Something sweet and simple, probably a box of chocolates or a bouquet of flowers that they picked out for you specifically. besides, there wasn’t anything he can think of that would make you unloveable! you were strong, bright, pretty, and well, the list goes on and on. it honestly confuses him a lot why you think so, and it annoys him

i mean, you were the love of his life! samatoki wouldn’t have dated you if he hated you

he can’t entirely stand people who wallow on themselves, to be honest. he doesn’t give pity easily, so admittedly, toki does begin getting ticked when you start voicing such thoughts

because first of all, no. you are very much capable of being loved, and samatoki would probably beat anyone up if they said otherwise. he very much needs everyone to appreciate his girl

A/N: This one was so cute, I feel like they would all feel differently about it so this was fun to write out. Hope you enjoy~

Samatoki Aohitsugi

Samatoki is a little nervous before asking you to move in, but he’s actually quite confident and excited for it

he’ll play it off as cool though of course, he’s never going to be that open about it

if it’s come to the point of moving in, then you already stay over at his place quite a bit and have a bunch of clothes and an extra toothbrush laying there

so it’s already not too much of a stretch to imagine you living at his place full time

especially since Nemu isn’t living there anymore, he has more than enough space for the two of you

he’s going to ask you one night after a long week when the two of you are snuggling up on the couch just watching TV

it’ll come as a random thought, just Samatoki voicing his idea out loud that you could potentially move in if you wanted since your stuff is there taking up space anyways

and of course it takes you a moment for his words to really sink in because sometimes he just says stuff like that

but this time you can tell he really means it when he asks you if you want to move in with him

and you get so excited and throw your arms around him and say that of course you’d love to move in with him

and that it’s good timing because your other lease is ending soon, so you won’t need to worry about breaking it

when you ask Samatoki what made him bring this up, he avoids your gaze, saying that he just wanted to make things permanent since you’re always around his place and annoying him all the time

and although his words are teasing, you can tell that he actually means them with love and excitement to have you move in

and you can also tell by the way he’s cleaning the place 24/7 to have it be spick and span, that he’s going to have quite a few house rules for you to follow

but you don’t really mind following them as long as it means the two of you get to spend that much more time together when you live in the same apartment

Juto Iruma

Juto feels like it’s a big step in your relationship to ask you to move in with him

he’s dated lots of people but he’s never been with someone he likes enough to actually have them move into his space

so he’s going to take a lot of time to figure out if that’s really what he wants and if it’s feasible for you to move into his apartment

I feel like he would have a rather nice, large place so size wouldn’t really be an issue, it’s more of whether or not he’s ready to take that step

after a long time of thinking about it and making up his mind, he’ll bring it up to you

I can imagine him taking it more seriously, wanting to have a proper conversation to you about where you’re at in your life and whether you would even want to move in with him

the two of you would discuss work and commute routes, rent payment options, and everything under the sun that could possibly be a logistical issue with you moving in

Juto would have this conversation with you over a nice dinner at a restaurant so that the two of you could have some time to yourselves without distractions

it’s less spontaneous because Juto thinks this is something you should both have a say in and something that he wants to do the right way

and when you finally tell him that you do want to move in with him and that you’re excited to take that next step, Juto will agree

even though he’ll be stressed out, he’s still going to order a bottle of fancy champagne for the two of you to pop in celebration

since he’s already made his mind up about it and he knows it’s what he wants, he’ll want you to move in soon

he doesn’t like things being halfway done, so he’ll offer to help you move all your things over and you think it’s cute that he’s so eager

Juto won’t really think about all the fun, cute moments of living together until all of your things are moved in and set up

only then will he actually allow himself to realize how great of an idea moving in together is and how happy he’ll be to see you every day

you know this of course and are more than happy to move your things over to his place and start your happy couple life together

Riou Busujima

Riou take a long while to think about it when he finally decides that he wants the two of you to live together

it’s difficult for him to come to terms with actually living in a house instead of his comfortable tent out in nature

but he really wants to do right by you and he feels like now is the best time to take the next step

so not only does he find the perfect apartment for the two of you to share, he gets excited about asking you to move in with him

if Riou is going this far, the two of you are definitely at a point in your relationship where you’re going to say yes to moving in with him so Riou won’t be overly nervous to ask you or anything

it’ll be a casual dinner night at your place when he decides to ask you, right after you finish eating and you ask him if he wants dessert

instead of responding, he simply takes ahold of your hand and asks if you would like to move in with him

at first you laugh and raise an eyebrow, asking if there’ll be enough room in that tent of his for both of you

but when he smiles and shows you the pictures of the apartment he’s in the process of leasing, it leaves you incredibly surprised

you had always just assumed he would move into your space, but the idea that the two of you could have a different location to make your own, together, made you emotional

of course you say yes, because the two of you have talked about it before, casually mentioning that you would love to get a big house together in the woods someday

and although this apartment is still in the city, far from being secluded in the woods, it’s close to a nice little park and you suppose that’s good enough for now

the rest of the dinner date is spent excitedly talking about when to move in and what kind of decorating your would like to do

it’s mutually agreed that the kitchen and the dining space needs to be big enough for the both of you

Your tearful face, smudged makeup, and messy hair were the first thing that appeared in front of Nemu’s face when she opened the heavy door to her tiny, one-room apartment. A second later her body felt a huge weight – you cuddled up to her, immediately soaking her black T-shirt and the skin on the back of her neck. She hugged you tighter and started slowly stroking your tangled hair.

“It’s him again, isn’t it?” She asked instantly, although it sounded more like a statement than an actual question. Her face darkened and her eyesight became blank, her senses sharpened. She was nervous and at the same time worried and sad. After all, this wasn’t the first time her older brother had hurt his girlfriend, you. “I really hate him. I hate him so freaking much.”

“Nemu... He said I was useless and only suitable for cleaning and cooking...” You grunted sadly, and her body stiffened. “He was so angry with me that instead of making him some beef, I fried noodles with chicken and vegetables. Samatoki wanted... He wanted to eat something else that’s why he threw his whole plate on the f-floor, and then he told me to clean everything up and make him something normal t-to eat...” You added even quieter than before, and your a year older female friend hugged even tighter your shaking body. “I don’t know what to do, Nemu. I don’t know what I feel about him anymore and what is the meaning of this relationship. I don’t remember the last time he gave me f-flowers or thanked me for anything.”

“... I’ll make you some tea, okay? Take a shower, and I’ll get you some warm clothes. You get sick, Y/N. It’s okay, no one will hurt you. I am with you.”

“Thank you. Thank you very much, Nemu-chan.”

Mint tea, a warm blanket and a serving of fresh sandwiches was something you’ve been missing for weeks. Living with Samatoki was, of course, at first something amazing, something interesting, truly wonderful. At the beginning of your relationship and during the first few weeks of your life together, this guy was your ideal; sometimes he cooked for you, he always picked you up from college or work, he always asked how your day was, he was very sensitive, caring and affectionate, he constantly thought about you and assured you of his love, he helped you with cleaning, shopping, he often repaired broken cabinets or throwing heavy garbage bags into the bin under the block. Only after the third month of your living together this beautiful dream come to an end and your partner became cold, mean and completely different from before. It’s as if an evil spirit had entered into his soul or he had an evil twin brother who replace him.

That’s why you were returning to your family home more and more often, staying with your colleague from work, spending your free time in various cafes, libraries and parks, so as not to return to the white-haired man. Very often (sometimes for weeks) you spent the night with Nemu, with whom you had indescribably good contact; she was your advisor, support, your best friend. And on the one hand, it was hard for you to talk about her brother in this way, but on the other hand, after talking to teenager, your heart was always a dozen kilograms lighter. Just like now.

“... And I think you should end it all. You deserve something better, Y/N. I don’t want to see you crying and sad again. My brother should be forbidden from approaching you and all other women. He’s incalculable at this point.” She said honestly and you sighed, sniffling. “I really would like to know why he’s acting this way, what happened in his life, in his work, that he has become like that.”

“I’d like to know that too, Nemu. I would like to help him so much.”

“Now you should take care of yourself.” The fair-haired girl smiled gently, straightening your hair behind the ear. You felt a slight flush on your cheeks, because even though you were always close to the nineteen-year-old, today you were much closer than usual. Maybe it’s that delicious tea? Or a new air freshener with the calming scent of lavender? Or just those cute little sandwiches that were made especially for you? “Please forget that my brother was a good man. This prick doesn’t deserve you, he only hurts you.” She whispered as she slid her hand to your warm cheek.

“N-Nemu...?”

A gentle kiss on the corner of your lips was a sufficient signal for you to move closer to your beloved friend and to cuddle again into her delicate, beautifully fragrant body.

“You deserve someone better.” She repeated again and you nodded. “Much better.” She smiled slightly and you hugged her neck tighter.

A strange feeling appeared on your heart, but for the moment you decided to hide it deep inside you and instead of thinking about sad things you thanked the girl for everything and offered to watch your favorite movie.

Nemu was more than happy to have you in her arms for the next hours, and she thought about ways to make you like her more than her stupid older brother.

After all, young girl cared more about you than anyone else, and she hoped you would see her endeavors not only on the friendly way, but also on the more romantic level.

Bell Flower - a consideration of everything you have done for them.

It was just a letter.

That’s what Nemu told herself as she stared at the envelope with her name on it, the handwriting all too familiar. Ever since she’d felt more like herself again the memories of the past had been creeping up on her, the people she had left behind haunting her. She had spoken with her brother at least but there were plenty of others that she hadn’t managed to make amends with, people who might not be interested in speaking with her after all this time.

She placed the letter next to her bed, her hands in her lap as she thought long and hard about what it could be. She knew it would be more logical to just open it, to read what was actually being said to her rather than making it up in her head but that would make it… too real.

It would be wrong not to read it, to leave it unopened in her bedside drawer until she felt emotionally ready to deal with it.

When she slept that night her memories came flooding back, the dam bursting as a punishment for her procrastination.

The nights spent slow-dancing in the living room.

Hugs exchanged while giggling as you both hid in the dark from her brother who swore he heard a noise outside.

Warm hands cupping her face as she cried, thumbs wiping away her tears as she confided her greatest fears.

Nemu woke up in a cold sweat, sitting up in her bed and knowing she would be unable to fall back asleep peacefully. She was frustrated with these pent-up feelings but what she had expected after they’d been suppressed for so long? What was once a distant memory now felt like a fresh wound, but this time she was ‘conscious’ enough to feel it. She wondered if you had gone through this same pain, had this same longing ache in your heart when she had left you without an explanation.

Nemu took a deep breath.

She reached for your letter.

Nemu | Your Wedding

It takes you a while before finding the courage to to propose to Nemu. Not only because her big brother Samatoki is kind of scary, but because you keep having doubts about whether you're a suitable partner for her.

It's when the two of you are on a date that you start to think about a future with her.

Seeing your hands so perfectly interlocked and her sweet smile make you realize that you wouldn't mind seeing her smile for the rest of your life, even growing old and grey together.

You propose to her on a Sunday morning during breakfast, extremely anxious and worried about her answer. The two of you have the day-off, so you can relax and take it easy.

"Nemu... I have something I want to ask."

"What is it, Y/N?"

She smiles at you, chewing happily on a piece of buttered bread. She is wearing her favourite black turtleneck that accentuates her slender frame, and her hair is up in a messy ponytail.

"...... Well, huh..."

You stammer on your words as you stare at your plate, so Nemu can't hear you well.

"Y/N, are you okay...? I couldn't hear you well..."

You feel her fresh hand land on your burning cheek, and worried eyes peer into yours.

"Do you feel sick or something?"

"N-No, I am fine..."

You mumble as you close your eyes, enjoying the cool feeling of her fingers.

Your hearts beats widly in your throat, and you want to run away from the house so, so bad.

"W-Would you... Oh my god, I can't do this."

You suddenly stand up in a wave of panic, and run away in the bedroom the two of you share, leaving a confused Nemu behind. You know it's a childish reaction, but you're unable to control the anxiety rushing over you. What if she says no? What if she's not ready? What if it's too soon, what if you come off as creepy?

"Y/N..."

Nemu joins you in the bedroom as you stand there, shaking and overthinking about ridiculous stuff.

"Babe, talk to me?" she whispers as she hugs you, burrying her head in your neck.

You exhale and sweetly grab her hand, kissing her palm and making her blush. Her reaction melts your anxiety and helps you relax, and you hug her back as you kiss her ear.

"Sorry for worrying you, Nemu. ... I'm ridiculous, panicking over a simple marriage propos— Wait..."

You didn't mean to say this sentence out loud, so you clasp a hand over your mouth as a loud swear escapes you. Shit. Holy crap, now you've done it.

As you make the wish to disappear into a hole in the ground, Nemu steps back and stares at you in awe.

"Y/N, say that again? You want to what??"

"N-No!! I'm sorry! I didn't intend to ask you this way... I wanted to ask in a more classy way, and sweep you off your feet..."

Nemu grins wide and cuts you off with a passionate kiss. She peers into your eyes, her eyes so close to yours that it feels way more intimate than the previous kiss.

"Oh my god, Y/N, of course I'll marry you..." she coos with a smile. "Do you think I haven't noticed the longing way you stare at me?"

You blush heavily under her gaze, and she suddenly grabs your hand as she leads you out of the bedroom.

"Let's finish our breakfast, and then we'll go buy engagement rings!"

You get married a few months later in a small venue, with your closest friends and family. You had agreed on a small and intimate celebration, and it had been quite fun to plan out together.

You stand at the altar in a bundle of nerves when you notice Jyuto and Rio, Samatoki's crew members, approach you. You greet them with a nervous smile as you realize the ceremony is about to start soon.

"Congratulations, Y/N. We've heard a lot of good things about you", Rio says in a deep voice, his words sparse but sincere.

Jyuto nods appreciatively at your wedding outfit, and it looks like he's about to speak when the doors of the room open, revealing the Aohitsugi siblings.

Your words catch in your throat as you discover Nemu in her wedding attire, not noticing Jyuto and Rio slipping back to their seats.

Since the Aohitsugi parents are gone, it's Samatoki who leads her down the aisle, looking quite regal in a white suit, but he pales next to her sister —your bride-to-be.

A veil covers her face, but you notice her shining eyes and glossy lips as she stares right in front of her, her body straight. She is wearing a vapory wedding dress that flows behind her, and her gaze is focused on the altar in front of you.

As she arrives next to you, you take notice of Samatoki staring at you, before offering you a small smile and squeezing your shoulder.

"Treat her well, Y/N."

Samatoki and you have grown into quite close friends these past few months, despite a rocky start when he learned that Nemu and you were getting married. But you had learn to trust each other over time, and he now trusted you enough to let his little sister marry you.

You stare at him pensively as he joins Jyuto and Rio on the front benches, and you feel Nemu's small hand sweetly squeezing your own.

You squeeze her hand back... And as you stare at her beyond the veil, you make a promise to yourself to protect her from any harm.

"Are you ready, Y/N?"

hii dear!! I drew Nemu and Otome already but didn't get enough time to make a chibi for Ichijiku too.. yet I wanted to write this request so much, so I hope you don't mind if I attach art for her a little bit after? XP

femreader, fluff, just wholesome stuff; mention of meds;;

-She's so excited now, not leaving you even for a second.. Do you need to buy something? Of course Nemu is walking with you, willing to help with any groceries. Decided to make a little snack for yourself? Your wife is already here, checking that you also add something healthy and nutritious in your treat. Just wanted to watch tv in the evening? She's here too, leaning closer and caressing your tummy lovingly.

-When you start dating it feels like you were able to bring the old Nemu back, all sweet and giggly with you, but now she is even more caring and loving towards you, her wife.

-She doesn't miss a chance to touch or stroke your tummy, as for her you're now like a goddess, holding a new life inside you, and Nemu felt herself like some sort of guardian. There's no way someone would even try to talk bad about you, she wouldn't mind to show that she's no less talented in beating people with rap than her brother.

-And of course first clothes for your baby! Your wife can't help but bring you to all maternity stores she could find to pick some first jumpsuits and pacifiers, some toys, other important and not really things.

-That doesn't mean she treats your future baby like a doll or something.. Now she can't help but relax around you more and more, showing her a little bit childish but so pure and passionate behavior, as it's just one of her real, sincere ways to show her love and passion, as only with you Nemu starts to remember what a happy family is..

+Another weekend together, as you two get to the city outside Chuoku, just a small date together. Even though your wife always was soft with you and didn't mind you being a little lazy, she still dragged you on the streets every week so you would get more fresh air. It is useful for pregnant women to walk, she told you many times, holding your hand as you two wander in some parks or carnivals or just a new part of the city you didn't see before - Nemu always tries to find new places for you two to enjoy.

"Can we sit for a moment? I feel kinda strange right now.." - you mumble, and Nemu nods. She knows you too well to understand when you just want to slack off or actually feel like this, and quickly help you to walk to the near bench.

"Is something wrong? Or your legs just hurt?" - her voice quickly got so worried as she sat next to you, holding your shoulder with one hand while her free arm reached to the bag to grab a bottle of water. - "Maybe I should call an ambulance?"

Shaking your head, you take a bottle to make a few sips when suddenly your stomach aches again, but in some tingling, not painful way. You froze for a moment, looking at your tummy with widened eyes.

"You already have contractions?!" - Nemu squeaks, immediately taking her phone but you stop her, softly touching her hand.

"Oh dear, no.. I think it's.." - you whisper, as your heart goes at a rapid pace. Few days ago you read how baby's kicks feel, and now these tickles were really similar. - "Our baby is moving.."

Another gasp breaks her lips as she watches your tummy closely, afraid even to touch it, only stroking your hand in a soothing manner:

"It's hurting?"

"No.. It's like water is swirling inside, even tickling a little.." - you can't help but smile widely, as your wife's reaction was kinda amusing.

Finally, she reached to your stomach, caressing it a little, but looking at your face, monitored your reaction. When you nod, Nemu gets more bold and leaned closer, almost laying her head on your body.

"Woah.. Hey, are you good? Decided to limber up?" - her habit of talking with your baby always makes you giggle a little, and you place your hand on her forehead, burying fingers in smooth white locks.

"I'm sure she's okay.. But I think people are starting to look at us strangely.."

"What's the matter? I don't care!" - your wife furrowed her brows, hugging you tummy protectively. - "I'm too happy right now to be shy, my darling.. So pretty please, can I sit like this for a while? I want to talk with our baby a little bit more..!"

-Literally pamper you like a goddess now. It feels like her whole character changes, or at least her treatment of you.

-Cause usually she never tolerates any misbehaving, from other Party members and from you too. Yes, she has a soft spot for you in her heart but still doesn't like to let you slack off, wanting you to make yourself better with each day together with her.

-Yet now she would allow you to be more lazy and even throw any tantrums and never would raise her voice back.

-She understands how hard it is to carry a baby and how stressful you're right now, so Ichijiku turns into the softest partner you ever can get.

-Of course all needed meds and vitamins are already bought by her, and your wife will make sure you take it properly and at the right time. Even if she's at work, Ichijiku would call you or at least send a text with a little reminder.

"My dear, is everything alright?" - After she locks the door of her office, her always strict voice gets so gentle, as she coo at you, calling during her lunch break. - "How are you feeling? I'll try to run home while I have some time, so wait for me, okay?"

-As a Deputy Prime Minister Ichijiku has enough money to buy a bunch of fruits, to spoil you with your favorite meals a little bit more often and to take you only to the best hospital.

-And even if the last point means she would need to leave her post in government for some time to go to another country with you to more professional doctors, she doesn't mind. It's for your and her baby, after all, and your wife is ready to do anything for this bright future together, as a family.

-Ichijiku is not really touchy, at least in public, but now, when she gets home after work, she's always around you, clinging to your figure and peppering you with kisses.

-Soft careful hugs as she caresses your rounded belly, kissing your cheeks and then shoulder, whole body, whispering sweet nothings to you and thanking you for the baby.

-It doesn't matter if it will be a girl or boy, she will accept your child anyways. Of course Ichijiku prefers a girl, yet she's also hoping that together you will be able to raise a good guy, who maybe will break her ideas about man. Who may be a sight for her sore eyes after all these cries..?

+ You were sitting on the couch, reading one of the books that your dear wife bought for you, along with many other things for your hobbies so you wouldn't get bored, spending all day at home now. Ichijiku herself was in the kitchen, humming some small melody as she cooked dinner for you both. Most of the time you have something like a servant in your house, who's making all dishes and monitors the cleanliness of apartments, but for the last few weeks Ichijiku started giving her maid more weekends, preferring to cook for you and your future baby herself.. This sensitive softness of hers always touches your heart and a small smile appears on your lips as you listen to her quiet singing.

That's when you suddenly feel a light sensation in your stomach, like something was tickling inside. Putting the book aside with trembling arms, you call for your wife, as it was the first time you experienced something like that during your pregnancy. Doctors told you that you're already in gestation period when your baby can start kicking and you realize that maybe it is.

Ichijiku quickly gets into the living room, and immediately understands everything, as she notices how you cup your tummy carefully with your hands. Her steps are so light as she cautiously gets closer, whispering:

"My dear.. Can i..?" - only when you nod she gets on her knees, gently touching your abdomen with her fingers, and only then placing a whole hand, stroking it slowly.

Another weak wave of goosebumps washes over you as you felt like something overflowing inside your womb. And the face of your lover tells you she's feeling these little kicks too, as she leaned closer, applying her ear to your tummy with a trembling smile.

"Oh goodness, oh goodness.." - Ichijiku mumble, taking your hand in hers and squeezing it a little. - "How does it feel..?"

"I don't know.. Like I have a small fish inside me.." - you giggle softly, feeling how your heart is beating faster and faster. This love in your wife's gaze was so sincere, it's rare when you see such exciting sparkles in the depth of her blue eyes.

With a soft sigh she closes her eyes, listening to your baby's movements with the happiest smile on her face, before placing a little kiss on your tummy and then gets up and cups your cheeks too.

"Is it not painful? Don't want to lay down?" - ah, of course. Along with such joy Ichijiku can't help but worry about you, wanting to make you feel as comfortable as she can.

"No, I'm alright.." - you touch her hand on your cheeks, caressing her knuckles. - "But don't you think our kitchen would be on fire right now..?"

"Forget about this kitchen.." - she scoffs, walking from a room just for a few moments to turn all devices off and then get back, sitting next to you.

You titter, before leaning closer to your wife and pull her into a gentle small kiss, hugging her a little bit. Her hand quickly embraced you too, holding tightly but carefully.

"Can I listen for a few more moments? It's just so heartwarming.."

he’s an absolute idiot in love, more or less speaking, and completely oblivious to it all to an extent

samatoki doesn’t seem to entirely understand why his heart rate spikes and picks up pace the moment you’re around, why your simple smile makes the room around him suddenly so hot and unbearable

he doesn’t seem to entirely understand the oh so clear signs that he’s in love. or maybe he’s simply in denial

a yakuza boss like him can’t exactly afford to fall in love, after all, not when the job came with so many risks (not that he couldn’t take it all, as samatoki liked to think)

but it’s definitely obvious to everyone around him, as much as he may deny

the telltale signs were all there, i mean — he had an uncharacteristic quietness whenever the two of you bump into one another around yokohama, the type that jyuto calls him out on when he’s quick to notice

“it’s just someone i know,” samatoki grumbles, most definitely not in love. and he doesn’t realize that jyuto and rio pick up on his little shy mannerisms, how he’s more prone to rubbing his neck around you or how his gaze seems to drift to the ground (nor does he realize how the tips of his ears turn the lightest shade of red)

but it’s clear to them that it’s something more. they know their teammate all too well, and samatoki definitely acts differently each time you’re brought up

the atmosphere around him changes, and samatoki has nothing but good things to say, acting almost like an overbearing friend or sibling

samatoki has always been caring, of course, but he carries a different sort of tone around you

he’s a bit more soft-spoken, and his temper seems to lengthen just a tad. it’s the type that makes his teammates ask whether he’s been switched bodies or what

he cares about you a lot, samatoki knew that most certainly. he considered you a close friend, if anything, and he always told you that you should never hesitate to call him if you’re having some trouble. he’s more than happy to help

and he’s always stopping by your place or running into you at the most unconventional of places. it’s all a very, very strange coincidence in his eyes, but samatoki’s always checking up on you

and man do jyuto and rio try to get it through his thick skull that he’s so obviously crushing on you, that he’s an oblivious idiot in love

samatoki loves to deny it as well, perhaps getting a bit too heated and arguing with jyuto (again) before rio has to step in to mediate (again) because they’re too stunned that he’d even try to deny it

it’s just strange to him that he could be in love — him, samatoki, the yakuza boss

he’d never really been in love before, not really a goal he had set before. he’d always been rather busy taking care of nemu and working with sasara, and now he was busy looking for nemu

perhaps it felt more like he was getting sidetracked than anything

i mean, sure, it was a little weird how he always coincidentally seemed to be more aware around you, able to hear his heart resounding in his ears

and maybe samatoki cared for you, a lot. he always made sure that you were safe, walking you home if you had perhaps stayed out for too long

and maybe samatoki was a little weak for you, willing to do anything you asked of him. he wanted to help out in any way, to be around and see your adoring smile that made him feel those foreign butterflies, so weird the feeling yet still somewhat good

and the more he thought about it, how strange all the signs were, the more it seemed to hit him

maybe, just maybe, samatoki was indeed in love with you

A/N: I don’t know why but this request was hilarious to me! Like I’m imagining a parent that wants to take over the world and destroy cities, but always makes sure their kid does their homework and eats their vegetables. I kind of love it~

Ichiro Yamada

Ichiro first meets your parents when you ask him to be your plus one at a family party

within the first few minutes of meeting them, Ichiro quickly realizes that they’re two of the most wanted people in Ikebukero for large scale crimes

at first, he doesn’t know who they are and he’s practically ripping out his phone to call the police

but when you explain to him that they’re your parents and that they’re actually really good parents at that, Ichiro will put his phone down

he’s going to be a little frustrated with you, asking why you didn’t tell him this earlier, and wanting to know if you’ve ever helped them with any of their evil plans

but you tell him that your parents always say that ‘work is work’ and they never bring work home and Ichiro softens up a bit

despite them being your parents, Ichiro doesn’t leave you alone during the party, wanting to keep an eye on them

but when they happily introduce themselves and say how excited they are that you’re dating such a handsome, young, man, Ichiro softens even more

it doesn’t take him long to realize what you had meant earlier, and that your parents are actually really good at parenting

they ask Ichiro lots of questions about himself, throwing in funny anecdotes and stories about you as a kid

Ichiro tries to be guarded, but as soon as your parents mention how great he was at the last Division Rap Battle, and how proud they are that he’s representing Ikebukero, Ichiro definitely gets flustered

for as evil as they are in their daily lives, they certainly have a soft spot for you, and it shows

Ichiro also comes to see that your parents are actually better than his own when they go on and on about all of the family trips they took you on

and when they lovingly recall a piano recital you had when you were younger, Ichiro can’t help but give into their charms

because they’re obviously proud of you and they’re very good parents and to be totally honest, Ichiro is just a little bit jealous

Ichiro isn’t one to judge people, so he’ll want to take his time in getting to know your parents more

but at the end of the day though, as long as they are good to you and provide a loving, safe home - he’s happy that you introduced him to them

Kuko Harai

Kuko first meets your parents when you bring him home to celebrate Christmas

things progress normally, and although Kuko is fairly nervous around your parents, it’s just the usual jitters

when your family moves away from the living room to go eat Christmas dinner, Kuko stays back for a moment to fix his suit

and that’s when he sees the news article on the TV with your parents faces plastered on wanted posters

immediately he’s confused, wanting to scream and run out of the house with you but not knowing what to do

he makes up some excuse to pull you away and he hurriedly tells you what he saw, but when you sigh and tell him that you already knew your parents were evil, Kuko’s even more confused

you give him a pat on the shoulders and reassure him that they’re good parents despite their...dark side and leave it at that

meanwhile, Kuko is shaking and more confused than ever

so when your parents smile and casually ask him questions, his responses are rigid and rather abrupt

he doesn’t want to be rude, but he just doesn’t know how to interact with people who are evil

your parents don’t seem to mind though, and they’re quick to talk about the family, going on about you and how much they love you

when they express how impressed they are that Kuko was able to master an ascetic life at such a young age, he’ll definitely feel a bit buttered up

throughout the evening, Kuko catches glimpses of their good parenting

whenever you mention your home life growing up or the things all of you used to do when you were younger, Kuko continuously feels surprised

he grew up in the temple and became a monk quite young, so his home life was also quite safe and although he but ted heads with his father a lot growing up, Kuko still holds family in the highest of regards

so he’s happy that your parents are good to you and that there isn’t any tension in the family despite still being unable to wrap his head around the fact that you called them evil

at the end of the night your parents tell Kuko that they’re happy you found a boyfriend as interesting as him and that they hope you’ll both come around more

and Kuko can’t help but agreeing that despite their misgivings, your parents are actually quite loving and made a wonderful home for you

although he’s definitely still going to be confused and replaying the night over and over in his mind until he drives himself crazy

Nemu Aohitsugi

Nemu first meets your parents when you bring her home for dinner one night after you’ve been dating for a while

she wanted to make a good first impression, and she even brought flowers and some chocolates to your house

but it doesn’t take her long to realize that your parent’s pictures were on some files that Samatoki had hidden away with his Yakuza intel

specifically a file marked ‘incredibly dangerous’

at first, Nemu freaks out a little bit because she doesn’t really know how to act around them or how serious this meeting is

I can imagine her excusing herself with a squeak before pulling you away to an empty room and nervously asking you about your parents

you try to explain that, despite their jobs and them literally being evil, they’re actually quite decent parents, but Nemu is definitely still wary

she goes back to the dinner with you, but she’s definitely debating calling her brother and asking for an extraction from the house if necessary

this just makes her even more surprised when the conversation begins and it’s all quite normal

she listens nervously as your parents talk about you, laughing about how adorable you were as a child, and how happy they’d love to show her some baby pictures

when they ask her about her family and job, Nemu nervously tells them the truth, but it’s all very surface level because she really doesn’t want to tell them everything

your parents don’t mind though, and they’re quick to commend Nemu for being such a wonderful girlfriend to you

over the course of the dinner, Nemu opens up a little more and actually feels more at ease with your parents

she’s pretty sure she accidentally saw a hit list in the kitchen cabinet when she was looking for some glasses, but despite that, Nemu is actually surprised at the normalcy of your parents

she’ll want to take advantage of the moment, asking them things about you that you’re embarrassed to tell her

and she realizes quite quickly that your parents are genuinely good people that love you possibly more than her own parents loved her

this would make her a bit sad, but also very happy that you have a good home life

if your parents ever find out about Nemu’s home life situation, they’d ask her to think of them as her own parents and Nemu would be overjoyed

she decides not to turn them into the police, if only so that she can keep eating their amazing cooking

but she’ll definitely want to have a longer conversation with you about their...extracurricular activities and what that means for the two of you going forward as a couple
