Acosf is the worst ACOTAR book!

Before acosf everything was fine, everyone was loved and after acosf everyone hates everything from the previous books, everyone hates the IC.

I mean where did that come from??

Just because we got a different POV???

We all know it’s Nestas POV, nesta hates the IC but that doesn’t mean they’re bad now, just because nesta doesn’t like them???!!

Ever since Feyre fans have been saying that Matilda by Harry Styles is literally about Feyre (because it is)…Nesquick stans have been trying to use it for their fanon version of Nesquick and say it’s about her instead…like girl…Come on. I don’t think anyone has a problem with n.esta making friends, especially if they aided her to get better. I don’t want her in the inner circle, I barely want her around feyre. The problem is stans/the author make it seem like the years of emotional and verbal abuse she bestowed upon feyre and the lack of her helping in her own survival was because she was traumatized, which is not an excuse for her behavior but at least a clear understanding of n.esta. For her to give basic respect to others but slut-shame, degrade, and threaten feyre, someone who also actively helps her, just contradict the whole “she’s to traumatized” statement, if she clearly shows she can stop herself from lashing out…

For example, it’s known that Feyre taught her how to use a bow and arrow, which n.esta didn’t use for her own family or herself but for someone she had known for months, again, no one has a problem with that. But it proves that she was equipped and able to help feyre feed the family. She can learn to reign in her thoughts and words for others but became so overwhelmed that she told Feyre she was going to die simply because she was feeling called out and not because she thought feyre should know. She can differentiate what in hers and hers friends control and tell them not to blame themselves for things that happens to them but blamed everything on feyre. N.esta called them sisters after a few months but hated when feyre used the word family, she didn’t even understand why feyre would consider the inner circle family and that’s horrible and proves she don’t understand what n.esta or the rest of the family put her through. It’s demanded that Feyre be sympathetic to everything n.esta went through, while n.esta can’t even grasp why the ic is better than what feyre had gone through for years..

Nesta stan’s act as if Feyre didn’t give Nesta a choice and continue to say that what the IC did was what Tamlin did to Feyre. Where? They gave Nesta a CLEAR CHOICE. Take steps to get better or leave. And she could leave the house if she could take the stairs. There. 3 whole choices. Clear as day.

There’s a user trying to negate the fact the Tamlin absolutely did not give Feyre a choice and just locked her in the house. You’re saying Feyre wouldn’t have chosen to get up and leave had he given her the choice? She wouldn’t have flown down those steps?

At this point, the antis will make up, criticize and downright ignore/falsify things that happened in canon. Nesta was abusive to Feyre her entire life and took her personal trauma out on basically everyone she came across. Those who say that it wasn’t abuse and that it’s ‘normal sibling fights’ are 1) don’t have any siblings and can only draw examples from media and 2) play the abuser in their families lives and this mess of a book plays into your victim complex. I have never told my siblings I’d slit their throat, never told them that no one would remember them when they’re gone, never slut-shamed them and never asked them to put themselves in danger. This. Is. Not. Normal.

Feyre and Rhys had every right to throw Nesta out of their court and tell her to kick rocks. If someone I knew pulled half the shit nesta did I would have cut them out of my life so quickly it’s not even funny. Stole from me, manipulated, emotionally/mentally abused me, insulted everyone I cared about then continued living off me. Absolutely not. And don’t even get me started on the fact that 100% of you become purposely oblivious to how much politics matters/is needed for a strong court when it comes to Nestas behavior.

Redemption arc? What redemption arc? Let’s not pretend acosof was anything other than a money-grabbing-dumpster-fire of a book that assassinated loved characters, made well written characters do a complete 180 on their personalities and had so many plot holes I need a whole other 700 page book to explain them.

That's not true at all. When she shows these signs of depression she is the most relatable. To me, at least.
