Snatching up your phone, you expect someone reasonable so you so don't act on one of your very many creative ideas. Suspicion arouses in your chest when you see the text messages that came in were from an unknown number. For a minute or so, you re-read the cryptic words on the screen.

Hope you're not ignorin' me, y/n...

Raising a brow, your thumbs taps your screen, typing up your response, feeling intrigued as you piece together who this person is. All the serious ex-boyfriends are currently blocked—unless one of them got a new phone number. Then again, could it be that one fine ass doctor who flaked out when you were supposed to meet up for coffee, what was his name? Leon? Leroy?

The thought of playing 20 questions felt childish, and yet, you couldn't resist a good game of cat and mouse.

Do I have a reason to?

It was a simple question.

Nothing more and nothing less.

Satisfied with your response, you confidently press the send button and swiftly make your way to the bedroom, ready to crawl into the comfort of your safe haven. As you were settling down, it wasn't long before you got another text. Your lips fought back the devious smirk that toyed at the corners. Then the habitual urge to wait a few minutes before you responded, kicked into play. Counting the minutes down to a T, you went through the motions until you allowed yourself to eagerly grab ahold of your phone.

I'm goin' to take that as you don't remember me then...Shame, really.

You pause, staring at the mysterious text with your thumbs hovering over your keyboard in hesitation.

Despite the warning bells ringing through your head, you were drawn in, almost obligated to keep it the conversation flirtatious and flowing, your stomach whirls in temptation and your veins pumped with adrenaline. "Y/N... you're literally just asking for it at this point." You depressingly tell yourself, while you await the unknown.

Shame? So, why don't you remind me then?

In a matter of seconds and with amped up urgency ricocheting in the air, your phone chimes 3 times.

You never cease to amaze me, y/n.

It's Simon.

I'm only in town for a few days.

Ahh..That explains a lot...

Tipping your head back and like a film to a movie, the past emotions you had suppressed a long time ago begins to resurface. You knew all too well that Simon was the kind of person who just wanted to get his dick wet, and yet, here you are...

And I should care why..?

A wry smirk tugged on Simon's cheeks, you were the same y/n as he remembered.

In his eyes, you reminded him of a coconut.

A fruitful woman who sought out love with a tough, hardened exterior, protecting the delicate and delicious center. Given just the right amount of pressure, the shell would crack, exposing the soft interior.

And Simon knew exactly how to break through.

Don't act like you don't have flashbacks of how I made your legs shake with just two of my fingers.

Rekindling anything with Simon would be a waste of time and energy. It was going to lead you down a path that held nothing but short-lived highs and hallow, empty promises.

Even with the nostalgic scenes from the past manifesting, the mere act of conversing with Simon reignites an extinguished flame that quickly spreads throughout your body.

You could also use the good fucking.

Maybe.

And there it was.

It was a crumb, but to Simon, it was an entry ticket. He was quite impressed with himself that he didn't even have to do much convincing this time around.

Let's go lowest to highest again and start with our favourite ginger Harbinger, Tartare Sauce. Tartaglia would find your antics entertaining, aware of your feelings as he always is but unwilling to give you the easy way out, provoking you, if anything, with little gestures and notes of affection to get your heart racing. Tartaglia treats it like a habit that you don't like to let him know how much you like his touch, though Tartaglia knows you treasure him. You just don't like it when he interrupts your work. That's when he gets a real earful.

Arlecchino thinks of your demeanour as an endearing trait, choosing to smile and go along with it, though both of you know that she knows the truth. Arlecchino will listen to your objections and laugh a little before making a knowing remark like, "Right, I forgot, you have no interest in kisses from me." just to watch you squirm and try to hint at her that you would like some after all. Still, you just can't bring yourself to say it without work, all to earn a kiss on the cheek as your precious reward.

Pantalone is liberal with his love for you despite your denial as he revels in every break of your facade. You are a challenge that he enjoys every encounter with, even when your rejection turns to wrath. It is a special moment of will he or won’t he does when Pantalone is faced with the idea of you tackling him to the couch in a fit over him interrupting your work. Pantalone does not mind if you get feisty and start to fight more than usual, became he laughs it off and carries on to melt that icy heart of yours with a little more warmth.

More than anything, La Signora thinks you are adorable like this. She will let you run around like a mouse chasing a block of cheese, then throw her love in here and there to see you become flustered. You like to deny that you want things from her until she does it, and then, suddenly, you don’t want her to stop. Signora thinks your displays of pouty resistance are endearing and doesn't like to leave you quiet—if you're not mad at her, she wasn't enough. However, she does wish that you are satisfied and often manages to talk you into giving some back.

As for Sandrone, she is a similar case. She doesn't want to admit she secretly wants to cuddle you every night, she just does it, and you better not dare draw attention to it, or you won't receive cuddles for the rest of the night. You have to be a little braver and work your way up to it because hell will freeze over before Sandrone becomes eager to budge. She takes your idea of a request surprisingly well, pushing it to start asking where your nighttime cuddles went, mostly because she stole your habit and asks what happened to her kisses when you’ve been slacking for too long.

Someone like Scaramouche wouldn't just give you what you want if you're going to behave like you won't. You have to work for it, and he won't be taking pity on you until you do. Scara would be willing to deprive you of everything because, secretly, he's a little bit more like you than he'd like to admit, though he's just mean. Scaradouche will have more patience for you as his lover but certainly not pity. He enjoys watching you think about it and consider your options, seeing the deliberation in your head, because he knows you want to, and that gratifies him.

Capitano's whipped nature on your side fr. You say leap he asks how high, so when you make a point to very subtly imply that you would like cuddles, you will be receiving them. You will end up smothered in that big coat of his where it's cozy and warm because he doesn't want you to get cold, even if you want that in public where he will gladly take it entirely off to wrap around you with a kiss on your forehead. It'll get you grumbling, but at least you'll not freeze to death doing it and probably be found wrapped up fast asleep in it later.

Columbina treats it like a funny little voice nagging at her and hardly pays attention to your attitude when she's smothering you. She does not give a shit. She'll find a way to shut you up about it quickly because Columbina knows damn well that you want to be doted on and just don't know how to admit it. She only asks to tease you and watch you get all flustered about it.

Next up, we’ve got Dottore, and by god, guess what, bb? You get to suffer because if you can’t articulate what you want, you’re not gonna get it. He will leave you to wallow in your own inability to admit the things you want from him because he likes it when you get to the point that you realise you have no choice but to initiate things and hope for the best. It depends entirely on his mood whether he draws attention to it or not because one of those means that he’s busy, and the other acknowledges that he can be a bit too cruel with how far he lets it go.

Pierro has absolutely no time for your shit. He may have all the time in the world rn, but he's old and fossilising and not a chance does he want to spend it on the intricacies of your emotional complexes. Sorry, but he’s damn well busy. Pierro doesn’t have time to pick apart whether you do or do not want to be kissed goodbye every morning or pampered for a bit when he gets home. Once you start mumbling out one response, it stays until you switch up and start asking where your goodbye kiss went because until then, you’ll be getting no more than a forehead kiss in your sleep before he leaves that you’re not fully conscious for just so you know he hasn’t forgotten you, maybe even helps you to sleep in a little better.

Can you tell us more about what those would entail/how they would affect the player experience? So sorry if this question has already been asked!

So I'll be doing an official post for the origins in a short while but for now here's the rundown. Bear in mind this is just what I have in my notes atm, things may change!!

Shadow Circuit Origin:

Located on the ground far beneath the towering skyline of Manhattan, these are the slums of the NEON // BYTE world. This maze of run-down streets is in a state of perpetual nighttime, the sun blocked by the city in the sky. It is absolutely teeming with poverty and crime.

MC was an orphan who was watched over by a tough but compassionate old lady, Mrs. Sim, and grew up with the other street kids. It was either a life of crime, or no life at all.

Because of this, a SC Origin has an immediate boost in the agility and firearms stats; the ability to traverse the environment for a quick getaway, and, failing that, the ability to shoot their way out. This also unlocks origin-specific dialogue options relating to the Shadow Circuit and its inner workings.

Dead Drop Origin:

What separates the Shadow Circuit from the Empire District are the skyscrapers in between that have been transformed into an indoor city. This is where the people lucky enough not to end up in the Shadow Circuit scratch out a living. Tiny apartments and huge factories, the blue bloods like to remind the working class that a happy life is a productive one.

MC grew up with their neighbors Tomas and Riella, and the three of them lived like adopted siblings, looking out for each other since their parents were always away on work. The trio ran a workshop in the marketplace, MC tinkering with weapons and other bits of tech for them to sell.

A DD Origin starts with boosted stats in melee and tech; they know just how to pack a punch (because guns in a crowded market were a no-no), and, obviously, have a much better grasp of technology than the average person. This also unlocks origin-specific dialogue options relating to the Dead Drop and its inner workings.

Empire District Origin:

The Empire District is a whole other world separate from the cities it sits atop. Bathed in sunlight, and the only place you'll find real plant life in the city, Higher Manhattan is where the rich and powerful make their home. Top of the line flying vehicles, luxury mansions, tasteful corporate buildings, all shiny and chrome and willfully ignorant of the suffering of those beneath them.

MC grew up with ridiculous wealth in crippling isolation. Their every move watched from the moment of their birth, they went through life attending extravagant parties with no expectations on them but one: perfection. LOVEJOY, a partially retired world-famous celebrity, took MC under his wing, wanting them to avoid the mistakes he made at their age.

An ED origin gives boosted starting stats in tactics and charisma; years of every move being a calculated one allows for an MC that can think ahead, and has a better understanding of the intricacies of a conversation. This also unlocks origin-specific dialogue options relating to the Empire District and its inner workings.

Overall:

BEAR IN MIND: the stats above aren't something you're entirely locked into. You won't be forced into being a smooth-talker from the Empire District; you can simply choose the other dialogues. All these stat bonuses do is grant you a better chance of success if you DO select these options and continue to build on them as the game progresses :)

SO I want the origins to have an effect on the story MORE in a narrative sense than a mechanics one.

First of all, there's a playable origin chapter for BEFORE MC becomes a vampire so you get to go experience daily life along with the Thing That Changes Everything. That means me writing three origin chapters separately because there's no way of linking those together, they're too different.

There are certain scenes, too, that will be very different later in the game unless you're on a specific origin route. Obviously reunions with each of the origin NPCs, but more than that...

I wanted extra bonuses for each path so it'd be fun to play through each origin!! So it won't just be a case of catching up with old friends, I wanted to make sure I could involve unique scenes with your ROs and/or BFF for each one.

Meaning: there'll be certain romance/friendship scenes you won't get unless you're on a specific origin path, BUT there'll be the same AMOUNT of those scenes on each playthrough.

So if you're romancing Emery, for example, and you're on a Shadow Circuit origin route, you'll unlock a bonus scene in act one with Emery.

But if you're romancing them on a Dead Drop origin, you won't get that scene; instead, you'll get a different bonus scene of an equivalent value in act two.

Aaaand with an Empire District origin, you'll be waiting until act three to get a bonus scene!!

LASTLY (oml this was supposed to be short), each origin offers a unique solution to a problem you come across in each act.

In the Shadow Circuit in act one, you'll find yourself in trouble on the streets. If you're not from around these parts, you're gonna have a shitty time. You don't know your way around, you don't know anyone from here; it's just going to suck. BUT if you are from around here, you'll know where to go, leading to a bunch of scenes the other origins won't see. And at the end of the act, you'll find yourself with some extra help that give more unique scenes!!

I want to make sure I'm balancing fairness here, so, as I said, narrative over mechanics. I don't want the player to be punished for not being on a certain route (like if they don't get the help in act one, I don't want them to fail or someone to die because of it), but I DO want you to enjoy unique scenes and dialogues for roleplay purposes.

Varian and the Seven Kingdoms Consolidation of Info

This is going to be a consolidation of all the official Vat7K stuff I have on my blog, including copy/pasting of posts Kay Ritter and Anna Lencioni have posted, and to a lesser extent, things I’ve posted with insider knowledge I had before Kay ever released their notes. Alexa Bosy was also involved in the project.*

*Please note that all these asks were sent when Kay was still going by Kait and was still using she/her pronouns. I have edited to reflect their preferred name and pronouns when referencing them, but did not edit the content of the original asks.

These are some of the character page descriptions we gave when we presented “Varian and the Seven Kingdoms!” I had to shut of my asks because I’m just getting slammed every day, so I’m sorry if I don’t get back to any of you!! I appreciate all the enthusiasm, though! ; - ; Please enjoy and keep creating!!! (Also enjoy some Anna sketches- she designed Varian’s cousins and they’re dang cute!)

The Design

Via Kay: Some character design/ costume concept art for a fan project me and Anna dreamed up. It was a little spinoff comic about Varian continuing his adventures in alchemy through the seven kingdoms in order to learn the seven alchemical laws and attain forbidden knowledges. New characters we wanted to play with were Varian’s mom, who design-wise was a in flux, since we only had one reference image to go off of…but we really wanted to match her aesthetic to Varian/ that of a field researcher. We always imagined her as being a lot like Varian! Tried to develop some motifs between the other characters (L-R: Hugo, Donella, and Donella’s muscle-man) to make them look like the evil pack they were. Hugo was a sneaky artificer who conned the wealthy and worked for Donella: Varian’s mother’s former research partner. We also had Yong and Princess Nuru- who were some new friends that Varian would meet on his journey! And of course, Prometheus, a farm donkey Quirin gifted to Varian before he left Corona. (Not quite a Maximus…but, hey!)

Via Kay: Here are some old beat boards Anna and I did when we were making this fan-baby!

The first few explored Varian meeting Yong and making his first friend, completing the first trial of the seven kingdoms. In the nighttime one- Anna had a cool idea that Princess Nuru’s dress was an active star chart and that she could act as the group navigator, using it to guide them. The last few were just some group interactions and Varian coming face to face with his mother.The super short story is: we imagined each of the seven kingdoms would teach one of the seven alchemical stages of transformation and reveal a totem. With all seven totems acquired, Varian would be able to use them to reunite with his long-lost mother (we’d called her Ulla) who was trapped somewhere unreachable by her former partner, Donella, long ago. Donella was after the totems as well to prevent Ulla’s release and sent Hugo to collect them as a double-agent within the group. Hugo would later betray Donella in service of helping Varian reach Ulla. We viewed Hugo and Varian’s relationship evolving from a sort of Pinocchio/ Lampwick situation (literally what that drawing is from) to that of an equal one. In a way, their bond repaired the partnership that frayed between Ulla and Donella.

Anon Ask: Kait! Appreciate the infodump (I'm the currently-Tumblr-less user w the bombardment of Q's earlier) & I'm stoked that you've given us your blessing to use the concept!:P Got more random Q’s, if you’re up for it! Was the comic outfit Varian’s final, or the other designs would’ve been used too (same w Ulla’s 2 designs)? 7 trials ideas, & 7 kingdoms’ names? How much time after TTS would this be? & finally, was Varian planning on actually RIDING that donkey, or would he pull a caravan(?)thing?xD -GC

Kay’s Answer: The outfits were still in flux- the comic was a representation of our first draft and the other designs came later (including Hugo’s upgrade, Donella, etc.) The red dress Ulla was a flashback type of look whereas the teal one is more like…how Varian would have found her. You know I actually found some screenshots of the ol’ docs we wrote using the 7 alchemical stages to mirror the seven kingdoms. We tried to find an alchemical story component, a magical story component, and a figurative/character story component for each! We never actually named the kingdoms and we also crafted a lot of them before they existed canonically in the show (I think there’s an episode of RTA where Raps competes against princesses from the seven kingdoms and they’re mentioned there)…so just know it’s not accurate to that at all, haha.

But here! These are very note-to-self format…so…apologies lol...

Anon Ask: Hello Kait! I would like to know more about Hugo’s past. Your friend mentioned that Hugo is an orphan. Where did Hugo grow up? So, where will he go after betraying Donella? Does he have a permanent place of residence?

Kay’s Answer: I’m trying to recall what Anna said, but he definitely grew up an orphan. From what I can remember, the kingdom he grew up in had a very highly divided class system and Hugo was determined to find a way not to live on scraps. And not just that, but to like…get back at, take advantage of as many rich idiots as possible. He’s Robin Hood robbing the rich to feed himself. Someone here called him a champagne-taste kind of guy and that’s exactly right.

He’s manipulative, so he’s probably well ahead of developing technologies and other things for the rich people who invest in him. He’d probably just withhold the best stuff for himself and do what he needed to stay in his patrons’ good graces. And he’d steal whatever they didn’t give him and never get caught. (I think Anna designed like a motorized bike or something for him once…he’s literally the cool guy with a car. He’d totally keep something like that all for himself.)

Donella and her gang offered protection more than anything…so he offers most of his work to her first. Including his sneakier services. That’s how he ends up being the one to go after Varian. It’s probably also how (in our wildest dreams) we imagined him possibly having pulled a job (and likely conned) Eugene back in his Rider days. Pulled a Rider on a Rider as a sneaky kid.

All of this is also why he’d switch alliances on Donella when it felt right to do so. Hugo has a wild compass but he follows it in service of himself pretty much always. Becoming close to Varian kinda changes that streak in him. He’d probably hang out with Varian whenever everything blew over, maybe settle back down in Corona. Meet this princess everyone keeps talking about. Wait…Rider lives in a CASTLE NOW?!

Anon Ask: Kait! Varian and the seven kingdoms is giving me so much life during quarantine bless your heart for all this :’) I have a question, what kind of life did our sweet boy Yong live? Was he an orphan too? Or did Varian promise his parents/guardian he’d take care of him? After they finish their adventure does Varian take Yong under his wing so he stops blowing stuff up and causing fires?

Kay’s Answer: I love Yong, I think everyone loves Yong, I think Yong’s parents and family (which I always imagined as being very big) all love Yong. But I think they are all very tired and very grateful that he has made a friend who is willing to take him on as a mentee. I imagine he’s gone through a few. (Very Young Hercules lol.)

Anon Ask: This is a question on the 7 kingdoms au thing. When Ulla was researching in the Dark Kingdom, was this before or after it was abandoned? It was likely before it was abandoned but I'm just not sure. Also, this is probably more of a question for Kritterart, but since she made that post about getting too many asks I decided to ask that question to you. 😅

My Answer: Yeah, I have absolutely no idea how to answer that. Seeing as how the Dark Kingdom was on the seven kingdoms list in the comic, I have to guess that they hadn’t yet developed in the series that the kingdom had been abandoned, but that’s just my guess.

Kay’s Reply: (We were thinking it was before…and also where she met Quirin, fell in love with him! Just before they moved to Corona- the place where the final trial/totem were. She paused her research to have a family, that bummed Donella out, Quirin let her go after Varian was born, and she never came back.)

Anon Ask: If VAT7K ever became canon, would Varian and Hugo been an actual couple? Making Varian bi?

My Answer: Yes.

Okay, I don’t know for a fact that they’d have been a couple or endgame, however, I was talking to Kait about it a long time ago and she told me that Vat7K would confirm that Varian is bi (and she was referring to Hugo).

I’m getting way more 7K questions than I have time or any real authority to answer considering there is no ACTUAL CONTENT to reference lol, but I just wanna let you guys know how much I appreciate them all! I’m sorry if I don’t answer your question. I also just don’t want my art tumblr to turn into a huge Q&A, haha.We’ve been loving all the fanart and support and curiosity. It’s amazing! Sometimes the night sucks & sometimes sleep decides to skip the party. Eddie's become a pro at guiding you to dreamland, even if it takes a while.

It'd only been thirty minutes after you and Eddie crawled into bed, snuggled under the covers and said goodnight. The fan hummed in a hypnotic lull, and you could hear the distant traffic out the cracked window mix with Eddie's snoring.

He was out cold, wrapped in the blanket you had abandoned to pace around the room. You didn't want to wake him, He'd just taken double shifts down at Thatcher Tire.

Tire of pacing, you quietly nestle yourself o n the floor, watching him as you pluck at the carpet.

Eddie stirs as he reaches out to share the stolen covers with you once more. But his hand flops into the empty space beside him. Muttering groggy incoherence in his sleep, Eddie scoots over closer to where you should be and tries again, with the same outcome.

His head pops up from under the cover, his eyes are barely open as he peers down at the empty space. "Gone." you faintly hear the raspy sound of Eddie's sleepy vocal cords.

When he hears your short laughter, Eddie lays back down, only to roll over and peer at you from your place on the floor. He tries to assess what's going on when it slowly dawns on him.

"Sandman skipped a shift again, Pud?" he asks you, his voice still strained as he rubs at his eyes, trying to wake them up.

You give a nod, "go back to sleep, you were sleeping good." you say.

"Yeah but," He lulled sitting up and sliding his legs out the bed, "it'd be ten times better if you were doing it with me." he said.

Leaning forward, he nudges your nose with his. "Waking up to empty space is like waking from a falling dream before the splat." he murmured as he sat up straight.

Eddie's hands slapped down against his knees to push himself up as he flashed you a smile. "So, something warm to drink." He said. Eddie's mind was geared up for the usual ritual of lulling you to sleep.

"Goddamn lazy sandman," He cursed playfully, waiting for you to follow behind him into the kitchen.

You nestle yourself at the small table for two and watch Eddie as he is hyperfocused on preparing your favorite nighttime drink, determine not to get it too hot or too cold, and to add all the right things.

When he is finally done, there is a glint of pride in his tired eyes as he sets if before you. You thank him with an apologetic smile, "you can go back to bed now, I'm ok." you offer.

Eddie rests his cheek in his hand and shakes his head, "liar" he hums watching you drink up. It was always the same, and he waited patiently to fall into phase two. When he was certain you were almost done, he stood and wandered back to the bedroom.

In the dark, he fumbled for his slippers and yours. Sliding his pair on to his feet, Eddie gathered the blanket and reached out for his Acoustic. Eddie zipped up the guitar into it's case and grabbed his car keys.

Standing at the kitchen sink, you are rinsing out your cup when a soft weight covers your shoulders. Eddie wraps the blanket around you and gives his keys a jingle.

Phase two had begun, Eddie turned the radio down low, "you remember this song?" he asked you. He keeps his voice deep and low because he knows it's a good way to both calm you and keep you grounded away from any anxious thoughts.

You recognize the song from the time traded weed with the DJ at the school dance back in your senior year, it was this song he had them play.

It was the song you danced to, it was the first time Eddie ever broke down and braved the dance floor. A slow tune that caused racing hearts.

The memory makes you smile, "I remember" you tell him. Eddie holds a gentle grin on his face as he lets the song play while he cruises you through the vacant streets.

The windows of the van are down to let the breeze caress your skin. Eddie weaves through the streets and back roads at a mild speed. "Do you want to tell me what's in your head, pud?" He asks after some time.

Looking up at the road ahead of you, watching the lines disappear under the hood of the car, you linger quietly for a moment. "You don't have to, this is ok too." Eddie said, flicking on his blinker as he turned. There was no on the road, but he needed that dull ticking sound, as it always caused your eyelids to droop just a little.

The silence lingers a bit, until you come across a red light near the town center. Watching the red light, you start to talk to Eddie. You share your headspace with him, he welcomes the emotion dump, silently listening.

Now and then your out pour of thoughts draws a quiet "aw/oh, babe." or a a hum of a sound showing that he is indeed listening.

Eddie reaches out to give your hand a squeeze before the light turns green, with a "I love you." he rolls naturally off his tongue. He's noticed you've started to relax in the passenger's seat.

"Time for phase three." he thinks to himself, steering the car to your special place.

In the middle of the grassy field, Eddie brought the van to a stop. It's not meat for this kind of off-roading, but Weathertop was never too taxing on the vehicle.

You and Eddie sit in the back of his van, the seats lowered and blanket spread out. He's taken up his acoustic and lightly plays, swaying this the music as he starts to strum.

"Close your eyes." He said, and you do as he says. He scoots closer, you can feel his shoulder touch yours. The two of you hum the tune together, lyrics that mean the world to both of you and off their own sort of comfort.

You lean your head on his shoulder, and he rests his head on top of yours. He plays anything and everything that comes to mind until he hears a tiny yawn from you.

Eddie smiles to himself, "there we go." he thinks. Plating a tender kiss to the top of your head, he asks, "do you want to lay down with me?"

When you nod in response and Eddie reaches to put his guitar away. Scooting his body to lay down, he gives his chest a pat. You curl into him as if he were a body pillow. One leg slightly wrapped around him.

He lets you cling, his hand rubbing your shoulder gently, his other hand holds your hand to his chest. You can hear and feel a strong hypnotizing heartbeat, a consistent 'lub dub' trying with all its might to sing you to sleep.

Eddie stares up at the ceiling of the van as the two of you just lay there. You draw absently on his chest little hearts, and it makes him chuckle lightly. He tries to keep his feet still as they want to wiggle happily.

The two of you share a yawn, and you cuddle closer. Eyelids finally heavy. "Thank you, Eddie." you murmur before sleep finally decides to take you. "Every time." he whispers back. "Goodnight Y/n." are his last words before sleep takes him as well.
