Fasting today ☆
Had a really messy weekend full of binging but today is a new month and a new week so I feel determined to get all of that junk out of my system and try to regain control. Maintaining is better than gaining so I'll try reminding myself that on the weekends.
Today I'm going out for dinner so I'm gonna omad my order and maybe if I'm lucky I'll convince my girlfriend to share the meal with me!

Tomorrow I’m going to see if I can find my old scale at my parents house. I haven’t checked my weight in months bc I haven’t had access to my scale. I know that my weight is going to be in the 200’s range, but gods help me if it somehow got above 250. If I actually let myself get that fat, I don’t even know what I’m going to do.
I mean there’s fat… but then there’s me. And then there’s me… but then there’s the possibility of me being such a fat disgusting blob of patheticness that I might weigh over 250 lbs. I’m so scared but I need to know.

Busted
My boyfriend saw my diet plan and doesn’t agree with it so he came up with a semi-”healthier” plan for me to follow. I told him I’m going to finish the week following the Angel Diet and then I’ll switch over. And he wants me to “prove” I ate enough calories each day by sending him pictures of what I eat and how many calories are in each thing. I’m still going to do a liquid fast each Wednesday but he wants me to eat 1000cal all the other days and an extra 400 the day before and after my fast. I’m going to feel so gross but if it makes him happy I guess. Hopefully he’ll forget about it eventually and I’ll be able to reduce my calories again. I’m definitely going to be working out a lot more on this new diet though to hopefully burn off all the extra junk I have to put into my body.

Just tried an amazing low cal tortilla wraps thought I’d share w y’all!!
Ingredients:
-2tbsp flour
-1/4 cup water (or more if needed)
-a pinch of salt
-3-9 drops of oil (optional)
Instructions:
Slowly combine the water w flour and salt until you have a pourable batter. Add oil/ 0cal spray if you’re using it (I used a non stick pan).
Now pour over LOW heat turn to medium heat until it’s golden brown on the bottom (don’t flip it too early cuz it’ll stick together).
Flip till golden brown, add your toppings and you’re done. Enjoy!!

I have to eat dinner today but that is all I'm doing! I just need my little brother to see me as well. I'm teaching him to love his body but try to include some healthy habits. Trying to give him a healthy relationship with food so he doesn't end up like me.
