Two passions of mine are lists and family trees/next generations. One of my bigger gripes with the Fandom Wiki is that they will put absolutely everything to be a character category... aside from “next generation”...

So, I’m making my own list of next generation characters from all over the multiverse. Which is ungrateful, to be quite frank, due to how hard they are to find if you haven’t met them personally in a comic yet.

Which brings us to this post. Consider it a WIP as well as an ask for help. If you are as interested in next gen characters as I am, look at the shiny list! If you have read comics including next gen characters not listed here, please tell me the source and name so I can add them!

You need to REALLY piss Alchemist off to see this warm biscuit bun turn into a lava spitting owl monstrosity with three rows of teeth.

In one of Alchemist's early post-prime war interactions with Prima, she very brutally cut one of his lenses out for personal use, leaving one of Alchemist's light sensitive eyes exposed, and making him bound to healing eye drops and an eye patch at daytime.

In this form, Alchemist is an absolute tank. Plasma shots only agitate him, and armour layers are so thick and there are so many of them, that even sinking the knife in to the handle might not do much damage. He can stop a moving train with his sheer mass, crush entire bodies between his jaws, and run on speed up to 40 km/h. (Look i drew lava bubbling inside his belly :3)

He's far from being a graceful flier, so he only uses his wings as jump boost or as a built-in glider. When in the air, spread out, additional pairs of wings make up for their small length.

This concept may (and probably will) change in the future because i don't want to have too much detail on my characters, but, for now, I'm pretty happy about how it's turning out.

I’ve had my post complaining about the lack of names for three out of four SuperWonder kids from Earth-22 in my notes again and it reminded me that, well, actually, since then, I’ve fleshed out my own next gen for my Earth-304d continuity SuperWonder. So why not talk about that.

As a point of reference, here again, the 10 Years Later image from Kingdom Come. Their one names child, Jonathan Kent hugging Clark from behind, their youngest in Bruce’s arms, one child in Clark’s arms and one being scolded by Diana. I did want to base my SuperWonder next gen on that, albeit loosely.

Since there are so many Jonathan Kent II sons of Clark in the multiverse, I’ve decided that my version gets a middle name to differentiate him a little in name too. Jonathan Joel Kent, to name him after both Clark’s fathers, cutting out the r of Jor-El to make it a typical human name. Though I’ll admit, I’m going to mash his story with main continuity kiddo Jon’s story, gotta love those Super Sons.

The child in Clark’s arms is Lara Martha, the one being scolded by Diana is her twin-sister Hippolyta Philippus - because the overall trend of naming their kids only after Clark’s parents in canon, why not also throw in Diana’s parents. Lyta and Lara, twin sisters.

And their youngest, Christopher Bruce. Named after his godfather, partially inspired by this image and the fact that Bruce is the one holding him here. Also inspired by one of the few named children of SuperWonder from the multiverse - Bruce Kent from Distant Fire. I am also a sucker for Chris Kent from Earth-16 (who I pretend is a SuperWonder kid since his mom is never confirmed in canon), and since all his siblings ended up with a first and middle name, I thought those went well together.

And here they are, behold! My SuperWonder children! Left to right, Lyta, Donna (who Clark and Diana adopt in this), Lara, little Chris on Conner’s shoulders (who Clark and Diana also adopt in this) and Jon!
