he looked so peaceful with his head resting against your chest, his arm slung over your waist, and his leg thrown carelessly over yours. he was trapping you in his sleepy embrace, but you really didn’t mind.

you wouldn’t rather be anywhere else.

jeno had been asleep for a total of thirty minutes now, dozing off after a hard practice and a nice, warm shower. his hair was still damp, dotting dark specks all over your white hoodie- not that you cared.

jeno was always a cuddler so this wasn’t unusual. still, despite being completely used to his warm, sleepy cuddles, you still couldn’t help but to be left speechless when he was in your arms.

he was so beautiful.

when you could’ve been staring at your phone, you were instead staring at his face, admiring him. the way his hair fell over his forehead, the smallest pieces covering his closed eyelids, further enhancing his already enchanting appearance.

he was utterly devastating to look at- but in a good way. he tore your heart into pieces, just by looking at him, and it was so obvious you were utterly in love with, just as millions of girls across the world.

yet, you were the one he chose.

smiling at the thought, you leaned down and pressed a sweet kiss to his forehead. peppering the area with a few softer, barely felt kisses, you tried to hide your laugh when he began to stir, scrunching up his nose at the affection, but you didn’t mind.

“I love you,” you murmured, and a part of you both wished and didn’t wish he’d wake up that very moment. smiling slightly when he appeared to remain asleep, you pressed another kiss to his head. “so very much.”

“I love you too, baby,” jeno murmured quietly, sleep still depriving him of his typical joyous tone. instead, it was sultry, still deep from sleep, and his eyes remained closed, but you imagined them open, staring you right in the eyes.

you stilled slightly, silently cursing yourself for waking him up, but you couldn’t deny that you were happy. you always felt like you were going to burst when he said it back- which was every time you said it, but it never failed to make you smile.

jeno chose that moment to open his eyes, staring up at you with a hazy gleam to his pretty orbs. he grinned at your sheepish look, reaching his hand out to grab your own.

interlacing your hands, he squeezed your fingers comfortingly.

he didn’t seem upset that you woke him. on the contrary, he seemed thrilled.

“morning, princess,” jeno said, seemingly much more awake as he leaned up to press a soft kiss to your lips. it wasn’t intense, nor was it driven by any feelings other than love. you could feel it, though; how much he loved you.

the kiss was soft yet powerful, stealing your breath in one quick sweep. he’d applied a hint of pressure, whilst his hands held yours against the bed, softly squeezing every time his lips found yours.

that action alone was enough to make your chest swell, butterflies erupting in your stomach. he pulled back, flashing you a happy, loving grin, and you could’ve sworn you melted right then and there.

whilst you were weak, your mind running a million miles an hour at the realization that he was just as infatuated with you as you were with him, jeno began peppering your skin with more kisses.

this time, though, they were far softer. you could hardly feel them, but they felt great- like snowflakes skimming your skin in winter. it was soothing, and you closed your eyes to the sensation; him pressing open-mouthed, slow, and soft kisses to every inch of your face.

your cheeks, your eyelids, your nose, your forehead, your chin, and then, once again, your lips.

“you’re so pretty,” jeno said quietly, breaking away from the kiss to meet your eyes. he stared, swallowing thickly as his eyes traced every inch of your face, “every bit of you is so beautiful, baby.”

you wanted to die.

how was it fair? how could this man- one as beautiful, as talented, as funny, and as effortlessly amazing- be so loving. he made you feel so loved, so appreciated, and so much like a princess that you were beginning to think maybe you do deserve the world.

you smiled, tears in your eyes at the overwhelming amount of love you were feeling. your chest swelled, your heart aching- but not painfully, no, it was more like one of those I’m so happy I can’t breathe feelings- as you looked up at him.

within seconds, you’d brought the boy into a hug, hearing him chuckle in your ear as he snuggled his head against your shoulder.

“I love you, jeno.”

“I love you more.”

Happy 4 Years With WayV

It’s been four years since you guys officially debut and I love you guys. I miss having you guys as 7 and I wish Lucas could comeback. But for the time being I wish the six of you the best of luck in everything you do. You guys have remained my favorite unit of nct since the day you debut and that’s not going to change. I will wait for you guys to return as 7 and if that never happens, Lucas you will have my support in whatever you do next.
