aggressively repeating to myself the future is a blue sky and a full tank of gas. i saw the future and in it i was alive. the future is a blue sky and a full tank of gas. i saw the future and in it i was alive. the future is a blue sky and a full tank of gas. i saw the future and in it i was alive. the future is a blue sky and a full tank of gas. i saw the future and in it i was alive.

Isolation is not safety, it is death.
If no one knows you’re alive, you aren’t.
If a tree falls in a forest and no one’s around to hear it, it does make a sound but then that sound is gone.
I’m not saying you will find the meaning of life in other people,
I’m saying other people are the life to which you provide the meaning,

Clatter by Neil Hilborn
My response:
It is impossible to imagine an emotion you've never felt. Turtle shells are composed of the same material as human nails. The only superpower I've ever craved is invisibility. Human beings can die from heartbreak. Poetry is the only way I've ever been able to let go. The horsefly can fly at nearly 90 miles an hour under certain conditions. I don't know how to survive so I write and I draw and I write. Maybe I'll find something in the poems someday. Tasmanian devils consume animal carcasses. It is impossible for someone to understand without experiencing. It is impossible to imagine an emotion you've never felt.
