Note
Nocturna and Catwoman are friends with benefits. That is until Nocturna decided to try and suck Catwoman's blood. Catwoman is into a lot of kinky stuff, but she prefers to keep her blood inside her body.

Oh hey it’s my girl Nocturna!  But alas, this doesn't seem like the Nocturna I like. I like her Pre-Crisis version who was just a really dramatic Goth, and had a very sympathetic side. Not to mention, far from wanting to kill and having no regard for human life, she was vehemently OPPOSED to killing others, and was APPALLED when she found out her lover/partner in crime had killed someone, even though it was someone she didn't like, and broke up with him over it. She also shot him to save Batman's life, and was relieved that "I didn't kill!" when she realized he survived. She loved stealing beautiful things because she loved luxury and elegance, but she was pretty adamant about not harming anyone over it and I like that. I love Nocturna but I don't think this version will be for me. Maybe next time!

I would say for DC to bring Nocturna back...but then they'd just ruin her/fuck her over and I don't need that stress in my life rn.

Part 30/81 of my Female Rogues of Gotham City series
Batman isn’t the only urban legend that takes hold of Gotham City’s nighttime—plenty of other dark stories have captured the imaginations of its citizens.  Tales of secret societies, hidden demons, cultish rites and plagues…many of which have proven to be true.  And one of the city’s most mysterious figures, once only thought to be just another cat burglar, has become even greater fodder for the imagination.
Natalia Mitternacht—Nocturna—was the heiress to a wealthy family of German immigrants who had long been fascinated with the stars and once held a promising and very handsomely-paying job at the Gotham Astronomical Observatory before on her way home one night, she was caught in the crossfire of a fight between Batman and the vampiress Mary Seward and subsequently bitten.  To her horror, she could no longer eat or drink or even enjoy the sunlight without risking her own death by exposure, and she soon found herself a complete social pariah; the stars she loved became her only comfort on earth, and she grew to loathe Batman for putting her in danger.  After some deliberation, Mitternacht decided she would take back her old life of beauty and grandeur by turning to crime, and to this day there is nothing Nocturna enjoys more than toying with the lives of her former fellow mortals and putting them through the same unedurable hell she now faces, even placing police officers under her thrall to rob museums and banks for her.

365 DC Comics Paper Cut-Out Villains - One Villain, Every Day, All Year…
October 13th -  Nocturna
Natalia Knight grew up homeless and was taken in by a wealthy man named Charles Knight who formally adopted her and provided for her an opulent life of luxury.  This allowed Natalie to indulge in her love of astronomy and she took a position at The Gotham City Astrological Observatory.  One night she was struck by a strange cosmic beam that drained her skin of all pigmentation, leaving her with a chalk-white complexion as well as a painful sensitivity to sunlight.  Following her adopted father’s death, Natalie came to realize that the wealth she had enjoyed had all come from her late father’s criminal endeavors.  Charles Night’s biological son, Anton, returned from Asia and he and Natalie hatched a plan to conduct a series of burglaries so to maintain their wealthy lifestyle.  Now calling herself ‘Nocturna,’ Natalie orchestrated the crimes while Anton (who called himself ‘The Thief of Night’) carried the plans out.  The pair often used a hot air balloon to traverse the city and conduct their crimes.  It wasn’t long before their activities attract the attention of Batman.  Following numerous confrontations with Batman and Robin, Anton was arrested and Nocturna ultimately abandoned her criminal ways and ended up a romantic interest for Batman, as well as a maternal figure toward Robin (Jason Todd).  A new version of Nocturna has been introduced in the Nu52 continuity.  This version is Natalia Mitternacht who is a psychic vampire lording over a criminal syndicate.  She has become a recurring foil of Batwoman, using her hypnotic powers to become Batwoman’s lover.  With the aide of her ex-fiancee, Maggie Sawyer, Batwoman was able to break free of Nocturna’s thrall and the villain was defeated, remanded into custody at Arkham Asylum. The Natalia Mitternacht version of Nocturna has featured prominently in The Batwoman television series where she has been portrayed by actress Kayla Ewell.  The villainess first appeared int he pages of Batman #363 (1983).

Renée Montoya has funded a therapy support group for all Kate's ex girlfriends. Sophie was the first member. Maggie is the president and Safiyah never loses a session. Nocturna complains all the time. Kara Zor-El is seriously thinking about joining in.
