It’s Mid-Year New Teachers Tip #30 Don’t Give Up
It’s hard. I know. However, you’ve made it hopefully through 2 observations, and I pray you have a strong team that’s helping you. Don’t give up on teaching because there are so many great things about it, but the one big thing is that you are making an impact on your students lives. Teaching is not easy, but you’ve made it this far. So, keep pressing forward, and make the most out of this quarter.
Best wishes! Super Teacher Blog

Hey Teacher friends! Drop your knowledge and tag a teacher, keep it going!
Question: If you could give a new teacher one idea to make their lives easier, what would it be? Most have already had their first observation.

Teachers,
Behavior is one of those things most of us are experiencing right about now? Every child needs their education we don’t want another students behavior to ruin a lesson. Your advice is always appreciated!
Q: Please share some knowledge that will help New teachers deal with this and maybe some strategies to reduce these types of distractions?

Mid-Year New Teacher Tip #29 Be Prepared
Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance. Stop stressing over what’s not done and be prepared with what you have because by now you should have a routine. Are your copies done right now, have you outlined what you’re teaching tomorrow, is your lesson plan on your desk, are you tracking your data, have you planned your outfit, are you making it to work on time? Then, you are fine!
You’ve taken all the necessary steps to WOW them tomorrow. So OWN IT. Everyone gets the Mid Year stress bubble especially new teachers. However, don’t let work, work you. Go in with a KAPOW, and make it happen!! You can do it! Signed Super Teacher Blog
