As others have discussed, it's clear that Logan goes a 'tad' over board with the wedding planning... He's gone full Monica Geller. He's meticulously planned every little fine detail. Everything from weird, futuristic dancers to life-sized sculptures of himself & Quinn made out of cake...
Logan's always been one to boast about his inherited wealth, however a large part of this bravado really comes down to deep insecurity. The need to carve this image for himself in order to appear more important, more desirable, than he actually feels.
That's why it was such a massive character growth moment for Logan to publicly admit (shout at the top of his lungs, more like) that he *SHOCK* loves Quinn Pensky. For a boy so entrenched in the idea that image is everything, to announce his feelings in such a vulnerable way in front of EVERYONE... *chef's kiss* Season 1 Logan would've died of embarrassment.
So, although I think he's acting with good intentions, he's lost sight of the true purpose of the day. It isn't to dazzle or impress or to appear like the most perfect couple ever to walk the planet...And when Quinn is overwhelmed by the theatrics & bolts... That realisation will hit him like a tonne of bricks.
By the end of the film, we'll see Logan propose to Quinn for the second time. This time with no headset, stuffy blazer...just himself, down on one knee. And we'll get the true Quogan wedding at PCA 🤧
Danny has a little resurgence of vortex's weather manipulation powers. Ororo by chance sees the weird weather changes on Amity park and offers Danny if he wanted her to tutor him on this particular skillset... only to get awkward when Danny accidentally flirts with her out of nervousness.
Ororo Munroe, aka Storm of the X-Men was investigating the weird weather changes in small city called Amity Park to wheter or not it was a mutant with weather manipulation power or something else unrelated but potentially dangerous.
She was half-right. While it wasn't mutant but a half-ghost half-human superhero who was looking around the weather he created with a nervous look on his pleasant, cute face.
Storm: Do you need a hand in your weather manipulation, young man~?
She flirted with the young man in a playful, non-serious manner to ease the young man...
Danny: With a teacher like you helping me out. I think I'll be A-Ok~
... and Storm she was pleasingly surprised when the half-ghost hero flirted back even it was made in nervousness.
I forgot how sad it was when they finished the series. I might be a bit too old, 23 is a bit over the age limit, but I loved that series when it was first out! My siblings were 6 and 9, so they watched it and I found myself being dragged into it! God I love the plot! And I hear they're making a movie!!!!!! :D
You wanna know the one thing that bugs me about Avatar? Is the pure lack of mention of the fact that Aang is A 100 YEARS OLD
Like they do make mentions but not to the full extent of what that really means-
Like 100 years is an insane amount of time, to put it in perspective
*The FBI was made in 1908
*we had TWO great world wars
*a Great Depression
*a Cold War
*many civil rights movements
*We got two states added to the US (Hawaii/Alaska)
Like - we went from box/huge computers to now being able to hold a computer in our hands (our phones) and so much more happened, this doesn’t even include minor events, with construction, etc
Avatar really could have used this a lot more then they did!
For example when Aang/Katara/Sokka went Omashu, it would have made so much more sense for Aang to not know where everything is anymore
There definitely had to have been a lot of construction, roads being fixed, buildings being made etc, it would have fit so perfectly if Aang kept trying to guide them though the city but kept being completely caught off guard
Also slang is different! he knew firenation terms from back then (Flameo Hotman) imagine his slang he’d have! we see it here with Gen Z and Millennial slang! It’s completely different! It’d been so funny if he randomly used slang from a 100 years ago!
It’d be like someone from the 90s saying “All that and a bag of chips”! There should have been more comedic moments of Aang saying random slang and Katara and Sokka not knowing half of what it means!
