हाइवे पर ट्रक ड्राइवरों और सहायकों की सुविधा के लिए ढाबे भी खुलेंगे. ऐसे होटल, होमस्टेज, लॉज और होटल्स को खोलने की इजाजत दी गई है, जहां लॉकडाउन के दौरान सैलानी फंसे हैं. महानगर पालिका और नगरपालिका के बाहर उद्योग धंधे शुरू हो जाएंगे. सेज और निर्यात विशेष यूनिट्स में कामकाज शुरू हो जाएगा.

शर्त ये रहेगी कि संस्थान अपने कर्मचारियों को कामकाज के परिसर में ही रहने की सुविधा देंगे. आजतक के खास कार्यक्रम हल्लाबोल में कई दिग्गज कारोबारी शामिल हुए, जिन्होंने बताया कि लॉकडाउन की वजह से अब तक कितना नुकसान हुआ है और अब क्या उपाय है?

दीप कालरा (एग्जीक्यूटिव चेयरमैन, मैक माइ ट्रिप)- मेरा मानना है कि लॉकडाउन का फैसला जरूरी था, लेकिन अब उद्योग को शुरू करने के बारे में भी सोचना चाहिए. ट्रैवल और टूरिज्म सेक्टर सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित हुआ है, और लॉकडाउन हटने के बाद भी यह सेक्टर सबसे लास्ट में खुलेगा. जब तक कोरोना का सही इलाज नहीं निकलता लोगों में विश्वास बहाल नहीं होगा. ट्रैवल और टूरिज्म से करीब 4 करोड़ लोग प्रत्यक्ष और अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जुड़े हैं. अब सरकार से इंडस्ट्री को राहत की उम्मीद है. आरोग्य ऐप से लोग जागरूक हो रहे हैं. अब तक साढ़े 5 करोड़ से ज्यादा लोग डाउनलोड कर चुके हैं.

अजय बिजली (चेयरमैन, PVR Ltd)- सिनेमाहॉल तो सबसे लास्ट में खुलेगा, ये तो तय है. कोरोना की वजह से फिल्म इंडस्ट्री सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित है, रियल एस्टेट भी प्रभावित है, क्योंकि मॉल बंद हैं. करीब 2 लाख लोग इस फील्ड से जुड़े हैं. लोग फिल्म देखना चाहते हैं, लोग घर से बाहर निकलना चाहते हैं. लेकिन अभी मुमकिन नहीं है. कम से कम 3 से 6 महीने जिंदगी को दोबारा पटरी पर लौटने में वक्त लग जाएगा. एक सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग मेनटेंन करते हुए मल्टीप्लेक्स को शुरू करने के बारे में सोच सकते हैं. कुछ सपोर्ट की जरूरत है, फिर इंडस्ट्री रफ्तार पकड़ लेगी.

रितेश अग्रवाल (फाउंडर, ओयो रूम और को-चेयरमैन CII)– बड़ी संख्या असंगठित क्षेत्र के लोग हमारी इंडस्ट्रीज से जुड़े हैं. सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग के साथ काम को शुरू करने के लिए सरकार रोडमैप सामने लाना चाहिए. कोरोना के बाद इंडस्ट्रीज को बदलाव के लिए तैयार रहना होगा. जो बदलाव करेगा वही सर्वाइव कर पाएगा.

अर्जुन शर्मा (चेयरमैन, सेलेक्ट ग्रुप)- देश के अंदर 600 मॉल हैं. सभी के सभी बंद पड़े हैं. सभी रिटेलर के साथ बात चल रही है. सरकार के साथ बात चल रही है. मॉल सुरक्षित हैं, जहां सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग को लागू कर काम को फिर शुरू कर सकते हैं. जिससे लोगों को रोजगार मिलना शुरू हो जाएगा. इसके अलावा सरकार से अपील है कि तुरंत इस सेक्टर को मदद की जाए, ताकि हम सबसे कम वेतन वाले को कर्मचारियों को बचा पाएं.

सिराज-ए-चौधरी ( CEO, NCML)- मंडी में कम भीड़ नहीं हो सकती है. लेकिन अनाज को मंडी में पहुंचाने के बजाय उसे किसानों के घर से उठाने के बारे में सोचना चाहिए. कोरोना की वजह से मजदूर की भारी कमी है. किसानों के खेतों में अनाज तैयार है, लेकिन मजदूर नहीं मिल रहे हैं. हालांकि अच्छी बात यह है कि देश में चावल, गेहूं और दाल की कोई कमी नहीं है. बड़ा भंडार है. प्राथमिकता ये होनी चाहिए कि कोई भूखा न सोए.

Economy News Wheat output in India is likely to hit a record high this year, pushed by a favourable climate and increase in government support prices, which encouraged more sowing.

Data compiled by National Collateral Management Services (NCML, a non-government body) shows a 6.3 per cent rise to 109 million tonnes (mt). The Union ministry of agriculture’s first advance estimate was 100.5 mt, as compared to 102 mt in last year’s fourth advance estimate.
