than three-month war with Hamas militants in Gaza. The group says it is acting in solidarity with the Palestinians.

British and American ships have become “legitimate targets” because of the two countries’ strikes on Yemen last week, Houthi spokesman Nasrudin Amer told Al Jazeera. He said:

“The ship doesn’t necessarily have to be heading to Israel for us to target it. It is enough for it to be American. The United States is on the verge of losing its maritime security.”

Excellent, thought the companion. We will bind him up if he becomes violent.

The philosopher saw that Nasrudin meant: Ordinary humanity tries to find truth by methods as unsuitable as attempting to climb into the sky with a rope.

Now can you remain content with the fact of Mulla Nasrudin giving the rope to his companion without any interpretation whatsoever?

Seperti saat ini berkunjung ke Peltu Nur Anshori yang memiliki usaha pembibitan Lele Sangkuriang sebagai apresiasi yang tinggi terhadap prestasinya. (28/2/2024)

"Saya sebagai Dandim merasa bangga, apa yang dilakukan beliau ini luar biasa dan dapat dicontoh, sesuai dengan tugas beliau ini sangat aplikatif dalam dimensi teritorial, secara tidak langsung ikut membuka pikiran masyarakat memajukan perekonomian masyarakat dengan perkembangbiakan ikan lele Sangkuriang," ucap Letkol Inf Helmy.

Lebih lanjut disampaikan bahwa bisnis yang dilakukan Anshori bukan hanya sekedar memberikan keuntungan finansial, tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif dalam memajukan perekonomian masyarakat setempat.

"Dengan adanya contoh seperti Peltu Anshori, diharapkan para anggota TNI dan masyarakat sekitar dapat terinspirasi untuk mengembangkan potensi ekonomi yang dimiliki sebagai upaya membantu pemerintah dalam rangka ketahanan pangan," ungkapnya.

Saat ini bangsa Indonesia belum 100 % bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pangan rakyatnya. Maka apa yang dilakukan oleh Peltu Nur Anshori ini sangatlah tepat membantu pemerintah mencapai swasembada pangan. Karena apa yang dilakukan adalah tidak semata-mata menjual bibit lele saja, akan tetapi juga mendampingi agar usaha masyarakat bisa berjalan dengan sukses.

Dandim menyampaikan bahwa saat ini setidaknya ada 15 anggotanya yang sudah menjadi pelaku pertanian dan peternakan di Wonosobo, serta bisa menjadi percontohan.

"Ada 15 orang yang sudah menjadi pelaku dari pertanian dan peternakan, dan mudah-mudahan dengan adanya bisnis tersebut dapat dikembangkan lagi dan bisa menjadi sumber perekonomian anggota tersebut ataupun bagi masyarakat yang mau belajar," ungkap Dandim.

Peltu Nur Anshori Batuud Koramil 10/Selomerto menekuni usaha ikan lele mulai dari tahun 2020 betempat di Siantap, Wonolelo, Wonosobo. Yang pada mulanya belajar cara beternak lele jenis sangkuriang. Diawali dari cara pembibitan sampai dengan siap konsumsi dari Abah Nasrudin dari Bogor.

"Saya mengawali bisnis ini sekitar tahun 2020 dulu. Sekitar 4 tahun mulai dengan beberapa kolam ikan hingga saat ini sudah 30 kolam. Di kolam isinya macam-macam. Kalau kolam terpal dengan berbagai macam ukuran lele, mulai dari diameter 3, diameter 2,5 per ekor. Dan juga ada khusus induk untuk pemijahan " ucap Anshori saat ditemui di kolamnya," jelasnya.

Setiap bulannya, ia mampu memanen sekitar 10 ribu bibit lele yang siap untuk dikembangkan kembali, dengan omzet mencapai Rp 3 – Rp 4 juta. Tidak hanya fokus pada aspek bisnis semata, Anshori juga memberikan dampak sosial yang signifikan.

Selain menjual lele ke pedagang atau restoran, ia juga memiliki pelanggan yang mengolah lele menjadi berbagai produk olahan seperti keripik, abon, dan lainnya. Namun, pencapaian Anshori tidak berhenti di situ. Ia juga aktif dalam memberikan pembimbingan kepada konsumen pemula yang ingin mengembangkan bisnis lele Sangkuriang, pungkasnya.

Zu einem Weisen kam einmal einer der arg klagte: »Ich suche nun schon so viele Jahre nach Gott und kann ihn einfach nicht finden!« Da sah ihn der Weise freundlich an und erzählte ihm folgende Geschichte: Es war einmal ein Mann mit Namen Nasrudin. Er ging immer hin und her über die Grenze, an verschiedenen Zollstellen, einmal mit einem Esel, manchmal aber auch mit zweien oder dreien. Auf den Eseln transportierte er immer große Lasten Stroh. Die Zöllner wussten, dass er ein bekannter Schmuggler war, und so durchsuchten sie ihn auch immer wieder, stachen mit ihren Stöcken in die Strohballen, und einmal verbrannten sie sogar das Stroh und suchten in der Asche nach dem, was der Mann geschmuggelt haben könnte. Aber sie fanden nichts. Nasrudin wurde so mit der Zeit immer reicher und reicher. Schließlich wurde er alt, zog in ein anderes Land und setzte sich dort zur Ruhe. Dort begegnete ihm dann mal ein früherer Grenzwächter und der fragte ihn ganz interessiert: »Nasrudin, jetzt könnt Ihr es mir ja sagen.
