don't hate that version of yourself. even if it feels like you're doing it to yourself on purpose. you're not a bad person.
you're a person who's struggling and that's all. give yourself as much kindness as you can and if the most that you can do is be less harsh on yourself, that's okay too.
your empathy is best used on yourself. you deserve that support too ✨

What should I do if I consistently have negative thoughts or criticisms toward others, and I really want to change that?
1. Self-compassion First of all, please forgive yourself. Many view themselves negatively upon recognizing their own critical thoughts. However, your desire to improve indicates that deep within, you possess kindness and love. Your mind has just developed certain habitual thought patterns, but these patterns can be altered.
2. Identify the Root Causes Negative thought patterns can stem from various causes. Perhaps someone has projected their malicious thoughts and emotions, such as jealousy, onto you. Consequently, this negative energy might attract similar thoughts to your mind. You might also feel a sense of inadequacy, leading to negative emotions that generate unhealthy thoughts. Past experiences, such as traumas and excessive criticism during childhood, could also create deep-seated patterns. You can identify the root causes by paying attention to your triggers. What scenarios and individuals evoke the most negativity? What aspects of them irritate you? What exact emotions and thoughts go through your head? Delving into these triggers can help you trace back to the root of the issue.
3. Embrace and Release After you have dug out the root causes, experience the emotions that come from them. It may be useful to find meanings in them to facilitate your recovery. Afterward, tell yourself that you have grown from this experience, and you are ready to forgive anyone involved, let it go, and move on.
4. Affirmative Practice Regularly practicing positive affirmations, such as "I am safe and loved now," is beneficial. Such practices strengthen positive thought processes.

People say that other people won't want to be your friend if you're self deprecating and talking negatively about yourself all the time. Well then obviously I need friends I can say self deprecating things with and we can be negative together. I really don't need your toxic positivity, I feel how I feel about myself and fuck anyone who can't handle that.

not being able to do things you were looking forward to cause body refuses to sleep or wake up for no reason sucks.
hesitant to see a psych cause they'd probs put me under watch [couldn't fault them, most of time is spent thinking about dying these days]. its hard to even just talk to people cause the feeling that i'm better off dead is so loud i end up shutting down.

that's okay. that's normal. as long as the negativity is not in your actions. as long as you trace the path of those emotions to understand why you feel that way. as long you try to resolve those knots inside of you, so that you can be free, it's okay.

MY MANIFESTING RULES
It’s okie to cry and have negative intrusive thoughts they don’t affect me because they DON’T manifest
It’s ok to cry DON’T hold it in that’s not good for you
What I assume is what REALLY manifests
No matter what always label the negative thoughts as “intrusive thoughts” and then mind your business (it might still linger but it’s okie because it won’t effect me at all)
Intrusive negative thoughts is nothing compared to me because I’m EXTREMELY POWERFUL me and my subconscious mind
What I say goes period
I am the GOD of my reality so fuck them negative thoughts they’re nothing but LIES
I can NEVER mess up ANY of my manifestations
It’s okie to cry and everything and end up overthinking and having negative intrusive thoughts but at the end of the day you have that last say so, so what you say goes if you ASSUME something then that’s what you get period that’s just basically the law of assumption your intrusive negative thoughts DO NOT manifest unless that’s what you think just know that at the end of the day it’s all up to YOU
