@speedythecat I'm sorry, but did anyone mentioned this?
so anyway @lloyd-garmadork you know i was gonna do it haha. i love your gi designs so much i mean i h a d to
I've seen you mention the "Fragments" in prior posts so are they followers of Salem and Rin or do the two call themselves "Fragments"? If it's the former, what do they look like? What is the 'generic villain outfit' for them?
Yes!! The Fragments is the name of Renaissance and Salem’s organization. Basically you have Renaissance who is the figure head, Salem who is his 2nd in command and does most of the "dirty work" and then you have the rest of the followers who are referred to as Fragments.
"We are going to take back our world and rebuild our shattered society, one fragment at a time."
Here are the generic villain outfits for them designed by my co-conspirator, @snimbusjavy
Hi! I know you like designing minifigures, but i was qurious: have you ever thought about what sets would Shattered have?
Hello! Yes!! I think about it alot since my goal is to mimic a real season of Ninjago. I dont have the ability//skill to actually make moc's so I just make the ideas haha.
The entire wave would mostly be based on the use of transparent pieces to give sets a glassy feel. but not in an overused fashion.
Here are some of the idea's I had for a wave!
The DBX Prime: A big tractor trailer like truck that functions as a mobile base. This functions as Shattered's "Destinys Bounty" and the idea is that the trailer holds space for smaller vehicle sets. Think kinda like the Ultra Agents HQ but more Destinys Bounty esque. It would come with all the ninja in standard Shattered GI.
Rain's Elemental Dragon: Mostly speaks for itself, it's the glass elemental dragon. Mainly teal in color with lots of transparent pieces. The wings are translucent and are meant to catch light and filter colors through it like stained glass. Come's with Shattered GI Rain and Lloyd and some Fragments members.
The Geode Crusher: Working name. A monster truck for Cole. Uses trans orange accent parts. Would include Shattered Cole, Kai and One Fragments member.
The Castle of Glass: The Glass Temple. Very cathedral like but still comes across as being a Ninjago temple. Features stained glass windows. It would include, Shattered Lloyd and Jay. Cultist Salem, Renaissance and NRG Rain. This set would include a spinner for Rain.
Pixal's Samurai X Mech: A new mech for Pixal as Sam X. It's main color scheme is purple. Would include Shattered Pixal, Zane, Nya and a Fragments Member.
Market Street Pursuit: Working name. This is a smaller set similar to sets like Ninjago City Chase and The Gamers Market. A smaller set comprised of a few market stalls. Includes a cat, Shattered Lloyd, Kai and Casual Salem.
Downtown Ninjago/The Dairy Dragon: Working name. Meant to be a LEGO Modular. Largest set in the wave. Would probably include The Dairy Dragon, Leif's Flowers, Ariya's Boutique, A Pizza Shop, An Arcade. The Dairy Dragon is the main feature of the build. The dragon ontop is detachable as its own side build. Minifigures: Dairy Dragon Rain, Dragon Mascot Sprinkles, Casual Lloyd, Leif, Ariya, Casual Skylor, Nelson, Antonia and Fugi-Dove.
Thats all I've got right now for Shattered. I really wanted to squeeze in a set for Nya but I haven't quite decided on what I'd like/how to implement it into the story yet but it's something I've been thinking on and still plan to add.
"After all...we are all just a little broken. But that's okay, we can mend our shattered pieces one piece at a time."
Leif was previously a high-ranking veteran in the Serpentine wars. Deserting the tribes shortly after the tombs were re-opened he wanted to "turn over a new leaf" and leave his previous life of war behind.
He changed his name and moved into Ninjago City where he has made a life for himself as the downtown florist and Ninjago’s most infamous information broker.

@crow14-raven hope you don't mind if I awnser this like this but I have 2 awnsers. Kind of.
The deer represents both Rain and her Brother. I really like symbolism in design so I try to shove it in most I can. It depends on the culture but deer (specifically the doe) are typically representative of being gentle and graceful. Deer are also usually flighty animals.
Rain's character is about her inner war with her elemental power. She doesn't like it and she fears it will overwhelm her like it did her ancestors of legend. Rain despite her more sinister elemental power and roots, is a character who highly believes in "fighting without fighting". She is incredibly passionate and kind and very small and agile. The deer represents her character.
On the opposite end the deer also represents her brother. The Stag is often depicted as being a strong leader. The Stag sheds its antlers and regrows them in a regenerative kind of process. This symbolizes renewal. An idea Rin is trying to achieve by wiping out the elemental masters and bringing about a new age to Ninjago by shedding out the old.
In the actual context of the lore, Shattered has a location called The Glass Sea. The desert is located at the bottom and surrounding area of the Shintaro mountains. The place was considered sacred to ancient glass masters and is where the Temple of Glass is located. The Glass Sea is where the animal, The Grism inhabits. The Grism is what the elemental masters adopted as their animal symbol. It is a mythical deer like creature that few have ever seen or know exist. They are large, crystal-like deer/elk creatures that only inhabit The Glass Sea.
