Finding your own path isn't easy, but worth it. I have a journal of all my goals. I've accomplished a lot. This goal setting journey was different, difficult and rewarding at the end. Realizing I wasn't apart of a team but got the opportunity of a lifetime.
This goal chapter closes, I am excited of what is next chapter will intel. #2024.

Streamlines the waist and develops balance. Stand with feet 8 inch apart and fix eyes on a point directly in front of you. Interlock fingers and turn palms outward. Inhale deeply as you raise arms over your head. As you breathe out, bend from your waist to your left side, taking care not to reach forwards or backwards. Hold for a few seconds, then inhale deeply and slowly return to the upright position.

2 days meal prep of wild rice with boil chicken marinated in @the_farmer_and_the_chef herb salt, chicken bouillon , @bravadospice pineapple and habanero hot sauce. Season with pepper, Rosemary, parsley and lemon 🍋 pepper 🌶. Vegetables on the side
1 day meal prep of egg noodles with chicken sausage, garlic, white and green onion. Season with lemon ginger pepper.
I didn't like the consistency of this type of egg noodles but I'm giving it a try.
1 day meal prep of rice with chicken sausage, garlic, white and green onion season with @bokusuperfoods organic umami superfood seasoning and chicken popstickers on the side.
