I’ve been working on a new oc off and on for a little over 2 years.

But only now do they have a consistent design and name.

So, this is Lazarus

They’re a surgeon turned “bio-artist” (mad scientist) who turned their experiments on themself. They’re an absolute abomination who spends their time creating more abominations out of “recycled materials” or watching movies and painting with their weird crow boyfriend.
